Truly bad...unedible

The kebabs are the best Ive ever had. And Ive had a few.... Food

Got my order wrong, then proceeded to call them to explain and was given attitude and then was hung up on absolutely disgusting service will not be ordering from here again

Food tastes OK, it is very hit or miss, it is awkwardly inconsistent. Sometimes it is good, other times bad. Price is wayy to high as well for what you get. But for a local kebab, it will do.

Very expensive , dont order through the app because its a cheating price. £15.70 on app for x large, but on the shop, only £13.staff are not friendly, the portions are very small, and not worth for money food is ok

Looked on website and 12inch pizza collection £9.49 but £8.99 in description. Partner called and placed order anyway, as we wanted an awkward one. Confirmed £8.99. Bargain. Decent pizza. So much so in fact we ordered again with a friend the following week and got a sausage and chips for the little ones. £34, bargain. Now twice in a row theyve charged us £18.99 buy one get one free, Ive just been told. My partner thought the £8.99 was a day offer or something Quite decent pizza and takes just 15 minutes!! Will change review rating if refunded but wont be otherwise.

The new fat chips are disgusting we need the original chip plz as I have now stopped going there and they tastes horrible

I recieve an unsolicited menu from this establishment very frequently, despite having a sign on our door requesting no menus. Ignoring this sign, actively encourages me not to purchase their food. I tried one of their pizzas a while ago, and genuinely considered doing a covid test after, because I could not believe how tasteless the food was. Maybe I wouldnt mind the constant menus if the food didnt taste like the bottom of a shoe... Probably the worst pizza in Malvern.

Great staff, always good food

Sorry but wont be ordering from here anymore. The last 3 orders have been awful, I dont know whether theyve changed manager or something but food is shocking and very expensive for what you actually get. Kebabs look like theyve been dropped on the floor and Stone cold. Tasteless meat also. Sorry its time to find a new kebab shop. £30 for 2 kebabs and one side is a bit much !

£40 for cold kids food. Cheap cartons of juice and small pizza. They squirted sauce on top. Not given sachets. Not again. Waste of money and not worth it

Absolutely shocking, very rude staff, hardly know what there doing, when I order they charge me more than I should, normally get a mix meat and chips with lettuce, basically no meat and the box is full of lettuce, overpriced, made feel ill the next day, wont be going there again

Ordered a large mixed meat and chips and it turned up medium at best, hard semi cold fries, watery meat and vile tasting lettuce, Also order mozzarella dippers and a burger and fries, same story with fries, burger was disappointing, dippers nothing special. All for the costly sum of £27???? Deffo wont be ordering again. Cheaper to go to a national pizza chain or the local chip shop, Avoid

Been going here 7 years...the last 6 months I havent been there for food until tonight...I ordered pizza and kebab with chips and salad x 2...the pizza had no flavour at all...the kebab meat was disgusting so salty I couldnt eat it...the salad was old not fresh at all...that was £33 I wont be getting back so disappointed with the food and quality...they have changed staff and it shows theres no quality control its just chucked together n served...they used to have people queuing out the door...now its empty with horrible food and shocking prices...I will not be returning anytime soon...

Closed before claimed closing time

Having read some of the negative reviews, I visited with trepidation . I can only say I was not disappointed. Very highly recommend the food, proper chili sauce like a kebab deserves. Well done all.

If I could leave zero stars I would done a £25 order but forgot coleslaw on my kebab which the salad is free when ordering I asked for a small pot of coleslaw just to go with my food but was told it would be £2 when telling them I ordered a kebab they checked the receipt and said I don t make the rules and was still insistent on charging £2 on something which would have come with my meal free of charge the attitude of the staff is appalling and out of principle I will never give them a penny of my money again

Best kebab in Malvern

The pizzas were recommended to us by a friend. We ordered two large pizzas (margarita). Sadly, both were inedible (despite being famished). Both tasted of so much salt there must have been an accident or spillage in the kitchen. I wrote to them to complain but didnt hear back. Hence the review. The first and last time Ill be ordering from there sadly.

This is by far the best pizza take away in the area. Every bit of their food is great tasting

Kebab meat so greasy chips over cooked and they short change you with your money so all is looking at this be careful, and the way they speak to the customers is horrible I will never be going to this kebab house again

Good food at a good price

We have been ordering from Malvern Kebab and Pizza House almost on a weekly basis for 5+ years, so I thought it was about time to leave a review! In our opinion the best kebabs and pizzas in our area. Consistently fresh, hot and delivered on time. My favourite is a lamb kebab wrap and special pizza! We didnt hear the doorbell this evening, driver kindly called us and alerted us to his arrival. I would definitely recommend this takeaway for delivery.

