For only having 4 tables the service was very slow. 15 min to get menus. 20 minutes to get drinks 50 minutes to get food. The waitress would disappear in the back for 15 minutes at a time. Very disappointed

The waitress seemed to try hard but was overwhelmed by customers & very very slow to bring food & drinks . The Hamburger served was terrible tasted like a frozen patty warmed up ,the chicken wings where good ,unfortunately there are much better pubs in maple ridge so I will not be returning to the Town pub.

Fantastic service for my girlfriends 65th birthday Tuesday night we had a private party area for 35ish people and it was a great fit for everyone. Jasmine and her server that night (I believe was Alice) were outstanding in taking care of all we needed. Thank you highly recommend!!!

I ordered the chicken strips and fries, the chicken strips were almost burned totally over cooked you could barely eat them I did tell the server, and I did get I am sorry. I have been coming to your place for many years now and this was the 2nd time that I was served the over fried chicken guess I won t be coming back

I have never used social media to complain about a local business, but after me interactions with Town Hall yesterday I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in how unprofessional they are. Two months ago early September I booked my husband surprise 50th Birthday Party for November 16. I booked it a few days after I had hosted my best friends surprise party on August 24 Town Hall. The manager I spoke Jasmine who remembered me from the previous party. I Gave her my credit card for a deposit, never noticed if it was processed to be honest. We booked again as In August the staff did an amazing job on my friend s party. I called yesterday morning as something in the back of my head was saying call to confirm. Also a few days prior a friend told me Town Hall was hosting a singles party the very same time with 170 people, and I thought ok they are going to be busy as our party is 50 people. So I called and spoke to a staff, I could hear panic in her voice when I gave my name and she said we have your reservation for 170 people, I immediately said no, for 50 people for a 50th surprise party. Her response please hold. A manager then came on asked who I booked with and I told her the managers name and that I gave my credit card for a deposit. She says let me call you back, I need to phone my supervisor. Ok I said. Now I was starting to panic as invitations went out a month ago and everyone confirmed, and this was at 11:00 am and party was starting at 5:00 PM. After back and forth conversations and me not being very happy they accused me of not booking either and that they had no such reservation and that they are fully booked and basically good luck. At this point I m crying on the phone pledding with her to please allow us at least 2 hours as our party was starting at 5:00 and the singles group was starting at 7:00 and was very bluntly told no she had no staff. I wlll never visit Town Hall again, I am still so angry and disgusted with the service I received. My reservation apparently got lossed, or tossed for the bigger singles party. Thank god I have amazing family and friends and were able to change the venue in a few hours and it all worked out. But no apology and regards to our plans, shame on you Town Hall

There was a private event going on which meant the service was extremely slow and you couldnt even order a drink from the bar until 9:00 pm. It would have been nice to have service that was quicker...the server would come by about every half hour...

Went in with a group of 7 around 4pm yesterday. We each ordered a drink and a couple appetizers to share. But that s it. Our server never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks or food. At one point, we even asked her to lower the shades as the sun was shining directly at our table perfect opportunity for her to see if we needed anything, but no. The strange part was that she had to walk directly past our table to serve the other group in her section. I tried several times to get her attention but honestly, it was such poor service that the group wanted to just pay and get out of there. Skip this place, not worth the time or money.

Overall a good spot to go and have a cheap breakfast. Avoid the iced coffee we got this last time and it was basically milk with whip cream and a slight coffee flavoring. Other than that its a decent brunch spot.

Had an amazing Saturday night celebrating long standing friendships. The working staff and security created such a safe, fun, professional environment. Was a great place to gather with friends and let loose :) great drinks, great food, great music. Atmosphere was 10/10 - all attributed to the incredible team there.

every time i walk in here the service is always top notch! all the servers are very attentive and kind! the food is yummy and the drinks too, their appy specials are also quite the bargain! (you must try the spicy hawaiian pizza it s amazing) Wheelchair accessibility: there are ramps outside and an elevator to get to the second floor!

