We had a dinner at The Fig when visiting Malvern for a weekend. The service was quick, and the ladies working there were lovely and very friendly. We really enjoyed our tapas and loaded fries. Will return when in the area again.
Really lovely little restaurant/deli/coffee shop in Malvern. We stopped here for a bit of lunch and were really impressed. We are outside under the cover in their courtyard with heaters and enjoyed a really nice brunch. Good menu, great quality and good service too. Would definitely recommend
Me and my wife love going to The Fig, it is our favourite restaurant in Malvern. The food is amazing and so well cooked. The service and atmosphere always make the restaurant such an enjoyable experience for dining out. Me and my wife would highly recommend anyone in Malvern wanting to dine out, visit The Fig
Tucked away from the high street with a nice ambiance. Good coffee. Food plentiful and looked lovely but lacked flavour. Poached eggs on avocado toast were cold. Parmesan and truffle fries had no truffle flavour at all.
A proper hidden gem. Really gorgeous little courtyard to sit in, plus dog friendly! There is a cafe and a deli here, the cafe has indoor and outside seating, with a loo on the first floor. We had coffees and a brownie, very lovely. There is a full menu and they are licensed too. Definitely recommend seeking this one out.
Such a lovely place! The cutest decoration which makes you feel homey and at comfort. The food was also incredible, we had the fish butty and steak & egg… everything was brilliant!
Stumbled across this place in summer of 2021, decided to sit outside with the 4 children. One down point I’d they didn’t have a childrens menu, not sure if they do now. But decided to get the kids the loaded fries, , my wife had the scotch egg and I had the steak, the scotch egg was big and I really enjoyed the steak , the loaded fries were nice. The food was nice but not the typical place we would take the kids, would return with just the wife . A little pricey and no kids menu , but Better as an adults only treat
Came here with my partner for dinner. We ordered the following the buratta and french onion soup as a starter. Both were good and a solid 4/5 each. One comment for each dish would be that the buratta could be fresher and the french onion soup could use more cheese and less onions. For our mains, we ordered the ribeye medium rare, the ravioli and fish tacos. The ribeye was flavourful and cooked perfectly; the ravioli was one of the best I had ever had and very tasty; and the fish tacos so much flavour profile that just made it delicious. We also got some truffle and Parmesan fries which were amazing as we got them to go as well. As for our dessert, we got a banoffe pie to share and it was divine. Very delicious to share tonight and definitely will be trying other deserts when coming back! Overall, the ambiance was calming but and the drinks were very nice and made us feel very comfortable. The mains were very delicious and very great staff working here and a special thanks to the chef for such great food. One improvement would be the time management in terms of the interval between each meal. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
First visit yesterday and what a wonderful find. Tapas and the whole team just exceptional, totally recommend
Have not been to the fig for years but was OK
Lunch at The Fig... so relaxing ... lovely food great service what more could I ask? Dietary restrictions: Gluten free catered for x
Lunch with a friend. We had a warm welcome, enjoyed great food and served with a smile. It was a bonus to sit outside while its raining and we felt warm and dry.
Nice place and very good food, would recommend.
Lovely tapas and wine, we really enjoyed it!
I took my Dad who lives in Malvern and hadn t been and was excited to go. There was a lot of noise from the kitchen and we could hear staff conversations very loudly. I think it might have been the Managers night off. The food was good but service was slow and meals didnt come out at the same time. We were disappointed
Great!
We stumbled across the fig kitchen and deli in the town and as we were looking for somewhere dog friendly the big welcome sign for dogs enticed us in. We were a group of 4 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs. And were made to feel really welcome. We sat outside in the beautiful courtyard, and the inside was just as beautiful between us we ordered a range of meals from ciabatta, panini and salad and everyone enjoyed it all. We then visited the little shop and the lady told us about the local honey, so I brought some to try, it was really reasonably priced, and it is absolutely delicious.
