Four of us met yesterday for coffee & lunch. Friendly efficient service, great food, well presented. Would recommend & visit again. It's always so relaxing to visit there.
I always love coming here! The food is delicious! The iced coffee is divine, and the staff are always really lovely. I've been a few times now, tried something different each time... Honestly, I can't pick a favourite, they're all delicious. I swear each time I find something else cool on the walls too.
Super cute place has amazing views. Very spacious and child friendly. Service and good very good quality.
Wonderful find, on our visit to Malvern. Me and my son 12-year-old thought the place had a cosy, quirky vibe. The food was amazing. Very wide gluten free menu, which was a treat.
Dog friendly. Great for a coffee or for a beer and wine later in the day. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Colouring and Easter egg activities in the holidays.
A group of us went for lunch on a Friday. Place wasn't busy. Ordered drinks and were served quickly. The avocado smash open-faced ciabatta was tasty.
Love the decorations. We went to few The Lounge in other towns/cities, always found inspired by the decorations and paintings. Like the app as well, give your freedom to order whatever you want and takes time. Understand some people may prefer ‘Good Old Time’ and gave the low score, but world is developing. I guess if you want someone serves your table you can ask as well. Like the menu, not a boring pub menu, English breakfast is 8 of 10. Overall, a money worthwhile place.
Great new addition to Malvern. Huge variety of different seating options. Food took over half an hour to arrive as it was busy, but it was very tasty. Lovely views from the seating near the front. Good accessibility and lots of space.
Nice place friendly staff had a good English breakfast and a pot of tea would return again.
The service is very poor and the food is served slowly.
Dietary requirements were not an issue. However, due to the busyness of the tune we went, we had to wait awhile for our food. Staff were pleasant and attentive.
Came here last year a little while after it had opened, it was great then and just as good now, maybe a little bit busier. Shame they didnt have any IPAs on at the time, but the food and drinks were great.
So first of all, the place is very spacious and really nicely decorated. There are several areas with different broad themes where the tables, chairs, and walls, floors and ceilings vary. When its quieter you have a great choice of places to sit. The menu is also broad, and website has a great allergy filter and info. Staff were great with allergies, and friendly as well though on Sunday there was a bit of a queue to order. I had the halloumi burger which to me didnt have much flavour beyond the chilli jam in it and wasnt totally filling, but I tasted some of a flatbread and we agreed that was fantastic. Even without being too keen on the burger I wanted to go back the next day and try something else. Monday I had very little wait to order, plus the staff remembered me and my allergy. That time I got the bang bang cauliflower and tried the squash orzo, both were very delicious and filling. They took slightly longer to arrive but not an unreasonable time. For dessert we shared the chocolate sundae that came free with the Monday offer, again tasted great. So Id definitely go again! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options on menu too, and allergy info on website
Great atmosphere and good drinks
Lovely food. Staff are so welcoming and pleasant . Only the second time here but will definitely return again soon. Vegetarian options: Good choice of food to suit anyone
Use Alturo regularly. Great atmosphere, quirky decor and decent menu. When Georgina is on duty you always get a friendly greeting and great service.
What a nice chilled place , great food, service and good prices.
Great for my mums 80th. They ordered in the dessert she likes in advance.
Lovely food but dirty glasses. Had 2 replaced but had to take third back to bar too.
I love lounges, never disappointed. Lovely food, staff and atmosphere.
Avocado smash, for the win! Ive eaten this dish a lot, in different parts of the world and this version wins hands down, for me. Husband liked the large plate for the big breakfast, as it separated the food items and the baked beans in the cup meant no sauce seeping into other ingredients. Cruisy soundtrack, chilled atmosphere. Well be back.
Brilliant for gluten free options. A whole menu to choose from. Staff really helpful and food that excellent quality. Very reasonable prices too. Will return. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu
Absolutely stunning venue , Atmosphere and food complimented by amazing staff thank you lydia and team
Nice find. Its bigger than you think too. Quirky interior. Their breakfasts are served all day. Find yourself a table and order at the bar. Food came out quickly and was well cooked. Would recommend.
