Ordered a craveable they put it on a long bun, like if I ordered a pizza and the ran out of dough are they just gonna substitute a bun and be like we rean out of dough so we just used a bun? Idk what going on these days with fast food, where do they find these people ?
It was my first time here and it was SLOW! I ended up walking away after 15 minutes of being in a line that did not move. Only 1 guy was working the cash, making the food, and clearly in no rush. People behind me were getting annoyed. I was annoyed and decided to leave. This was at 5 pm dinner time. Like where are the other workers? PLEASE GET MORE STAFF!
highly recommend this location, especially if you get served by Veerpal. Her excellent customer service truly represents what Tim Hortons is all about. Thank you, Veerpal, for making my day better!
This Tim Hortons does not feature a drive thru; so expect to park to get your donuts and drinks. It is a smaller store so it gets busy fairly quickly. Places to sit are so-so since it’s a smaller store. The service is competitive for a quick serve place. Plentiful free parking onsite and on the street. Morning rush traffic is handled by most senior team members and while there is a queue it does go pretty fast. Rest of day: Expect a queue (I most often encounter a queue) and wait times of around 5-10mins. I understand that it is difficult for many quick serve restaurants to find and retain team members; so do expect to encounter new member training which can cause longer queues especially from 4-9pm. Note that due to store policy, bathrooms are locked and for guest use only.
I visited your establishment around 7 PM today and experienced extremely poor service. When I asked to use the restroom, the lady working there denied my request. Following this, when I ordered coffee, she prioritized customers who arrived after me, showing clear favoritism. Despite my polite demeanor, she was consistently rude throughout our interaction. This behavior was unacceptable and disappointing.
Ok, so I live right close to this location meaning I am far too aware of the problem people in the immediate area and subsequently aware that it is not Tim's fault. However the fact that people, and I use that term lightly, are consistently seen passed out, cooking, and using drugs not only just outside the door but also in the booths is just bad management. It shows a lack of respect to the loyal and paying clientele that we are made to be the security and kindly remove the garbage from our seats prior to sitting down and enjoying a meal. Security is necessary for s shop in this location and for how busy it is it shouldn't be s problem to add 24 hour security to the budget. Now I really have to mention the best sandwich maker in town, Anita! She is the reason I continue to give this location my money. She is attentive friendly efficient always remembers her regulars orders and hands good off with a smile. Give that woman a raise!!! I guarantee I am not the only one who can say that her smile and sandwich making skills are the ONLY reasons I go there. We love you Anita and Tim's, we'll you can do better bud.
Parking lot had lots of spots available. Bathrooms were out of service and a long line up to order. We ordered a farmers wrap, bacon and egg bagel and an ice cap. The food was standard and fairly quick to come out after we ordered. The cashier was friendly.
Rcvd bagel today . Fully burnt out
Their stuff is very good and polite
Fast service, affordable food & coffee!
Fantastic service friendly staff and top-quality products! Everything exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be coming back!
Typical Tims. The service was a little slow but it was clean and tidy, and the staff was very friendly.
No doughnuts on the shelf at 1 pm?
Be aware of the long lineups to get your food.
Its Tims what can I say. LOVE TIMS
Worst location I have been to. Always short staffed and very busy.
Very friendly and helpful
They really dont care about their customers, poor service, received poor quality food.
Closed at 4:40 Am , its not 24 hours. Please update your timings.
It s not open 24/7. Wasted a trip going there at night time in rain
Staff is friendly and coffee and pizza is also very good
Hire some more employees 4 people in line took 16 minutes for large coffee
Terrible service
No washroom? So when you are driving all night and need a break to buy a coffee and then go to washroom, but it s closed!!! And also at the google map says they are open 24 hours but they are lying. Food
It says 24hrs and shows open in the map. But it s CLOSE!!! Had to drive all the way for this!
Bad service,, they didn t know what they were doing.
World s worst service given by girl who works there .
Wrong information They aren t open 24 hours Food
Staff are oing the best they can to keep up. This place is busy. Only down side and im sure they are bither by it is that they need to buzz the bathroom button for clients. After all it is downtown.. you knowledge
I generally order on mobile food is always ready if I order 10mins in advance. There was only one time they messed my order up and credited me another meal the same value because I had already left. Outside is a little bit sketchy in the back but the staff make up for that.
