Was running late at work, so I ordered the kids pizza and decided to try Papa John's. We are at the point with the cost of food that if something is premium priced, the expectations are high. Mediocrity is not acceptable. This was exactly that - premium priced and mediocre at best. We ordered an extra large New York style with 5 toppings - almost $40. I love New York style crust - this was a poor example. And my expectation for a $40 pizza is there are ample toppings. This might have well been a cheese pizza. Wouldn't order from them again
The staff here are always so friendly and upbeat. I’ve never had a bad pizza from this location. The franchise always has good deals.
Best pizza ever, hands down! Best location to go whenever you want. I've been here three times, and each time I always get hot, fresh pizza. They offer the greatest prices for takeout—a large pizza costs $14.99. Best customer service ever. The staff is friendly and supportive. Yehh Papa Johns 👍🏻
Paid $4 for extra pinapple (SEE PIC of what $4 looks like) they took the meat off the pineapple side, and theres like 1 nub of pinapple on each slice. Called the restaurant before making this review, and guess what, your bad attitude has now caught you a 1* I understand inflation blah blah blah, but you need to understand, if you're gonna charge double for everything, then my expectations for quality have now doubled too.
Terrible customer service and super penny pinching topping portions all the time. Most recently, tao butter chicken pizzas purchased (pics below), both were almost entirely crust with no toppings. The staff member said I could have a credit for one but not both. Just called today to get that credit and the manager just argued with me. He was super unwilling and completely disinterested in making it right by replacing the pizza. It was all excuses about same-day complaints are only honored… he called the staff member who said he did not offer me a credit, a lie. Called me back refused to replace. Horrible customer management. Never going back.
Simply disappointed with the staffs attitude, super immature and rude. They messed up my wing order and gave me bbq wings instead of buffalo. After calling them they simply said they could not do anything about it. Whatever happened to the customer is always right in the food industry ? Both the pizza and bbq wings were disgusting and cold as well. Here are some pictures below. Will not be returning.
Seriously the grossest, most unsafe place to eat. Worst of all, when I took the wings back to them, they provided the worst customer service and offered to put the food that they gave me back in the oven (1. It’s extremely unsanitary and against the health code, 2. It’s disgusting). As for the Donair Pizza that I’ve ordered, it had pepperoni in it, which wasn’t mentioned in the description + I am allergic to. The lady told me to “just pick it off”… Honestly, I ordered food over $100; and had 8 invitees at my place, however, I had to leave the gathering and my night ruined due to their extremely rude and bad customer service. LONG STORY SHORT, AVOID!!!

Super nice staff and great pizza. I ordered the pizza while on my way home. The delivery person dropped it off at my door before I got there. He called me seperately to make sure I get my pizza left at my doorstep.
Wont order hear anymore when I found out tips are mandatory. They should pay their employees properly and not force their customers to suppliment the employees income. I tip for good service, that is what a tip is for!

Ordered three pizzas. It was literally still steaming when the guy took it out of the bag to hand them to me at my front door. It s not even that cold out side. And you could see the steam. Never saw that even in the winter. AMAZING!!!!

Ordered butter chicken pizza..found it cold, without any toppings and only thick crust. Worst pizza till now. They are a pizza shop but wont give you any toppings.
Ordered first time on Halloween and our whole group loved it. The pizzas were delivered hot from the oven. Now I always dial them for fresh and hot pizzas. These guys are always on time. They take big orders for parties too. Definitely going to order again at Christmas. Thank you .
Ordered through Skip the Dishes. The order was accepted by the restaurant but an hour later it was still being prepared . Called and nobody answered the phone. Last time I will order from here ever.

This papa John s is exactly what youve come to expect from the restaurant chain, but this location stands out for two reasons: the staff is great and the pizza is always well made. Its really quick to order via the website and there are always some decent combo deals available.
Used to be great. BUT I just spent 20 minutes trying to order a cheese pizza. Shouldnt be too hard right? Thats what I thought!! The app wouldnt let me, the mobile site wouldnt let me, and the computer site wouldnt let me. Went to live chat, explained everything, and the agent said try restarting everything. I explained that I did. Numerous times. Agent told me to do it again and if there was anything else they could help with. Waste of time!!!! I wanted to use my papa dough before it expires. Guess Ill just find a new pizza place since obviously my money isnt valuable to them. Since my time sure isnt. Do yourself a favor and dont order from Papa Johns.
Awful customer service. I would give this business negative stars if I could. Papa Johns used to deliver to our home on Dewdney Trunk/210 for over a year. Recently they are telling us they will ONLY drive to 210 ave, instead of the several feet over to where our house is. Their policy is inconsistent, and they will not drive further unless we have a larger order. What a scam.

Amazing taste. My all time favourite pizza. Love the garlic parmesan crust. So flavourful and satisfying. Also, my second favourites are jalepeno poppers. Love the spice.

Epic pepperoni stuffed crust and that famous garlic sauce why wouldnt you grab a piping hot Schnatters pie? The staff are always smiling and pleasant. No point going to the other guys, this location is true to the John Schnatter way, better ingredients, better pizza.
Extremely underwhelming pizza. I know its low budget takeout but Dominos is far more consistent and tasty than this joint. Just a boring deluxe/suprema whatever pizza for 33 bucks large stuffed crust BLAND pizza I may as well have driven to MenEds in Poco or Langley for a proper pizza. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you live right beside it, there is not point eating here. I will never order from this place ever again from any location.