Great place for lunch well cooked pub food.
Always good especially for those with dietary restrictions! The meal has a flag in it! Dietary restrictions: Gluten
This is my regular spot whenever Im in the area, the food is always gorgeous. High quality, incredible flavours and reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend. Great options for different diets too e.g. pescetarian, veggie and vegan.
Went for breakfast and thay did manage to burn our pancakes but did replace them very quickly. Very good vegan vegetarian and gluten-free menu lovely atmosphere much bigger place than it looks will definitely be going back again Dietary restrictions: Had a whole separate menu for dietary requirements
A very beautiful place decorated in a quirky style, plenty of space between tables every staff member is friendly. Went in to have a breakfast but ended up having something else instead when i saw they have a gluten free options there is alot to choose from on there menu for everone and different drinks hot and cold alcohol non alcohol cocktails milk shakes it goes on. I would definitely be going back when I go back on holiday again or even drive up again for a meal there again. The food was tasty full of flavour we enjoyed our food breakfast was good too. I did take pictures, but my phone had a meltdown and lost all recent pictures sorry but if you are down there, go look and try it out for yourself. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free menu available
Friendly service and comfortable seating. Food okay and a good selection of drinks.
Nice retreat. Bedroom was great. Lovely shower and bathroom. Staff were good and helpful.
Great service once you can connect to the WiFi to use the QR code to order. Very good food
This place is fantastic. It shouldnt be missed if youre visiting Malvern UK... The place is huge, but decorated perfectly. Feels like a cross of a fancy tea house and pub. Each table is unique. They have secluded couch areas. Very unique... The menu is pretty extensive and very eclectic. There were even some specific Indonesian dishes along with beers, wine, cocktails, pub food, afternoon tea items and full lunches and dinners. There was something for everyone. I had a large sundae with a beer... The service was fantastic too. Warm and friendly folks at the bar. The server who brought the food was attentive and great. They all worked as a team... This place makes me want to return to Malvern on my next trip.
Great place to pop in for a bite to eat. Order from the table via QR code or the bar. Both work well. Food is generic but nicely served and good for what it is. Food : 4/5
Delicious breakfast with friendly service! Milkshales and coffee highky recommended. I love the decor and layout. Tapas portions are tiny if you consider the price though
nice food good friendly staff well worth a visit
I regularly visit the Lounge chain in all cities and towns I visit , if there is one , I know I will get great service and atmosphere
An absolute gem of a place, I had an amazing vegetarian breakfast, too. The layout and decor is fabulous Vegetarian options: Awesome veggie breakfast and the bang bang cauliflower is lovely too
Great find, relaxed atmosphere with quirky interior. Buddha bowl was excellent, several GF options to choose from. Very reasonably priced and made it in time to enjoy 2 cocktails for £12.50.
Fabulous. Great service, Our large group was well looked after. Great atmosphere. So good to be able to choose from an extensive gluten-free menu. Thank you Dietary restrictions: Its just brilliant to have so many gluten-free options, which makes dining out easy.. Thank you
Has occasion to have dinner here last week . Needed a dog friendly place and they were recommended and were great. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food , it seems like a cafe , but the food was excellent as was the service . So good we went back there the next night to try different dishes . Cant fault it at all ... Very reasonable too in price .. highly recommended ( think the name has changed now but the recommendation stays)
I find it weird having to order by app. Apart from that the food and decor are both very tasty. Dietary restrictions: Very good information and helpful staff
I dont usually leave reviews but I was really impressed with this place. We ordered two Big Lounge Breakfasts and two Iced French Vanilla Lattes, the food was clearly high quality, cooked to perfection, the vibe was really relaxed and comfortable and the hostess was what put the icing on the cake - lovely lady with short hair I didnt get her name but she was so bubbly and had time for every single person and paid so much attention detail. The whole experience was just perfect.
Great place for good range of glutten free food.