Its a few years since I have enjoyed the fare at this restaurant. I had no real issues and would suggest a visit is worthwhile. The 2* relates to the fact that I had spent £55.00 for a meal and was charged £1.00 for hot water for a coffee.
Great food, great service, great place !
Fantastic new Landlord who is opening soon. Watch this space !
The best breakfast we ve had in the 5 years we ve lived in England. The quality of the ingredients was very evident, as well as portions and service. Very happy, will definitely be making this spot a regular.
Warm summer evening, great for sitting outside under the fig tree. Food 50:50. The risotto was good but the tapas was very mediocre. The dessert was weak. Wine choice by the glass was very limited. Service was ok except they waited until ordering to advise of availability.
Absolutely amazing for gluten free food! I am celiac and I have NEVER had a reaction here. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are so friendly and understand diets so well! Definitely my favourite place to go! Dietary restrictions: Amazing range of gluten free food! Never had a reaction!
Made an impromptu visit last weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the freshly made food with quality ingredients. Great service, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you.
Superb food and service. First time visit but will definitely be back
Black Pudding Scotch Eggs!
Lunch with friends. Food was great. Atmosphere was nice for a chat with good friends . The place was clean and it has a lovely ambience. There is a small seating area downstairs and one upstairs and a courtyard with a gazebo over ,which I think would be lovely in summer. It is centrally situated just set back from the main high street . The food was really delicious, and well presented and we were very happy.
I have to visit Malvern a handful of times per year for business meetings and the Fig Kitchen has become our lunchtime venue of choice. The food has always been excellent always exceeding everyones expectations of a small business tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but thats to the Figs Kitchen advantage. Those who know, know! Highly recommend. A secret gem in Great Malvern. Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions are catered for.
I have had lovely food from the deli before, but unfortunately my experience at the restaurant today was not very good. The food was overcooked, the ingredients were poor quality, and it was quite expensive for what it was.
Lovely little place tucked away down a side street. Good service, tasty tapas and great burgers! Food
Really disappointed with overall dining experience Ordered before other diners, but received meals last. The two meals were brought separately and had to wait for the side order Had to ask for additional condiments The descriptions on the menu, did not match the meals served. The bread was dry with a tasteless and unseasoned filling. Not clear that specials were the evening meal. Would not recommend.
Absolutely divine food. The duck was beautifully cooked. Lovely atmosphere and great, friendly customer service. Cant wait to come again.
Fantastic quality food. Tapas were very tasty and good value for money. BLT used top quality ingredients. Highly recommended.
Tucked away off the street a lovely find for lunch/brunch. Friendly staff. Vegetarian options: Soup of the day, Bhudda bowl and other options caught my eye. Food : 5/5 |
Third time of eating here and it s definitely become my top place to eat in Malvern. Today I came with my Mum who is vegetarian and ordered the mushroom linguine which was NEXT LEVEL! A beautiful array of gourmet mushrooms of all shapes and sizes and so delicious. I had the fish tacos (my favourite) along with some seasonal greens which were so tasty. I had no idea peas and broccoli could be so tasty, would love to know how they do it! Will be coming back again, and again, and again
Lovely little place in Malvern. I would definitely recommend the tapas , it was gorgeous.
Delicious food and awesome service !! Thank you for the great experience
Unfortunately in our experience, the fig was a disappointment. Service was a little slow, and the food was generally very disappointing given the high prices. The chicken burger was pink throughout, which was unappetising it was also a bit gooey and fatty and the portion sizes weren t the most generous. My partners drink was half full despite asking for a full pint. Not good value for money. And probably won t be returning any time soon.
Great little restaurant
Great food, amazing service!
Lovely place with good food
Brilliant, friendly staff. Lovely tasty food. Great atmosphere. Would definitely return.
