Townsend Way, Malvern WR14 1GD, United Kingdom
Warmly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi in a contemporary hotel offering a laid-back restaurant/bar.
Only stayed at this hotel for one night but it was in a great location with absolutely brilliant staff. Aidan, the manager, could not have been more helpful and friendly and it was clear that he runs a good ship there. The restaurant staff at breakfast were welcoming, friendly and so helpful. The lady cooking breakfast was excellent and the breakfast was fresh, hot and perfectly cooked. The staff seem like they all get on well and there is a lovely family atmosphere. |Rooms are clean and well equipped though the room was a little warm. |Would definitely stay there again due to the excellent staff.
Rooms a bit dated, but comfortable, the bathroom could have been cleaner, a sticky mark around the toilet, soap scummy marks on the tiles, mould in the shower head nozels and the sink plug was beyond disgusting. Poor sound proofing between rooms, could hear my “neighbour” snoring like a freight train and the room above me sounded like a herd of elephants. However the staff couldn’t have been more polite and over helpful, when I was struggling to get a taxi in to the town centre, and I was very grateful for their kind suggestions.
Really friendly and helpful staff who provided an excellent service. We stayed for four nights having breakfast every day and a meal in the restaurant on the final night. Could not fault anything, and what was most noticeable was that all the staff seemed to be enjoying themselves and were like a big family. We were served by Elli on our last night, who was excellent, and we could have made the same comments about any of her colleagues.
Great room and a nice fresh restaurant area for breakfast and evening meal. My wife is coeliac so needs gluten free and yet again the service, choice, and attention to detail of Premier Inn to this, including the Thyme restaurant puts to shame much more expensive hotels. The staff are very professional, quietly attentive and a delight. We enjoyed our freshly cooked breakfast and our evening meal. A great stay. Great value. Great staff.
We stayed at the Malvern inn on our visit to the Morgan factory experience. A wonderful stay for a few days. Our disabled room was amazing and so we're the staff. Spotlessly clean and comfortable with a small restaurant. Lovely surroundings although a trading estate, green and spacious and easy parking.
The outside appearance of the Malvern Premier Inn says it all. Dirt stained and in need of thorough redecoration. ||Inside it’s careworn and needs a complete refurbishment. It reminded me of a Travelodge. ||Rooms were smaller than we normally find at Premier Inns with no separate sofa (we had three rooms). Aircon was good at cooling but not at heating the room. ||Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and breakfast was as expected.
A nice hotel on the outskirts of Malvern. Very reasonably priced and with a Premier Inn you know what to expect. Service was excellent throughout our stay The team were friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and well kept. Bed was very comfortable
Great hotel for such a decent price. It's a premier inn so you know what you're getting! It's a good location and easy to get to, you do have to go through another hotels (the Malvern) car park to get to it but it has plenty of parking and is sign posted. We arrived with a little one and had to put her to bed, but luckily we were able to get room service and they brought it up and knocked on the door so quietly as not to wake her! The breakfast was okay but the evening food was lovely. Would definitely book here again
All staff great thay need a pay rise
Nice hotel with helpful staff.
I slept better here than at home. Great staff- friendly, helpful and professional.
There are helpful and friendly staff but the building needs a refresh. No EV charging in site but there are pods up the road at Aldi.
Staff are always efficient and helpful and the rooms are very clean.
Exterior needs a bit of TLC otherwise very good
Large parking lot, own restaurant, bar, very friendly reception, standard room, everything clean and everything you need except the refrigerator. Very good
I travel alot with business, and nothing beats a good nights sleep. This particular stop was very pleasant - friendly staff, good food and service, clean rooms and very very quiet.
Lovely
After an awful 8 hour drive to arrive at a poorly organised biking event where there were no where near enough toilets, showers or space for family tents we managed to get a room here, best end to what was a terrible day. Met by a lovely lady at reception who couldnt be happier to help in anyway possible and done nothing but reassure us and help us properly relax while getting my son and I checked in. Massive clean room, huge bathroom, comfiest bed I have ever slept in bar my own. Great quiet nights sleep and nice easy checkout in morning. Would 100% return if in the area again.