Very nice Tapas and relaxing
Nice food. The place was a bit random. Random pictures on the wall, random chairs and tables....but all together was good. The service was a bit slow, and caothick...2 of us finished the starter while 4 of us still waiting. And that was the situation with the main and the dessert as well. Food
Love it here. Friendly staff, interesting decor and lovely food. Great value too.
Absolutely amazing food, first time I had ever tried tapas , wont be the last. Staff were great, amazing service. Thank you.
A reliably great place to meet friends and family for good food.
I was served by Olivia this evening, very attentive and friendly! Was easy to talk to and answered all the questions with a smile. The food was brilliant despite not being too expensive. Will be back again
First time in and found it to be very good.
Food took over 70 minutes to arrive for a table of 4. Food is great and the vibes are nice but service is wildly unhelpful and giving generally negative vibes.
Food took literally 70 mins to come? Staff are lazy & just incompetent. Ask for a drink 3 times without ice.. all drinks came with ice? Like seriously? Waste of time
Good food but lost stars due to 15 minute wait to get drinks after ordering via the QR code web page. Perhaps its a one off. Food
This chain is wonderful where ever you visit them.
Great food served in friendly way by Imelda. We had a very quick and tasty dish and loved it. Thanks we will be back soon.
Interesting, varied menu, with several tasty options for visitors from Planet Vegetaria.
We went for lunch and the food was great! The place is an eclectic mix of design and very cosy and interesting. Really reasonable prices as well. Loved it.
Nicely decorated interior of the place takes you back in time, i ordered the burger, the portion was not big but delicious. Dog friendly. Spacious....
A really chilled and spacious venue with great food for a good price. Parking: Free parking on the street outside for 1 hour during the day. The area is busy though so you may end up in the car park behind the Unicorn pub or further along the Worcester Road.
Order on the QR code as it s quicker than queuing. You can t book for parties under 6 people and parties over require £5 per person deposit. Can get quite busy so expect to wait for a table in the evening. Breakfast and mid morning no issue. Breakfast nice, reasonably priced and tasty. Evening food expensive for what you get. Burger, chips and coleslaw about £15. Some if the staff are amazing, friendly, attentive and chatty but one or two act like they d rather be anywhere but there. Great decor, clean and tidy. Parking: On street parking if there is any, pay and display behind the Unicorn pub but limited spaces. Recommend parking at Waitrose which is free for two hours and walking up the hill.
Sharing menu, cosy interior! Worth a visit.
Excellent! Do wish they did chai lattes, though!
Tried alcohol free drinks! Its highly overpriced, the quality not great at all wrt the price. Not worth it!
Yummy food and beautiful atmosphere and furnishings. Nice vegetarian selection!
I come here often and food is always delicious. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.
Lovely food and service
We were a large group of 23 when we came here. Having pre booked, we were disappointed to find we had been given the lounge area at the back, which wasnt good for eating. But once we spoke to the manager, the problem was quickly rectified, and they managed to sort us out a long table for us to use. Theres a great choice on the menu with something for everyone! Our food came pretty quickly despite it being extremely busy! My Buddha bowl was delicious and really healthy. All the staff were amazing and really made our night!
Just rubbish. Been twice now and the first time was average at best. We gave it a second chance and my god what a mistake that was. Dirty tables, lack of service, food thrown onto the tables when they serve you and food is ridiculously over priced. Can not see this place being around for long.
Good coffee and pastries
Wide menu
In line with the others in the Lounge chain, the staff here were particularly friendly though which made having lunch here a great experience. Tony only complaint is there was an odd chemical smell, maybe the cleaner they use? But you soon didn t notice it anymore and it certainly wasn t bad enough to take a star off.
Fantastic - it wont replace our regular lunch cafe due to the price however its certainly worth it when you fancy something a bit nicer in a restaurant thats been well designed to give such a lovely atmosphere.
Love the TAPAS Menu for light Lunchtime Sharing!
