I have been to a lot of different Tim Hortons locations over the years. The customer service at this location is exceptional. They remember me as a regular and always make sure to do their best to serve quickly to get me in and out of the drive through with my drink exactly the way I prefer it. Special shout out to Shamsia whose the best! Always smiling at the window when I see her
I happened to come to this Tim Horton's. It was great here, it had a good atmosphere and they were clean and friendly, and it's been a long time since I've been to a Tim Hortons this good without any Indian employees. 🥰👌🏻
This Tim Hortons on 231St Dewdney in Maple Ridge is by far the best Tim’s I go to on a regular bases. I’m always greeted by staff that have an appreciation and passion to be working there. Sham, one of the servers, has served us for years now. Her genuine smiles with her caring heart makes me feel so appreciated as a valued customer. Hearing Axel at the drive thru window with a warm hearted ‘HELLO’ to all the many customers driving through, is awesome and it puts a huge smile on our faces. This warm and healthy atmosphere, that all the staff brings, is why I’m giving this rating 5⭐️ Thank you Rachel for training your employees with that passion that you wear on your sleeves.
I don't often go to Tim Horton's but when I do I try to enjoy a bagel with cream cheese and sometimes a tomato. Today and last week have been very disappointing due to below average food quality. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and both times there was very little cream cheese. My most recent order had so little. Cream cheese, practically none on one side and scant amount on the other that my tomato slice with the very ugly blemish on it couldn't stop my bagel from being so dry it couldn't be eaten. Normally I would feel the need to complain because the food at Tim's is usually what is expected from there but this is very disappointing especially since it's breakfast time and the start of my day.
There is another Tim Hortons closer to where I live but the people at this location make adding the extra 10 minutes to my walk completely worth it! They are all so kind and helpful and sincere. They truly do go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Thank you all for making my days start out great!
I go there often but sometimes they rush too much at drive through. It is enoyying coz you pay for your food but you don’t get you order right & who would want to start their day rough
Love getting an egg bacon BELT for breakfast, tasty and fresh, looks like a newly remodeled Tim Hortons. Service quick, accurate and fast.
This is one of the best Tim hortons I have come across when it comes to customer service and speed. Moving across six provinces over 40 years, this location definitely stands out when it comes to team work. I can see the employees are more happier which shows me either their team leader is doing a great job or the franchise owner has a positive attitude which then gets passed on to employees. Many other Tim Hortons, its as if they hate their job but this location the team communication I can see is well initiated and the positivity from the staff is reflected as well. To the team at this location, I would like to thank you for having a great team as I come here every morning and keep up the spectacular work!

Waited in line for 20 mins before walking away. Multiple people decided to just leave as well. Very slow, no one working the till, line not moving and they are ringing up their staff members (skipping the line).
This Tim Hortons does not wash the lettuce or properly was it- common to find dirt or tiny bugs on it. Since the company was taken over by USA the food quality has gone down and the soup tastes less than desirable.

This is the best in Maple Ridge. Sham is always cheerful and caring, and who can t smile at the cheerful Hello who hear from Axel at the window as you are exiting your car in the parking lot.

Drive thru is a little slow at times but over all great staff food is always good they dont always have all baked goods. Inside is fast service clean and again friendly staff.
My dog (Hagrid) and I would like to leave a compliment for Casey. She usually works the till at the drive thru window. She is just an amazing woman! So were all struggling these days. Myself included, so I bought a puppy for Christmas as the ongoing happiness monitor. Hes my whole dang heart. And the thing that makes him the most happy, is seeing Casey at the drive thru window for his precious timbit. I cant tell you how grateful I am for the doggie timbit service. And I cant say enought great things about Casey. You have brightened our lives and we both love you very much for it! Thank you for such wonderful service. Tail wags and all!!!
Bad experience on July 7th, 2024 Drive thru order around 9:30 pm There was a terrible old asian lady working there with horrible attitude giving us the worst attitude ever!!! She didnt even let us order properly and didnt even let us ask her proper questions about the items we were supposed to order. My worst tim hortons customer service experience ever!!! Even after we got our items she closed the window very hard on us!! Even though we needed to ask for more straws!! So embarrassing