Quite good for one night. Very reasonably priced. Enjoyed breakfast. Room needed a bit of decorating.
Room was tiny, severe lack of usb ports for charging. The shower was full of black mould.
Pretty standard as premier inns go but the restaurant is dreadful! Asked for a lager shandy with my food and was given a glass of wine. The waitress insisted it was shandy! After a brief battle she changed it for me! Next day I waited at least thirty minutes for my food in a fairly empty restaurant. Not good at all!
Great accommodation on the go, high quality service, very clean and comfortable, easily accessible. Thank you for the reception and great supervisor work in the restaurant spotting what really matters to the tourist in the morning Rooms: Clean, large, comfortable Walkability: Easily accessible Noteworthy details: Free parking
Good standard prem inn!
Typical well run Premier Inn
The family room with two adults and two kids has very little space to move. Other than that all good. Location great. Free big parking space.
Great location, quiet and peaceful. Good food but the drinks a bit pricey Rooms: Nice room Rooms : 4/5 |
Brilliant base for our recent visit to the area, staff were very good and friendly Rooms: Was fine and clean but could do with a upgrade
I am a big fan of the purple palace in general but this one was a let down. The initial room was exceedingly dirty on arrival. Staff were lovely and helpful though and sorted me a new, clean room straight away. I had an awful sleep though as due to having a room on the 3rd floor the windows didnt open and it got very hot in the room with no way of cooling it down and the air became super stale. Will be giving this location a miss in the future.
Good price, excellent service Rooms: Clean and very nice rooms. Very friendly staff. Food and drinks: Restaurant inside the hotel with good food and affordable prices.
The staff are really the best - so friendly and helpful!
Lovely room . Clean and tidy .staff brilliant .10/10 all round Walkability: Central for all walks Rooms : 5/5 |
Great staff very helpful
Didnt stay over as I am a local but met family here for an evening meal. Very good in all ways and great value.
Wonderful night sleep
Great little Premier Inn, very surprised by this place. Drove up to it and thought what have I booked, with the narrow access and very dirty facade, but walked in and was very pleasantly surprised. Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere, lovely food and nice quiet hotel in general. Rooms have recently had a repaint which looks like it was done by Stevie Wonder, hence only 4* on the rooms, but the rest was great including a fully met request of a room on the top floor. Also, might have fallen in love with one of the team - bonus!
Usual good standard for premier Inn. On retail park. Room had noisy heater unit and hot!! Was offered fan for room but had to ask. Rooms: Room was good but cant open window and no air con so cant get room temp below 19 C. Nearby activities: Close to retail park and three counties show ground. Food and drinks: Only had breakfast which was good selection for continental and hot stuff was hot buffet but small quantities regularly refilled and supervised by
Very comfortable room for family of 4. A selection of tea, fruity teas and coffees. I asked if there was any decaffe and the gentleman on shift went to see what he could find which was very kind. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty. Very pleased.
Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff
Lord Cheffington (Dave) produced the best fish and chips Ive tasted for some time. The most friendly, helpful staff EVER! Amazing value and service all round. I doubt a 5 * hotel could match this . Highly recommend. Rooms clean quiet comfortable and fabulous value. A great team team supportive vibe- so important. Food and drinks: Great value, well cooked Noteworthy details: Great value well cooked
We have been staying regularly at the Premier Inn at Malvern - whilst sorting out a house. All of the staff we have met have been most helpful and informative. Near Christmas they were very busy at breakfast time and made sure we still got all we needed for our breakfast in our room. We have taken advantage of the evening meal breakfast deal and have not been disappointed with the food we have ordered. It is a good place to have a rest after a stressful/ busy day.