Popped in for lunch post camping as we could take the dog, food was great, lovily burger and a chiabatta, reasonably priced, would return. 8/10
Very cool spot, only dropped in for a quick coffee but the place is super cool, loads of space and nice environment to be too. Service was polite and the coffee was good
Never had a bad meal/ get-together here. Service is great, even better that you can order by phone too.
Lovely food - we had a variety and it was all delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful (didnt have much interaction as ordered through app). Only comment would just be a preference as bill auto added tips for service at the start. But we hadnt actually received a service at that point!
Lovely evening meal, great food, lovely decor & really friendly staff that go out of their way to help, will definitely come back
Food is average.
Brilliant lounge restaurant, the menu and staff at all of these are great.
Large party without reservation but made very welcome. Place was very busy but no issues with making up a larger table. Menu is large and varied. Everything we chose was good. Childrens meals were good.
Food was lovely but service was very slow.
Super quick, friendly staff and great tasting food.
Even though this place has been open a while now in my home town I hadnt tried it out until tonight so I thought we should give it a go. First impressions nice place like the decor and the staff are very pleasant. Drinks were good nice wine and my friends enjoyed the beer selection. The food (mainly tapas) very disappointing i hate to say it but Ive had better in wetherspoons the chicken wings especially tasted like they had been hanging around calamari was flat greasy. Cant say ill rush back for food but maybe a drink.
Terrible! Barely a few small pieces of chicken on the souvlaki. Skimping is not acceptable for a main!
Quirky decor, good service, nice cocktails
Brilliant food choices, taste, service and environment. Extensive menu choices including veggie, vegan and g/f. Well recommended.
Loved it. We have a brilliant version in Wimborne and this one is just as good. We loved our meals and drinks. Well be back next time we are in Malvern.
The food is over priced and very poor quality. On three occasions the burgers have been served cold, the halloumi fries are not fries. Theyre more like halloumi goujons. I have given this place a few tries to see if the food quality was a one off but seems consistently of a poor standard. I will not be returning
Have been 4 times now. Everytime is great!
Is OK. Overall walking in the old Prezzo is no more, and the place has been pleasantly refurbished warmly and quirky with plenty to look at. There is an extensive menu, and similar sized vegan and separate GF menu. The staff were friendly on the whole, especially the manager who was a gent. The team lacked professionalism on the whole, which could be more experience or the vibe, and very casual, hair down etc. Couldnt tell who were team or who were customers. Overall it was just OK. Its not an occasion meal kind of place. They were quick to rectify any issues with the order and the meals were served quickly but were OK at best. Thank you but we wont be back to eat, maybe for a beer though....
First time out after cancer surgery, our good neighbours took us out for a coffee. Atmosphere is delightful, staff were ultra helpful and the menu looks superb. We will revisit as soon as we are able and comment again.
Tapas was great and a good selection of drinks, nice place and service was good.
Excellent burgers, very very good salad. Good service from the staff. Dog friendly!
We visited England from Australia and struggled to find good coffee until we visited Ben at Alturo Lounge. The coffee is outstanding and the tapas were delish. Amazing friendly service and a welcoming vibe. We can t wait to visit again next time we are in town. Food
Haven t had a bad meal. Every single meal we have there is absolutely lovely! Service is a bad lackluster but I suppose that s the way it s meant to be, chilled. Love it there!
Great place to visit! If you want food, coffee or a cocktail in Malvern it s definitely the place to go. Lovely atmosphere, attentive friendly staff & tasty food!