Lovely brunch, great staff, and cozy atmosphere Well worth a visit
Dropped in just as they opened due to the kids menu and the fact they welcome dogs. The service was superb, the local beer was great and the food was top notch. Really great place. They also played some cool rock and indie tunes too. Vegetarian options: The plant burger wasnt available but the vegan hot dog was and it was great Kid-friendliness: Kids were made to feel welcome and the food was spot on
Staff were really lovely and acoomadated our early arrival! Food was all delicious apart from some over cooked fish cakes, which we mentioned at the end (we were in a rush as going to the theatre, otherwise I think they would have re done them) huge apology and a reduction to the bill! So all in all great food and service. Will definitely go again!
Great little spot for a romantic meal out, the service was excellent and the drinks offering was great (no draught beer though). Large portion sizes.
Absolutely fabulous place, me and hubby went for early dinner before a show. We both had tapas, which were totally delicious. The service was great too, friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant itself its beautiful and we will definitely be back!! Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options
Delicious food quick and friendly service
Great food and a good location, unfortunately the service wasnt great but we were hidden upstairs
I love this place. They are so friendly and efficient. The food is really good, the burger is amazing as are the Benedict s, the sausages and hash browns are lovely. I thoroughly recommend, but not too much cos I want to be able to get a table!
Visited The Fig with my Mum for brunch earlier this week and couldnt fault it! A lovely little bistro/restaurant tucked away down an alley just off the road. We arrived not long after opening (11am) and were the only ones in to begin with but we were soon joined by two other parties. We both had Eggs Royale with all eggs being perfectly runny! Staff were friendly and attentive. It is quite a small restaurant with the benefit of an outdoor terrace which I imagine fills up in the summer. We look forward to returning next time were in Malvern!
So glad we found this restaurant. Very welcoming, great food and friendly happy staff.
Went one Evening. Nice setting, food well cooked, lovely staff. Just the range of dishes on the menu made it unclear what the USP of the restaurant is, which left us a little confused.
Good food and friendly service
Fabulous food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere all round, definitely worth a visit....
Excellent eatery. Great staff, great food and good prices.
Tapas is divine! Consistently good food and service and excellent service.
Beautiful food, everything I tried was delicious. Japanese loaded fries were possibly the best fries Ive ever had.
Great little spot for Breakfast, lunch or dinner
Food was terrible
Food was excellent and the service was very good. Definitely would go again!
Stopped off for lunch. Great tapas, really tasty
Great Buddha Bowls
Excellent. Service really was first class. Able to exchange rocket for another salad used with burgers.
Beautiful place to go for date. Highly recommend
Staff are the nicest!
Excellent
Very lovely restaurant off the main street in Malvern. Both times Ive visited the food has been prepared quickly and the wait staff have checked in during the meal. Definitely will visit again!
Friendly staff , nice food and dog friendly. Unfortunately the music played was dire . It spoilt my visit .
Lovely little gem in Malvern! Would definitely recommend the tapas
Quick and friendly service by hard-working staff. Good selection of food and drinks. The tapas we ate were very tasty. Bacon initially undercooked but swiftly replaced on request. A good and popular place with seating indoors and in the attractive courtyard outside.
A nice location in a courtyard, it has a deli on one side and the restaurant on the other which has seating upstairs or outdoors, under a louvered canopy. Lots of views and plants complete the Mediterranean feel. This is also a dog friendly area. Unfortunately service was slow, with a half hour wait, even though there appeared to be few customers and when it topped a dozen new diners were being advised of a 40 minute delay. The breakfast sandwich was fine, but Egg Benedict sauce was almost tasteless, so not the best Ive had. Prices were on the high side considering what we had and the time taken to serve it, but its a great place to people watch! Parking: High Street only. Wheelchair accessibility: Located in courtyard just off the pavement with level access through to the till.
Recently booked a table for 7.45pm on a Saturday night. Upon arrival we were seated, ordered drinks and some bread and olives. At the point we were ready to order food we were told since the kitchen was closing at 8pm we had to order everything we wanted - meaning we couldnt order a few tapas, see how we go and order more. Imo its ridiculous to offer a table at 7.45pm only for the kitchen to close at 8pm, as a result we felt totally rushed - which wasnt conducive to a relaxed evening out. We paid up and went elsewhere. Will not be returning.