I had such a great experience at the Townhall Maple Ridge this past weekend! I have been several times and surprised I haven t written a review yet! The service is continuously excellent and the food is always delicious. I can tell this place is well run by what must be a fantastic GM. Thank you for the great service! Went here during the nhl playoffs and the atmosphere was amazing. Also had great service for how busy it was.

Best customer service I ve experienced in Maple Ridge. They are sure to make you feel like a VIP whether you re there for a meal or a party (or both!) thank you for such a great time, can t wait to be back!!

Every time I visit, everyone is so kind and attentive. Jazmine and Ashley are absolutely amazing - they always make sure we are happy and have everything we need. The brunch is delicious and reasonably priced. Its always a 10/10 experience for me.

Edit: As an internet random and regular who couldnt help but notice, someone please get this destiny person taken off the reviews. She is clearly the problem and the staff at this restaurant, kitchen and servers, work incredibly hard I come here quite often. The staff are always friendly and engaging, but most importantly consistent. One of my favourite places to grab a drink after a long day! Thanks JRG!

Held a celebration there and it went amazing! Jazmine was super helpful with booking and organizing and the day of was put together perfectly. Our waitress was absolutely incredible, keeping everyone s drinks full and set with food. Will definitely be using Townhall Maple Ridge again!

I drove out for an hour to support a kids football fundraiser. They had a set menu for the purchase of a $30 ticket that included a meal and a drink. The drinks were good, the service was extremely slow, mind you, they were extremely busy that night. And now for the food The beef burger and fries were served to us cold, and there was barely any sauce in it, so super dry. The beef patty tasted like it was microwaved and very rubbery. They charged $1.99 to add cheese, and I got half a slice of a processed cheese slice! HALF A SLICE! I can buy a better tasting burger from the Walmart freezer section or even McDonalds. I didnt say anything about it to our server knowing that it would take another hour or 2 just to get the food again. I dont think I would come here again, not worth the gas, money, or time. Hopefully, my contribution and efforts helped support the kids football team in the end.

My wife and I decided to spend our Friday evening out at The Townhsll Pub in Maple Ridge for the first time. My wife went in first while I parked and was provided a table. No one approached the table to offer anything to drink. It was a while waiting to ne served and we had not seen the menu. My husband in the end got up and retrieved a set of menus. The waitress finally approached our table and took our drink and food order. The drinks were delivered the pop was flat and undrinkable. As we watch the waitress come into the section and running around without looking our way she finally came by and we requested a replacement drink and explained why. It took forever to get a replacement and that was after asking a second worker for a drink. the meal take forever to be served. No offer for a refill was made again my wife had to ask and again it took forever to come. When told that this was poor service was told Im busy with other tables and am trying. granted it was busy, but when a-table who was seated at the same time, placed ab order and leaves prior to you even half way through your dinner. We were also not the only one complaining the table behind us was complaining about the service she was providing.. I would not and will be advising others if the poor service and recommend that they do not try the Town hall Maple Ridge.

Ordered online, spent 70$ on food and did not get any cutlery or dessert paid for. Kind of frustrating when your paying 10$ a piece of cheesecake. Food

Worst service Ive ever experienced. It was super watered down and tasted like juice. When I asked for wine instead this bartender with dark hair & glasses (female) refused and said this is a bar we dont do that. She said thats how a sangria is made. Rudest bartender ever!

Friendly and Quick service, good portions and tasty food

We have a standing Sunday retired guys brunch here every Sunday. Awesome, friendly service, and the breakfast special price cant be beat. Food quality is the best. Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator access.

Downtown Vancouver prices, East Hastings dive bar service, bouncers are cool though. Overall dont come here unless you have nowhere else to watch fights or other sporting events.

The food here is delicious, it was ready in a timely manner and I enjoyed every item I ve bought from here. 5 stars.

Really great Sunday breakfast

I m not sure what the formula is here but it doesn t seem to be working. Mediocre food, mediocre service, high prices. Maybe I should have taken a hint when I found the place empty in the evening and one person trying to do everything front of house. It s too bad because it s a pretty nice setup inside. Hope it turns around.