Nice coffee
2 than 3
I loved the spicy chicken bowl but our family wasn t able to access the washroom. My 80 year old father in law waited 10 minutes trying to get the staff to unlock the washroom for him and he gave up.
Definitely stay away from this place. Got homeless sleeping, causing issues with employees, drug addicts smoking Crack inside, causing fights. Should be shut down.
No washroom service after 6 rush people out before closing. And takes forever to serve people. More pissed that we spend a fortune there and can t use the washroom. Also they should not be allowed to clean grills while customers are there. Seems they are smoking is out. Please someone give us back our Tim Hortons. Classic W
Good for the summer with lemonade and iced coffee
Between how slow the workers are and the type of people coming into this location .i don t know what is worse. For a location without a drive through, I really don t understand why it takes this staff so long to assist a line of only 4 people .with NO ONE waiting. Tim s is supposed to be a FAST food place, not somewhere where I can watch the staff walk back and forth for 20 minutes before I even get a how may I help you Thinking of coming here on your break don t. You ll 100000% be late to work
Bad customer service. I just popped in for a coffee and muffin. I asked for a dark roast coffee with 2 milk and 1 sugar. After leaving I noticed the coffee coming out of the lid looked way too light. I checked it and sure enough it was cream. I walked back there, waited in line and kindly said I asked for milk and not cream, I can t have cream and asked for a new one. The guy looked angry, shot his coworker who made my coffee the first time a dirty look and then went to do my coffee. I thought it looked odd from what I could see that maybe he wasn t making me a new one but thought of course they are. I left there and was shocked to see it was the same coffee and even paler in colour than the first time. I didn t bother going back and I ll never return to this location again.
Not only are two particular members of the staff extremely rude to customers, but the store cant even be bothered to be honest about their hours on here. They say theyre open 24hrs, but theyre not. They claim to have a 24hr drive thru, but there is NO drive thru at all. How incompetent is the owner?
This 224th is a hub for Drug activity, Constant drug transactions and overdoses. be very careful at this tim hortens you could be risking your life! The workers do not have a security guard or resperators to protect them or there health. The city facebook has been sharing videos of people openly smoking fent inside the building right beside other customers. This is a very unsafe place! Wheelchair accessibility: no stairs
It feels like every time theres a good staff member they dont stay around. I often come in late for just one drink and it often takes several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. Watched someone stand and flip a cloth rather than serve customers, clean, really anything. Sketchy area and uncaring staff.
Coffee taster off compared to my usual from Tims. Also my app didnt work so i did not get roll up credit
Fast drive thru
service is veryy baad. take too much time for order
The quality has taken a serious nose dive. The taste unnatural. The apple fritters have no apples. The Boston cream filling tastes like perfume not cream. Everything is whack. Also junkies everywhere
wow what an absolute joke of customer service. we ordered 2 drinks and it got sent to a different store and then they ignored us. they would not remake them for us. staff need to be trained on customer service and how to handle situations like this. you do not make a customer travel across town for an iced capp that probably costs less than $0.30 cents to make. no other company does this. even starbucks with their $10 drinks they offer to remake if they are sent to the wrong location. i am looking forward to saving the money i would otherwise be spending at tim hortons. sincerely, Disgruntled.
The service is great here! They are fast with getting your food ready. I gave 4 stars for the Atmosphere because homeless people come in and fall asleep in the booths. Security or police are always there dealing with them. Update: the bathroom is gross. It s been filthy for the last couple of days, it needs to be cleaned and sanitized.
Ok
Staff are awesome and greatest service
Not all locations are good at their jobs but this one is. They, in fact, are excellent
Nice place to grab and go
Sketchy spot for a Tims unfortunately. No drive thru so you must go inside to order. Not my favourite location - but the service is decent.
As far as Tim Hortons goes, I have always had food as expected and the coffee/tea tasting like it should. Ive been to a few that were not good over the years. Also, fast and friendly service in the mornings on the way to work when I do get in the line-up. Food
Coffee was burnt, cashier was unhappy, and the restaurant had several unsavoury characters loitering in it. The other Tim Hortons on dewdney is better.
