Located in the heart of Manotick, The VAULT Bistro gets its name honestly. The building once served as the bank where locals safely stored their life savings. Now, it has taken on a second life as The VAULT—a safe house for good times and fine food fusions. The VAULT serves traditional dishes infused with flavour and flair. You’ll love the combination of globally inspired flavours, seasonal and local delicacies on the menu. Always focused on bringing you fresh, fun foods, our menu contains a range of meat, seafood and vegetarian options.
This evening I had the unfortunate experience of eating a meal at the The Vault. As part of a group dinner, the two of us had what amounted to a $150 cafeteria meal. I'm not an overly critical person but this was a very disappointing meal. A few details ... 1) It took two tries to eventually get the correct beverage. 2) They forgot to put dressing on the tiny Caesar Salads. I complained and they brought me (and several others) a plastic tub of dressing. 3) The main dish of roast turkey, potatoes, and vegetables arrived stone cold. 4) no coffee or beverages were offered after the meal ... just the bill. To top it off they added an obligatory 18% gratuity. I have nothing nice to say unfortunately.
So much wrong here. We were seated, and had front row seats to one of the servers yelling at another about the seating of an incoming table of six. When this table later asked to be moved inside (too hot for young child on patio) same server was quite rude to them. Our server was an older lady, who was VERY pleasant and personable. Our food though was just awful. There was nothing on our plate that didn’t taste like it had previously been frozen. I ordered the “stuffed chicken”… which…. Wasn’t. It was supposed to be a Chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella, cream cheese, jalapeño, wrapped with prosciutto in a cream sauce. Mine was by no means stuffed with anything. It was a tough, dry overcooked pale breast with an unseasoned white roux. It was served with tasteless rice and “seasonal vegetables” which were actually just four pieces of frozen bagged vegetables loaded with pepper, which I guess is their idea of seasoning. My companion opted for chicken parm, which tasted a wee bit better but the accompanying fettuccine Alfredo was thick and unpleasant. Needless to say, we’ll not be back and would not recommend to others in the area. Five stars for the service we received - one star for everything else.
While spending a few days at a wedding venue nearby, I joined a group of 6 for dinner at the Vault Bistro. Service was prompt and super friendly. We had water and drinks on the table in no time. Great drink selection and my IPA was fresh and tasty. The menu items all sounded great and the food arrived rather quick. Dishes looked and tasted good. Not exceptional, but above average. Steak dishes are somewhat pricey. Overall a good place for casual dining.
Lovely spot we found as we were passing by to Ottawa. The prices were reasonable. Food was excellent with lots of options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Had dinner couple of days ago and the food surpassed my expectations I gave up on good restaurants in Ottawa but this one was wow! Had salmon , the kids got fish tacos and we literally were considering another round of dinner just to eat more Will definitely go again ..and order more :)
A nice spot in the heart of Manotick with a large patio able to accommodate 30+ along the front, as well as another side patio, that’s more open. There are plenty of tables available indoors as well. The narrow patio has a nice breeze and the ceiling fans are a nice touch. It could only accommodate parties of 4 or 2. Perhaps the side patio could accommodate larger groups. The interior is well decorated with hanging chandeliers and vaulted ceilings. The fish tacos were great but I would not recommend the Ahi Tuna salad. What was offered was delicious but it was far too little of a portion. Our meal was delivered to the wrong table but was quickly rectified when I pointed it out. All in all, it’s a great spot with a varied menu sure to please everyone’s tastes.
I was a bit skeptical when a friend suggested this place for a group birthday dinner, reviews of 3.8 was not very encouraging but I was definitely surprised. The place inside is nice, a bit too dark for my own liking, it was pretty quiet during the week, and our waiter was nice and helpful… We ordered a variety of dishes but one that stood out was the artichoke and spinach dip for sure! It’s very well seasoned and quiet cheesy.. everything was good, they loved the steak sandwich, lemon chicken pasta! Salads were ok.. our birthday girl got a free dessert which was also a hit their sticky date toffee cake! They have a nice patio but was too cold of a night for that!
There are two primary choices of dining places in Manotick and The Vault is one of it. It’s prime location with 2 outdoor terraces are great spots to sit and enjoy a meal. The ambiance is modern and chic. They also have some nice art works on the wall. Service has always been quite friendly every time I go there. However if the place is busy, it does get slow down quite significantly especially the kitchen. Food quality is mostly good but not always perfect. This time we ordered flat bread pizza and the Vault appetizer platter. While the flat bread was delicious , the portion was quite small for $16. The appetizer platter was nicely portioned. But the charcuterie and cheese slices were very uneven and some look like end pieces. Not very consistent. Overall, I do like the bistro but the food presentation and quality is not always consistent. It would be great to have same high quality food each time I eat there.
The steak salad was so fatty, they need to clearly get their meats from a different butcher. Who even serves that in front of a customer? The calamari presentation looks great in the photos but it is just rubbery and tasteless. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Go down the road, there are a few others that taste better.
Went for lunch with my friend. She had the Vault burger which was as described in the menu and was tasty. I had the Ahi tuna salad and I do not recommend it. First, there is barely any tuna, one to less than two ounces of thinly sliced tuna. The rest was mostly greens and no parsnip chips. Not great value for 22$. The taste was ok, but I would never eat it again or recommend it to anyone. The beer and service were perfect and the place is very nice and clean. So stick to beer and basic pub fare if you do not want to be disappointed.
Good food and not overpriced.
Nachos were delicious. Poke bowl had giant jalapeños in it. Fish tacos with salad were good. Wait staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than serving. Very inattentive. Really disappointing
Love this place! A little pricey but delicious. Went for a 36 person Paint Nite and had a blast! Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Two of us went in for a late lunch and ordered mussels and a salad and fish & chips. OMG this place really needs to step up the menu and actually hire a Chef. The mussels were uneatable, it was a very salty brine tasting liquid with rubbery mussels, which was to be a white wine broth?? ( I beg to differ ). The fish sticks were straight from Captain Highliner box, square nuggets of minced fish. When you order fish & chips you would expect a beer battered haddock or cod freshly made. My suggestion would be to restructure the menu, hire a Chef to start creating new dishes and keep the menu short. Maybe a few Sous Chefs for prep, not just have everyday people cooking in the kitchen. I guarantee you will have more quality business and higher turn rate with 5 star reviews. The atmosphere is ok, it could use some TLC. Staff were attentive and friendly. At this point I would not recommend this place at all.