Booked this place for my 30 guests. They are really good. They allowed us to do some decorations and reserved the room for us. Food was great and service was awesome Jess (Jessica) is a great at what she does she made us extremely comfortable.

Food is overpriced, service is slow. We went in at 5:50, waited over 10 minutes to see a waitress in a place that was less than 10% full, and was told that we couldn t receive any happy hour specials, because happy hour ends at 6. We ordered 3 appetizers (chicken wings, gyoza, and buffalo cauliflower) along with two drinks, and the bill was almost $100 with tip. Foodflation is happening everywhere, but $100 for three mediocre appetizers, and two drinks is absurd. I live 5 blocks from this place, and will not be back.

Food was horrible this Saturday night (June 1st). Ordered prawn twist and chips & dip. Both the chips and prawns were terribly over deep fried to the point of burnt. Chips just crumbled into oblivion and I couldn t even eat the dip. There is no way our server should have even brought the chips to the table. The kitchen burnt the food. The server didn t care and brought it anyway and then hid. And we weren t given cutlery or napkins until 20 minutes later when the cold bad food was shoved to the side. PLUS the prawns were so small and pathetic it was obvious they are just sad shrimp (and I don t think it was even from being supremely over cooked, I think they were just baby shrimps to start). Another at our table ordered the twists and THEY were also burnt and pointless because they were so small. Later we tried two salads (how can you mess up lettuce?) they did. Completely over dressed and soaking with dressing. Both different salads both made by someone who s obviously never eaten salad. We did not finish our meals and we left the function early because we were SO hungry and the food here is inedible. Nice room to be hungry in, it s a shame the kitchen has no idea how to do their one job. Seriously. How hard is plunking something in the deep fryer & throwing together a salad???? I will say: Our servers were DROP DEAD STUNNINGLY GORGEOUS, but they brought me bad food and never checked on me and my drink was empty most of the night. I don t care if my server is hot or not, I just want them to do their job, standing around at the bar chatting with other servers and looking beautiful is not impressive to me and a huge red flag of a poorly run establishment. Maybe other people go for that, but if I wanted to sit around in a cute spot & stare at pretty people I d just stay in my bedroom and talk to the mirror. I even asked my server if the salads were overdressed there and she assured me that my selection was a good one!! (Southwest chicken salad. Not good. It was closer to a lettucey soup. The chicken on it was cooked and seasoned well but the bed of soggy leaves wrecked it.) After they deposited it on my table my server never came back. It was the chips all over again! I was planning on getting drunk on Saturday night with friends and taking a cab home. Instead I left early to go home & make myself dinner and go to bed. Very disappointing experience. Another positive I will also say is that the Caesar I had was spectacular and the bartender was very good at his job- too bad I didn t get the chance to try out his other drinks, the servers must really like him too as they were gathered by him most of the night. I warn against anybody who plans on eating OR drinking against coming here. The room was very beautiful so if you just want to sit around in a nicely decorated room then this is the place, but personally if that s what you re into I would suggest you go to IKEA, at least THERE you don t leave hungry. A note for any server who cares: if you are struggling with timing serving your guests, bring people water. It gives you an excuse to wander through the room, speak to your guests and make them feel like you are really looking after them. I know water is free but it will help you get a better tip in the long run and people like to have water while they eat/drink- it s nice to have it offered (I feel like my server is looking after me then). And you get an excuse to wander around and joke with your guests, joke about keeping hydrated so you can do shots, upsell shots and bring water. The shots will make the bill go up quickly and the waters help keep people around longer- which gives them more opportunities to order more from you. Hiding in the back is not going to help anybody make money or have fun. If you are wandering through the room offering too ups on water you also get the chance to suggest other drinks as well. If you feel awkward and hide no one has any fun. It bring a cloth to wipe table and offer more assistance/drinks/food/shots. (Shots are sticky=wiping= more shots). Parking: It was easy to leave.

