This is our new favorite pizza place!! The price is great!! The pizza is awesome!!

Ordered our pizza knowing it would take a bit to prep/cook. (10 min we were told) Popped next door for about 15 min plus and they were just starting the pizza. Not impressed.

The Worst customer service ever. One time she asked me to hurry up with my money when I was paying today. They give me old slice of pizza. Probably 2 hours and then try to tell me that I eat. The pizza late when I was driving. Sure they need to learn a lot how to treat customers

I ordered over uber eats so no atmosphere is needed. Food was ok order was wrong for wings and cauliflower. Cauliflower was bbq and not Buffalo like I order, wings were not well done like I order pizza was...lets just say a frozen one would have been better. The whole first experience was not the best and I will not be ordering again. The uber driver did a great job and thanks for the timely service.

Hellcrust has had a real drop in quality since it opened a few years ago. My most recent order was a delivery which took 90 minutes from ordering on the phone. The original estimate was 35 minutes. I called after 60 minutes to get an update and was told it would arrive within a few minutes, it took 30 more. When the pizza arrived it was luke warm and overall just meh. I would like to see them improve as when they opened the quality was much better and I was happy to recommend them.

Good pizza! I had an issue with skip the dishes totally messing up my order during a delivery and Hellcrust ended up compensating me for a new pizza no charge. Good pizza and good customer service

Great pizza. The atmosphere and service wasnt great the two times I was there, but what else would you expect from hell? Hellish service and atmosphere. Its great if thats your jam.

One star is being generous. Crust is thin and rubbery, tastes as appetizing as cardboard. Toppings are weak and burned. Lady working there had as much appeal as the pizza did. Zero.

Was very good when they first opened up, then the quality and taste went downhill. Got a pepperoni pizza apparently double the pepperoni and double the chese... I really could could count the pepperoni slices on it, Im wondering what a regular pepperoni is.... on top of that something tasted moldy, I dont know if it was the sauce or the crust...? But its not the first time that I felt something off with thir pizzas.

Ordered for the first time tonight, will not be ordering again. Ordered snaptrapper deal which is 4 flavours in 1 XL pizza, asked for extra sauce as we dislike dry pizza. Has thin crust and virtually no sauce- so very dry. Was told delivery would be 50mins- took 96minutes!

Great experience. The guy wearing a cap was very generous and went out of his way to help us. The food was great too. Will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

No way these pizzas would ever be in danger of touching the lid of the box as they are only 1/2 inch thick at most .. the Pepperoni was the only edible slice out of the 8 different slices we got. 7eleven pizza is better. Good pizza reasonable prices

Ordered buffalo & honey garlic non breaded wings & cheesy bread last night. The wings had barely any sauce on them & the cheesy bread was dry & flavorless. Very dissapointing, most of the cheesy bread ended up in the garbage. I hope they take these reviews into consideration & make some changes.

The pizza had lots of bugs in it, the employees were so disrespectful, and why would they name it hell crust with a devil stabbing a pizza. Parking: I had no room to park and it was expensive to park

First time ordering from here and it will be the last time. The 3 reviews below mine are all 1 star so that should say something. I only wish we had checked the reviews before ordering. Either the owner made our pizza or told the workers to skimp on toppings and sauce to make more money off the customers. For the price you pay there was barely any toppings. When you pay 3 dollars to add ham you would expext to get 3 dollars worth. (Nope). My partner ordered honey garlic wings and they were lacking in sauce as well. This makes 4 1 star ratings In a row now, maybe you will change things for other customers but you lost a customer after that meal.

You can get pizza anywhere, but honestly its the customer service here that makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. I have been here several times and will definitely keep coming back because they are awesome people

We were excited to try somewhere new but were so disappointed in what we received. We ordered 4 different medium size pizzas and they were all about the size of a large dinner plate. The toppings on all of them were really sparse and each one had about a 2-3 crust. Typically when we order pizza we have leftovers for a few days after. We had no leftovers. The portion size of the Caesar Salad was small and there was hardly any dressing. Definitely not worth $14. The cost just doesnt match what we got at all. Huge let down and wont be returning.

Our group pre ordered the night before pick up day. Called the day of pick up, to confirm the 4 pizza would be ready at 5pm, as pre ordered. When we got there at 5pm, they still hadnt even put them in the oven or started making them..... when we brought up that we had placed the order the day before and called to confirm, they basically blamed us and how busy it was with the deal they were offering. When we called the day of, they ensured, because it was an online order, it would be ready. They didnt try to make it up to us or even apologize while paying. Were watching them pick up the phone and hang up right away too, absolutely ridiculous customer service. *Update, you guessed it, she lied about the time it would take to finish and weve been put in the corner. We were told 10 more minutes, so fingers crossed.

Pre-ordered pizza tonight and after waiting 30mins over the time it was supposed to be ready I just gave up. We will never be back.