Terrible food.
Slow service, missing or cold items. Seems there is a kitchen issue and servers didn t seem surprised about it. Took 45mins to get food. Kitchen forgot the beets on the beet salad (!). Fried chicken was cold. They brought beets and hot chicken when alerted to these two issues, but took time.
Not a bad restaurant. It has a nice ambience and offers good service but I was expecting more from the food.
I assume they are in business only because they get the overflow from the pub across the street. Food was plain, and very mediocre.
Understaffed Like most places Food
The dinner was delicious but I really like the drink selection.
I booked a table for 6:30 pm for 8 people and we arrived 15 min early . When I said I had a reservation the gentlemen said okay 4 in this booth and 4 in this booth and obviously we all wanted to sit together not apart . They took a minute to arrange the table for us , once sat down all the tables were wobbly and not could not be fixed cause they didn t have other tables. We ordered a starter and it took thirty minutes to arrive , once arrived we had no cutlery , napkins and no plates. We had to ask for them 5 min after we got the starter . Once the mains arrived there was multiple issue with things not cooked probably and food not what we were expecting. This was a disappointment as it was a reconnection from a friend but all 8 of us will never go there again.
A varied menu. They do a great Chicken Curry Parking: Theres a parking lot, free, a block or so away. Food : 5/5 |
After waiting 40 minutes for a plate of fries, we learned that none of our food had even been started, so we walked out.
Black Dog was closed again on a Saturday for some reason decided to go next door to the Vault. Almost 6pm, was really empty except the patio. Got seated, had three other tables be seated around us after, they all received water and had been seen, and we sat there for 10 minutes, with no one coming to our table to give water or address us. Was super awkward, terrible atmosphere, and even worse service. We left before it got any worse. First & last time. Should ve read the reviews beforehand. Went to Babbos, highly recommended.
A nice looking resto, but the wait staff were loud (it wasn t busy) and speaking with cursing language at a table in the rear of the restaurant. And the food was very hot hum for all of our party of four! I d advise a pass
Lots of plant based options. Fries would be better if hand cut. Reminded me of frozen. Service was good, but the waiter didnt know some answers to vegan option questions. Other than that, it was an excellent dining experience. Vegetarian options: Also vegan options. If you dont see them, ask.
Went there when it first opened and it was terrible. Not much different years later. I had the tuna ahi salad....five finger slices of tuna, mostly lettuce. Tasted okay though. My friend had fish and chips. The fish was very dry....looked like it was from frozen. Coffee was weak. Atmosphere was good, we ate after the regular lunch crowd though so it wasnt busy. Wouldnt recommend.
The food (steak salad) was amazing. Laura Seaborn was performing and she was a delight! What more could you ask for in a night out?:)
I would absolutely never come back here. This place was empty when we arrived and now I seem to know why. I ordered a flatbread with caramelized onion, feta and Prosciutto. What I was served was raw red onions, on a luke warm (definitely microwaved) naan bread with some meat and feta chucked on (and I really do mean that, really 0 presentation). My partner had a Sandwhich wnd while that was ok the fries were undercooked. To top it off our bill came to $49.50 before any tip, for one main, one appetizer (mine was listed under apps) and 2 soft drinks!! Save your $
Food was meh, nice atmosphere, service good, price was some what reasonable
Good place, food is good and service is excellent.
The restaurant is well located, and the decor is great. The service was slow, the food took a lot to be ready. Appetizers such as Nachos are not the best. Super simple and not enough vegetables and cheese. Perhaps a place for a beer and to listen to music, but not to eat sincerely. Expensive for the kind of food.
Definitely not worth the $$$, go to black dog across the road instead. Our cauliflower wings were undercooked, they were coated in goopy raw dough. The service was not great at all. And the mains were dry and did not taste fresh. It came to $80 for two before tip (two mains, an app, and a soft drink).
Possibly the worst experience I ve had a restaurant. Gross food, slow unfriendly service. Took 2 hours for ice cold mains to arrive. Avoid this place at all costs.
Food and service are both excellant..
Excellent service. The staff was very professional and friendly. We were a large group but got great service. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. A great dining experience.
If i could rate higher I would! Renata or amazing and incredible hostess/ owner Im sure lol truly made our evening even more amazing! My girl friend and i were on date night and we enjoyed so much her pleasantry and going above and beyond to make our evening so wonderful! We will be back! Kery & Magdalena
I had high expectations for this place. It looks on point. I order The Vault Bellini and it was a good start, then I got, possibly the worst beef carpaccio I have had in my life, the presentation was terrible, it has pieces of red onion all over and as thick as my fingers, and it looks like they say just drop all the cappers we have left on top. I decided to give it a try and I regretted immediately. The taste and smell was like when you live your meet towing pit for way too long... I returned the dish and ask for a flat bread (nam) topped with goat cheese, procciuto and arugula to discover the procciuto was the meet I just returned cooked... I didnt say anything and even though our server was lovely and got me a second Bellini on her I wont be returning to this place and wont certainly recommend it.
Appetizers are amazingThe food is amazingAnd the desert was amazingEspecially getting picked up in a stretch limo and dropped off in the stretch limo back to your house is amazing you should keep Stretch Limo
A close friend and I had lunch at The Vault yesterday. Our first visit, and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the service top notch. Our waitress, I believe called Kayla, was friendly and very attentive to our needs and requests. We found the atmosphere great, ambiance to our liking, and we would most definitely recommend others to visit The Vault without hesitation.
Everything was great! They made me a mocktail, but there was no list of mocktails. With more and more people choosing to not drink, options would be nice.
I ve given the Vault so many chances but it just keeps disappointing. The disappointment is mostly caused by the service, the food has been decent (except for my burger patties being burnt my most recent visit). Renata, who has been my groups server every time I ve been there, usually takes a very long time to bring our food - regardless of if the restaurant is busy or not - and gets our order wrong every.single.time. I hate to say this because I like the patio and the food, but the service offered has ruined many meals at the Vault and I will not be going back.
Had a great evening. Service amazing, food on point and atmosphere quiet and intimate. Loved it.
We booked ahead, and sat down for our reservation. Right after we ordered, they closed front door, and began set up for a private party with dance floor and band. We had to wolf down our anniversary dinner in 15 minutes while all tables were removed from around us. They should have at least explained this situation when we entered, but instead we couldnt enjoy our dinner at all. The Chicken Parmesan Alfredo was also a miss considering the price.