I think the quality of the food is a mixed bag -whether the food is good completely depends on what you order. Definitely not a good place to bring kids, we wanted to order a Hawaiian pizza (or a kids meal) they had neither so we had to order a cheese pizza ($16) and add ham and pineapple (+$5) . The pizza was terrible! The crust is unbelievably thin, 1/3 of the piece of pizza was dried out with little to no ing. My poke bowl was good IF you like spicy, cause holy was my mouth on fire even after taking off all the jalepenos. I was sweating! My husband enjoyed his beef dip sandwhich. The ambience was cozy with a lovely view of the fire. Waitress was friendly

Service was amazing

We came here to watch game 3 of the Canucks. Tvs were on and sound was on! Atmosphere was decent but quality of the picture could be better. Tvs are dated and small for a bar. 4 tvs could be replaced with one. One bar tender in particular was phenomenal.

The food sucks. We order 2 chicken tenders and Im pretty sure they were heated up from the leftovers. They were the driest and overheated chicken tenders ever. The server gave us a warning about them being dry. I mean if they were fresh, I dont think the server would have known they were dry. The rice in the butter chicken was 100% leftover. The food wasnt even warm. We will never return to this restaurant. We dont recommend it to anyone! The place is also not kid-friendly. There is no booster seat or highchair or even apply juice lol

Wife and I like to go for the breakfast on the weekends. Its really busy but the staff work hard to keep up. This is a nice and well run pub. We both recommend it. Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome until the evening. Wheelchair accessibility: They have an elevator for wheelchair access.

Huge advertising for Prime Rib dinner on Friday night. Really looking forward to it. Sold out. Waitress says we always sell out. You have to be there to right at 6. Then there is advertising on posters for happy hour. $5 high balls but we didnt get that price. Bait and switch. Took 17 min to get a glass of wine. Would not recommend this establishment

So haven t been here for quite a while , first the server was very attentive as soon as we walked in the door and took our order after 40 mins with still no food I asked how much longer it would be and she forgot to punch it in the computer, she was very nice and covered our drinks and gave some kettle chips for free , when the food finally came my husband had the fish and chips that looked good and he said was good I on the other hand was not impressed with the fettuccine chicken it was very dry and no sauce or very little I didn t want to complain again as I didn t want to wait another 1/2 hour for the kitchen to fix my food so to say the least we will not go back for dinner.

Very disappointed in our service we have come for a fundraiser for the second time within 3 months and been given our prefixed menus. Added on extra topping onto our burgers and been charged MORE than the menu pricing for our add ons at both events. This is completley unacceptable. the floor manager Noah refused to help us at all. Either print new menus for these fundraiser events with the correct price or charge people the advertised prices on the provided menus. This is completley fraud to advertise one price and charge people an inflated rate without their knowledge. I highly advise checking your bill or notifying people coming to fundraiser events to double check their bill

Ryan Souliere the manager here should be fired. Don t know who hired him.. He is rude and has 0 customer service skills. This is not the industry he should be working in.. Food

I have no idea what JRG is trying to do with this place. The menu has been gutted, they have cut the main dish choices by at least 50% and now have a menu dominated by ridiculously overpriced appetizers. (Seriously $17 for a Gyoza appetizer?) When we were there, Sunday, 6 pm, there were three other tables occupied. The place was empty. It still took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive. It was alright, nothing amazing and certainly not worth what they re asking. Save yourself the disappointment, there are MANY much better pubs in the Maple Ridge / Pitt Meadows area.

Food was OK for 6he most part just expected more. The restaurant was Kool.

Food was 2 hours late with Uber Eats. Food was cold and we didnt get our 4x dessert. Very bad!! This was the second time they messed up! Not very happy... I dont think I would ever order from them EVER again. Food

Want to give a huge shout out to the crew at The Townhall, especially Noah!. We did an experimental fancy restaurant visit with our young grandkids and the Townhall went over and above to make our experience successful, including texting us prior to our visit with pictures of the food and where we would be sitting to help out our extra anxious 7 year old.

I really love Town Hall! Food is great, service is better.