Cannot fault the place or staff. Excellent Premier Inn. Rooms: Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
As with all Premier Inns, it was value for money. The room seemed, to us, a bit on the small side but perfectly adequate for a nights stay. The toiletries were Bayliss & Harding, a change from other PIs I have visited. Joyfully there was a shower and no bath to scale to get to it . Tea and coffee for the rooms were freely available. There was a Thyme restaurant in situ. The breakfast was good, with a variety of cereals, juices, cooked food etc. The evening meal was adequate and of a good standard. There is a readily available allergen chart to check ingredients. The staff were polite and helpful. If in the area, I would recommend it as a place to stay.
Great staff good breakfast nice tidy clean rooms. One of the better premier inns
Staff lovely and very helpful and helpful and polite Thank you Rooms
Standard Premier Inn rooms, with a bath and decent heating. Everything worked. Food was as exceptional as the service. Only critique is the drink pricing, which is somewhat made up for by the staff and quality. Food and drinks: Worth having the breakfast and evening meal.
Excellent service and great breakfast. Clean rooms. Fab value for money.
Great prem Inn, very friendly staff and excellent service
Room was what you would expect from a Premier Inn, breakfast was not up to par. I have stayed at a lot of PIs up and down the country and l cannot think of a worst breakfast.
Clean and tidy Aldi and Morrisons nearby, about 1.5 miles from Malvern town centre
Very good price and clean and comfortable bed Rooms: Clean and good bed Rooms : 5/5 |
Exactly what a premier inn experience should be. Comfortable beds and room, quite and a great breaky in the morning. All the family liked staying here and we will be back
Stayed here before, faultless Eat here most weekends, great value, 2 kids eat free for every paying adult. Food is always good and fresh! Spot on Rooms : 5/5
Excellent service cx
Stayed with friends (8) of us on Saturday 25th Feb. All staff were very friendly and attentive. One team member stands out as she went above and beyond to deal with our requests. Lucy. She moved tables so we could watch the rugby . Big match Wales v England for us. Brought are dinner reservation forward and constantly gave excellent service. Thank you Lucy and very hard working team member.
Use this hotel alot. Its only downside is that is doent have a proper bar. They are missing a trick. Rooms
Stayed one night visiting the nearby area. Bit difficult to find (behind malvern spa hotel) and remote from anything other than the retail park. Could do with a pub as restaurant and bar was limited. Rooms the usual comfortable and clean as per premier inn brand. Walkability: Not walkable to the town, malvern hills or anything other than the retail park. Be prepared to drive to facilities.
Usual premier Inn, room was clean, staff were polite and helpful. Good parking, and restaurant inside the hotel made getting food easy.
Had a problem with the room above people stomping around from 7pm when I woke at 12.30 they were still marching around. I complained in the morning as I was staying for 3 nights and Natalie the manageress could not have been more helpful. She moved me upstairs even though the culprits were leaving. The two waitresses Molly and ? Were very helpful and polite to every customer even though they were full and cleaned away quickly. Excellent staff this time Perfect
The staff arranged a taxi for 6 people as we were going to the theatre. When the taxi arrived it was only a car. We neednt have worried one of the staff ( Im sorry Ive forgotten the name) got her car and took the rest of us to the theatre. Nothing was too much trouble. Great staff. Thank you
The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was as expected with Premier Inn, comfortable and quiet. The food was excellent with great options for an evening meal. Highly recommended. Rooms : 4/5
Excellent clean hotel with a comfortable restaurant for dining
Nice helpful staff Nice breakfast with good choice Childs bed not made up for arrival had to ask reception Mould in bathroom and main room most probably because bathroom extractor fan wasnt working not brilliant especially if family has asthma Rooms : 3/5
Clean, spacious room, food was good in the restaurant too.
Very attentive personnel. Clean room. Within walking distance to a retail park. Very convenient
Great hotel, clean rooms and very comfy. Staff were also extremely friendly!
Love a good Premier Inn just wish theyd go back to their old pillow system!
Very slow booking in, long queue. They forgot to add meal booking for 8 people! Two mornings with no hot water. This is the first Premier Inn we have been to that has not lived up to the service you would expect. NOT IMPRESSED.