Incredible food. We ordered 4 different plates and all of them were delicious. Service was amazing. The chef is an artist. We highly recommend the place.
really disappointing meal, prices are outrageous, 2 Cesar salads with allegedly grilled chicken + a lasagna meal - $80. The Cesar salads were pathetic, no bread along with no shredded cheese offered. The grilled chicken was not fresh and most obviously cooked prior that day. The waitress was nice and I cannot blame her for the culinary disaster we were served. Needless say we will never go back to this restaurant...EVER Parking: nothing more to say
I was visiting some family while I stumble into this restaurant, at first it seems a bit like your typical terrace type of place, but after dining there I can assure you all that not only it was more than that, but I can say for certain that I was really surprised and pleased of my stay there. The food came fast with good quantity, and I didn t even talk about how huge the portion for the carrot cake was simply incredible. To add the cherry on top our waitress was one of the sweetest persons being always careful to ask if she could do anything else. So, in my opinion the price for two was yes, a bit high but for everything I got it make just sense in the end we did take drinks, two mains and a dessert so yes, I would recommend this place again and again.
Context: Thursday evening before the long weekend, with 2 games happening that evening the Sens game and the Leafs game. Black dog is packed, The tavern first floor is packed too and the second floor doesnt have the game on ..so we go to the Vault . First of all its dead, the atmosphere is very depressing. Only one table with 5-6 customers, the 2 of us and some staffs family/ friends at the bar. The atmosphere is so confusing..how can you get stones on the walls , wooden beams and yet have some chandeliers??!? Its a mix of fancy and country casual but it doesnt work. The food was ok but we were told that the kitchen was about to close shortly after we arrived (around 8:30pm). The side for the wings was disturbing , it looked like some leftovers.. I would say yogurt+cucumber. The waitress was folding the napkins at the bar which is not really where it should be done . The bartender was nice but not really dressed for that. Long story short, great location, tons of space inside, but a confusing identity. The food is not good enough to be a classy restaurant, the staff doesnt dress or behave for that either but on the other hand its not a good sports bar either ..the music was terrible and depressing, the TV s are tiny and the beer menu is basically Mill St only . Too bad ... really too bad.. so much potential
After waiting an hour for our meals and watching newer arrivals get served their food, I recieved a grilled chicken sandwich in which the chicken was very clearly expired. I took a bite and it took everything I had to swallow it. I smelled it afterwards just to be sure and it smelled terrible. My husband smelled it and was taken aback by the scent, but took a bite nonetheless just to be certain and he agreed that the chicken was without a doubt well expired. At this point we just wanted to pay and leave, but the server we had said that the owner insisted on speaking with us. She also let us know that the entire bill was taken care of. I would have been willing to let this pass without a review but the one way conversation the owner had with us changed my mind. Essentially he spent 5 minutes telling me that the chicken was fine and that it was probably the sweet Thai sauce that wasnt agreeing with my pallet. How insulting. Neither my partner nor I bothered arguing as we both saw this coming but it was disappointing nonetheless. If the owner had just been honest, acknowledged that a mistake had been made and I was served what was clearly expired meat and not treated like a simpleton, I would have let this pass but dishonest behavior is almost as bad as bad product in the restaurant business, so there it is.
What an INCREDIBLE place to eat not to mention the service is beyond spectacular. This place has absolutely amazing food, atmosphere and drinks! I am never disappointed when I go here. I cannot remember our servers name but she is absolutely amazing and I wish all servers were like her! I do know that she grew up in New York! I highly recommend sitting on the patio on a warm sunny day, you wont be disappointed! There mojitos are to die for and boy they know how to pour properly. They have hands down the best sticky toffee pudding.. The Baker should get an award for it! My sister and her friends always go here for a girls night out and always come back raving how much fun they have! Its a perfect girls night, date night or just a gathering with friends!
My favourite place to have a pint. Staff is amazing. Best patio in town !
Ive eaten here several times, and the quality has declined with each visit. My last visit was last week for lunch. The ambiance is nice, its a lovely looking space. But I noticed the menus were smeared with food, the cutlery was dirty (I was given a spoon that had smears and crusted food), and the hostess who took our order conveyed it wrong to the kitchen and they prepared the wrong dish. In all fairness, the hostess did catch the error as she brought our food out and got the kitchen to prepare the right dish. The vegetables in my meal were overcooked almost to the point of mushiness, and the rice was unpleasantly crusty like it had been sitting around for a day or so. All told, not a good experience. I dont recommend this place now, and I wont be back, as they appear to be lackadaisical in handling food.
Returned to this amazing restaurant to celebrate a surprise birthday! They took care of everything! From the meal ideas, to the drinks, and even made the cake themselves! The staff was beyond friendly, helpful and so nice! Everyone in the party of 50 felt like the party went off without a hitch! 10 out of 10, would recommend this restaurant!
Had my mothers 65th Surprise Birthday Party and everyone at The Vault went above and beyond for my mother and our family! The food was absolutely delicious, service was amazing and friendly! Atmosphere was soo classy and absolutely beautiful felt like royalty all evening Thank you soo much! We will be back again soon!
We had the nachos, which were excellent. Some beer comes in Quarts, I had a Hounds Vodka cooler which was fabulous. The staff are very kind and friendly, and the ambiance is great. Highly recommend!
Food lacked flavour, except for the desserts. There was one server for the entire restaurant. Beautiful decor a d comfortable seating.
Food was good, but wrong food was sent to table. So we didn t really eat together. Tuna steak was massive at 10oz so most of it came home.
I just returned from a great night out with some girl friends. Renata was our waitress and she was attentive, helpful and so kind. I had the blackened chicken Alfredo and it was SO good! Will definitely be back!!! Thank you!!
Incredible food and even better service! Will be back and will definately recommend to friends! Dietary restrictions: Tons of low carb - no carb options! Parking: 4-5 spots and street parking
We will definitely return to work our way through the menu. It all looks good.
Great place. They were understaffed, but the food beer and service were good nonetheless.
Just had my daughters birthday party at The Vault. Atmosphere amazing, food incredible and the service was second to none. Would highly recommend!!!! Parking: Lots of parking Kid-friendliness: They were excellent with the little ladies.
