Charming gem of a tea room with the most stunning views from the Malverns. We went for brunch and there was a great choice, and lovely hot coffee, also a great choice of homemade cakes. Dogs welcomed.

We went hiking at Malvern hills and a friendly local couple directed us to this lovely cafe. It has beautiful view and nice seating area. Food is delicious, particularly the scone and the selection tea. My son enjoyed the Jacket potato with salad. The first sandwich served was not what we ordered, the waitress kindly offered a second sandwich for free, both turned out to be tasty. Overall, it was a very satisfying lunch that perfectly complemented our hiking experience today. :-)

Amazing views and fantastic cake. Lots of choice on the menu for different teas and coffees and food in general. Parking is difficult if it’s busy… in which case it costs £4.80 for the parking bays on the main road. They do have card swipe so you don’t need change.

If you happen to be in the Malvern hills and fancy a bite to eat then look no further. The Kettle Sings is an absolute gem and provides the most stunning views of the surrounding country side. The food is delicious especially the selection of home baked cakes. Service is top notch, and dogs are welcome too. I thoroughly recommend a visit.

A little hard to find but definitely worth seeking out. Beautiful views from both the terrace and inside seating. Homemade food and dog friendly. Surrounded by lovely walks around the woods and meadows. Or hill walks opposite the venue for a challenge. Lovely clean toilets too.

There are wonderful views from the conservatory across to breacon and the Black mountains. Parking: The car park is small so there are limited spaces. But there is more parking up the hill if you are prepared to walk down to the cafe.

Full English breakfast was delightful, only bug bare was we would have liked to sit in the window but were told all tables were reserved yet we were there for over an hour and a half and 2 of those tables remained empty. Still will go back with fingers crossed for a table by the view as the food was lovely Parking: Very small carpark difficult to manoeuvre back out when found was full, so had to park in pay and display and walk down.

This place has gone off the boil. We live locally and have been regular customers over the years. My wife obtained a menu from a member of staff and let them know we were sitting outside. We were told she would be along shortly to take our order. 30mins later we still hadnt been asked for our order. I went inside to place our order, there was a query and the member of staff said she would come down to where we were sitting to finalise the order. Another 20 mins passed and still no order. At that point we decided to leave. Food orders always take a little time at the Kettle Sings, which is fine as the food is made to order. However having to wait 50 mins to even place an order is really disappointing.

The greatest USP of The Kettle Sings is the view. Perched high on the Malvern hills you can see into well into Wales as you eat and drink. The service is prompt and friendly, the food well cooked and the Dogs name is Pudding (but he responds best to Pud and yes, you can slip him a little bit of ham off your Ham, Eggs and Skin-on Fries). The tea is leaf tea. A favourite place to have lunch when were out that way. Car parking may be a problem at peak times. Dont leave your car in their car park while you go off to walk the hills!

This is a quaint tea room, off the beaten track, but well worth any detour to find it. The views of the Malvern Hills are really breathtaking. We stopped off for a coffee and scone with jam and cream - absolutely delicious. The menu had a great selection of teas, coffee, bread and cakes, plus lunches to suit all tastes. If I lived locally, I would be returning regularly.

Fabulous little tearooms with amazing views. Be careful if youre going across the grass, it can be a bit slippy!! Theres a lovely doggy wholl happily come and join you if you let them! Food was great and service was fab. It would be nice to be able to vary breakfast items, if you remove an item, you cant replace with a different one - and you still get charged for a full breakfast. Seems a bit odd. On the whole though, would definitely return!

Absolutely fantastic little oasis with amazing views. Food here is uncomplicated but simply wonderful. Had a garlic mushroom jacket potato with salad... . but the flavour was incredible & just made the mouth water. Excellent service from the staff (thank you ) with lots of indoor & outdoor seating. Would definitely visit again & highly recommended! Only downside is the car park which is quite small & soon fills (.. because this place is so successful & popular!?) Wheelchair accessibility: Would be difficult. Lots of tight steps and not easy to access.

Amanda and I visited The Kettle Sings for the first time for a few years but were delighted to find it open as we ve always enjoyed our visits. Sadly on this occasion we were both a little disappointed. Firstly, we know dogs are very popular but Amanda and I aren t fans, so when we had 2 dogs freely walking around the restaurant particularly under our table, we found this very uncomfortable indeed. They were obviously dogs belonging to the owner, as there is a couple of dog beds in the reception area. The food etc was very good, but I have two niggles, the first was Amanda s glass, she had to request another as the one she had just poured her drink into was dirty and sticky. The other niggle was, the jam served with my scone and clotted cream. It was a very small tub of pre-packed jam, which was supposed to be strawberry but it was more like a red jelly. Come on Kettle Sings let s have a nice ramekin of strawberry jam with real strawberries to go with your lovely fresh scones. Paul & Amanda.

Wonderfully friendly staff who looked after us and our children brilliantly. Huge slices of delicious cake, including dairy free options, and hot coffee. Thank you!

Reserved a table for 2 for lunch, and when we arrived slightly early it was all ready, and the best table in the place to enjoy the stunning view. Staff were very efficient and the food and drinks were great. The owners very well behaved dog was also very friendly and sat nicely next to us for a bit of fuss. Looking forward to our fourth visit next time we are in the area, highly recommended

Drove a long way to get here only to find it s bookings only. Might be an idea to put a sign saying this at the top of the driveway as we had to try and turn in a very tight car park as did others who had made the same mistake

The Kettle Sings is a lovely place with absolutely stunning views across the Malvern Hills. Great for walkers and as a plus has a small private car park. However, the prices are very steep. £6.55 for two halves of sandwich and barely a handful of salad. £2.95 for a regular coffee. Worth a one off visit but not somewhere I would justify spending that regularly.

Its not the first time Ive been to have lunch at The Kettle Sings after a long walk on the Malverns. I love my food and can identify a beautiful home cooked bean burger when I see one! Salad was very tasty and fresh. Toilets are also very clean for those like me that hate using public toilets! Staff very friendly. Beautiful views! Highly recommend you try this place:)

Really wish I could award more points. Food and coffee were good, the view is great. However, as i ordered and consumed a glass of tap water, i wasnt best pleased that the bill included an extra £4.50 for bottled water. A gratuitous and incomprehensible angry look from one waitress meant that the otherwise good impression rather faded at the end.

We were looking for a good coffee and cake with a nice view and this ticked all of the boxes. A lovely welcome and a dog friendly cafe meant we enjoyed a very pleasant time drinking coffee and having a cream tea in the lovely surroundings. Next time we are in the area we will definitely try more of the lunch menu!

First time back in over 40 years for my Mums birthday. We used to go for tea after a walk back in the day. So very pleased to say its pretty much as it was with THAT view, unblighted by development. Wonderful tea platter, endless refills of tea = very satisfied Customer.
