Fave pizza in town

I have ordered delivery many times but tonight at around 5pm I went in to do carryout I ordered around 60.00 of food and handed the cashier a 100.00 and was told they cant give me cash back. I am so disappointed they have lost a customer who had previously given them a glowing review and no complaints....

Able to get it on time.convenient

We ordered boneless chicken (nuggets) and they came soggy, not just the coating but the chicken itself. Within that order we also had specialty chicken. It was dried out and had, at most, a tablespoon of sauce. The pasta we ordered wasn t great but it was edible kinda tasted like it came from a box and a jar probably did. The 2 chicken dishes were bad enough to warrant a call of complaint. The person on the phone was apologetic and gave a $23 dollar credit. We decided to use it and ordered pizza. We were surprised to find that when they arrived the full credit was not applied. I called the store to find out why. She said it was because we used a coupon but that if we wanted to use the full credit amount she would remove the coupon. I said not to worry, that we d NEVER order from Domino s again. The only reason we tried them was because the 6 year old we were babysitting wanted nuggets. We d have been better off driving to the Golden Arches. Garbage food at Domino s ( literally as both chicken dishes ended up in the bin) and terrible service. Do yourself a favour and benefit from our experience .no need for Dominoes, there are so many fantastic options in this area.

Needed a lot of pizza for a birthday party. The mix and match deal can t be beat! They don t skimp on the toppings and the sauce is *chefs kiss*. Domino s is our family go-to. I also love the tracker to time when my pizza will arrive. Great service guys! Delivery is always prompt and pizza arrives hot.

I decided to use the new cardside delivery. It took almost 20 minutes to receive my pizza after their site said it had come out of the oven. Drove all the way home to find out my dipping sauces were not in the box very frustrated and would never use this service again. Apparently you need to triple check your order always because something as simple as one large pizza and two sauces is now complicated

Worst customer service. I ordered online and sent my kids to pick up the pizza while I waited in the car after 15 minutes of waiting NO staff member paid attention to the kids even after numerous times of trying to get their attention, they were to busy sweeping the floor

Parking: Great Food

Poor pickup timing estimates. I absolutely understand being busy, but dont quote 20-30 min for pickup and then have me wait in my car for another 45 min. The pizza was overcooked and lacking both cheese and sauce. This isnt always the case here, but it added insult to injury today. Hands down my worst pizza experience to date.

I tried to open the door, it was locked then I kept trying I saw a guy have seen me trying to get in and he ignored and he comes after a min or 2 the he opens the door and walks away and I said hi, 1/ no greetings or no welcome 2/ I asked him it says on the tv there is a 40% deal on Monday he answered he does not know he is a driver 3/ I asked for permasen cheese and he said we don t have it you have to ask when you order but other dominos gave us when we orders there and asked them for cheese on side, End of the story is worst place to go, such a poor customer service, you can look into the reviews I put, I always write nice things but the behaviour of your employe was really disappointing. People just an FYI please order at 248 location such an amazing staff.

Yummy food, good deals, good prices, not the greasy stuff that Pizza Hut is, and decent wings too. Dietary restrictions: If you let them know about anything I have never had problems with accommodation. Parking: Depends what time of day, part of a strip mall, but usually several open. Just not the ones directly in front of the store because of the delivery drivers. Kid-friendliness: Staff good with kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, shallow ramps, very good for anything with wheels.

Today I ordered 2 large pizza by phone for pick up and I got kicked out because I didnt have a mask . I understand that , but the part that I didnt understand was that , the lady on the back was wearing mask and was protected by a huge plastic glass told me in a very rude way I AM NOT GONNA SERVE YOU IF U DONT WEAR MASK . THATS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL . Domino on Selkirk plazza has the work costumer service!!!

The service is good, but the quality of the pizza is not acceptable. Kind looks like somebody doesnt know how make it and made for me, cheese is not enough, sauce is not even, crust with lots of big bubbles. Also not really cooked.

My credit card info was stolen after using it here. A staff member use those stolen info to pay for his/her Spotify monthly subscriptions. I rarely use this credit card and just used it once in March. Spotify subscriptions were charged in Apr and May. Be careful when you pay with your credit card here.

Dominos is one of our Go-Tos for pizza. They have excellent coupons and i LOVE that i can order online so that this introvert doesnt have to talk to people. I wish theyd read the requests in the notes portion of the online ordering because ive left some funny requests and it just would have been comical if they did them.

We decided to try Dominos Pizza for the first time. It was a disaster to say the least. Sloppy, lots of sauce, cheese sprinkled not melted. It was disgusting to even look at. Going back to paying a few dollars more at our regular Panago store and enjoy a good Friday Pizza night. Never again! Arrived fast that was the only good thing about the pizza.

The customer service here is always great, excellent staff its been a while since ive ordered but I definitely need to.

Why is the regular amount of sauce next to nothing and dry and extra sauce is an insane amount as to make the whole pizza sloppy. Theres no inbetween.

Poor face to face customers service employee didnt know the specific specials and offered me a deal that I was told after I ordered and have been waiting for 15 -20 minutes wasnt available. Then I finally agreed to purchase something worth the money Ive already given them because they were not able to give me a refund... not overly impressed but I get everyone has a bad day hopefully they will do better the next time

Decent pizza nice enough staff. Frequently see managers chatting on the phone instead of helping a long line. Non work related chats too They have also stopped the pricing for our school unless its an order for the entire 600 kids. Not cool! We no longer will be using them

Decent pizza

The girl that prepares the pizza has no gloves on and works with bare hands and does the cash register at the same time with the same hands...you judge ! The dough was not spread properly but overall pizza was OK. Price is reasonable.

I order carryout from this Dominos on a regular basis. Theyre always fast with making my order and provide excellent customer service.

Dominos delivery is pretty fast and the drivers courteous. The pizzas always arrive hot. They only have delivery and take out. They are a bit expensive but for me, worth it.

Horrible curbside pickup experience. Tracker said it was ready for pickup, they had me waiting outside for 45 minutes. I went in to ask about it twice, first time they said it wasnt ready. Second time, 40 minutes after ready, I get told it was missed due to machine error , and theyre gonna make it now. 40 minutes later. Facts are I was charged for it, and they knew my order, from the order number, so I dont really buy the machine error excuse. I just cancelled my order and left. Worst experience, such a waste of my time.