Food was delicious. Smell in the entrance and throughout is strong of cleaners and created a problem for my over sensitive nose and throat. It is unfortunate as I would like to return but cannot.
Food was bland and unseasoned. Food tasted like it came from the freezer section of your supermarket. Ingredients weren t the freshest either. For the price point they are charging there are many other restaurants in the area that would blow them out of the water. Usually not a picky eater and this is the first time I ve ever sent food back to the kitchen it was so tasteless. Will not be returning here.
Had a good meal, a little pricier than I thought for what we got but good food.
Food came too quick, seems prepared ahead. Steak was cold, sauce tasted as though from a can. 2 microwaved shrimp for $9. And service suited the food.
If youre looking for a restaurant experience that will leave a sour taste in your mouth, look no further than The Vault in Manotick. My recent visit to this establishment was an utter disappointment from start to finish. Lets start with the service. Our waitress was on her second day on the job, and we felt for her inexperience. While a more seasoned waitress did come to help, I m not sure it actually did. To illustrate, the more senior waitress took our meal order, excusing the delays and inexperience of the new waitress. However, our appetizer order was prepared incorrectly, and when they attempted to replace it, the second attempt was even worse than the first. And dont even get me started on the main course. The grilled salmon dish tasted as though the salmon had been previously frozen and then immediately grilled. It has a strong fishy odour and taste. The more seasoned waitress blamed the kitchen staff for the food preparation errors, absolving herself of any responsibility, while the younger and less experienced waitress tried her best to offer alternatives like meal replacements (my salmon order was also incorrectly prepared regarding accompaniments). However, it was already too late. We had spent far too much time waiting for substandard food that wasnt worth the $28 per dish price tag. Even the flatbread appetizer, which was priced at $20, was poorly prepared and lacking in flavor in the end. Its hard to justify spending so much money on such subpar food. To add insult to injury, there was no managerial involvement or accountability for our poor experience. The wait staff huddled together to discuss the situation, but nothing was done to make things right. We ended up spending $150 for two sangrias, some acceptably grilled asparagus, and some shoe string French fries. Its safe to say that The Vault has a lot of work to do if they want to earn our business back.
Had dinner with the gf and her father. Ordered the steak medium rare and it came dark gray. Everyone is done eating and the waitress has still not come back.
Went in with my boyfriend great meat and veggies too
Great service and yummy food !!!!
Great food and great service. Family loved it!
We booked for a family dinner but the night before the restaurant cancelled our reservation because they booked a large party. Poor service.
Delicious food, beautiful ambiance, friendly and professional staff, large drink menu - be prepared to wait a long time for food
I feel like I was ripped off!! The food was horrible! The rumours are true!
I was disappointed in this Bistro. I took a friend for a significant Birthday celebration and hoped to have a nice experience. The bistro is well appointed and the Patio certainly offers the outdoor dining experience. On delivery of our dishes, we were both surprised by our presentations .. not exactly as described as per the menu. We had to ask our server for silverware and a napkin after our food arrived .. otherwise, we would have been left to fend for ourselves as to how to proceed. As mentioned, I had hoped for a special meal to celebrate my friend and we both left disappointed.
Meh. The food was pretty mediocre. Also, they messed up our order.
I had an incredible night, the food was excellent (Mediterranean Chicken), great service and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. Will be going back again.
Service super great. Food (based on poke bowl & Grilled Salmon), really, really, really....really not good. Flavorless, over cooked, and under cooked somehow. Really disappointed as I heard great things. Maybe we ordered the wrong dishes?!
Let s start by saying the service was great, our waitress was a sweetheart! The food was very disappointing! I had the poke bowl and it was so boring. No sauces, no taste, just plain dry flavourless bowl. The waitress did bring me some sauces to make it more interesting, thank god for her! My friend had the salmon and her rice was way over cooked, her veggies were tasteless and undercooked. She was also very disappointed! Maybe their burgers are good!?!? Lol
Overpriced and menu is inaccurate.
The food was delicious!!! The service was a joke . our server was Renata, before asking for drinks she ask if we re ready to order. The appetizers came one at a time, the hostess Alexia was a sweet girl , notice that something was happening and came and brought us the missing cutlery and drinks. We ask for the Manager and to our surprise was our Server. She gives all excuses could found and even blame the Hostess. They need to find a better manager.
A very pretty bistro. Food was great which makes me sad to give such a bad rating. The service was a 0 star. Our waitress/manager Renata, provided the worst service. Making it worst was her berating and blaming the sweet hostess Lexi who was the only one who provided any service to us in front of us. What management skills is that?
Once again and as always we had an excellent time at The Vault. The food was delicious, the service was excellent with a shout out to the head manager Renata. She always makes our date nights amazing. We will continue to come back as it is always an exceptional experience.
Great bar great food and atmosphere! Highly recommend! Renati is an amazing manager!
I m a regular customer at the vault since they have opened. Ever since the vault has hired Renata she has been run so attentive and a pleasure to visit. When she sees you pull up and has your favorite drink and apps are waiting for you at your favorite table. She makes you feel always welcomewhen you call to make reservations and it s full and you ask for Renata. She makes room for you. That is what a person and a business does for an amazing customer. I highly recommend you visit the Vault!
The food was really good!! They have a nice patio too!!
Daniel was an amazing server. Very professional and personable. We are looking forward to our next experience when we return. Cheers! Food
I had the steak sandwich on Friday night. I cant believe how good it was! Im definitely coming back for another one and bringing as many people as I can! From now on, anyone that visits me, this will be the place I bring them.
We re outside on the patio. Ordered a Caesar and Iced Tea which are both very good. We ordered the honey garlic cauliflower wings as an appetizer. It arrived altogether with our main course. The cauliflower was very tasty. My husband said his burger is alright . His french fries dry and no salt at all. I ordered mussels in white wine. The mussels were rubbery and so incredibly salty as to be inedible. I tried to eat a few anyway as I was hungry but gave up as the salt has made me queasy. Whatever you do, don t order the mussels as they re salty enough to give you a stroke. The server asked how everything was while we were on our appetizer and we said good. Unfortunately, since beginning our mains, she s disappeared. The atmosphere outside on the patio is great. The hostess who sat us was really nice and friendly. Mussels made me lose my appetite and I can t wait to get home and drink a large quantity of water to offset all the salt. The server has yet to reappear. Just want to pay the bill and leave as I made the mistake of eating six salty mussels and feel ill. Wheelchair accessibility: It has excellent wheelchair accessibility.