Food is decent but the service is slow, very slow. I expected better for the price
Great gluten free options. Had Tapas and was really impressed
Very good food, priced well for the quality.
A real find !! I took my mother there on Saturday fir a treat lunch - perfect. Breakfast and brunch menu is great. Eggs Royale was perfectly cooked, and the fish fingers sub is delicious. Very kind and efficient service. Would definitely visit again. Lovely inside and outspace and the dei looks great too. A great asset to Malvern. Thank you
Friendly staff, nice coffee, average food
This place is just fabulous. Gorgeous wood beams, big glass windows and extensive outdoor seating. Our waitress was lovely, really friendly and welcoming. She giggled at my excitement over a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows on a cold evening. Everything was delicious
Had some amazing tapas tonight all freshly cooked and really tasty. I highly recommend you pay them a visit.
Booked a meal here during a weekend away in Malvern and was surprised how lovely the restaurant was. We had duck bon bons, and then a k-pop chicken burger and thai green curry, followed by a brownie and sourdough toffee pudding, and cocktails. The food was really really good and we felt very reasonably priced. The cocktails were very good and surprisingly cheap. The restauarant is a bit small but very friendly and a lovely atmosphere and decor. Wouldnt hesitate to eat here again next time im in the area and will definitely recommend to others.
Good value for money and really tasty food. Its a small venue but a nice setting. Good to see a more creative menu with options Ive not really seen elsewhere.
Fantastic food, great friendly service. Make sure to book to get your table, it gets busy and it is easy to see why.
Nice place. Lovely staff. Limited menu. However glad to find it.
I cant recommend the fig enough service was fantastic food was amazing we will definitely be back. Stacey and Ryan
Pleasant staff & nice cosy restaurant.
What a great place this is! I cannot recommend enough. Great food, fab cocktails, the ambiance was perfect and the staff are out of this world! Tapas was exceptional. We came here to celebrate my friends birthday and the staff could not be more attentive and catered to our every need. Tils we loved the surprise cocktail you choose for us. Helen (I am sorry if this is not your name!) you are an absolute credit to the Fig, great service. We will be back!
Called to book a table at 18:00 before going the theatre. Was told there was no availablity, only to walk past and too see one table taken. Perhaps they dont like the Birmingham accent.
Went with a friend for lunch. I had the K-Pop burger, they had the Fig breakfast & we shared calamari. All were absolutely delicious. Service was great too. Suggest you book though, we were lucky to get a table as said we d be clear before the reservation on it!
Lovely place, nice food and lovely atmosphere also all staff was so nice.
Hidden gem - lovely brunch and very busy. Booking is advisable!
Lovely good attentive service, highly recommend.
Lovely setting food and service
Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. The restaurant is set in its own courtyard with indoor and very atmospheric outdoor seating. The portions are quite small but great before going to the theatre. They have an extensive Vegan menu but it has identical dish names as the meat version so unfortunately they didnt notice we were both ordering from the Vegan menu and one of us was brought meat and it wasnt obvious until some of it had been consumed! 40 years of Vegetarianism down the drain! They were very apologetic and didnt charge us for anything.
Lots of deep fried bits. We were able to small the deep fat fryer in the Restaurant. Nice staff. Food not so much.
The waitresses were kind and polite, however the food was just okay, the Sunday roast was well cooked but the cheese cauliflower had almost no cheese, it was dried and the same were the potatoes. The kale was delicious though. The toilet needs a bit of attention, it wasnt very clean.
Great service, lovely food and atmosphere
Small well run resturant, lovely helpful staff, clean and organised.definately would go again
Excellent tapas and some innovative dishes to keep me interested. The loaded fries are to die for.
Fab food and really friendly staff
Customer Service is one of the most important factors of a business more so in the hospitality trade, to be served by unenthusiastic young lady with no smile and got the order wrong doesnt bode well. The food was mediocre and not inspiring - we both had cocktails which were OK, had been looking forward to this meal. However the Head Waitress was very apologetic gave us money off the bill and a free glass of prosecco each when we complained and said they were short staffed and the Chef was not playing ball as it was his last shift - perhaps too much information but at least an explanation why it was bad service. Disappointing.
