Jorja went above and beyond to make our visit amazing! Nothing was too much of an ask! She was so friendly and engaged well with all of us! We will be back again soon! Thank you so much :)

Quick service today despite being busy, a few minor mix ups in the kitchen instantly sorted by the waiting staff who were very friendly. Another good visit

No staff anywhere when we arrived at 12.30 for our booked table. Waited a minute or so then went upstairs, no staff, back downstairs shouted hello, waited, no body came. So we left.

Came here after watching a fantastic orchestra performance locally. Cultured boy in my old age. Had some picky bits here and it was delightful. Will be returning!

The whole meal experience changed when Jorja took over serving our table. She was just brilliant with the kids and was amazingly efficient at getting desserts out quickly after a long wait for our main course. Jorja really is an asset to the restaurant and is a manager in the making.

Ordered three delivery pizza via Just Eat on Tuesday Evening. The driver turned up slightly late and with the wrong order ! called Ask and it turns up that they gave the driver the wrong food parcel. The driver was kind enough to make another trip to collect the pizzas. But had to call Ask again to make sure the food was still coming as we waited a long time. We eventually had luke warm pizza 45 mins late. The outer crust of the pizza was rock solid, beyond crunchy. Neither we not the driver got an apology from Ask and i had to give the driver a generous tip for making an unpaid trip. Overall a bad experience.

Really surprised how good the food was and the service was excellent.Although the restraunt was large it still had an atmosphere that provided a pleasant experience.

Pity that the pizza ovens weren t working, failed for several days, but the food that we did have was piping hot and very tasty. Parking: Parking was easy at lunch time although very steep to top parking and the pay machine was at the bottom!

The exclusive outdoor dining area was the rear end of a carpark, table was wonky and grubby. Ordered via the QR code (as its the quickest way to order). Starters took ages to arrive despite being just olives and bread, had to chase it up. Main course arrived before starters cleared and no cutlery ready. ASKED for condiments, waiter vanished and never returned, eventually got some black pepper after Id eaten half of the now Luke warm meal. Toilets clearly not been attended to in a while either. Very disappointed...food plus wine was 75 quid for 2 people....you get better service and care at most budget pub chains.

Our visit was on a Thursday, not the busiest but the service was very good. Pleased to give a good mark for that. Food was standard Ask so you know what you are getting.

In my experience staff at Ask don t stay for long but the 3 chefs and 3 serving were friendly to us on the day we went. Food was good. Recommend. Parking: Immediately behind the 1st floor dining area. £2 after 1600h

We have been to Great Malvern Ask many times before but tonight it was exceptional. The service was brilliant, staff so attentive especially Alex! He was amazing, serving so many tables and his service was second to none. Our little girl was very happy with her meal too. The food was amazing, good portion sizes and really tasty. We will be back again!! Thanks for a great start to the Easter holidays!

The service was incredibly slow, although the place was empty, we sat in the place they showed us, then they said that it was for more crowded customers and took us to another table. The food is mediocre, not worth it! Definitely a waste of time!

Had dinner at ASK this evening - it was choc-a-bloc! But even though it was so full there were enough staff to cope with it all, and they did so with a smile and efficiency. The food was delicious, and the wines were excellent. The only very small negative was that it was super noisy and at times conversation was difficult. I went to a restaurant in downtown LA once and they had stuck ordinary cheap foam to the underside of the tables - it absorbs and reduces sound. Maybe that would help!

Me and my partner had a day out in Malvern on Sunday 14th April. It was the first time we both had been to the town. We were both hungry and was looking for somewhere to eat and we stumbled across ASK ITALIAN . We had a look at the menu on the notice board outside the venue and thought we would give it a try. We were taken to a table and given a complimentary glass of Homemade Lemonade which was very nice. We both had a main meal and a side order to. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic too. We were served by Jazz & Lilly they were very assertive and nothing was to much trouble. They are both a credit to your company. Having good staff is the back bone to any business. We would definitely come back and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend you to our family & friends.

Everything was perfect, apart from a small mistake with the order, because instead of a vegetarian dish, meat was delivered, but the error was corrected and a glass of wine was provided as compensation.

We booked for a midweek meal. The staff were ore occupied with a large group booking. Waited nearly 50 minutes for our starters and received an apology and reassurance there woul be no delays. However, nobody came to clear our starter plates and they continued to ignore our existence I rhe building whilst focusing on the large group booking. Didnt even bother having our main course as didnt want to spend the entire night in there. Awful, awful service.

Pizzas were small/thin but nice. My 24 year old could eat two. Used to be better/bigger. Good service. Nice atmosphere. The bottle of wine could have been better. The label raised expectations.