Perfect brunch spot

Came in for a light lunch, split a pizza with my friend. Pizza was good. Service started off friendly and the place was quiet, not a lot of tables full.. At some point I had asked for a refill of water, 15+ minutes go by and nothing, no one even came by to check on us , the waitresses were too busy chatting amongst themselves and flirting with the guy making pizzas to care. My friend had to get up and go to the bar to get me some water. Not impressed with our service at all.

Poor customer service. They ignore the delivery drivers. Very poor management. There is no point of accepting orders on the delivery app if you cannot make it on time. worst restaurant for delivery service.

Fun place! Everyone s dancing on Friday nights

We had a family birthday on Saturday. There were 2 servers. The male server was fabulous but the female server was rude. The food was undercooked . Complained by many and the dishes brought out were dirty . When I told the server they were dirty she rudely grabbed the glass and walked away. This has happened before at this location with the same server. Very cool atmosphere otherwise.

Just had lunch with friends and we were pleasantly surprised. Ive been going to this location for 20 years through different names and owners but today was easily our best experience. Drinks, food and above all amazing service plus not overpriced like I read in other reviews. Yes we will return as it was packed which is nice to see people out and supporting local and The Joseph Richards Group which is going through tough times. Up...

Going to try this place one more time the last time we went it was like a ghost town and had to beg for someone to serve you its like they had one person doing bar and service and it was 4:00 on a weekday which is supposed to be happy hour clearly bad managed

Our server promised the fish and chips were amazing I have never eaten better fish and chips. Ive had Gordon Ramsays fish and chips in Vegas. These were every bit as good and they were served at a table in a comfortable restaurant atmosphere rather than handed across a counter in a cardboard box. Ambiance counts for something, after all.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner on Dec 10th. Unfortunately, a sharp furniture tack on the chair back wound up shredding a new jacket I had just bought. Big shout out to GM Samantha, and TJ who, stepped up to resolve this issue, and paid the cost for a new jacket. Outstanding. Thank you for being courteous, professional and great customer service. The typical pub, their service is okay.. You either get an amazing waitress or a bad one. Ive been here probably 30 times and I always leave satisfied with the drinks/food. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick drink.

Went in for dinner, sat at front waiting to be seated. The hostess? Or manager? Finally spoke to us, but didn t look at us. She told us she d be there in a minute but walked away and started looking at her phone. Then took a phone call. Meanwhile, all the other staff in the restaurant totally ignored us. That being said, we took our business elsewhere. Horrible and rude customer service!!

Consistent place with consistent food and consistent service. Been back for the last decade. Always different with staff turnover but theres something that always brings us back. Love the gyozas! Always order multiple when we go.

Sadly, this was one of the worst service experiences that we ve had at Townhall (or anywhere for that matter ), an establishment that we deeply respect and frequent. When we arrived we were told to seat ourselves, which we did. After we were served our beverages and placed our food order, a staff member came by and placed a Reserved sign on our table and said that our table was now reserved for a staff member s inlaws. When they arrive, we would have to move (within 30 minutes). Regrettably, we were moved and offered a complimentary dessert. We declined the dessert, but our son said a few fries would be nice. After 30 minutes, they brought fries which they charged us for. Once that was corrected, we paid our bill and left, disgusted. Maple Ridge Townhall, you can do way better.

Great drinks an atmosphere

I know food prices have gone up but 6 wings for $18 bucks, nachos for $23 with only cheese on them and nothing else. Cheese and chips were over crunchy. Let s just say I doubt we will be back anytime soon and we used to come quite a bit.

St.Paddys day at Townhall was great. Every beer was green!! They had Irish dancers from the dance school which was amazing. I had the Cajun chicken Alfredo and it was absolutely delicious. Service was very good. An all round super evening. Well done!!

One of the worst places for order pick up they never ask for the order number or even come to see a delivery person

Great atmosphere there. Food is a little more on the expensive side but it is a pub. Tried applying there for a front of house position and went in multiple times to check in. Said we would phone you back and even gave me the head managers email but lack of communication and response. Tried phoning but their main line doesnt work. Hopefully the next person that goes in can have a better response from the manager about hiring positions.