Located in a nice little courtyard in the centre of Malvern, it was perfect for a pre theatre lunch. Food was great and the staff really friendly.
The cauliflower poppers, mini-fish tacos were wonderful. To top it off - the best Bourbon Brownie in the world! It is a must!
Great place to eat, really enjoyed it before going to the theatre
Quiet and lacking in atmosphere. Pretty expensive and small portions.
What a lovely place!! We took a trip to Malvern Splash from Gloucester and decided for lunch, we d venture into the little town by foot. We came across The Fig and was greeted with big smiles and warmth. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they were interactive with my little girl as well. The food was out of this world, good!! Great service, delicious quality of food and there were 3 empty plates. We will definitely be visiting again Thank you for making our visit so lovely!
Iced coffee only but food looked good. Next time will try the tapas.
Absolutely excellent. Great outdoor courtyard, excellent service, drinks and cocktails were wonderful and food was superb. A full vegan menu is also available and dogs are warmly welcomed. Will definitely be returning here.
Brilliant service and food. Go here, you wont be disappointed. Book to avoid disappointment as it is not large. Vegetarian options: Plenty of options plus alternatives if needed Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating. Lots of GF options including the best GF burger bun according to my wife. Kid-friendliness: Amazing . Good proper kids menu plus drawing paper and crayons provided. Ultra accommodating.
Lovely place to eat, we went here after a trip to the local pool. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the food is amazing. We had the full English breakfast and the bacon is next level here. A nice relaxed atmosphere and dogs are welcome.
Vegetarian options: Separate vegan menu with a good selection. I had the plant burger which was really good. Kid-friendliness: I went with my 5 year old and the staff were lovely with her. Separate childrens menu. Would have been nice to have had more than one veggie option on it.
Nice coffee shop with great selection of food on the menu from breakfast to lunch.
Great food, friendly and attentive staff, lovely courtyard dining. Particularly loved the funny kids menu! Lovely small independent restaurant that I would definitely go to again! Kid-friendliness: Very accomodating and friendly to our baby.
Delicious food, great atmosphere, lovely people. Special mentions for the sirloin steak and the K-pop burger!
Beautiful courtyard seating under a fig tree. Open lunchtimes and then early evening. Worth booking a table to ensure a place. Lunchtime treat with friends, delicious food.
Delicious food, super friendly & accommodating staff and not every recipe features figs, so dont let that put you off. I loved the quaint courtyard tucked away from the main road. Perfection Wheelchair accessibility: The only thing I would question, but cannot confirm is whether there is a restroom on the ground floor for wheelchair users.
Fabulous. Freshly cooked food so you may need to wait depending on your choice off the menu but so so worth it. Enjoy xx
Vegetarian options: Vegan
Lovely staff. Lovely food. Great rare steak.
Delicious tapas enjoyed with great service.
Popped in for lunch before a walk up the hills. The Fig is very dog friendly and the food and service were both excellent. If we return to Great Malvern we will be back here for lunch again for sure!
Fantastic food, promptly delivered by the super efficient, genuinely friendly Florence and Jai. Those two made our evening, thank you x
Had a lovely selection of tapas Great staff, really friendly Highly recommend Recommended dishes Fries
Great food and service. Very friendly staff. Lovely little place. Will definitely visit again.
Perfect position just off one of the main streets, lovely presented restaurant with friendly attentive staff. Nice menu good well presented food.
Excellent vegan menu..Best on town Vegetarian options: As above Food : 5/5 |
Fantastic tapas bar which is tucked away down a little alley, giving it an almost, secluded, secret location feel. Great food, great staff and great beer. Highly recommended
Absolutely blown away by The Fig. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was exceptional and friendly, the food was delicious and if youre looking for a gluten free friendly place, this is your heaven, with most of the dishes, including desserts, being gluten free or gluten free alternative. I cannot recommend The Fig enough. Just go.. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free heaven
Amazing food great menu choice staff are lovely service was great can t fault it would definitely go again would highly recommend
Delicious food and great service
A pretty cafe/restaurant with great atmosphere and welcoming and friendly staff. Food was great and they accommodated for a group of 5 even when busy.