Due to a shortage of experienced competent servers we had to wait unreasonably long times to order each course. Had to ask & wait some time for cutlery & dessert menu. The food was very good & the kitchen staff appeared organised. The younger servers worked hard but didnt seem to be very focused so lacked concentration. Ask Restaurant needs to make sure that young staff are properly trained & appropriate support given to supervisory & management staff.

Party of 8 we had long wait initially for drinks and taking our food orders. After that all fine albeit noisy. Food very nice

Had lunch on Wednesday and returned again on Thursday. Staff recognised our group and even asked if we would like the same again. Friendly staff and attentive without hovering. Food was good, served to our table quickly. Despite it being a busy Thursday afternoon. Would recommend.

Lovely food, very helpful waiters! Came here again on 27th May 2023 and Id just like to say that things have not changed! The waitress we had was new and she made a minor mistake with another customers order. They were vile to her even after an apology. She was a fantastic waitress and we couldnt fault her at all. She was chatty, friendly and just brilliant. The food was delicious and overall, we had a lovely evening.

One of the nicest Ask branches. Spacious and the front french doors open on both sides to allow a through breeze on a warm day. Service a little slow but they were busy. Recommended.

Food was pretty tragic tbh they tasted lovely however both prawn dishes I had the shells were still on the prawns even in the pasta dish. The portion size was silly considering £15-17 for a pasta dish and you get a small handful. The service was pretty rubbish and we were forgotten about right from the start, all the waitresses were too busy talking to each other at the bar. What made the meal out for myself and my partner was see how tremendously hard the waiter Lee was working. He was clearly doing the job of 4 people, while keeping up conversation with customers and getting orders to customers he was serving very quickly. This man needs some recognition for his hard work clearly carrying the whole floor team and deserves a pay rise. He s the reason i m giving a 3 star and not a 1. Keep up the legendary work Lee

Good food and excellent service, staff seemed full of energy and were very friendly, I had an amazing time.

Service was poor, booked a table and ended up waiting ten minutes before a member of staff even approached us to take us to our table. Then seated us at a dirty table, didnt clean or take the plates away until our starters arrived. Had to order through the app as no one came to take our orders. Had to wait ages for our drinks then served us the wrong drinks because theyd sold out of the drinks wed ordered and didnt tell us. Overall the food was okay but not worth the price. Staff seem friendly but there just arent enough staff working for the amount of custom they get. Disappointed with the evening.

Lovely food and no real wait time. Unfortunately I was given a table with the menu, new napkin/cutlery, etc laying over a table that had been uncleaned with lots of crumbs from the previous customer. I used an anti bac wipe and cleaned my area and it was noticed by a staff member who proceeded to clean the table as it should have been. So a star deduction as a result.

The place got busy but the staff handled it like troopers! Especially a young girl who was practically running the place! She needs a pay rise!

Came here for my grandmothers birthday and had a lovely time! Food was delicious and had lots of vegan options which was brilliant! Service was excellent and they sorted out a birthday sing-a-long with my grandmothers dessert!

Great, lovely food and all clean and tidy. Service was good but was slightly pushy on trying to upsell, which I can understand is expected but became a little awkward. Parking: Parking at rear however it is pay and display. Unsure of wether or not the restaurant will validate parking for a certain timeframe.

Service - felt pressured into ordering a starter and guilted into ordering desserts/coffees. Poor customer service Value for money - Paid for extra toppings on pizza, got 6 tiny olives and a dozen slices of mushroom. Pizza base was mostly burnt Please invest in another vegan cheese, or atleast sample it so the wait staff and chefs realise what the customers experience when they order it. Luckily we are from out of town so we don t have to repeat our experience

A wonderful selection of food, the waitress was lovely throughout, the food is fresh and delicious with a good portion size, the price is fair for what you get and the overall experience is worth it.

Friday night - be prepared for a long wait. We had two younger teens, so the wait was too much. However, for those that don t mind waiting and have time to kill, it might not have been so bad. While the food was great, the service really let the restaurant down. Some of the staff were very amenable, but only when asked. It took over an hour for our starter to arrive, in the meantime we had empty drinks for over 30mins and had to flag someone down for another round. Our mains arrived before we had finished our starters. We had to ask for desserts after waiting another 30 mins after finishing the mains. After another 10-15 mins, the desserts then arrived and they suddenly realised they hadn t cleared the mains dishes. Sadly, the staff are just overwhelmed. The only thing to arrive promptly was the bill.

Too hit and miss to give a decent review too. Coffee machine out of order and declined a instant coffee but was charged anyway. Food was ok, menu was limited by availability. Calzone burnt and our meals arrived at different times, this has been my experience here before. Nice place, average food but I think theres better locally.

Super, we were 6 with no booking and they coped perfectly. There was a car park, thankfully and we had a lovely waitress- she wore all her hair in a head scarf so she stands out- if you see her.