Great place to stay, very comfortable and great food. The staff were very helpful and so polite.
A great nights sleep and breakfast. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Thankyou all.
Need a bar Food and drinks: Food excellent but no bar Rooms : 5/5 |
Just popped in for breakfast. They fitted us in no problem. Got yo love a premier Inn buffet breakfast
Nice Premier Inn. Great food
Stay here frequently and always welcomed. Excellent beds and basic but good rooms. Usually good choice for breakfast and evening meals .
One of the better Premier Inns, friendly and helpful staff, quiet rooms and handy for the shops.
Had a very good stay here when visiting Malvern. Has a self check in, although staff were also very helpful. The breakfast was great, and there were vegetarian bacon and sausages available on request which Ive never seen before!
Rooms: Toilet leaking Rooms
A good lodge for our stay Sleep spoilt by noisy neighbours inside the hotel Rooms
Need to provide better internet connection
Stayed in this hotel for weekend the only downside is that theres no lounge and proper bar otherwise nice stay Rooms: Rooms are lovely spacious Food and drinks: Food is nice, unfortunately no bar
Not too bad a hotel except for the lack of a proper bar and bar area/lounge but if you need usable Internet, forget this hotel. The slowest Internet I ve ever used in a hotel. Virtually unusable.
I walked in without a booking and hoped there d be a room left and there was. I was welcomed by the kindest women who told me to book online as it s cheaper, so even saved me money! Clean well presented room. Thank you will stay again Noteworthy details: Great customer service
Rooms: Tv was restricted with limited availability. Rooms
Meeting up with friends Rooms: Comfortable and clean Food and drinks: Evening meal and breakfast next day brilliant deal
Well located for what we needed but not really good location for ppl wanting to visit Malvern. [Update: visited again, rooms feeling more tired. They dont clean unless you ask them to and there was soap residue from previous guest on drain and stains on duvet. Rooms: Very basic, a bit dirty
I have stayed in last night. The room was spotless. Very clean. Quiet hotel. Great experience.
Stayed overnight after visiting malvern winter glow. Receptionist friendly and very helpful . Restaurant also friendly professional and nothing too much trouble. Chef cooked food perfectly my grandchildren ate it all with no complaints. Bedrooms still very comfy but bedding had seen better days but spotlessly clean and carpets could do with upgrade but we love the Premier inns.
To be honest the standards and cleanliness are much the same wherever you go, but here the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating and the location in relation to the town is great.
Great place to stay nice clean friendly staff and great service off food and nice hot too and great choice of breakfast help yourself then main food gets brought to you at table .10.out off 10 worth money paid for..very happy person and enjoyed my stay too .
Rooms are noisy with beds much less comfortable than we are used to for Premier Inn hotels. It was a Thyme restaurant, which is one of the better quality restaurants, but there is no bar.
OK Hotel. Shopping park 2 minutes away. Poor area for phone signal. Best thing about this hotel was the fantastic company.
Very comfortable and great service. Some access to water would have been nice rather than having to buy plastic bottles. Otherwise very nice.
Good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff. However the evening meals are all a variation of fried food and all with chips.
Calm and cool stay. Great food. Enjoyed.
I have been to many premier inn hotels but this hotel is the worst I have ever been to. We had to wait about 40 minutes for dinner. It is completely impossible to use the Internet, the rooms are in need of restoration and the hotel building itself is badly neglected, and the price is not bad for a hotel.
You know what youre going to get with premier Inn but the manager here was always smiling and well greeting no matter the time of day
Absolutely beautiful and brilliant service
My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd April, before and after attending our friends wedding (the groom also had a room on the 21st). The rooms were excellent as were the breakfasts BUT what made the stay 5 star was the way the wonderful staff helped make our stay feel special.
Great staff and amazing food. We ll worth visiting
Was perfect location for me, as visiting friends only 15mins walk away. Some issues with booking when checked in but nothing that wasnt sorted straight away by the staff. Staff took note of allergies and made kitchen staff aware for next days breakfast (Eggs) Lovely happy staff. Very quiet here for the 2 nights I stayed. Recommended for quiet stay especially if you love walking breaks away Will definitely be going back soon.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean and smart room. Very comfy bed
Restaurant awful . Service so slow..