The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The drink prices are outrageous! Rum and coke was $12. Waitress was very kind.
Poutine here is fantastic. Phenomenal gravy, dark and rich.l with shoestring fries. Reminds me of a chalet style poutine very nice. Burger is over charred but juicy. Nothing special.. kinda got worse with every bite. Server is great. An obvious veteran she knows what shes doing she p8cked me up before.the door girl even notice me and it got better from there. Nice place overall would definitely come back for the poutine and if this waitress is here.
The food is ok. Atmosphere is ok. The last time there someone in our group didn t not get their food (a simple flatbread) until the first person in our group finished their food! Was definitely forgotten but not offered any compensation. Nothing! Pretty disappointing.
Great place to visit. Great food, excellent service and dessert to die for. We will definitely be going back!
Great place food was awesome!
Excellent little gem in Manotick! The manager, Renata, goes above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service. The food is excellent, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is classy. And the caesar!! It is simply out of this world. I will happily drive 1 hour to encourage this restaurant.
I had fish & caesar salad. 2 nice big pieces of battered haddock fish. Nicely cooked, and I liked it. Highly recommend it. Waitress was alone serving both in and on the patio, so service was a little slow, but she was pleasant. Nice bistro with the option of eating in or outside. Due to heat, we sat inside. Vegetarian options: Both vegetarian and vegan options from what I saw. Dietary restrictions: Let them know your restrictions, and they will try to accommodate you as much as they can. Parking: Lots of street parking near by Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible, including bathroom.
Very modern sleek decor, nice outdoor patios, front could use some pull down blinds for the setting sun, side patio could use a few plants, for more ambience, would use as more of a bar patio, versatile, offer just cocktails with limited bar food type menu.,friendly service, hostess and server, other servers also very good, very good menu knowledge and recommendations, watching other menu items go by and definitely would return, chicken wings, hamburgers, sandwiches, pasta dishes all looked great.
Just had dinner for my first time at the Vault and had Renatta and she was an absolute delight to have as a waitress and the food was fantastic. Service and food was impeccable. I will most definitely be coming back! Thank you Renatta
Excellent service that was friendly and quick Our steak salads were exactly how we ordered The steak was hot and salad was outstanding Cant wait to go back The desserts were made in and delicious
Looks great inside and out; however, food and service was average. I had the Vault burger, and the patty was well overcooked with not much taste. On a positive note, they do carry Ashton Brewing Company (ABC) craft beers! Parking: Had to park at the Manotick Mall and walk over.
Nice patio but the indoor dining experience leaves a lot to be desired. Very little personality in the decor and extremely dim lighting. Service was okay but felt slow at times and it was disappointing to see the staff on their phones or gathered in conversation around the bar instead of attending to the tables. The main problem here, however, is that the food is just uninspired and bland. My chicken was dry and devoid of any flavor - I dont think the kitchen knows what salt and pepper are for. Fish tacos fared a little better but again they were lifeless outside of the sauce they drizzled on top. Paid extra for an extremely small portion of Caesar salad on the side that had barely any dressing or fixings. The one saving grace of the menu here is the fries which are near exact replicas of McDonalds fries (I mean that in the best way possible). There is also a good selection of beer on tap. Unfortunately I wont be eating here again but if youre in the area and want to sit at a patio while enjoying some fries and a beer this place will do the trick. If youre looking for a good dining experience I would focus your attention on almost any other restaurant in Manotick.
We really enjoyed the food here. I got the beef tenderloin. They came out with three sauces that were delicious. Mash Potatoes and steamed veggies. Amazing will come back!
Visited The Vault last week for the first time. I had seen mixed reviews so was not sure what to expect. I was favourably impressed, the service was very good and attentive, the food was excellent and the prices quite reasonable. The patio seating on Manotick Main is just the thing for a warm evening.
Great patio excellent food
Family of five, ordered apps and specifically stated not to bring the main meals right after the apps 4 of the five meals came as we were finishing the apps with the 5 th plate forgotten about Spending money on a night out with the family would expect good service 4 cold meals to wait for the 5th ..after waiting 20 mins for simple apps Won t be back, unfortunately, nice atmosphere but the service isn t aligned .guess they need to learn about apps and meals and customer service .. Food gets a 2 since 4 plates waited for 8 mins for the 5th to be delivered, cold food, cold service .cold experience .
service very friendly, but food was simply bad to taste and bad on stomach.
A lovely patio and restaurant but the food is really not good at all. Wouldn t recommend.
There is a small possibility that this isnt the worst food in Manotick but the effort was magnificent.
A 1 star may be generous. Air conditioning failure to start, dead flowers at the table for decor, salmon so over cooked and blackened(!) As a main, veggies blackened also, tuna steak barely seared, broccoli turning yellow, tepid water. Is that enough??
We wont be back to eat here. We had the chicken soup which came highly recommended by the waitress. It was extremely salty and had way too much oregano. We also had a chicken wrap with fries. The wrap was ok but the fries were the dry frozen type. We also had the lemon chicken pasta. It came without any lemon flavour. The chicken was really dry and had way too much oregano. It was inedible. The pasta tasted like wet butter drenched in oregano. The waitress never came back to check on us after taking our order. We had to ask the person who brought the food for cutlery. We hunted down the waitress for our bill. She placed the POS machine on the table for us to complete payment and didnt stay and didnt ask how our meals were. Shes obviously eaten here too!
How this place has 3.8 stars is beyond me. Getting any service at all felt like I was greatly inconveniencing the servers. Even trying to pay the bill was a great hassle, as the server seemed to be hiding from my table - as if she knew the food she served was terrible. There was no one to bring cutlery, no one to refill waters, no one to answer any questions. As for the food,, after waiting for about 30 minutes for just the apps, I can confidently say it was literally the worst I ve tasted in the Ottawa area. Is oregano the only spice in this restaurant? The highly recommended chicken soup was almost inedible. The lemon chicken pasta was not lemon but oregano . Eating it was an attack on my mouth. The chicken was dry, and seemingly bathed in the spice. The sauce for the noodles tasted like wet butter, with half a bottle of oregano poured on top. My mouth was so sore, I would have drank an entire pitcher of water to alleviate the pain had there been someone to refill my water. WAY too expensive for what it is.