Legitimately the best pizza Ive ever had in town! The small and mediums pizzas are my jam, love the crust! Tried almost all of the pizzas...cheese and veggie pizzas are my favourites!! Overall great pizza place and awesome customer service by store manager

Great local take out pizza!!

Pizza sauce was acidic, crust was thinner than preferred. Cauliflower bites were over small and had a ton of batter. Not in my top 3, but not the worst.

Friday night at 6:30, ordered pick up. Super busy took a little longer. But employees were working hard and still happy and friendly! Pizzas were delicious. Highly recommended!

Fourth time ordering at HellCrust, each time the pizza was good. Last night I ordered two mediums, the cashier told me that I get a pop with their deal. Prices may be high but point me to a restaurant that is not. The workers there are always nice and looking out for the customer. We eat at a lot of pizza places in the area and my family chooses Hellcrust over the other local spots.

We ordered two large pizzas for delivery and got delivered pretty fast but the crust was soggy and very soft.

Everything taste packaged. I make my own pizza and desserts from scratch and I notice whats fresh. Hell crust pizza is here for the customers money, not the satisfaction of others. Brownies are 4x market price for 1/6 and they taste more like cardboard than chocolate. Buy Betty crockers for $3 . Save $15

New to the area, previously in Coquitlam and tried more than a few pizza places since being in Ridge. This is by far and away the best pizza I have ever had. The bbq chicken pizza is incredible. This is very high quality pizza and will have my family, friends and anybody that will listen, my recommendation. I am told I am very picky and this pizza is hands down the best in consistency, value and just about every box you can check when looking up what a professional level pizza is. Do yourself a favour and give Hellcrust a try.

Really not impressed and ended up throwing it out. Got bacon and chicken on pizza. Bacon was way underdone i didnt expect dark meat for the chicken which i really am not a fan of either. I have ordered before from a different location and the other location wasnt great either, seemed really bland. Wont bother coming back

Had a good experience first time trying out their pizza ordered the greek dungeon would be a solid 4.5*. Decided to try them out again for takeout tonight, box felt very hot, pizza looked good, unfortunately it was undercooked. Popped it in the oven at home for several minutes and it was perfectly fine. We called and got offered a complimentary pizza next time we order. This is more than fair seeing as we were still able to enjoy our food which was still really good. Still one of the better slices in ridge. Very polite and no complaints.

I hate leaving bad reviews.. but I read and go off of reviews alot of the time so ..might save someone some money. Maybe its not the best thing to do all the time(going by reviews) because a handful of people said this is a must go to in maple ridge for pizza and has the best crust etc. However.... NOT our experience. It was absolutely terrible!.. We ordered 2 pizzas and large Cauliflower bites and fries . No joke, it tasted as if the bites and fries were made, and then frozen, and then reheated in a microwave. They were completely soggy when we picked them up (they were put in a sealed aluminum box with no holes) and they were VERY chewy. Could not eat them. The pizza was the thinnest dough Ive ever seen and the crust was chewy and hard to pull apart ! They also didnt have a few toppings we wanted .. very expensive to have to it all go to waste... Sad experience. Especially when we never order out. We also just moved to maple ridge so was really hoping to find a good spot. . Beyond disappointed .

I ordered two salads and a cauli bites from here but they were apparently somehow out of all of these items, and they replaced it 3 CHEESY BREADS. LOL. no confirmation, no call, no just simply cancelling the order. Cheesy bread is oily and barely any taste as well. This is the second time Ive had issues with this place. do not bother.

What a big mistake coming here. First the pizza was all wrong and missing like 5 other ingredients, the 2L of Pepsi was already pre-open and flat. After all their screw ups in-store never even offered an apology after so much. Only after I complained did they slightly fix it, but added raw ingredients afterwards.

I ordered through skip and the restaurant confirmed my order only to have skip call me 5 minutes later to say that they dont have all the items I ordered. Now I ordered what I wanted so I had to cancel the order and wait while my account is refunded so I can order from somewhere that wont confirm the order before they know they can fulfill the order

Ordered from skip butter chicken and spicy taco... So so so good. The crust is the perfect thickness and pizza is a decent price. Will be ordering again, but will try ordering directly from Hellcrust next time.

I so wanted to like this Pizza, the place has a cool name, the food was fairly priced, and my delivery arrived early. The toppings on the Pizza were decently flavoured but there was a serious lack of cheese and tomato sauce, furthermore the dough seemed a little bit undercooked. That being said, I think id give Hellcrust one more chance. The only thing unsettling is that I do question the validity of some of these reviews, it seems that almost all of the 5-star reviews are formatted the same, and written similarly.

Very underwhelming to say the least. Ordered the 16 Wicked Hawaiian that has both mozzarella and cheddar yet on most of our pizza you can see the crust through the toppings which is not acceptable for a $25 pizza. I can literally see the little holes/indents in the crust through it. My husband says the crust is so chewy his jaw is sore, while hes probably exaggeratimg I agree the crust isnt good either. Toppings taste cheap. Does not compare with other nearby pizza places.