Rough crowd of customers at this location. Staff are frazzled because of the struggles these poor customers are carrying. Go anywhere else in town and thank me later. And be thankful their hardships are not yours.
horrible. uncleaned tables. no place to put garbage. our food was just thrown in the bag. napkins crumpled and my chili leaked all over the place. they were understaffed though. only 2 workers for take out, skip the dishes pickup, and dine in orders.
There is No drive through here and there mobile order never works.
This location is the slowest, last week it took them 25min to prepare an order of 3 egg sandwiches and 2 drinks even though it was a mobile order. The lady who served my order was very rude, she questioned the amount of sugar in one of the drinks not once but three times, very loudly, and then she even said thats too much sugar. 3 might seems too much to you but it is normal to someone else, why do you think your opinion matters? If I wanted my order read out loudly I wouldnt do a mobile order. What is the point of making a mobile order if I will still wait 25min? Worest service ever.
From past i am getting steep tea from here. Although service is not up to mark. Every time, they don t stir the sugar property, having first sip feels sugar free and at last sip taste s like their is excessive amount of sugar in a tea.
Great service and smiles
Always good
Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly, bunch of skid row bums hang out here. When i visited, had two scream racial remarks at each other and the staff did nothing. Food
Great coffee with combo oat and regular milk
This particular, Tim Hortons is always interesting, but was very clean tonight, and the employees very welcoming
Pretty normal
I dont know why Tims staff as a whole (with the exception of one or two people) seemingly HATE humans, but the service and attitude received at this location in particular are always baffling. No hello, no thank you, drops my receipt in front of my despite my hand being outstretched, have to ask to use gloves that havent touched cash/POS system when grabbing donuts... Its just a mess. Update: this is the ABSOLUTE WORST Tim Hortons Ive ever been to. Floors have spilled drinks, tables are filthy and NO STAFF to help customers, never donuts at a DONUT shop... Just horrific. I hope Tims corporate reads these reviews, store needs to be pulled from the owner and sold, clearly they dont care about the business AT ALL
Usually 3 staff on in the morning and there is always a lineup and the 3 staff seem to be doing nothing. And only one staff member helping the lineup. Parking: Parking is impossible. We dont park there anymore. Last time we got a ticket, so I usually walk or get dropped off.
The place is always very dirty
The place was nasty
Food and garbage all over the floor and tables My Food bag was covered in some kinda food sauce from another sandwich My other order had residue all over the handles and sides
I am going to rate this place for my over all experience because I couldnt imagine reviewing a place like this after a single experience. For the majority of my experiences here, I have been impressed. Impressed by the best sandwich maker (you know who you are) and always impressed by MariAnne. On behalf of everyone who complained (cancel, cancel their comments) - thank you for being here for so many coffee drinkers and sandwhich eaters!
My 4 year old daughter and I went to this location for a coffee and smoothie and a quick snack. We haven t been to this one in a long time and we decided to sit and eat. Ordered at 2:24 pm on mobile app. A few minutes later a guy drops his tin foil (for drugs) and sits at a table with another guy and a lady shows up. (She just came from the bathroom) Not long after I see smoke and it looked like it was coming from there table. (They had there paraphernalia out on the table) I go over and ask if they can not do that in here. (There where a few kids in the Tim Hortons) Then I go up to the front counter and tell them there doing drugs in the building. There s smoke literally pouring out the path way from the bathrooms right into my daughter and my face. I m getting angry, customers are getting angry. They literally said they called security and that was it. BTW I waited outside and security never showed up!! (I understand that there not to put there selves in danger) We were asking for them to stop making food and taking orders and open the doors of the restaurant. How can any of us just sit in there and get high this is not okay. I said you guys need to stop what your doing and open the doors before you continue. Costumers we re getting mad and agreeing, some even left. The lady from that table left after this commotion. I then kicked the tin foil over to there table and told the one guy you dropped your tin foil. He was like it s not mine. I said yes it is I watched you drop it now please pick it up before a child like mine gets ahold of it AND he did!! I feel like this tim Hortons has gave up and feel like the drug users are just a normal in there store. Unfortunately it s a problem everywhere but if you don t stick to rules and keep kicking them out or even banning them they will keep taking advantage of your store. I left this store to go to the bank and Walmart with my daughter, I felt like I wasn t fully there. I inhaled a lot of that smoke and will be also making a complaint to the city about the rising issues in our city. Kid-friendliness: AVOID this location at ALL cost if you have kids.