Waitress forgot beverage order, then took it to the wrong table. Ordered burgers very undercooked. People beside us left without their meal. They were seated before us and did not get their food. They just told the waitress to forget it, then left. We will not return here next time we are touring.
Mediocre service. Terrible food. Seafood linguine with rosé sauce : spaghetti was served in a red tomato sauce (?), with 1 scallop, 2 shrimp and 4 mussels (and one was empty). Chicken curry looked like it came straight from the microwave and all mush. Do not recommend.
Had a really nice evening at the Vault about a month ago with some girlfriends. Was really impressed with the decor, very cozy and elegant. Wait staff were very attentive and the cocktails (recommend the Fresh Gin) and appetizers were extremely good. Too bad it was a bit cool for the patio but looking forward to experiencing that next summer. Love Manotick village !
After spending the afternoon at the world bazaar; I had reviewed the menu at the Vault and was impressed with the menu; but let me tell you we had no idea how awesome the food and the service was!!!! Renata was an amazing friendly, courteous and professional server!!! We ll definitely be coming back!!! And spreading the word! Then we met Mason the limo driver outside! Super friendly and gave us the lowdown on the limo service for the Vault.
Went for dinner and this place has an amazing menu, fair prices, atmosphere is relaxing, but the best of all was the service!!!! Renata was our server and she went above and beyond. We will definitely be back and be suggesting this place to everyone. Thanks Renata for such a wonderful experience.
Good food. Friendly staff.
Pretty sure they served me McDonalds fries. When I got my dish noticed the fries looked familiar. Tasted the exactly the same as Mcdonalds fries but cold and floppy. Looking at the pictures of other peoples reviews the fries look nothing like the ones I was served. Im 99% sure these were fries they got from McDonalds and tried reheating. Service was very slow, but server was nice. Could barely see anything. Someone at another table even joked around by using their phones light feature to see.
We have been here a few times and as always the food is great, the ceaser and cider on point and the service is excellent. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to go in Manotick. Dietary restrictions: The always do a fantastic job catering to my husband s celiac disease.
This is a good quality restaurant in the west end. Well made pasta & sauce. Dates Desert cake with toffy topping was warm and delicious. And their coffee is fresh. Definitely recommending it to family & friends. Vegetarian options. Vegetarian options: Substitutes are available upon request
I tried The Vault for the first time this November. I went out with my friend for supper. It was a Saturday evening, reservation was for 7:30. First thing I noticed upon arrival was the place was dead. I large table with a retirement party, a couple of booths occupied, about 3 people at the bar. That was it. When we were seated, our server asked what we would like to drink. I requested a draught, only to be told they stopped serving that one a couple of months ago. So be it, I ordered a different one. We then placed the order for our food. My friend ordered a sandwich and fries and I ordered the rib steak. When the food was served, my friend ask for some mayo for her fries. The server obliged, but we never saw her again. The next time we saw her was when we were done eating. So my friend never got her mayo. My steak was the fattiest steak I ever had (probably why the lights were dim so you couldnt see the fat), the mashed potatoes were extremely hot and the vegetables were cool. And to top it off, the door in the kitchen leading outside was wide open so we were nagged my a couple of flies through the meal. I understand the economy is bad, people are not eating out as much. Prices are going up everywhere. But working in the food industry, you need to treat the customers you do have better. And sadly, they seem to have given up. My first visit will also be my last.
A lovely dinner out. Two vegetarian salads ordered for our table which were delicious. Good kids menu and a very in tune waitress who quietly asked if it was alright that she brought the kids ice cream before bringing it. Lovely atmosphere. Will come again - perhaps in warmer weather to enjoy the patio.
Food was great. Tried the mini Fajitas and realized that they arent really mini. Could be a meal in my opinion. My wife had the sushi pizza and I had the chicken wrap. We throughly enjoyed what we ate and took the rest home to enjoy later. Will be back in the future.
Very nice and modern. Food is good and very friendly staff. Weve been a few times with family and will be back. Kid-friendliness: Have a good selection for the kids menu.
Went with two girlfriends last night for dinner. The fish tacos were on point as was the seafood linguine my friend ordered. Our server Renata was a sweetheart! Thank you! We ll be back.
We had our first dining experience at The Vault Bistro in August 2021. We went with another couple that was visiting us from southern Ontario. The food, service and ambience were superb. We were all impressed. Bravo to The Vault. We are lucky to have such a quality restaurant in our little town.
A great take out option close to home, Chicken Curry and the Chemen Penne are both great options
Was a bit concerned about going after reading some reviews. I need not have worried, the service and food was very good, we were four and everyone liked what they ordered. The place was very busy and our waitress was attentive and very pleasant. We will return.
Food was not to our taste. Service seemed indifferent and slow. Hostess was friendly and welcoming and checked vaccine passports efficiently.
Last Saturday my husband treated our family to a wonderful brunch at the Vault. We were received with warmth & smiles. The service was exquisite and food absolutely deliciously done. From the calamari, to tacos to seafood of the day to more vegetarian like meals to meat my husband s restrictions. Everything was to perfection. The Sponge pudding with caramel shared by all at the table was a Devine dessert. Thank you. We ll be coming back for Andrew birthday in April soon & will tell all our Kanata/Stittsville friends
For a drink on the patio during summer months, this place has a nice setup. It looks nice and the service was fine, but the food - my primary reason for going to a restaurant - was uninspiring. Had the Ahi salad.
A birthday celebration. Excellent food and service.
Definitely will come back to try other food.
Nice spot right in Manotick. Did a great job with added patio and even has live music.
Update: I just hosted another bridal shower at the vault, everything was perfect! The food, the atmosphere, the service were all exceptional!I highly recommend you consider this restaurant for any special occasion or event! Just hosted a wedding shower for 40 people and we had the most perfect experience. The food, service, and ambiance exceeded our expectations. If you are looking to host an event for a large group, this is the place! T is amazing to deal with, super accommodating and there to make sure your event is memorable!
We went to the Vault last night for dinner with friends. I ordered the beef wrap but couldnt eat it so I took half home. When I opened it up at home today they forgot to tell me that it was a BEEF FAT only wrap. DISGUSTING! I had no idea that beef fat was so expensive. I WONT BE GOING THERE EVER AGAIN!.
Overall the quality of the food was just average. Individually the cauliflower wings were basically the size of a baseball but tasted alright.