What a great Premier Inn... fabulous Staff, great room, lovely dinner and breakfast... we will be back! Thank you.
Hotel and breakfast good. Arrival procedure for check in unprofessional. After service poor. Booked 2 rooms for 30th May. I inadvertently left my Sassoon hot brush behind. Two e mails to hotel and then one to h.o. no response. Asked if I gave card details could the item be posted to me. Then placed another final 3rd call today to hotel recorded response again ring later as too busy to answer. My loss for leaving item behind but would not stay again. Mrs Gillian Blackburn
Great location, far from any main roads so quiet at night. Check in wasnt good, staff member looked like she didnt want to be there. Very unhelpful when I asked if rooms could be together. Rooms were roomy, beds comfy and had a good nights sleep. Had breakfast the next morning, tasty and set us up for the day. Would recommend, although reception staff member needs a training course in customer service.
Great place, good location, the lady front of house she is an absolute diamond. We had a good laugh with her. Will use this hotel every time I come back for work.
Premier inns are usually very good but I personally hate the ones without a restaurant on the side of it because when they have the small ones built in with limited seating its hard to get something to eat after work. With very little facilities around the hotel food choice is limited.
Restaurant lets it down a bit and no draught beers
Good. Friendly staff if a little disorganised. Food ok. Overall, perfectly acceptable
As always, spot on and a huge thumbs up, you cant go wrong with a premier Inn.
Helpful staff clean hotel excellent for its genre, food and bar on site
I was working down there so we stayed there in digs
Very quiet, good sized rooms, very helpful staff.
Was a nice quite spot even if not the most beautiful spot is a real good place to stop. Looked soon they would have a Aldi shop opposite on the block. For your bed and key it was a reasonable fee. My view for my review. MGBMARTWORKS and all my little quirks.
A typical Premier Inn with friendly and efficient staff but restaurant rather small
Spot on accommodation . Staff friendly and professional. Excellent restaurant with good food and wine. Well done Premier Inn.
Typical premier inn. Very good. We eat in the restaurant. Also very good.
The staff were amazing thank you so much for looking out for our parents and there friends all elderly and forgetful but you showed patience and care above and beyond Noteworthy details: Again I cannot thank you guys enough hope this message makes it to the actual staff
love the breakfast
Nice place clean good staff we had meal deal good value but starters poor ok if you like chicken wings or fish mains and sweets good.
Had an excellent stay. Room very comfortable. Excellent value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend
Rooms are OK and clean. The rooms can get quite hot though!
Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast at a modest price. Rooms: Very comfortable beds and very quiet Rooms : 4/5 |
The room was clean and tidy, plenty of tea and coffee. What more can you ask for? A good night sleep, quiet and comfortable. The shower was really hot and powerful. Really nice to see in a hotel. We stopped here for 1 night and they knew it was my birthday and went the extra mile to leave me a card, some chocolates and a balloon. So lovely. Very grateful. Great staff, couldnt ask for me.