If you re hungry and looking for somewhere to eat, do not go here. Was there last week and the burger I ordered was horrible with plastic cheese on top of it, and as light a paper clip. Very expensive food for what they serve. You can get a better burger from McDonald s. Hopefully they hire a real chef who could cook some real food. Only good thing I have to say where the drinks were affordable and the bartender was nice.

Had a great experience watching UFC yesterday. Great ambiance and good service. We moved our table near the fireplace, but they turned it off. We requested, and they turned on for a little while and turned off again. When asked, they said the manager doesnt want it ON because its warm inside

The servicing size of our appts were PATHETIC. For $38 it s not worth it. Better off getting appys at 7-11.

Ordered teriyaki wings for take out. Started eating them and I was met with blood and pink chicken meat down to the bone. Threw up! Clearly their health and safety here is top tier. Dietary restrictions: A mandatory dietary restriction should be fully cooking chicken meat.

Slow service, super small portions for the prices. Worst - smallest - and most EXPENSIVE nachos I have ever seen! In Maple Ridge, youre better off going to the Billy Miner or the Witch or the Black Sheep - or pretty much anywhere else. Will never go back here.

The food here is actually usually really good. But we came here on a Friday night, sat down and after 25 min of no one even acknowledging us being there we walked out. There were 3 servers talking at the bar the entire time, and only 3 other small tables seated. No menus, drink orders or anything. Probably the worst customer service Ive ever seen in a resteraunt. That said, just order take out from here.

We went to having drink for the first time in this place we loved the place and we were very exited to try it. We saw an amazing pizza oven so we decided to order pizza but we are very disappointed because the pizza was very small, like kids pizza, and the price was 20 1/4 $ for a Margherita with 3 small pieces of mozzarella and wasnt salted right. The taste wasnt bad but wasnt worth it. I dont think we will come again. Is very sad because with the kind of pizza oven the product supposed to be unbeliveble.

Went for dinner and drinks on Friday. Ordered the wings. $18 for 6 wings! With a hair included. Never have I ever got 6 wings when Ive ordered them, especially for that price. The service wasnt great either.

My wife and I used to go to Micky s Public House in Coquitlam for cheap weekend brunch. They closed down a few years ago and we struggled to find a decent place that didn t break the bank for a simple bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, and toast breakfast. A couple weeks ago, we were driving through Maple Ridge and saw the Townhall. We were hungry, so we stopped on for lunch and were pleasantly surprised to find they had the same cheap breakfast we used to get. I do miss having two full slices of toast instead of one, but you still can t argue when you re paying $6 per meal. The food is good, the atmosphere decent, and the staff is friendly and attentive. This will be our new brunch spot for sure.

2023 review Stood at the check-in counter until a waiter showed up and said someone will be with you. I mentioned I had been standing there for 11 minutes and are you sure someone is coming. He had a talk with a waitress (short, black hair in pigtails and on the heavier side) she walk up and said she needed to take food out to some tables and would be back. After she served 3 tables she came back with an fake unprofessional attitude and voice and stated What can I do to help you Really??? It was so ridiculous. My husband and I are standing where all customers stand where we wait to be seated. At this point of her attitude...I said...do we seat ourselves or wait to be seated or wait for someone else to come seat us or put our names on a wait list? With a snarky tone of voice she said...Oh I can seat you, come with me, this table is available. She dropped off 2 bar menus and no food menus, so we had to ask a different waiter for them. There were other people waiting to be seated and she didnt go back to them so after being ignored for another 10min, they went and sat themselves. This waitress noticed and went to move them. But it took the customers taking charge of themselves for her to acknowledge them. Her conduct made us and Im sure other customers not want to come back to this location as there was no respect We will from this point forward be going to the Langley location. Old review: Comfortable, cosy and warm, friendly staff, quick to order/receive food. Food always hot. Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms. Parking always busy.

