Flute Signature (Malvern) in Malvern

I ordered a takeaway meal for my family on my Birthday, I can honestly say that it was one of the best Indian meals that I have had in years. The quality was excellent in all respects and everyone enjoyed it and commented on the flavour and generous portions, Thank you Flute Signature.... the meal was the perfect ending for my Birthday.

We had such a great evening. We were in a large group. Food and service was excellent. Great atmosphere. Would recommend flute. Perfect.

I don t know if we just got unlucky as all the other reviews are so good. But we ordered takeaway and my chicken was so overcooked and chewy it was almost inedible. The flavour was not as described, or like any other curry (Ceylon) of the same name I ve had before. It was all just pretty slimy and I threw the majority of it away. Really gutted.

All good. Also BYO wine, makes it a reasonable price meal.

Best indian in malvern no question

I ordered delivery and had a chili naan, the black volcano curry (nice name!) and a mint sauce, it was delicious and cooked to perfection, the lamb was melt in your mouth tender.

10/10 food and presentation, service, communication and atmosphere. Well loved in Malvern, as it should be. Glad to come back here after a few years away from Malvern and still receive simply the best. Family super super happy too, so very high praise all round. Great value too

I was passing through and stopped here for food. I m from Birmingham so my expectations weren t too high; nonetheless I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. The service, esp from Shruv, was exceptional. If I m ever passing through Malvern again I would only eat from this restaurant.

Definitely the best Indian restaurant in Malvern. We have tried everyone and this is the best by a mile, food service and presentation is spot on - my fav is the Ceylon

A wonderful evening out, friendly staff with excellent food in a vibrant restaurant, with our friends. We had an excellent evening... a really lovely time! Vegetarian options: An good selection.

We went to Flute for my partners birthday. We have eaten there before and have ordered takeaways. The food was absolutely amazing as always! The staff are so friendly and attentive, plus the men in our group (I was the only female) had an in depth discussion about cricket with a lovely young waiter! Customer service at its best. This is why we always choose Flute above anywhere else. Thankyou to the excellent team Dietary restrictions: My partner is coeliac and there are so many options for him to choose from so he never feels like he is missing out.

I came in just before Christmas with a couple of friends. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean and neat. The food was presented nicely, though if I hadnt remembered Id ordered lamb in my curry, I wouldnt have known thats what it was when eating it - however it was still a pleasant meal. Service could have been a little quicker, but overall a good experience.

Nothing special. Cant say the place is very beautiful and cosy, just ok. Didnt like the bathroom at all: no mirror, hand dryer didnt work, only cold water from the tap. The food was ok and not expensive. Im not sure if Im going to come back.

The BEST Indian food in Worcestershire. What a lovely place, everybody who works there always greets you with a smile, and always has time to chat with you whilst youre waiting to collect your food. Ive never had a bad meal from here, and I dont think I ever will

The staff are friendly and attentive, always happy to recommend dishes and answer any queries we had. The food is delicious and the presentation of the dishes 5 . Id highly recommend Flute Signature, they do the best Pathia in Malvern!!!

Incredibly amazing service, an amazing dining experience. The staff go above and beyond, impeccable restaurant Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating with a 9 month old, went above and beyond to seat her.

Good service and inexpensive, particularly as its bring your own alcohol. The food was nice but in the case of the two dishes I had, not as spicy as the menu would lead you to think. Definitely recommended though.

Absolutely banging place. Ive tried curries from all over malvern, and Flute is the best one. We take out or get a delivery most Fridays, and we have never once had a bad experience. Food is always the best quality, full of flavour, always fresh. I always get the paneer, and it is the best Ive ever had. Everyone there is lovely, love having a chat with the guys whilst I wait for my food. If youre looking for somewhere new for dinner, and you happen to be reading this review, go to flute! You wont regret it

Brilliant service; friendly and highly professional team who take the time to remember you and your preferences and are always accommodating. Food is consistently brilliant and the atmosphere is always relaxing. They never double book so your table is always ready for your booking. We have come here since it opened and despite now living in London it s my favourite place to come for Indian food.

Stumbled across this place quite by chance whilst wandering round Malvern, thought we d try it and so glad we did. Very attentive friendly staff, food was top notch and very reasonably priced.

Always great food & service. Favourites are Salmon Nawabi & either Chicken or Lamb Pathia. Portions are always generous usually with enough left over to take home.

I write this with a heavy heart as for years Flute has delivered wonderful tasty Indian cuisine. So whats going on?? Last 4 times weve ordered twice we were given the wrong dishes, not what we ordered. And the last two meals we had have been tasteless. I make a better Matter Paneer at home. The recipe only has about 4-5 spices in it, and has a distinct flavour, but the one i got tonight was absolutely tasteless. just a typical onion gravy sauce.The Kulcha Naan we ordered had no vegetables in it and was barely cooked, like dough. The Sag Aloo also flavourless. What a disappointment !!. I think after these last 4 disappointing take out orders things will have to change before we go back again Vegetarian options: as with most Indian restaurants veggies are well catered for, but their once tasty dishes are now tasteless

I dont know what to say , we have enjoyed some excellent food at Flute in the past but the takeaway we received last night was cold , flavourless and a total disappointment. We wont be going have any more takeaways any time soon.

