Worsted spring rolls (cold and not fresh) kind of just took out from the fridge. Nothing really special just a normal Chinese food.

Boyfriend and I love this place. Large portions for a fair price. Always tastes amazing and we can get a couple meals out of the large bowl. Staff are always nice. Service is always fast.

No bad for a lunch, however they let people with pets on hand going in; as a consequence pet hair goes on the food. Siracha sauce was diluted with ketchup, and the bottles are not vkeaned or sanitized. Not going back ever. $25 per person × 4 + pet hair= horrible

It was my first time coming here and Mongolian grill restaurants are my favourite type of restaurants, so I was coming in with a bit of high standards. The service was great for Tuesday night, a few people working and they were very helpful in explaining the process.. In this restaurant, they have different bowl sizes with set prices to them, as oppose to some places that strictly go by weight. Their sauce selection was decent, but they didnt have honey garlic which is my favourite option. Im just happy they didnt have pre-made sauces like the Mongolian grill in Whistler! They also didnt have salmon, so I ended up having a big bowl of vegetables and noodles. I was recently informed they have white fist as an option though. I enjoyed the food very much, their veggie selection was a wider spread than Im used to seeing which was great for me. Another thing that was different and I wasnt expecting, was their rice portion was small, like a spoonful. I enjoy rice over noodles I didnt want the noodles but when they mentioned that the rice doesnt come in a large bowl and just on the side, I added noodles. I enjoyed the change, it was a good experience and Ill go back.

Great food. Definitely get your moneys worth in food. Service is really friendly and helpful with questions regarding allergies. Dietary restrictions: Lots of options and employees are really helpful with any questions you may have about allergies and dietary restrictions.

how healthy options for food, select your sauce food items meat or tofu, noodles and they cook it up on the flat grill and bring it you on a plate with a couple of scoops of rice and some hosin sauce... and meal I picked had two spring rolls. My date And I each had a beer and the meal came to $50 ... Thank the owners for the quick reply Yes, tasty teriyaki sauce.!

As a Mongolian, I came here thinking this restaurant serves real Mongolian food. To my surprise, it wasn t Mongolian food at all! It was a Chinese cuisine labeled as Mongolian ! I was very disappointed because I had been tricked. I did some research and apparently these so-called Mongolian restaurants are a Chinese invention and a business trick to attract customers because it sounds exotic for those unaware of real Mongolian cuisine. So far, I haven t found any real Mongolian places here. For those interested what real Mongolian food looks like feel free to look up on the internet and you ll be shocked to see how different it is from Chinese food.

Some of the worst Mongolian food I have ever had. Tasted like cheap Chinese food at best. Noodles were burnt. No flavour. Never again and would never recommend.

This is our go to place for a nice quick meal. The selection of items is great including shrimp now too. Service is very good.

Great service. And amazing food

The food is ok. Its not terrible but I dont recommend take out. After it sits and steams in the packing on the ride home, you get home and it sort of smells like a hamster cage. I think this is one of those places that eating it fresh at the restaurant really makes the difference.

Delicious food, fast paced, and friendly staff

Friendly staff and a fun food experience. For those who have not yet been i highly recommended it. You build your own bowl with meats, noodles and vegetables set out on tables and watch the chefs cook your meal. Helpful hint: fill your bowl first with vegetables and meat, pile the noodles on top. This allows you to fit more in your bowl and give you the best bang for your buck ;)

Ive been coming here with the family for a few years now. We all love the fresh veggies, delicious sauces and quality meats here. Its an incredibly great deal for a good amount of food, the staff are always polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Terrible customer service. A younger woman who currently works there behaves like we were going to steal food & watches u like a hawk. Told my husband he was only allowed 3 sauce or she would charge him. Told me that she will charge me if Im over weight but refused to let me weigh bowl to ensure I wasnt over weight. Told me she seen me put a bunch of different sauces in my bowl, when it wasnt me, it was my husband. If only this woman put as much effort into polite customer service as she does being a a rude grump... Not worth 12.00 when G forbid I dare put to much in my bowl... Meat undercooked, noodles still firm from not enough cooking time.

Bad experience with the young lady owner. We are seniors and we brought our daughter in law with 3 children less then 10 years old. She started saying no sharing and each one needs to order. What? What kind of customer service is that? How can 2 seniors finish a bowl of food and 3 small kids??? You do the math. We were just polite to order to go for 2 order. I just dont want to spoil our holidays with our grandchildren.

Best restaurant in Maple Ridge

Good food, reasonable prices, and quick. No coffee.

Only ok. Meat was all frozen and cut into sandwich meat thickness, vegetables all came from pre-cut, pre-packaged packages not fresh cut. Meals come with rice however you only get an ice cream scoop amount of it. Compared to other Monholian type restaurants I was disappointed.

