This was genuinely one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. It came unevenly cut (looked like a mix and match pizza) the consistency was wet, elasticy, and dry. It was so bad looking my friends laughed at me upon receiving my 2 pizzas. I cannot stress enough how gross this pizza was. Never again #shouldhaveordereddominos

Worst Freshslice i visited ever I never gave review before this Ordered at XL Veggie Feast paid 24.15$ and waited too long and they only have 2 more customer’s to serve. Too slow staff. After i got my pizza go home and can see very less topping’s less cheese and burnt pizza and still whatever we ate half of it and found LONG BLACK HAIR’S IN PIZZA .. Ordered freshslice pickup. When I picked it up I could tell it had been sitting for awhile because the box was not warm. Took it home and picked up a slice and it was like picking up a spaghetti noodle. All the toppings slid off. The pizza looked under cooked . Not visiting this location again 0/5 star
Went in for lunch today for the first time. Pizza was pipping hot and delicious. The lady at the counter made sure to ring us up in the way that was the most cost effective. Three of us had lunch for just over twenty one dollars
During my recent visit to Fresh Slice Pizza, I opted for the unlimited toppings option. However, I was concerned when I noticed that the staff member adding my toppings wasn't wearing gloves. Proper hygiene practices are essential in food handling, and it would be beneficial for the shop to ensure all staff members wear gloves while preparing food. It was very disappointing for me and I don’t recommend to go there at all.
Freshslice pizza is always a winner, but this location takes the crown! The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's really inspiring to see a young couple owning and running this spot with such passion. Definitely worth a visit for both the delicious pizzas and the heartwarming atmosphere!

probably the worst experience of my pizza ordering life in that my order ( over $60.00 ) was all poorly prepared. Both pizzas were undercooked so dough was really mushy. The toppings were minimal. As well the and jalapeno poppers were all over cooked.

From the moment we walked in, the cleanliness of Freshslice Pizza was immediately apparent, setting the stage for a delightful dining experience. The owner, doubling as the operator, greeted us with such kindness and politeness that we felt like family. But the real star of the show is the pizza! It s no wonder my daughter insists on Freshslice for our pizza nights it s become our family s go-to spot. The flavors are always spot-on, the ingredients taste fresh, and the crust is just the right combination of crispy and chewy. In a world where dining out can be hit or miss, Freshslice Pizza is a consistent hit. We re already looking forward to our next visit!

In have been a long time customer of Fresh Slice and was always satisfied with our food purchases but this location has me now extremely disappointed with this business and their service. Sunday night (July 7 2024) ordered online, paid for product inc delivery and delivery tip. after waiting for an hour I called location at Valley Fair Mall to find out when our delivery would arrive only to be told that the delivery driver had gone home and our food was sitting at the restaurant if we wanted to come and pick it up. Being that we had waited for over an hour for the delivery when I asked the person on the phone why we were not informed of this he did not have an answer, when I told him I would like my entire order cancelled and refunded to my card he hung up on me. I called back and was told that he could not refund my card charge but because he had no driver we could come by and pick up our food if we wanted it. At this point I drove to Fresh Slice and confronted the person in the location and asked him why he had hung up on me and why he was unwilling to refund me for the undelivered food, after rambling without answering my question on he offered to make us fresh food if we were willing to wait. The second part of this issue was when we returned home there were 2 pizzas sitting on the bench outside our front door, 1 upside down on top of the other, very disappointing considering we had been lied to that the deliver driver had gone home for the evening. I will never use this location again for personal or for my business staff lunches and I will relay this experience to everyone that I know.

Not all Fresh Slices are the same. This one kicks all the other ones as*es. Every time we order here its made the same, and is always delicious. No skimping on toppings because you order a deal. Deal pizzas are exactly the same as when theyre full price. Just got 2 mediums, 4 toppings, delivered with too for driver and too for cooks, for the same price as we would have got 1 medium from dominoes or pizza hut.

From fresh slice I was with my children in my car we decided to buy pizza upon arrival I entered the store I was approached by young lady who was the owner of the store She brought my pizza to my car in parking lot she even brought some treats for my children Thank you so much. I come in pretty late after work for a slice of pizza, it s normally very nice and quiet, the servers are always kind. Pizza is pretty good and I have yet to encounter any problems.
I have been to this store a couple of times and just love the people working there. They are very friendly and approachable. The pizza was fresh and the store is kept clean. I recommend people to stop by and give them a try.

The pizza is good. The pricing is great. I do have concerns though: Staff dont use gloves while prepping the pizza. Ive noticed some of the staff wear jewelry on their hands while making pizza, my question is how are they keeping the jewelry clean? Just washing hands with soap wont clean all of it. I know this from experience as someone who wears jewelry myself. I think the staff are friendly and the food is decent. I dont want to harm their business but figured I would leave an honest review on my experiences.

Nice new location! I wouldn t normally sit and stay at a Fresh Slice but the seating was nice. Pizzas were coming out fresh and the store seems quite busy. The owners are super personable and even gave our baby a balloon! :D