Delicious food

The Carlsburg of Malvern Kabab Houses. The only one that offers both Shish and Kofta kababs - how can you call yourself a kabab shop if you only offer Donners? The lamb shish is so tender and packed with flavour you should try it at least once without any other sauces. (Chicken shish is as good)

I ordered a lamb doner kebab with salad and it was that hard the pita seemed stale.. I thought when your order a kebab its suppose to all be in the pitta and it wasnt. I ordered pickles and it turned out to be jalapeños... not happy at all.. never order from there again

Reasonable quality meat, ok naan but little effort put into the kebab. The pita was trashed, sauce everywhere so no hope of using your hands, salad unmixed on the side. Last time I went it it was the opposite, shame it was a let down this time.

Very average.Tired salad.We were very hungry and were driving past this place and decided to stop.The wife said I wished we hadnt.Hey oh you live and learn.

Says it shuts at 12:00pm but cant even be bothered to answer the phone at 11:00?? Went down to see if open still rung while I was outside as they was behind the counter and completely ignored the phone.. Also too over priced. £3 a bottle and £1.50 a can? Dont even start me on the food pricing....

Absolutely horrendous... avoid at all costs. Me and my partner ordered from here and we had a call to say it would be £4 delivery despite us living in Malvern and only ever being charged £1 previously. We didnt have enough so had to cancel. Then we managed to get change and put the same order through again which was accepted. Again we had another call to make sure we had enough money which we did. Then another call from them to say it would be an extra fiver than our prev order because for some reason they added 2 lots of onion rings despite only 1 portion on our original order. We asked them to take these off and they refused as it was already prepared. We said we would have to cancel the whole order then as we didnt have enough cash. The guy on the phone started shouting saying why u gonna cancel over a fiver, we cant just put food in the bin which I totally understand but then we had to cancel the whole order anyway as they refused to take the onion rings off, meaning the whole order would have to go in the bin anyway. The guy began shouting even louder telling us to never order again, which we obviously wont be anyway. Really terrible customer service, there are plenty more kebab places locally so go there instead. Money grabbing comes to mind!

I ordered for home delivery, the guy over the phone said food will be there in 45 min. Food arrived over 1 hour late, when I told them I am not paying full price, the manager or owner told the driver to take the food back. I would never use them again, worse customer service ever!!!

Ordered from here tonight hoping for a meal very much the same as the photos advertised on just eat. However when te food arrived and it was open the kebabs we had ordered were drenched in sauce, the pitas breads had become sogfy full of grease and the meat did not look freshly cooked. My partner ate one piece of his kofta kebab and said the meat didnt taste right so ended up leaving it all and just eating salad and some chips whilst i attempted to eat the chicken but again it didnt taste right. The only positive about this order was the food was hot and arrived on time the portion sizes are massive but tbh the amount of sauce put on the meat is a disguise for the taste.

Food average, the staff are friendly enough but the gaffer needs to learn some customer service skills.

Given this place a go a few times now. Absolutely horrible!! They take absolutely 0 pride in serving any kind of quality produce. Its all absolute junk! Soggy horrible chips, burgers that look like theyve been peeled from a butty vans floor. Friend got quite ill after eating the donna/Chicken meat and chips. Dont even waste your money or time, go to another take away and get something much much better!

I wouldnt personally order from here again as the food was disappointing and overpriced for what it was. Customer service was good though as they forgot a dip on our delivery and came back out to us when we told them with no problems.

DONT ORDER!!!! waited 2hrs food came back stone cold i rang up the boss explaind that food was cold and ds stared eating it i said im throwing it he said okay he give me refund so 1hr 30mins later a knock at the dood and the girl says we need the food so i walked in to get phone to ring the so called boss and she drove away worste place ever

food tasted absolutely awful, was cold when first arrived rang to ask for a fresh to be delivered got that delivered then it still tasted awful but was hot rang to complain again and Mohammed just told us that there was nothing he could do about it and never to order from them again then got his ass in his hands when asked for a refund told us no then hung up then wouldnt answer the phone, this is shocking as normally order from these and have done for years, definitely will not be ordering from these again, Mohammed absolutely shocking customer service!!!!

Rubbish waited hour and a half and still didnt get order, said they delivered it to wrong address and then said couldnt find our house despite delivering here loads before, just lies and terrible customer service.

If you live in Poolbrook these guys serve till late on every night, with great grub, and with a smile. They are a kebab shop. Kebabs are salted lamb. It is rare to have a kebab shop embedded in Pound Bank yet they serve the whole of Malvern. A shop to be valued.