Beautiful day nice patio to sit have a cold beer and an app. Enjoyed it didnt have an entre but looked interesting enough Ill go back for one
Very enjoyable lunch.
First time at the Vault. Had the scallops and the steak salad. It was absolutely delicious. The service was great as well. We got to sit out on the patio. Our first patio of the year. I tried the Ashton Brewing Company cream ale and it was fantastic!. Will come back for sure.
Perfect weather for patio dining so we went to Manotick and saw that The Vault was open. First time there and it was excellent. The red sangria was very good as was the ABC cream ale (going to have to check out their pub in Ashton). I had sauteed scallops for a starter, and the seared ahi tuna salad. Both were excellent. A previous review has a description of the same salad that is, as you can see in the photo, very different from the one I had. They possibly read that and made improvements. All in all a very pleasant experience... Ill be back for sure.
The food was food but the service was extremely slow. Over a 30 minute wait for a Caesar salad and Flatbread.
Very good food but service was not so good.
If I could give a zero star for this place I would have .. the place looks great , with all new modern finish , but it s far from it .. absolutely horrible service , from being terribly slow , to watching some young little server braiding some construction lads hair right at the bar for a good 5 minutes , to then seeing his friends spin around and hang his legs on the back of the bar chair .There s 3 things in my life I ve never seen at a restaurant before , those being 2 things , and the 3rd is our waitress asked for our desert so we literally handed her our left over desert .. CANT EVEN MAKE THIS UP LOL wild . A group of 8 of us went the one and only time , and none of us plan on going back They need to turn that place back into a bank to get any more of my money lollll
Thought we would try the Vault again to see if there had been an improvement from the last few times wed tried it. Were not sure but thought the fries and calamari came from a frozen food company and the fish in the fish tacos was a single, breaded piece of fish, cut in three sections, with fish found in only the center section....about the size of a store bought french fry. I guess Im saying we wont be trying the food there again. My poke bowl was acceptable. Our server was fast and pleasant....although she didnt ask us how the meal was during our seating. Guess our response would have been predictable.
Possibly one of the most disorganized restaurants I ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Over an hour and half for our food, no water offered, no additional drinks, no service of any kind. Constant excuses regarding wait times and quality of food. Expensive for what I can only imagine is store bought pre made junk that is easy microwaved. Avoid this place at all costs.
Renate is the best server! thank you..beer and wings highly recommended
I went to the Vault Bistro three weeks ago with my parents for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We found the quality of the food to have improved from the first time we went there last year. (hopefully it keeps improving because I am a supporter of local businesses! There is so much potential in this place, yet I did not find it up to par with what is offered across the street) Unfortunately, I did find the service lacking. Our waitress, although she tried her best, was not very welcoming and it seemed like she did not have the proper customer service training. We also found that there was not really someone who took on the role of host/hostess to welcome potential customers. ( I noticed that some potential customers left before entering the restaurant because they did not see anyone who was near the main door to welcome them in). However, once summer really arrives, I hope to give this place a try again. (I wish the owners good luck)
Unbelievably horrible service. Manager is inept. I called the restaurant and asked if they had any space available on a Monday night. The server said yes, it would be a 20 min wait. When my family of 5 arrived we waited for 35 minutes at the door before the Manager came and told us that they were not serving anyone else. When I told the manager that we called and were told that we could be served she said I dont know what to tell you Anyone that treats their customers like this will not be around long. Cant wait til its a Boston Pizza.
Enjoyed a nice patio date here on a Friday night. Good food, good service, reasonable prices, and nice modern decor. Will be back and would recommend.
Amazing atmosphere, service and food! A new favorite spot of ours
Renata was our server.Amazing.Food was very good. Will definitely return.(from brockville)
Good food and fast friendly staff. I was there with three other people. We ordered the burger platters. The meat was well done and the burger had all the toppings. I recommend this place. And the patio is awesome!!
Good food staff was OK
Nice and cool looking bar with some great staff. The service for food was lighting fast. Price are fair. We got in for 4 person + dog without a reservation. Dogs are accepted on leash on the patio if well behave. The patio gives you are great view of Manoticks main street.
Nice patio, food is great, nice atmosphere!
My partner and I had our first (and last) dining experience yesterday Sunday July 31st. We ordered a steak sandwich MEDIUM and the chicken wrap. His steak sandwich arrived WELL-DONE as an open-face sandwich with a steak knife for the sole utensil. My chicken wrap was served cold although there were burnt grill marks on the wrap itself. Generous portions of fries. NO utensils (other than that steak knife) or serviettes given until we asked for them. I might have given 3 stars IF the server had waited 5 minutes before asking if everything was to our liking but she delivered the food, asked if we needed anything and then left. We didnt realize we were without basic necessities until we scanned the tables for forks and napkins. We both found the entrees lacking in flavour...thank goodness for ketchup, salt and pepper. Lovely patios and super comfortable seating.
Parking: Great
Amazing staff Amazing food Amazing place
Went here tonight during the Manotick Food Festival for the first time. We were 5, 3 adults and 2 children with no reservation. We were seated in the bar area and Daxton was our server. The atmosphere, food and service was incredible. We had kids pizza, kids penne with cream sauce, shout salad, Fajitas, fish tacos, Ceasar salad, spinach and artichoke dip, and salmon salad. Everything was top-notch! It was so busy but youd never know it. Looking forward to our next visit.
Food was good, but had to wait for more than 2(!) hours for main course, really
Great time
Oh boy. Im sorry, but its one of my worst experience. We both left the whole dish on the table. Better luck next time.
Amazing food, and good prices. So many options for drinks which I love. Takes a bit longer for service when it s busy but the staff is very nice and very accommodating.
Food was good once it came, but it took 2 hours to get eating after our order was placed. Unfortunately the service in the meantime wasnt good- we needed to ask for drinks and what was happening to our order.
Friendly staff and the food was amazing!!!-- They took care of my family well!!-- would recommend to anyone visiting Manotick for sure!!!
Service was excellent. Friendly staff. Food was good as well. I would go back.
Pleasant if insufficient service (single front-of-house server at lunchtime), good beer but TERRIBLE food. Ordered a med-rare burger, and was told we only serve well done. I asked for an exception, and the kitchen refused. What I was served was hands down the worst, most overcooked, poorly composed hamburger I can remember eating - and that includes airport, train station and Boy Scout camp food. The fries were decent, but the burger was awful. Premium price for really, really poor food. Maybe they just deliberately ruined my burger to make a point, but that would be worse than just bad cooking.