Nursing a mild hangover and after finding 4-5 cafes that didnt serve breakfast, I found the fig. Although I initially thought it was a bit pricey my breakfast arrived and looked a bit mean with one sausage and one small bit of bacon. A decent size portion of scrambled egg and beans in a ramekin made up for it. The taste however was out of this world. The sausage, for example, was the meatiest sausage I have every tasted, the bacon was full of flavour, the eggs were creamy, the mushroom fresh. I wasnt a fan of the hash brown but I think that was more me than the quality of it. A Nice Illy coffee finished it off and I left thinking what seemed pricey was actually good value. Hangover abated I left on my merry way. Great food, nice atmosphere, lovely service. Must come back for dinner soon.
First time at the Fig! Great experience, tasty food and drink. Great service. Definitely recommend
I recommend the tapas - lovely little place and really helpful staff too.
Loved it great food
Lovely coffee and tea.
Booked a table for my birthday. Wow lovey friendly staff, very well set up, could not do enough for us picked off the evening menu for my lunch, had a pudding with a sparkler as well wow very reasonably priced will definitely be returning. Thank you so much to the chefs and front of house made us feel so welcome xx
Lovely food and waitress fantastic,a must to try.
Excellent COVID secure meal. Fantastic food, fantastic service and good value. Amazing Vegan selection for my daughter
We had our first visit here tonight. Lovely team that run it. Food was good overall and reasonably priced. Lovely wine too. They were run off their feet but still had a smile on their face. We will be seeing you again .
Small and. busy but great food..
Came here for dinner with our three young children and the service and food were fantastic. Plenty of veggie options and our server took time to talk through the menu with us and offer suggestions. Would definitely come here again and I highly recommend to everyone. The rhubarb cider was lovely. They need to open up a branch in London!
Really good food and brilliant service, nice outdoor seating in courtyard
We had an amazing dinner at The Fig after a long day of hiking through the hills. The food was super and they have great vegan options available. Don t miss the dessert my personal highlight was the banoffee waffle! We will remember our meal here for a long time to come, especially because of the warmth, kindness and hospitality of the staff!!! Would recommend this place highly to anyone, and we will definitely be back to eat if we ever come back to Great Malvern :)
Stopped by for halloumi fries and prosecco (perfect combo!) followed by lemon and lime meringue dessert. All absolutely delicious and excellent value.
Nice food, nice atmosphere and nice people. Well recommended.
Very pleasant little cafe with good Tapas and coffee. Nice little court yard outside for when it warm. The kitchen staff singing to the radio was off key, but caused chuckles in the cafe.
Lovely place, staff friendly and helpful Highly recommend pre theatre tapas
Lovely little restaurant in the heart of Great Malvern. We sat upstairs, but the seating area downstairs and outside looked pleasant too, set back from the street so very peaceful. Delicious food, vegetarian and vegan options are great, including the ice cream and staff were all very friendly and attentive. Malvern Gold cider is highly recommended to accompany their fig burger too. Wonderfully relaxing place to spend an evening, would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.
review update - still LOVELY!!! STRONG Coffee, Homemade scotch egg? Hell Yesss! Great shade, great food, great service even though she was slammed on a Tuesday lunch time. Roll on evening opening. Update, now open evenings!
Nice setting. Extremely helpful, tactile and attentive staff members. Very good value for money. Food tastes and smells divine!
Quick , attentive service and lovely food
Secluded off a busy street, friendly and excellent service.
Lovely small restaurant with quaint garden tables
Prompt friendly and efficient service in a sheltered courtyard off the main drag. Had the Buddha bowls - pork and tofu and both tasty.