Absolutely Brilliant to finally have this open in Malvern. A breath of fresh air for the Town! We went tonight and had the amazing Tapas! Very tasty and very good value. Brilliant Atmosphere and we cant wait to visit in the day times with our Doggies. Well done Lounges and to there new General Manager a fabulous opening
Came here with a friend for her birthday and it was brilliant. Attentive and friendly staff, excellent food and a warm atmosphere. Perfect for dining out or a drink. Has cafe/restaurant vibes and you can order online for table service or at the bar Vegetarian options: Great selection of food light bites, breakfast and main meals served all day
Visited Alturo Malvern last Friday and had a steak and burger. Food was lovely and the service too! Very impressed! went the next day for coffee and equally good. Great asset to Malvern. Dietary restrictions: good choice
Visited here last Friday night. The food ordering app was a bit clunky and slow to load with network speed issues. It was quicker to go to the bar. The food was excellent and the best burger Ive had in a while. Slightly disappointed by the price and quantity of the add ons 3 onion rings for additional £2.15, especially with a cheaper competitor just up the road. Food did take a while to arrive, but it wasnt a problem. Itt was not particularly busy, so Id hate to find out how long the wait would be when busy. We also had to ask for the table to be cleared after eating. The only other slight criticism was the courtesy check was way too quick, Food had only just arrived when we were asked. The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for things
App did not work. Unfortunately this restaurant does not have waiters or waitresses who come and take your order like in the good old days lol. Instead you have to use your smartphone (if you have one) and use a QR code (if you know how to do these things) to visit the website and view a menu before ordering via the app. My partner could not access the app at all. Instead she was directed to some kind of network access page which wanted her to input her name address etc. I have no idea what all this was about. I managed to use the app although it was slow. We selected our food and then went to the drinks section of the menu and then the app simply froze. I got a white screen of death and i could not go back or refresh the site. That was 15 mins wasted so im sad to say we got up and left. I didnt fancy queing at the bar after spending 15 mins mucking about online. Nor should i really have to in a restaurant. I would have prefered if someone just took my order the normal way. The place looked nice and had a good atmos. But we were a bit annoyed after the app fiasco so didnt fancy staying after that.
Ordered the souvlaki flatbread, was served stone cold. Sent it back, waited 20 minutes and it came back still stone cold. Left most of it, table still had not been cleared an hour after those members of our party who enjoyed edible food had finished their meals Bottled lager was warm. All in all, a pretty dire experience. Awful.
Cozy club +1
Food was excellent however not informed of waiting time for food or that no steak until we went up to order food.
Fantastic value for money, great service all round and loved our evening meal!! Perfectly cooked mains and amazing desserts and cocktails. Atmosphere is brilliant and would highly recommend to all!!
Food was okay, not bad. I had a flatbread grilled chicken souvlike which was decent overall but served cold and had maybe just 5 or 6 tiny bits of chicken, i expected more chicken on it as I ended up eating just bread and some sauces in the end. great ambience, good place to chill and have some drinks!
Lovely food well presented nice atmosphere Vegetarian options: Good selection of vegetarian and vegan food plus gluten free Food : 5/5 |
Very nice
Great meal here last night. Lovely food and atmosphere. Recommended
I was pretty excited about this coming to malvern as had some good experiences at the one in Tewkesbury. Although the two times Ive eaten here the burgers were cold, as if they had been sat around for a quite a while. Still feel its a good addition to malvern although some quality control on the food is definitely necessary, possible just teething problems as its new though.
Lovely place! India was our server and very welcoming + friendly. Music is quite loud in a few corners of the restaurant, but theres lots of quieter spaces to sit. Beautiful decoration and lots of space to sit.
Excellent veggie breakfast and top-notch coffee. Good tunes as well!
Disappointing food. The Biriani bowl didnt seem to contain any jackfruit nor red pepper. The steak was too chewy.
A bit dark inside but lunch was excellent, food delicious snd service was great - even provided us with a takeaway meal. A great place for a non-fancy meal.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, drinks and games. Food
A lovely place, and dogs allowed
3rd visit. Highly recommend :-)
Huge place with fabulous decor. Sat alone on stool by window overlooking Malvern Priory, enjoying a juicy steak. Tiny gripe was food wasnt enough, though I was very hungry! Bar service was chatty and fun. Lovely lady greeted me on arrival too.