Not the greatest Timies... but not a good area really!
Not so clean but good customer service despite of busy hours. But washroom was terrible and disgusting
One of the poor Tim Hortons i occasionally see. Toilets are locked because of rough part of the town this place in. Servers are good and food classic Tim Hortons. I don t think you can improve anything it just bad location
Always a interesting place to go to people watch. Some interesting characters in this place.
They discriminate people when it comes to using their washroom. They look at you and then u can literally tell they are deciding weather your worthy enough to use the washroom facilities Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible
The parking service on premise will give you a ticket if you walk away from your vehicle..its a 86 dollar ticket if paid in 10 days if not then $130. Im not sure if this money goes to diamond parking or Tim Hortons but either way a scam, sham and using there licensing to issue non legitimate tickets is a Fraud. Ive gone to this tim Hortons for the past 10 years living in maple ridge on 224th and never had a problem till yesterday. This is unacceptable and when you talk to diamond they are rude, very unhelpful and they sound completely aware of how they are stealing your money when you talk to them over the phone. I wont be using the businesses in this plaza anymore and If I do I will be walking to not risk getting a bs ticket. I work hard for 80 dollars a day. You just write a piece of paper and take it from people... Easy enough. Parking: They have tons but an awful parking service, diamond parking.
Staff is always friendly, has some odd people around the building though
Went thru drive thru for a coffee. Ordered quick, delivered hot, on my way.
Good coffee. The customer service is very nice, especially SHAWN. Please make him your new CEO.
They have one person working with line ups to the door.
Yummy burgers
Nothing too special, every house is the same
Staff are great. Food is as expected. Not the best location. Lots of weirdos in the morning. Guy dropped his knife and crack pipe in front of me on my last visit.
Usually drink coffee which is fine mostly but this time ordered wedges too and couldnt believe it, how hard most of them were. Not happy at all
Always long line ups, either mornings, lunch time or late, short staffed most of the time. Its best to eat in the car than use the dinning table. Always messy.
Worst Tim Hortons location!
In the morning, only one staff member serving . To long of a wait.
Always fast and friendly service. Delicious Food : 4/5
Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese yum! Parking: Theres a whole huge lot directly across 224th mostly empty near the corner of lougheed Kid-friendliness: I love the thought of meeting my little ones for a doughnut and french vanilla here. Wheelchair accessibility: Buttons on the doors but people here are nice enough expect someone will open the door for you.
Fresh coffee and new baked muffins
Terrible experience! A family member Parked at Tim Horton s and noticed signs saying parking limited to 30 min. Ran a 5 min errand, came back to vehicle to put items away and then head into Tim s for a coffee and donut. Shocked to receive a $90 parking ticket on the windshield. Was so furious that my family left. Tim Horton s - you ve lost my and my family s business at this location!
The service is great the food is ok and the atmosphere was good. Its a typical tim hortons.
A great service by Yasmeen Always smiling and polite Food
Usually drinks coffee at this location but never get good service but today when I visited amazing services are provided by SIMMI. Thank you for making my day good
As per my experience, I have been impressed with the customer service provided by Tim Horton. Especially, impressed by the sandwich maker SIMMI. She always impressed me and the best thing about this member is her way of greeting she always greets everyone with a smile.
Terrible location. Advertises items on its menu board and doesn t actually carry them in store. Instead says you have to buy the more expensive thing. Never go here. Terrible.
I am not surprised this store has okay reviews. They dont understand the words less ice or oat milk. You order online and the store doesnt have the syrup that made up your order. You choose something else and they make it so terribly that it ruins your day. And the employees dont actually care about your order. Go to Starbucks
The timbits were fresh and the service was truly amazing
No shirt, no shoes, no service. Easy rule to follow. Despite this universal given, it is a nice place. Great location along the Lougheed.