Townhall in ridge is the latest bar + grill to join the trend of price gouging for a few pieces of wings and charging $25 for a mid burger and fries. The buns they use are mad dry. Pub food has lost it s way

Have no place telling you where to pick up orders and no signage saying what other restaurants they are. And missing key ingredients to the poutine i ordered, really didnt appreciated the cold pepperoni thrown on after. Had i known gravy boat and town hall are the same thing, i never wouldve ordered.

This was our first time at Townhall Maple Ridge. Service was great, the baja tacos were perfect, and the beers were cold and large.

Service was excellent, although restaurant was very quiet. Food was SALTY. I couldnt finish my fries and beef dip in fear of being up all night drinking water! I will say, customer service was excellent. There was a problem with my gift card and the manager offered to pay for the full meal! In the end, we figured out the problem. But thanks anyway

Good wings but I dont know what happened to the prices here. Wings not on happy hour menu thats ok, but $18.50 for maybe 8 wings + and an extra $1.50 for blue cheese is definitely not worth $20/ 8 wings and dip.

Great service, Syd was very attentive, thank you! The pizza is the clear winner here. Had the Beehive and it was spicy and sweet, thin crust! I would order that again, the beef dip however not enough au jus, and pretty skimpy portions for the price.

Fish tacos were not tasty very dry.

We ve never raves about this place to begin with but it was late and options are limited in Ridge. I m very clearly not a young person, yet ID d at the door. Takes about 10min for a sever to notice us, fine, she takes our orders and drops off our drinks in a reasonable time. A runner brings our food out, presentation of all dishes was beautiful, server never checks on us. She passed us about 5 times to attend to the tables around us, we flagged her down for water. Got the tuna stack, too spicy that it overpowers the tuna. Got hot wings and while the sauce was good and the chicken was cooked nicely, it was SALTY. Buffalo cauliflower was barely flavored. Sent the salt lick wings back and got mini doughnuts which arrived 15min later luke warm. Server never once topped up beverages or checked on us without having to flag her down. We will not be returning. DJ was decent though.

Ordered food online. All food arrived ice cold and soggy, with half my order missing. On top of that food was very bland. My advice - eat somewhere else.

Family ordered from here tonight and BLEH! I got the baja tacos and they looked nothing like the pics I ve seen from other reviews - laughably sparse fillings, literally only 4 tortilla chips on the side and didn t come with guac or salsa as advertised. Everyone else s food was soggy, cold and bland too and some other items were also missing. Nobody enjoyed their meals.

Lets start with the establishment. You walk in and right away you have to walk up 2.5 flights of stairs. Its ok for young people. Definitely not a place for people that need assisability issues.. Next was the atmosphere I had to put the light on my phone to read the menu as the lights are very dim. The menu We went for breakfast so I ordered the basic 2 eggs, 2 strip of thick bacon, home fries ( which in my eyes are homemade potatoes). And toast Well you could see through the bacon far from thick. And the frozen potatoes were mushy inside.. Definitely not what I ordered from the menu.. Would I go there for breakfast again definitely not..

Seems like a very good place. Food and service were great. I liked the decor. It was more expensive than I expected for lunch.

Staff was really rude including chef. Chef yelled at me when i came to pick up my food, Even Food was disgusting and unhygienic, when I came to pickup my food staff left it open on the shelf of the kitchen. When I about to ask chef before I say something he yelled at me and said step the f out of my kitchen, I never had such a bad experience in my life before at any restaurant.

The food is disappointing. Everything was cold except for the 2 pals beer, the plate the food was on. The meat lovers pizza was lacking meat, crust was so thin you could barely pick it up. The fish and chips were cold. The. Ayer was so think around that tiny piece of fish. And the burger on the happy hour menu was like a hockey puck. Sold like a rock. We used to love coming here. We won t be back.

Great selection of beers and wines in the liquor store. The prices are very good and the staff is friendly and helpful. They also have free cookies, which is a nice perk. I recommend this business.

Possibly the worst dining experience I ve ever had, and I once had a waitress, drop a hot coffee on me! Two hours from the time we ordered our food to the time we were eating our entrées. The food would ve been OK but the pizzas were burnt. Never got around to ordering a second drink because we saw them a grand total of three times.