First, the pizza is decently priced, pretty average if I say so. The crust is awful, woefully under cooked and chewy. The sauce is underwhelming and lacking in any flavor or spice. The cheese is almost fake like and lacking in the amount a proper pizza should have. The topings where sporadic at best and seem of poor quality. That being said the pizza is palatable the next day heated up in your oven, it atleast cooks the crust to a decent consistency and crunch. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I wont be ordering from them again. Sorry guys. You have potential to change but stop padding your reviews. Take our suggestions to heart and youll make it.

Pizza was not that good. I strongly suggest not to go there as both girl who was working at this location was not wearing mask at all. One was touching her face and then making pizza without washing hand. They used their personal Na phone while making pizza. Very bad food safety practice

Tried the Mordor pizza & butterchicken pizza. They both tasted really good & the delivery driver was super nice! If you like a thinner crust pizza this is a great place. We did find the crust a bit chewy though. I would suggest maybe they bake their crust a bit longer and that would bump up the quality of the pizza.

taste- like any other ordinary pizza shop (panago, dominos, pizza hut) cooked- not cooked enough centre was sloppy size- ordered 2 mediums which were smaller than the competitions mediums such as show me the pizza or mona pizza Ordered through skip the dishes received them cold. which may not have been the restaurants fault.

Pizzas are not made here. Saw Gordons Foods bringing them in frozen so just heated up. Not what I was looking for. Sign for washrooms in the back but staff said it is only for them. Place the order at the counter and immediately prompted for a tip - for what? Dont bother with this place. Find one that actually prepares a pizza.

Not impressed. My pizza was nuked on top on one half and underneath and edges. It reeked of burnt. Sad as first time was awesome. Someone messed up and thought sending this out was okay. It was Keto pizza so cost a bit.

Same pizza same recipe I ordered half just cheese and asked for regular sauce and she put white sauce she said that s the regular sauce that goes with cheese ?!? Not in anyone else s mind! I am being generous here with 2 stars. This is the 3rd time Ive ordered from Hell Crust in the last month. The first order was awesome and possibly the best pizza Ive ever had. The 2nd order was cold and I threw half of it out. I thought Id give them the benefit of the doubt and another try. This was the absolute worst pizza I have had in many years! It was so cold and had no flavor compared to the first order. I dont know if the delivery fellow had 6 or 7 other deliveries on his way to my place or if he stopped for a nap. Either way, this pie is going straight into the garbage along with my $40. I detest re-heated pizza. We all know there is nothing better than a fresh pizza pie, straight out of the oven! I bought my microwave for popcorn and hot chocolate, not for a $40 pizza that just landed on my doorstep! Extremely disappointed!!

The customer service was excellent and the store clean. I would happily come back, and this is coming from someone who worked for the fast food industry while going to school.

The pizza just felt like it didnt know what it wanted to be. We got a spicy Taco and a custom ham and pineapple. The crust was thin but not really crispy and the toppings were very dried out. It was neither a traditional thin crust nor a heavier north american pizza. Flavors were okay but everything felt overcooked.

The pizza was great. However, when I went to pickup the food, there was someone behind the counter, where the food is made, without a mask. I was disgusted, horrified, and disappointed. Not sure I will return. Follow the rules or close your doors!!!!!

Cold. Bland. Keto pizza that I paid $23 for a tiny pizza was burnt. They didnt add my sauces I paid for with order when my husband picked up. The mediums are tiny. I was so excited as Im keto and I dont want to drive to Mission City pizza if I want a treat. But I will from now on. $63 for 3 medium pizzas and we were so disappointed.

First and last time ordering tonight. Burned garlic bread. Chicken on pizza that was asked to be vegetarian. Costly for the size and quality. Food was tepid at best, unappetizing and just generally poor (ordered via doordash). Not happy.

Saw this new place and wanted to try it! Ordered a pizza to go with the hockey game. Was told an hour. Pizza took two hours to arrive. Pizza and breadsticks were cold. Game was over. Back to panago for us.

Was the worst pizza Ive had in town by far. Overpriced for portion size. Pizza was an hour late and cold when I got it. After calling to see where my order was I was told 5min and it came 40min later. Toppings were pretty much nothing on it and dry. Will never order there again. Only reason why it got 1 star from me is because it wont let me post this without picking a star rating. Minus 5 stars its gross

Worst pizza Ive had In Maple Ridge. Tiny dry crust, light and tasteless toppings and hardly any cheese. This place is so bad.

Their pizzas are really lacking toppings and the sauce is really bland. Its nice that they warm up your slice for you though.

Garbage pizza. Stale slices sitting under the lamp for ages. No bathrooms for clients.

would give a 0 if i could. Hair in the pizza and no washroom for paying customers (they told us its the office), we will not back and we tell everyone this!!!

Best pizza in town!!! Great customer service and really good taste of pizza :D