Its a Tim Hortons what more can I say
Place was a bit untidy but a great Tims
Good old Timmies.
Its Tims. I feel bad for the staff at this location. They see some... stuff. Get in and get out, food and coffee is good, the patrons are whack.
Good. Recommend
Can t stand going here
The washroom is out of use and the cleaning lady had such a rude attitude towards customers.
Bad bad toilets
Mobile orders dont work here. You make an order, wait 5 min for them to ask you what you ordered and takes them another 5 min to make it. The staff stands around talking staring at customers that need to be helped. Been here for 6+ months and its the worst service Ive ever had. I could call out a few people who work there that need to get fired
Slow service in the older part of the town no drive-thru.
French vanilla coffee is so good
Your basic Timmys with a Wendys attached. Lots of parking, relatively clean.
If you like a little bit of second hand meth smoke . This Tim Hortons is the place to be.
They are often very busy so expect delays, they also get my order wrong nearly everytime I try to get a sandwich but its so busy I can never be bothered to correct them.
Only 2 people Woking rush hour with a lineup out the door. Open at 5am the bathroom is not open until 8:30am and the staff discriminate against whom they let in. Today I watched as they told children in Halloween costumes they couldnt use the bathroom as they left crying
Every time I come here they dont have Decaf coffee. I understand most people drink Regular coffee but why have decaf on the menu if they never have it?
if you use mobile ordering, its very fast dont wait in lines
In principle, everything is not bad, just not very clean.
People who pay for there food are asked to leave, after 20mins into eating as there holding up spots for paying customers. Even i have been asked to leave because I was using there free internet and didnt buy anything. I was on my data told them there free internet wasnt working...I had food in front of me that I just bought but couldnt eat yet because everything scalding hot. I like to taste my food not have no taste buds left. It wasnt even busy there was no one in there not even single person besides me. Dietary restrictions: They offer dairy free milk. Parking: 20 spots Wheelchair accessibility: There is maybe one wheelchair accessible parking spot but both doors offer wheelchair friendly door openers
The traffic was so bad in Maple Ridge that I pulled over just to get out of the traffic and have a quick cup of coffee everybody in Maple Ridge had the same idea lineup was very large but the order came quickly and it was hot it was good and when I was on my way the traffic was much better and so was my mood
Great location, great staff, and everyone is friendly. They know how to serve their customers.
This Tim Hortons has got to be cleaned up. Get the homeless people out of there first and don t let them use the washrooms it s simple. They re not in charge Timmie s you are!
To many bums out front!!
Didnt get everything I ordered. Had to tell the lady about my muffins, than donuts. Then she forgot my coffee. By then I was so mad, I just left
Had a nice cup of coffee with a beautiful lady it cant get any better suns out enjoy maple ridge we are!
Seriously the worst Tim Hortons. Everytime my order is wrong or something missing today I ordered steep tea and received coffee. You guys have one job Serve your customers please do it properly.
Worst one Ive ever been to bad customer service and super slow at there job.
Nice place to visit
Service is good and have great coffee
The store was very dirty, tables and floor. Service i had only one person a head of me even though I had to wait for 5+ minutes to get my turn despite there were 4 employees at front counter. Then I had to ask for every thing sleeves napkins receipt. Food
My ice cap wasn t fully filled
Never had a problem here with my orders, way better than the 203rd location besides the crackheads lurking about outside.
Usually really patient and understanding but this time no. Mobile ordered my food at 1:58pm, received my food at 2:26pm. I arrived at Tim s at 2:05 assuming my food would be ready, at 2:20 the lady making my food tells me they don t have certain ingredients when that s done, right after she tells me potato wedges are just being made and take about 11 minutes but I ve already been waiting about 25 . thought this was fast food. If your employees don t wanna work tell them stay home
Tried the breakfast sandwich on a biscuit and it was like a piece of sandstone. Dry and not good. Donuts are a disappointment these days.
Very nice and clean place with lots of tables for families... Kid-friendliness: Treat kids with respect and love everything about this place Food : 4/5 |
Good service
smelled of urine tables were all dirty Food
