Brilliant half and half 15 pizza. Great communication on 1st time order and cooked to perfection. Definitely ordering again. Vegetarian options: Vegan and Vegetarian options available.

Had a fantastic first pizza this evening. A 15 half and half Rustica and Pepperoni. Great value for money and thoroughly enjoyed. Freshly cooked and fabulous give them a try their variety is exceptional.

I havent been to pizza fiesta for years but it would seem to still be churning out great food and the new additions to the menu are a welcome change i especially like the mixed doner in a naan bread.

Pizzas are good. But ordered burger and chips today. Didnt taste nice at all. More stale. not happy considering the cost

After ordering online I waited 70 minutes before phoning to enquire how long my order would be, at around 90-100 minutes my order arrived, luke warm! Wont order from again!

Absolutely disgusted with pizza fiesta. My order was 25 minutes late, then problems with payment and having to speak to the manager. when we got the food in, very hungry, was disappointed to find the garlic bread was so overbearing the garlic was burning my tounge and didnt even look or taste like garlic bread. Also the wedges were very soggy and we could not eat both of these items we ordered

Excellent service, Great Tasty Pizzas & Always on time. Some days they are too busy and my order gets abit later than usual, But hey, good things come to those who wait. I dont mind waiting on Quality food.

Texture was nice, shame about the taste. Ive never eaten plastic however, this must be the closest Ive ever come, the cheese was horrible so wont be going back.

Slow, staff, love talking and dont look clean

They never answer the phone.. Even now the cornara virus is around. People dont wanna come into the shop they want to ring up and order and pay over the phone. Zero contact. Leave the pizz about side the door!! ANSWER THE FRICKIN PHONE.. apart from that its a good pizza

Not great. Couldnt taste any toppings on the pizza as they had thrown that many jarred Jalapenos on there. Was like eating a giant pickle. Garlic mushrooms were like golf balls. Chips ok.

waited ages for a pizza. it was ok. but waited too long. Sent fiancé round for a burger in a moment of weakness then checked their food hygene cerificate on line. put the food straight in the bin. Update: they have gone from zero stars to their current rating but i couldnt eat there after that.

The worst pizza ive ever had..... horrific. The chips were so hard i nearly broke my tooth.

Phone never gets answered, one saturday i called over ten times so drove up there to find one member of staff leant on counter one on their phone and only one working. So frustrating as the food is great. When asked if they heard the phone and why is it so hard to get through the one chap just looked at me and completely ignored the question.

My experience was absolutely terrible!!! My partner in the Philippines wanted to surprise me with a lunch that cost her over £11.00 They accepted her order 12.12 noon and said 45mins.. After waiting and calling more times than I can remember with no answer!! After the 45 mins and also my partner trying to contact them online, pizza fiesta finally responded by rejected her order at 3:47pm!! And told her she had to wait 5 days for a refund!!! £11.00 in her currency is a lot of money!! There are far better places to order your food from and I wouldnt recommend pizza fiesta!!! And I will be speaking to trading standards to see if there is any recourse that can be done as regards to this appalling service!!!

Right pizza,bright price and on time!!

The best pizzeria in town. I stopped over the weekend during a music festival in town. I popped in with the family for a pizza and a few side orders such as lasagne and BBQ ribs. We enjoyed thoroughly. Great food and excellent service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Pizza wasnt cooked, smelt off, we didnt eat any of it as it tasted vile. Waste of money so will not being eating from here again

I had a mixed kabab, massive chunks if dried out burnt Donner and the same with the chicken, the salad was completely soggy and there wasnt much. Chicken wings were also horrible.

Truly excellent. I make a pilgrimage to Malvern for this pizza bi-yearly. Family is second.

Ordered with JustEat and once again a terrible meal. To begin with it was 25 minutes late and the food was not worth what we had paid. The kebabs were both cold, the lamb one had brown salad on and 4 large slabs of meat that did not appear to be cooked. The burgers were both cold and extremely chewy, the chips were like cardboard, the garlic bread was pure grease and the mozarella sticks were hardly soft. I will never ever recommend this place again and will never order from them again.

Awful, ordered two pizzas for at 7pm to come at 8.30pm, came 30 minutes late and completely wrong. One was meant to be 12 inch and gluten free and one normal 12 inch. Instead a 12 inch non gluten free and normal 15 inch arrived with the wrong toppings. We tried to phone, but they never answered the phone after multiple attempts. Will never use them again!

This place used.........USED to be good. Now whoever the hell is running the ship. Well it has quite frankly already sunk! Ive ordered a couple pizzas recently and they have all turned up covered in basically coal dust, which i guess is from a DIRTY OVEN!!! Never has that fresh taste and I would never recommend anyone to this place.

Really disappointing used to like this place but the last two times I have ordered the pizza has taken 45mins over what they said...No point calling to ask as it mostly rings out. Also the pizza was not great and the chips and wedges had been placed in a plastic tray when they were too hot and the tray had melted all over them so we couldnt eat them. Such a shame as it used to be really good pizza

Poor show rang 4 time in one day and no answer each time i rang no one pick up when they did the 5th time of ringing staff didnt seam untreated in my order and I got cut off so rang back and no answer, so I take it they didnt want my coustom so i will never go there again.

Good food at a good price. Drivers always on time and are always friendly. Deserving of a good tip whenever they deliver.

Disappointing! Tried as we were told it was under new ownership. Pizza was ok, extra toppings we ordered were not generous at all but it was edible. Wedges not good, maybe overcooked, very little flavour, dry... garlic bread was a write off, thick slices, too tough /overcooked to eat with hardly any garlic. Kids meal didnt look great but daughter isnt fussy! Husband phoned but staff not interested. Would not order from here again. Ill stick with Premier Pizza from now on as never had an issue with quality from them.

Tried calling the restaurant 3 times over the space of half hour, didnt once answer... ordered online took over an hour to deliver, one of the dips that i paid for was missing but no point calling as no answer! The cheesy garlic bread was just cheesy bread didnt taste like garlic at all & the donor pizza had more cheese & tomato than anything else is was simply vile. Really bad customer service will definitely not be ordering from here again

Our last two orders from here have been very late beyond the quoted time (1.5 hours when quoted 45 minutes), the pizzas were delivered luke warm and they were the wrong orders. Our last ordered included the Henley pizza which should have had parma ham on it but someone decided to substitute a hotdog on the pizza instead. We wont be returning again.

Friendly staff and really good value for money, recommend you time your order and pop over the road for a pint in the great Malvern hotel while you wait.

im regular here as its close to my workplace. the owners are very nice and friendly and they undoubtedly make the best pizzas n chicken strips. they have an awesome lunch time deal on pizza from only £1.75 (11am-2pm). i will highly recommend this to anyone visiting Malvern.

Much better value for money than the well known national chain outlet present in Malvern. Consistently good pizzas for many years, when lots of other takeaways have been and gone. Usually best to take the time estimates with a pinch of salt.

Ive been getting the odd pizza from pizza fiesta since I was at school, and I still think they are the best in Malvern! There is a fair wait, but the pizzas are consistently great. Certainly above your average fast food pizza!