Had a really good Hot Madras, pilau rice and a keema naan. Will definitely visit here again. Take your own beers, wine etc.

This is a review about a takeaway meal we had on Saturday night. The service and atmosphere are based on dine in meals we enjoyed previously. I am so sad I am not being positive about our takeaway meal. At the best it was not very good because my meal had little flavour and it was cold. Reading other reviews from other customers experienced similar experiences. Would we go again to Flute to eat in , not sure but unlikely to have a takeaway meal any time soon.

First time using flute signature, was recommended to us. We called in for a take away order. Excellent service, really quick even for a Saturday night with lots of customers seated in restaurant. Packaged up nicely and absolutely beautiful food! Will be returning.

Best Indian around for sure. I ve tried most dishes on menu and all tasty and plentiful restaurant very clean staff can t do enough for you. I ve had a few deliveries too and just the same always arrive on time and always hot would recommend flute to anyone

By far our favourite Indian Restaurant in the area. Food is always delicious, friendly service even when extremely busy. The prices are very fair too. The only problem is, is that I am going to be huuugggeee because I find I am craving one every day! Thank you so much Flute Signature, making living in Malvern even better :) 10/10 recommend!!

Had takeaway. Which we collected. Upon arrival food wasnt quite ready but made to feel very welcome by staff added bonus given a bottle of beer while I waited. Great food

I think honestly the best Indian restaurant I have eaten in. The menu choice is large and the detailing on food freshness and presentation is amazing, everything is so well presented. Staff are very friendly and the restaurant is very well maintained and clean, relaxed music and very traditional, cant wait to go back

Firstly, very good service at this restaurant, and a selection of unusual fish dishes which is what reeled us in. However, everything we tried was bland and under spiced. Except for the garlic rice, which seemed to have too many unnecessary spices and not much garlic.

Welcomed by staff, not rushed between courses, excellent food in terms of appearance and taste plus reasonably priced menu.

A pre Theatre meal .... food was lovely and served on time as we were running a little behind time. But the restaurant took this on board, and were very happy to make sure we wouldnt be late Excellent. We will definitely return.

Great restaurant! One of my group is a regular here and knows all the staff. The restaurant was buzzing and nearly full, but it was obvious all the staff were equally attentive to all customers. The menu is large and informative with many Specials. The food was outstanding. Between the five of us we had a range of mains and side dishes. All were expertly presented and served. All were consumed with gusto everyone commented on the quality of their dishes. The bill was less than expected and is tremendous value. I can totally recommend Flute.

Very nice staff and the service was spot on and unobtrusive. The food was lovely, 17 of us had varied starters, mains, rice and breads, and none of us had a bad meal. I will definitely go back again. The best Indian food in Great Malvern for me.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants we have ever used and certainly the best one south of Rusholme(Manchester). My wife and I have used this restaurant weekly over the last three years and we have not been disappointed once! Food quality is superb and service is most polite and efficient. I tried Flute out about a year ago and have been going there ever since when I fancy a curry because the food is good and reasonably priced. But after last nights experience I am not sure that I will be returning. I booked a table and did not just turn up in hope, we were offered a small table in the middle of the restaurant sandwiched between one large party and a family despite there being other tables available. We asked for another table but were told that they were busy. My wife and I could hardly hear ourselves speak, so we left without ordering. I could understand if it was the only table they had left, but if was nt. Surely it should be first come first served as I did not see any RESERVED signs on any of the tables! Great food, poor customer service. SHAME.

First time at flute signature... really nice sizzling food... a very warm welcoming... PERFECT customer service.

Nice madras and pakoras. Naan and rice good too. Delivery driver bit rude though. Didnt really say anything but put directions next time although I had.. I tipped as I did deliveries myself for 6 years but I wouldnt tip again.

We ordered a home delivery. The food was good. But the delivery driver was extremely rude. For some reason he had a problem coming down our drive and made this clear to us in an extremely rude manner. I have no idea what the problem was but I will not accept behaviour like that. Unfortunately, I will no longer order anything from this restaurant whilst they employ persons such as this miserable old goat! Flute please sack this man.

Had 2 x chefs recommendations. Both very bland and lacking flavour, just a mushy sauce, lacking vegetables. Peshawari naan was poor, could barely taste the coconut, and the portion sizes was small relative to other indians Very disappointed after reading all the positive reviews.

Its slightly overpriced but its ok.