My partner and I travelled from around 4 hours away. My partner booked the room and I then made a call a few days before we were due to stay and I asked if they provided any services for birthdays, (As it was my partners) and as we had traveled a fair way, I wasnt going to be able to get in to the room before my partner to arrange anything for him. Anyway, the staff member said that unfortunately it wasnt something they offered but she would see what she could do. When we arrived, the lady that I had spoken to on the phone was on the front desk. She was very welcoming and once we checked in, she had remembered speaking with me and gave me a little smile and a wink. When we got in to the room we had discovered that she had organised a happy birthday balloon, a card, chocolate biscuits and a small bottle of drink. It was so lovely to be able to suprise my partner. Unfortunately I did not catch the ladys name, but its things like this that can really make a trip! I am very grateful to her and I will absolutely stay again if Im in Malvern. The room was nice. Spacious, clean and cosy. Great price too. 5 stars all round
When youre working away and staying in a mobile Internet dead zone where the hotel WiFi turns off and on every few seconds, its pretty irritating. Guess I could pay £5 extra to access the premium Internet but Id like to just have the free one work. Staff are lovely and very helpful
The dinner last night very good staff friendly but when I went down to restaurant this morning to have a coffee I was told I can have one but could not sit in restaurant I had to take it back to my room now if I wanted that I would of made a cup in my room like I did earlier that morning so that a bit annoying the restaurant very small and can only accommodate Half of there guest and one time
Quite noisy from the gets (Guests )point of view doors slamming and people cant pick there feet up walking about on the bedroom floors pathetic really
We arrived a little early (wanted to use the toilet after a 2.5hr journey) so thought we would ask if the rooms were ready but didnt expect them to be, we did have 3 booked in total, the person we spoke to was rude, no customer service with her response, we own a business in hospitality and understood completely check in time, is check in time, no problem but there is a way to say it! We returned about 5 hours later as we were there to visit family for Christmas present exchange, the staff were friendly then, gave us the keys explained where the rooms where, we booked a table for breakfast at a time slot we wanted which is a bonus, i did like that check out was 12noon also but we did leave by 10am to journey home, our double room was spacious, spotless, decent size tv, drink making facilities were great but we didnt use them, hubby had a shower said it was hot and powerful and the towels were nice also, hair dryer in the room (we didnt use) extra pillows (we did use these which was great) menu in the room which was handy to have, popped downstairs to the bar area its small but well stocked, bed was comfy and decent size, room was nice a warm, went to breakfast in the morning lady struggled to find out booking but got there in the end, breakfast choice is continental or full cooked we booked 4 full cooked, so much to choose from, cereal, fruit and yoghurts, fry up, pastries, toast or bread, coffee machine/tea, lots of juices, staff were on top of refilling and the food area was spotless, the food was delicious, the staff were friendly, we popped back to our room packed up, stripped the bed, popped things back in the places were found them in and tied up the bin bag, handed our key back in and were wished a merry Christmas it was a great experience and we will return next Christmas no doubt to see our family thanks for a lovely evening we appreciate it
Clean and comfortable room with helpful, friendly staff. Perfect. And economical!
The bed was NOT comfortable. First time ever in premier inn to experience this. The room was hot and noisy. HOWEVER, the staff were second to none, nothing was too much trouble.
Just one night stay but would recommend! Meal deal was good buy -evening meal was really good. Also breakfast. Lovely staff. Recommended
Lovely staff but the hotel needs a major overhaul. Very tired.
One of the most expensive Premier Inns I stayed in (Saturday rate) unless booked months in advance. Cleanliness of the bedding not up to scratch. Some staff members with dont disturb me attitude. Relatively far from the town centre.
Really friendly staff team when I stayed, from check in to check out. Free parking, room was clean, air con worked (essential during a heat wave!), beds comfy, extra tea/coffee supplies when requested. Reasonable price - what more can you ask for from a Premier Inn? Difficult circumstances for the staff team with all the restrictions etc which will hopefully start to ease for them soon.
On the very outskirts of Malvern, in a business park and next to a retail park, so not a very picturesque part of the area. Nevertheless, could still see the hills and a short drive into town. Was clean, comfortable and had air conditioning - we were there during the July heatwave - so that was a major plus point. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was fine. Plenty of free parking. Ideal for the price.
Very clean compared to others Ive stayed in. The breakfast was really good, perfectly cooked and obviously its all you can eat so I ate as much as I could!