Our party last night had received some of the worst service I had seen in the restaurant industry. Consistently our table had zero priority, there were attempts to upcharge, and missing items off the menu due to failing to place us in the queue. When I had received my entree last night there was a toothpick embedded at the bottom, mixed in the sushi rice. I would have made a complaint on this there, had ths staff been around to do so. It took us over an hour to order as the staff never came around to do so, but when they did, exclaimed they were f---ing ready. Additionally I ordered both the New York Sour and Mango Muay Thai. What I can say is I paid 15 dollars each for a cup of lemon juice and ice and a cup of mango juice and ice. There was most definitely none of the other ingredients that were supposed to be in it whatsoever. When my colleague asked if they should order the drink too, the waitress said, dont its so gross. I dont know, I wouldnt be advertising drinks that way even if it was literally just a lemon for 15 bucks. All in all, not coming back, kindly disappointed.

Tell me if you are going to charge me for substitutions before ringing it in.

Arrived today just before happy hour. Had the BEST server. She came over promptly with waters and then grabbed us an assortment of menus, including happy hour menu (we prefer the handheld ones). The food we ordered was just as expected, we got it right away and thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be back soon.

A very warm place to eat our server was a very gracious kind woman, great customer service! I had ordered the mushroom soup that they make in house and it has to be the best mushroom soup I have ever had.

I came here on a very busy Monday Trivia night (7pm to 9pm). Even though it was super busy our waitress still checked on us a few times asking if we needed anything. I had the Spicy Ahi Poke bowl which had good flavor, was actually spicy, and had a decent amount of Ahi Tuna. Trivia was a lot of fun. Lots of people really got into it. Definitely would come back again. It gets busy during Monday Trivia nights so its best to make a reservation.

PHENOMENAL SERVICE We had a group of around 60 people and Christena was the best server I ve had in a long time.

To go order was made wrong, missing ingredients. Noticed only after I drove away and started eating. Not worth it to go back and complain.

Some waitresses here were very unkind, arrogant, and even dirty.

We went for late night for my birthday party (around 9, and they clear room for dancing around 930). I was incredibly disappointed with the discrimination of the management. Our server was kind and apologized, but our party of about 20 settled up our bills and left pretty quickly. I had time for only one drink before being told our 4 friends who went outside to smoke a partial joint were no longer allowed into the premises (yes - 1 joint between 4 people...and they didnt even finish it). The manager told us that it was against the law and insisted that she could not let them in. The crew, aged 30-45, were not even drunk. I tried to find this law but couldnt on government websites. I emailed their umbrella corp Joseph Richards group the next day to ask about the law and if they could send it to me so I could inform myself (because, hey, maybe I was wrong!). They never even responded to my email. My friend pointed out that the individuals they didnt let back in were BIPOC so maybe there was some racism at play too, but I guess Ill never know for sure . On top of this, the food was mediocre and over priced. I felt bad for the server for missing out on her tips. I dont think they expected us all to leave in solidarity. They have lost the business of our group for sure.

I will never go back here again. The service is absolutely terrible. The perogies are yuck! Absolutely tasteless. I haven t been to such an aweful establishment! I can t believe that they are still in business

$18 for 6 chicken wings? Wow.... I thought for that price it was 12 wings. *edit* confirmed, cost is per weight, not number of wings... restaurant advised the price is for less than a pound.....their words.

Decent but not the best. Menu does not give you much of the choice and is not that special. Some meals are very salty and for others you need to bring your salt shaker! Lol , Thats just my taste buds..try it yourself!

My husbands work had there Christmas party there and our server was the most amazing awesome server ever. Her name is Ashley and she is so sweet and kind and on top of everything. She definitely made our experience very enjoyable.

After waiting 1hr and 15 min we still didn t receive any food and finally gave up and left!! Many tables around us that came in well after us were serviced immediately and received food before us. We were a group of 3 people. Absolutely ridiculously poor service and attitudes. Don t waste your time and money. This is the 3rd time we ve had this problem here. We will NEVER be back