Lovely decor, great service, a large menu selection. Highly recommended.
Ambiance is lovely. Staff are very kind and mostly attentive. Food was meh
Good choice of meals Delicious and amazing service
First time trying this place. Arrived at 8:10 pm on Saturday night. Seated at the lovely table beside the in and out to the patio (four other tables were open though). Once sat waited 11 min for a waitress to address us (side note there were 7 on shift). Gave our drink order then took another 15 min for drinks to arrive. She then took our food order. We finished our drinks to then have our appetizers arrive. Husbands soup was good...nice bread served with it. Also had ordered calamari. They were bigger and fatter than A&W onion rings. More breading than squid. Not good. Supposed to be served with sweet chili sauce and tzatziki. Only came with sweet chili sauce. But we were hungry so ate them. Then waited and waited .and waited At 9:50 we asked for the bill, and cancelled the main course. 1.5 hr and still didn t have our food. The place was almost empty patio party happening, patio had started to empty. Of course, when we said enough is enough, our food was miraculously ready. No thanks! The waitress should have been on top of the kitchen to get the food out. It s her responsibility. Would not recommend.
Great as always! Nice to see you Rinada (sp?) and thanks Andrew :)
Great place!!! Looovvvee iiittttttt!!!
Great Patio off the front of the building. Restuarant was short staffed however they informed us before we were seated so there was no issues with any delays. Food was tasty and the drinks were even better.
First time visit. Not impressed. We got seated at 635 pm got food at 735. 4 other tables got served and left before us. I ordered the vault burger and blacken chicken alredo. Our waiter apologized several times he even said he saw other orders go out before ours . It was not his fault. There was 3 people in corner table . One of them got his dinner well before his friends. He sent it back to kitchen. Not right to be the only one eating when your group ordered meals also. For the meal myself and wife ordered was not anything spectacular. The vault bistro is trying to be a up class restaurant but is not. Not worth it for taste and price. There making money and dont really care about issues at hand
Vegetarian options: We had a delicious platter including dips and veggies. Food
Slow and disorganized dinner. The food was OK, just about what you would expect from a restaurant like this. Tasted good but nothing extraordinary. The staff were really friendly and helpful... When they were around. The problem was the timing of ordering and getting our food and drinks. I am not sure if they were under-staffed or what was going on, but it took 15 to 25 minutes to place our drink orders. The drinks came in two groups separated by a minute or two. The same happened with our food order. 3 of us got our orders, then after a minute 2 more got our food. Then it was nearly 5 minutes for the last plate to come out. The last meal had been clearly waiting a long time under a heat lamp. If you are a group of 2 - 3 and not in a hurry, then The Vault is probably 4 stars. But until they can get things organized, I would recommend this restaurant if you are a group over 3
Was looking forward to eating here, I did find the service to be slow, from being greeted, to seating us, to taking our drink order was longer than expected. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. Its a good place to gather with friends with large open space for long tables.
If I could, I d give it a zero. Worst service ever, we waited forty five minutes just for the entre. Never once came up to see if we needed anything, no one ever went to their tables. It s just a reflection of bad service. The meat was cold and fatty, with the fajitas you get six mini pieces of meat that are all mostly fat. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I didn t want to pay for how horrible it all was. And when I was paying on my card, the waiter wouldn t stop looking at the machine, even when I put in my pin. I was so uncomfortable I felt like I had to tip.
Great service and nice atmosphere!
The steak sandwich was great but my salmon sandwich did not match the description, it was covered in soy sauce and honestly just kinda gross. Good vibe tho in the restaurant, the server was nice but not very attentive. The beer selection was good! Overall pretty meh all around idk if I d go back.
I have had 2 parties and the staff, food and service was excellent. Both parties were excellent. First party was a selected meal plan and the second was anything off the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Great food ask for Renata she give awesome service Vegetarian options: They have options Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp and access
I attended a 99th birthday party there. Service was fantastic, all staff was very attentive. Food orders was delivered quickly, hot and delicious!
Food is very good, generous potions and definitely not overpriced for the quality
Got take away from here 2 burgers, fries along with a schrute salad. The burgers were very well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I m a huge office fan so I couldn t resist getting the salad. It was good, Dwight would be proud. I ll definitely be dining in soon to try more!!
Food, service and atmosphere . However, those of us that tend to have a warmer body temperature, found it to be on the chilly side.
I was hesitant to go because of all the bad reviews and how long it takes to get service and dinner. We were very happy with the service and extremely happy with our meals. Our five meals consisted of fish and chips, Mediterranean Chicken wrap, steak sandwich, Jambalaya and the plant based burger. They didnt have much of vegan options, due to the fact that they were short staffed. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful (unfortunately, I didnt get her name). This will now be a frequent place for dinner in the future.
Our family is a mix of vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters. The Vaults menu options make everyone happy and the service is always fantastic. The cauliflower wings a huge hit.
Everything you should expect from a restaurant, Welcoming and polite staff, great food and an enjoyable environment.
Manotick is an awesome smaller town, surrounded by a hand full of local restaurants, all of which are great to say the least. Vault being a go to of mine since its inception. That said, been a regular on Saturday nights. I was there last night and unfortunately witnessed the antics displayed by an angry patron. Restaurants have gone through more than enough over the last 19 months, and definitely dont deserve the be shouted at, create a public scene, nor to be a left negative reviews. People need to be more patient and also order appropriate take out food. Not every meal on a menu is practical to take home. Vault is a great spot and will remain my go to! Thanks again for a great night and great to see how busy it was once again! Perhaps stay home next time if youre having a bad night and order in something easier.
This is our Friday night go to! Great atmosphere, attentive staff and great food! Try Moe s blackened chicken Alfredo! they also have a very nice wine, beer and spirits selection.
The best place in manotick everything is good good food good service thank you
Amazing food, great people .. easy choice for any meal!
Our server was great but the price for 1 piece of fish no fries and caesar salad was $24.00 6oz. Glass of wine $11.00 , coffee $3.00, my bill was $42.94 before I gave a tip. Too pricey for this senior.
Best food and drinks in Manotick! Always a great time.
Love this restaurant. Staff is amazing
Great atmosphere They didnt have coors light or budwieser but still an awesome night