A relatively limited menu, but I have always found interesting options and all at very good value
Short but carefully selected menu and nice place. We could have done with cutlery and napkins but there where only two waiters for the whole place.
Loved it
Really friendly and efficient service , great food.
They charged £5 for a small fruit scone. Nice service but blatant overcharging means I wont return to this place and probably wont return to Malvern.!
Great food and service, their chicken wing with soy and honey sauce is a must, I dine here on my first day of my holiday and came back the day after before I leave, you can imagine how good they are, really highly recommend, definitely will be back on my next walking holiday.
Excellent well proportioned meals, very tasty, with excellent service. Highly rated.
Lovely food. Exceptionally friendly staff. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Very accommodating.
Visited here for an evening meal and it was wonderful. The food was excellent and service too. Would definitely recommend a visit.
Lovely food, attentive staff.
Had a great service for tapas and other foods, however once we had our food delivered, we ate the food my wife said she would like another drink. At this point I patiently waited for the service to appear, and she did, when I caught her eye she said she would be with me after taking someones order. However she went back inside, wouldnt mind this but we only wanted a small dry white wine to quench the pallet, at this point she came outside to us, in front of everyone in the outside area and announced that they will not see us any more alcohol!! How dare they! Lucky I payed the bill!!!
Extremely good food, cheese board was particulaly good! The service was also of a high standard, will definitely be going again!!
It was OK. Service was great. Food OK but nothing special. Was slightly annoyed that the scones were gluten free which wasnt mentioned on the menu. 3 of us didnt eat them as we didnt like them. Fair play to them as they didnt charge us for them.
After walking the Hills today, my friend and I chose the Fig for a sit down and drink. We ordered 2 cups of regular coffee a bottle of white wine, £35!!!!!! thats shocking, very disappointed and shocked at the price.
Fantastic! friendly, lovely atmosphere, amazing food, really enjoyed our evening
Very nice food and friendly staff.
Had a lovely 3 course meal here, the food and service were 2nd to none. Will definitely be going back and cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you!
Amazing, amazing, amazing. The food was out of this world and the staff equally so. Great value for money. Would certainly recommend for a special occasion or a casual meal out.
Very nice food, very nice staff. Great evening out!
Great food and lovely staff, highly recommended.
Early dinner with sister and niece before a night at Malvern Theaters. Lovely food and excellent service, making sure we had our bill on time so as not to be late for the show! Thank you. Will definitely book again next time.
Amazing.
Food very good, prices ok
Tasty tapas. Great service. We had a 2 year old with us and there is a great play area for littlies
Lamb roast dinner delivered for fathers Day, absolutely superb
Lovely little restaurant, great food and service and very caring with their customers. Cant wait to go back.
1st meal out in 3.5 months, lovely food in an ambient little forecourt with great service
Excellent food friendly service great location what more could you want.
Fantastic food !! Brilliant quality and range of food. Food available for everyone. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Would definately recommend!
We had such a lovely time at the fig tonight. Fabulous food and a very continental vibe. The owner was just lovely too. We will def be going back again!
The food here was really good, I had a chicken burger with Korean BBQ pork and garlic mayo and it was delicious. They also had some great vegan options- my sister had the Buddha bowl which had lots of delicious components. We sat outside under the fig tree which smelt really nice, there were also fairy lights around the tree which gave a nice atmosphere.
Amazing meal, amazing setting and amazing service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you Barbara, best waitress weve been served by.
Such a cute restaurant, brilliant service and yummy food! 10/10!
The lady serving us was lovely & accommodating. The cob& soup combo was lovely ( amazing homemade mushroom soup) though it was overpriced for the portion size.
Lovely afternoon tea,staff fantastic
Reasonable vegan options. Cheery enough atmosphere. Really attentive and nice staff. Average food though. Closes early. Location so so but convenient.
Pleasant surroundings, nice food and drinks (coffees)friendly staff offering efficient service
Very good food friendly staff.
Nice menu and food was good. Small inside and service was very good. Definitely visit again.