Went here for lunch with my family and enjoyed the food. You can add different types of noodles, lots of sauces, veggies and pork, chicken or beef. The egg roll that comes with the meal isn t great and I would have rather just not had it. My meat was cooked perfectly but some of the bigger veggies ended up a bit under cooked.

Great place for simple meal! Fresh veggies and all food prep section was clean and nice. Also the sauce was superb ~ I can say it is above average Mongolian places. If I can go to Maple Ridge everyday, I would go everyday. Simple, affordable and clean place.

Place isnt very good. Burnt food, over priced and staff isnt very friendly. $11.99 per bowl. When I went to pay she weighed it and said like 9 times overload. Had no idea there was a weight limit per bowl. Lol

Food was good, except I chomped down pretty bad on something very hard. I spat everything out and noticed black rock-like chunk of maybe grill/cooking equipment mixed into my food! Inspected the rest and found a few more fragments. It hurt, but glad I didn t chip a tooth!

I gotta say I just love Mongolian grills. This is a small restaurant, maybe 8 tables, and easy on the pocket book. Has a good selection of meat, veggies, noodles and sauces. Simple and delicious. I highly recommended this spot, especially for take out.

Always check your receipt. They weighed my food, I guess I overloaded which was my fault so I asked them if they could just charge me for the large size instead and put my food in the large container, along with the extra rice etc., my hubby got tons of meat but his still met the weight requirements - I like lots of vegetables which are heavier... Anyways, I paid, asked for the receipt, she charged for 1 regular bowl, 1 large and then an extra 3.50 for overload charge. I asked for the 3.50 back because I agreed to just pay for the large size instead even though I didnt go back to fill a large bowl. She was very rude about all of it. When they made my container, they didnt even add the extra rice, I had to ask for that and I felt pretty bad about the whole situation... I usually tip when Im here, today I didnt.

Went to eat here with my girlfriend to share a large bowl as my girlfriend doesnt eat very much, but when we went to sit down after they had already cooked it. We were told we were not allowed to share our food. Which I found very wierd. So instead we were forced to eat outside like a couple of hobos and shared it that way. Not sure why would not want to accomidate there customers. I will not be coming back here

I have been going for years and today was my last time. I purchased a regular bowl at $10.99 they said my bowl was over by a few grams. The posted over weight fee was $2.99 however they easily couldve put it as a large bowl for $13.99 as I was only over by a few grams. When I went to pay for my meal I was told my total would now be $15.21 when I asked why so much she said the prices they have posted are wrong and it has increased so I would now be charged $10.99 + $3.50 + tax. It may have only been a few dollars but the greed behind the counter was enough to turn my stomach sour. Good luck to them keeping customers. Sad to say I lost one of my favorite lunch places.

Skip this place if you have a party greater than 2. Me and the wife wasnt that hungry so we were going to share a plate, get a side and two drinks. We were new customers so we didnt know the procedure. After making a bowl we were told we cannot eat together and basically have to get it to go. So now we are sitting outside the store eating it like homeless people. We didnt get sides or drinks as their unwelcoming behaviour was unacceptable, other Mongolian Grills dont force the customers hand or make you do mental math to determine if you pay more or not. Dont expect this place to last longer than a few years with that kind of customer service. Go to mcdonalds next door for better service lol. We even apparently went over and basically paid an extra 3.50 which is funny cause thats basically half a second bowl

Weve been coming weekly since this place opened. Wont be returning as I was told my 4 year old cant eat her food I brought her with us inside the restaurant. I explained that she doesnt eat the food unfortunately and this is the only way we can continue to come. I was told not to come back or to order take out instead. We wont be ordering take out since we dont live in maple ridge. I guess they would rather lose the business instead of allowing the 4 year old to quietly eat with us. Weve never made a mess.

Of the many Mongolian restaurants around the lower mainland this one stands out to be the best other than the one on Denman in downtown Vancouver which was established many years ago when there so few around. Fast and friendly service with excellent food with the typical self serve style and the many sauces and spices to add to your meal. You have control on how you like it to taste then your bowl gets passed to the cook who tosses it on a big stove and comes to you nice and hot with rice and spring rolls. We keep coming back because it is that good. Love this place and I think you will too

As a fitness and health enthusiast, finding relatively cheap, tasty and healthy meals are usually impossible to find especially in places like Maple Ridge. But as a regular customer here, I can confidently say this is my go-to place if I need a filling and delicious meal. And when I mean filling, I mean if you re not full after just their regular size bowl, they do offer a large but is never required as you will end up having a food coma. Similar to a Froyo shop, you pick your bowl and then serve yourself with a variety of vegetables, meats, and sauces with Udon and Chow mein being the only two noodles available.