Had a lovely afternoon eating tapas and having a glass of wine on Wednesday with my sister. We missed the tapas deal, which is on Tuesdays only = 3 tapas and a glass of house wine for £12.50, but we will know for next time we visit. Dog friendly restaurant. Lovely food. They cater for allergies. Will definitely be back
Great, well laid out venue, especially like the coffee bistro area in the middle with the fountain. Good staff. Food is good and varies from visit to visit, this is my 4th visit here and the Chicken in my Twisted Chicken Club was dry and burnt was more annoyed that I was charged over £3 for THREE onion rings on a previous visit. Cocktails are good and aid in enjoying the food. Although waited over half an hour for some shots, So asked for a refund. Can recommend the Tapas. The shortage of staff allows the tables to sit full of empty plates and glasses which reduces the options of where you can sit, Just over 40 minutes for the table next to our party to be cleared. Like other reviews table wasnt cleared, sat staring at the aftermath of our dinner for over 30 minutes.
Huge venue with plenty of seating inside. Tasty food and great cocktails. Can order via QR code or at the bar
Amazing service, amazing staff, amazing atmosphere, amazing food. Would definitely come back!
Ordered out drinks and they took an age to be served.I had a beef burger meal and I must say I was surprised as to the quality.I cannot remember what my wife and daughter meal was but they were pleased with the food. What I found annoying that the restaurant was not full but it was early (5.30pm) and the sound levels were elevated. Would we visit again is the real question and in due consideration the answer is yes. Dietary restrictions: Its a catch 22 position because trace elements can always be found in ingredients of drinks and food. I must say that the manager was obliging and did his best to alay my concerns but as he says not all ingredients are shown or known. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair entrance is satisfactory.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu. Kids drawing/colouring. Kids corner with games in the centre of the restaurant. Food
Ordered triple pancakes and bacon and it came warm and tasted very nice. Toilet facilities were very good and the atmosphere was very warm and the service was excellent
Only had tea/coffee to try it out, comfortable, nice decor. Need to revisit to sample food. Service
When we walked in it looks lovely, really light bright and comfortable, love the deco. However there is no service, you find your table and order at the bar and go pay there so we didnt like that. Both our foods were over salty and garlic bread couldnt taste garlic only salt. Would not go back.
My food was good, eggs benedict, but others in the group liked theirs less. Service friendly but hated having to get some of it myself (water, ordering at the bar).
Attentive & friendly staff, the food was pretty good, we shared some tapas. Nice cocktails & decent wine. Good spot to have in Malvern
Really nice place, lots of seating available though there was a queue when we left so shows that its really popular. Staff were very friendly and food was to a really good standard.
Interesting setup and decor, as on other Lounge locations, very varied menu, good service, good food, reasonable prices
Fantastic, welcoming and dog friendly place with great choice of food and drinks! Cool, spacious and pleasant, which was well appreciated on a hot summer day! Thank you for looking after us! p.s. Do not look for a better place for coffee! Food
The food is high quality and for the quality the food prices are OK. The drinks are unapropriately expensive (easily the most expensive in Malvern) and this somewhat spoils the experience. Once you have eaten you tend not to hang about and have another drink
Love Alturo Lounge, great food, nice staff, amazing decor, good prices.
We liked the food, decor and the friendly staff, however one of us received the wrong main and also the wrong tonic! We also waited quite a while for our desserts to arrive and paid the same price for a 2nd gin even though we had it without a tonic /mixer.
We love a Lounge and this one is probably the biggest one I ve been in. Beautiful decor as usual and friendly staff.
A mix of interesting decor, varied menu and good service makes this a great place for food in Malvern.
Discrimination against autistic people, boss has an alpha complex wouldnt recommend after this horrible experience
Absolutely % recommend this place they cater for all dietary needs. My husband is Celiac, and the food was amazing and prepared away from traditional food. Every time we come to Malvern, we will be back. A massive thank you, guys, until next time x
Very good friendly staff, and good food
The sound system is tinny and slightly distorted, it made it difficult to communicate with my companion. Also the pricing is confusing for the Tuesday offer of £12.50 for 3 tapas and a free glass of wine, I asked for one non alcoholic IPA too, and ended up paying 2.40 more than I should have. And then met by some round the houses explanation that I should have read the small print, total rubbish. Saying that, I did enjoy the food.