Made the pizza wrong and refused to send a new one. This is the second time it has happened to us. The employee on the phone was rude. Very disappointed in their customer service.
Food is always hot and fresh. Staff are friendly. Their garlic knots are amazing, I definitely recommend giving them a try!

Terrible service. We ordered 2 pizzas with explicit instructions to cut into smaller slices for a bunch of kids. Of course, they didnt. When we called to mention it to them, they said sorry, we forgot without trying in any way to make it right. Wont be ordering from here again.

This is the best place in town to get your share of mouthwatering pizzas. If their pizzas were on the table instead of the cookies then I would have failed the Marshmellow test. I Highly Recommend it. Amazing!!

They wont deliver to Silver Valley (V4R0E1) which is less than 10mins from the store..... many other of their competitors do.

Ordered from papa johns tonight. pizza and wings. Pizza was decent as usual. The wings however, were inedible. Beyond inedible, near rancid actually. Dangerous. Called the restaurant to let them know. Did not ask for a refund or any kind of compensation, just wanted to let them know that they are serving an expired product and as a public health concern, you may want to check your inventory. I was met with rude indifference and a careless dismissive attitude. If anyone is reading this tonight, please, as a safety precaution, do not order their wings right now
Ordered pizza and wings from pappa Johns maple Ridge tonight. Pizza was decent as usual. However, the wings were inedible. Borderline rancid. Dangerous. My Wife and I took one bite and could not swallow. Called the branch that served us to Express our concerns without a request for any kind of compensation, Just a general concern of safety for their customers, and that may want to check their inventory for a spoiled product. Well, this concern for my community and their business was met with rude indifference and complete lack of interest for what could be a very serious problem. If you live in maple ridge and are ordering from pappa Johns, you might want to skip the wings. I have frozen my order and will be contacting the health agency on monday so there can be a proper inspection

Best pizza we can find in town that will deliver to us, but unfortunately everytime their debit machine doesnt work and always ask if we have cash.. then make us call and pay with a credit card over the phone. A driver has more then twice stood in the middle of the street in the pouring rain to try and get a signal. Ugh

I used to take garden fresh pizza. Every time I get good services. Happy to see their commitment.
Good quality pizza, more transparent with ingredients. Probably one of the few pizza places I can eat at now since they dont use canola oil in their main pizza dishes. Ordered 2 larges, they made a mistake with one of em, so I had to wait 15 min or so for a fresh pizza. Then they gave me the extra pizza at no charge, so 3 larges were taken home. People make mistakes, so do businesses, its the effort to redeem themselves that stands them out from the rest. Will be back again... maybe tonight.

TERRIBLE. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! This has got to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Earlier today, I received an email with a coupon code for buy one get one, however, when I applied the code to the website it did not work. I ended up going in to the store and politely telling the man that I received a coupon that did not work, and he simply shrugged. I was kind of dumbfounded, so I asked him if he would honour the coupon, to which he nonchalantly replied No. He told me that the coupon did not work because it was either expired, or not the right location. Neither of these reasons are accurate, as the coupon explicitly states it does not expire until May 21st, and I did not put my location into the website, so it had no idea where the right location was. I left the store, and emailed customer support. I was responded to with a quick email just saying Unfortunately, your store has decided not to partake in the promotional offer. As stated earlier, THE WEBSITE HAS NO IDEA WHERE MY LOCATION IS AS I DID NOT PUT IT INTO THE SYSTEM YET. Instead of simply emailing me the correct coupon, they refused. Furthermore, why would I even be sent promotional emails if every single time I have to contact my store directly to even see if they have any validity, as each individual store decides whether or not to honour a coupon.
Usually the service is amazing, but this time I entered the wrong address because the auto fill was wrong and the man yelling and raging at me, i was very unhappy about that. I would give 0 stars to just his service. But the pizza is still amazing.

This restaraunt doesnt deserve the 1 star it required me to put to write a review. Their hand tossed crust really means bare-hand tossed. Heard the staff member coughing in the back and then saw that she was making the pizza without gloves on. I asked the staff member who took my order if she could wear gloves while she made it, and he said no. Gross!
Always good food
If I could give a no star rating, I would. I can honestly say that it was by far the most disgusting pizza any of us have ever eaten. Extremely (too) thin crust, also burnt on the edges so that it was rock hard and dry, few toppings and just all around bland and unappetizing flavours. Absolutely revolting. Save your money and order from anyone else. Even Dominos would be better than what Papa Johns calls pizza.

If you are looking for a much milder pizza sauce, I recommend Papa Johns. It is a nice change of pace from the standard heavily spiced pizza sauce. Enjoyed it quite a bit.

DONT GET PIZZA FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS We ordered a pizza online with a free redemption, free pizza woo! Was really looking forward to it, and when we got to the store they said that there was some kinda mixup and that the redemption wasnt used and that we had to pay $18 for the pizza. I wasnt expecting that at all, and they were really unhelpful. They just told us to contact Papa Johns to get our redemption back if it was, indeed, wasted. I hate it cause we had to drive 30 minutes there, and weve done this in the past so were not idiots and know that we did it correctly -- but a different person helped us and I think he was just trying to make money on our free pizza. Order from a different location.