Rooms and reception ok Restaurant service not good but rectified
Really comfortable, good meals and nice and quiet. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
A good Premier Inn. This one has the refreshed rooms which are nice and comfortable. The AC was efficient, quite cold actually. Good bathroom and shower. Ample parking on site and there is a retail park with shops/supermarket/petrol stn and a well known fast food restaurant (golden arches) a minutes drive away. My only negative feedback is that the main terrestrial TV channels (BBC1-Channel 5) are not in HD, which is odd because they have a digital TV service which is probably Freeview. I think this may apply to all PIs. In these pandemic times check in time is 16:00 and checking out is still 12:00. This is to allow extra time for house keeping to clean the rooms in between guests. The town centre is just over 6 mins drive from the hotel
Friendly staff and always willing to help. The rooms appear to need some loving care but clean and functional. Ended up with dairy cheese despite ordering the vegan option (that doesnt contain any cheese) but mistakes do happen. Would definitely use this hotel again given its ideal location near the Three Counties shopping park, Malvern Link and Great Malvern.
Like most premier Inns it was ok
Good quality value stay
Great hotel / usual high standards and consistency means you know what to expect. Stayed for one night as we attended a wedding at Eastnor Castle
Really good place to stay, even though the rooms are a little bit tired. Staff are very good and very obliging and the food in restaurant is quite good.
We are here on a short break. Its a good place to stay. Its very clean and comfortable. Its well placed to discover the surrounding area, which I must say, is a beautiful area of Britain.
Very friendly staff, very helpful and happy to help
Highly Recommend. Hotel is spotless, staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is Excellent. Five *****
Depressing dark, not as clean as I would like, room. Staff not sure of meal deal. Menu not fully available and the one on the website is generic. Staff not very bothered about customer service. Covid best practices were not in existence.
Nice, clean and comfortable. Food was reasonable. Standard premier inn really.
Good clean room.comfortable bed. Breakfast very good.
This close to the town centre and hills. It took us 25 minutes to walk to the centre. There are shops near by. It is like all the other Premier inns.clean and tied breakfast OK and good value.
Good. Food on time
William thanks for being great host. Legend.
Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms.
Couldnt describe anything about it as premier because of a few things. No lounge area and all coivd safe measures confined to the room mostly. I was made to feel like I was asking for somthing extra by asking for the beds to be changed. On the whole the staff were pleasant. Had a ground floor room the noise from the room above was phenomenal at 03:30. Sounds like elephants doing aerobics. I appreciate this might be more about that patron and not the inn but the sound proofing on the rooms is somthing to be desired. The noise from the bathroom above felt like I was sharing the room. A new experience for me at the premier inn. The keys to the room didnt work. Multiple trips required to reception to get into the room, this was abit of a pain when youre staying with small children. Will be glad to check out in the morning
OK. Standard sort of budget hotel. Expensive for what it is.
Great place, friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfy beds. Good shower. De centre meal selections and WiFi.
Everything was very good. The breakfast was 1st class.
Spacious, next to shops and roads. Friendly staff
Brilliant staff , We came down for a terminal ill family member . Staff Could not be more helpful . Premier inn should be very proud of your staff ty Many thanks K&I Smith
Excellent condition throughout. Good food. Good staff. Very comfortable.
Excellent..... But a toilet brush would have been nice!...... But really very good.
We love Premier inns, especially the reliable beds. Unfortunately this one wasnt so new and so has undone 140 quids worth of chiro. Cheers for that. Also, the restaurants fries and the watery merlot were rubbish. Everything else was what youd expect from a solid and usually dependable hotel chain.
Ive been staying in Premier Inns all over the country for several years and always enjoyed the experience. This time, sadly, wasnt so. The room or toilets was not cleaned at all during our stay, nor were bins emptied. The service in Thyme restaurant was pretty dismal. Overall very disappointed and may not use premier Inn again. Sorry for posting a negative review.
Extremely helpful at reception. Smaller hotel quiet location, at least on a Sunday - it is on an industrial estate so may be more noisy during week..
I was taken ill. Great staff, caring, went the extra mile. Made all the difference to a single traveller. Thanks guys
Friendly staff Great restaurant downstairs Tidy rooms Clean towels and bedding Brilliant
We had a brilliant two night stay in this hotel. As soon as we entered it was Covid Friendly and our room looked and smelled so good we did even bother with our own bacterial wipe down. A perfect stay, staff very attentive.