Fantastic
Food delicious. Chose tiffin option to sample food. All very very tasty Food
Greated at door, however when I went bar was ignored for a few minutes. Expensive & weird decor. Not alot of choice on draught. OK but not our thing
A1
Dinner with the grandchildren so good to find a place with a varied menu everyone enjoyed
Had a lovely mushrooms chicken dish here with a group of 7. Music is a bit loud, but food is good.
For Malvern its interesting and different, weve been a few times now and had great food to nice food. You can tell they get busy sometimes.
Walked in the store with the phone dialling, nothing was ringing. They forgot part of my order and cannot be contacted by phone. I had full understanding of them being busy on a Saturday night, and happily waited the 40 mins. The manager, who I ve seen and spoke to maybe 4 times didn t even apologise that I had to walk back to get the missing part of my order. After frequently taking my friend and family to this place, and recommending it.. I won t be for the time being. The staff admitted they don t answer the phone even though they know people are ringing. I feel like a clown for hyping this place up and to be treated like an afterthought for collecting my meal. Edit: tucking into the missing fries now. They were microwaved.
Great menu with lots of vegan and gluten free options. Huge place so quiet in the week and not all cocktails were available or milkshakes but food quick and lovely. Dog friendly too. Food : 5/5
A vast restaurant which just keeps on going back and back. Really nice vibe with original decor and literally dozens of paintings throughout. Highly recommend for the interior design alone. We had Sunday breakfast which was pretty good too. Super efficient and professional staff.
Nice decor, great view out the front window. But I understand why they ask you to pay before you get the food. 10 meals all tepid, other than bringing food to the table, there was no service to speak of. Really disappointed. Back to The Cosy Club for us. Far better experience all round. Food
Not a real restaurant - it s more like a buy your own food with your phone like Wetherspoons. Pay as you go. Nice quirky interior and quite fun, good drinks but the food distinctly average and my own meal terrible. Staff quite nice and do their best. But I won t go there to eat again.
Best thing about this place is the food. Incredible food for a bar/cafe. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Nailed the taste of each cuisine from different continent
The food we had was not the best, cold and not very appetising to look at. We changed one dish and were not given any apology or asked if everything was ok, which it wasnt really. Such a shame as the place its self is lovely, the staff are friendly , we regular visit for dinks and this was our fist time eating there, it will be the last. Comon guys, kick it up a notch for Malvern!
Impressive service. Food & drinks began arriving within a few minutes of placing an order online from the table. The menu was extensive, and had items Id not seen before. So a good way to explore new food combos. We went in around 3pm on a Friday, and so wasnt surprised it was not too busy.
Overall a good place for a small gathering... For a lounge the drinks ordering system can be improved... Food
Walked in and barely acknowledged, waited to be seated but wasn t, went and seated myself, went up to the bar to order and again, not acknowledged, even with a be with you in a second . It was super quiet. Went off the idea and left. Shame.
I had the gluten free breakfast. Good quality ingredients and really tasty. I liked being able to order through the app and had a lot of gluten free alternatives to choose from which not too many places offer. Drinks took about 10 minutes but the food shortly followed. Price point I think is about right for Malvern - approx £15 for a drink and breakfast. Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free menu, more variety than most!
Lovely food, definitely be returning
Very slow service through lack of staff. Training minimal as don t know who was next,, should be a big part of training, looking up, acknowledging customers, making eye contact, not helped by customers not knowing bar etiquette, but a well trained bar person would ALWAYS KNOW who s next! Poor
Popped in for lunch. It was very nice.
Have visited a couple of times recently with my partner and its just such a lovely place to dine, great food, good drinks, lovely atmosphere. The cherry on top is the staff, theyve all been absolutely lovely, would highly recommend.
A pleasant experience, where you order at the bar or from a QR code. Ordering was easy enough from the QR code my main issue was all the food comes together. There s no starters and mains. Which meant some food had cooled while eating others. That said, the food was tasty and portions reasonable. The price was also fair for what we had. I would have no problem eating here again.