This tim Hortons NEVER carries any of the new specialty donuts or drink its a absolute joke I went there for smile cookie they had zero as usual so I went to the 240th one and got a dozen there. Save you time and support a Tims photons that actually cares what there customers want and go to the 240th Tim instead the staff is nicer the store is nicer and they always carry all the new food and drinks that are released.
Chicken Cheese pizza is not tasty like regular pizza. They should change little receipe to enhance the taste Food

Check your order carefully. I ordered and paid for a breakfast sandwich with sausage for my daughter and they left out the sausage. Also, my breakfast sandwich bun was torn. Really bad food preparation. We were from out of town, so I can t ask them to make it right now.
For a company whos primary product is coffee, they run out of ice coffee? Disappointing.

Item not included in order and the staff Would not fix situation. I went back to this location and explained that on my previous order, not all the items are included in it. I did not receive a refund. I was told to come back the next day. I showed them the date and time on the app of when the nest item happened, but there is no resolution. Not been given a refund and being treated like it was no big deal is disappointing. Being told to come back the next day and spend my time and fuel to drive down there it s not a solution that seems fair or in a customer s best interest. 0 customer appreciation

Almost every time I come here they are sold out of something I want. They seem to always be sold out of donuts. At least twice a week I order iced coffee and most times they don t have it. I ve ordered an iced latte and 3 times now they just give me an iced coffee which is completely different. The drive through is extremely slow and the staff always seem like they have no clue what s going on and make very little effort to correct mistakes or offer substitutions.

They spat in my food
I came to this store last Sunday. The food was okay. The coffee was fresh too like how all food and beverages should be. But what I was more impressed about was the service given by a trainee. I think his name is Ian? Or Lan. I was very indecisive when I was ordering but he remained cheerful and patient despite the fact that i changed my order a couple of times. He was also fast and efficient in getting my orders ready. If this is his standard of being a trainee, I can t wait to come back and see him as a seasoned server

Horrible customer service today, had to ask three times for a sleeve for my coffee ad the worker at the window was chatting with her Co workers in their language. Not paying any attention to the customer. And they rarely ever stir their teas, always get a sip of hot milk at the beginning and a spoonful of sugar at the end. Horrible

The young girl at the service counter was extremely friendly and served me quickly! I wish that I could call out her name here to get some great feedback but I cannot remember her name and I dont have the receipt in front of me right now! Under staffed and under trained. Seems like they are too over worked to provide any kind of service i would expect buying a coffee. The building is a waste of real estate with how its run.

My morning staple
A staple in my morning routine. I could make my own tea but when your awake at 430 am I simply dont want too Recently this location had a malfunction with their drive through speaker, and instead of shutting down they took turns standing outside in the cold morning air on their cellphone relaying drive thru orders to the team inside. I was so impressed, they didnt have to do that but I was ever so greatful they did that morning. I dont want to know what my day of teaching looks like without my large steeped tea one cream
The staff are wondering , they are always swamped so remember that when they make a mistake , just let them know and they will fix it . Kid-friendliness: Ya they dont mind kids

Three people were ready to help at their cash register. I have never seen people helped SO FAST at a Tim Hortons before. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And the food was very tasty!

Went to their hockey card trading night with my son and the staff were great. So many amazing people helping out the kids to complete their set and lots of giveaways. My son had fun and a reminder that there are a lot of kind good people out there. Hope they continue to host events like that.
Great place for coffee
I ordered 4 holiday smiley cookies and got plain chocolate chip cookies. They could have at least told us that they ran out. I felt bad asking for a refund bc the money goes to the hospital

Every, single, time one pulls up to this Timmys... be ready for at the very least, a 20 minute wait. The drive through is a backed-up-to-the-street NIGHTMARE!!! You are better off just bypassing this joke of an establishment altogether
It must be worst Tim Horton in the entire Canada its non sense , worst service ever . They dont know what they are doing . Always get orders wrong . Dont service clients for at least 10 min and when someone ask if we can get serve they answer you with such an attitude and thats the manager . WORST TIM HORTON EVER !!
