The food is good but online ordering system frequently doesnt actually put in your order. Owner doesnt take responsibility for the problem so customer service response is terrible. Wouldnt even give free delivery after waiting 90 minutes for delivery.

We have been ordering from Pizza Factory since we moved here 16 years ago. In our opinion its the best pizza in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. The kids prefer it to the sparsely topped major chains pizza. Guys working there are very nice and after so many year we know them well. Sometimes they are very busy so not a lot of time for hellos but the pizza is always good which is the main reason we order from here. Peperoni, extra sauce, well done. yum! Side Note - My sister in-law is a long time vegan and they usually order from another major chain, a few weeks ago she tried the one here at Pizza Factory and she said it was way better and will go here from now on.

Indian-style pizza tastes great, as does the cheese pizza. Varying heat levels are fantastic, appreciate the efforts to do half and half and cater to the family.

The driver is rude. He was watching us as we were entering our tip amount on the machine so I entered 1 dollar as I felt uncomfortable how close he was staring. Then he got all rude and said stuff like come on guys and rolled his eyes at us Won t order from them again as this is the second bad interaction we ve had with the driver

The pizza was good, but I was pressured to tip twice and I dont appreciate it. I ordered online and an automatic tip for delivery was applied to my bill. OK no problem, fair is fair. But when the pizza was delivered and I was handed the machine, I was prompted to tip again. 15% of the bill was my lowest option, and dont forget, my original tip was included on the bill. So in essence, I was being asked to tip 15% on the money I already gave tipped them. I felt super awkward explaining to my driver that Id already tipped. This forced automatic tip feels like a rip off. I wonder how many people dont notice it and tip twice. Just feels slimy to me. I dont believe its an accident. Good pizza though...

I have been a regular customer for 6 months now. Everytime the pizza is fresh full of cheese and ingredients. Tasty and loaded pizzas and the price is reasonable too. Love this place.

Pizza was good, driver was friendly, but they screwed up our order on one of the pizzas. We asked for bacon, there was no bacon, instead covered in onions. We called to rectify this and the lady on the phone said well I wrote down onions and basically that was that. No apology no lets be proactive about this situation. Ive worked in customer service for many years, and her tones and way she was handling it was very rude. I didnt want to make a stink but seriously we are paying and giving a good tip and get treated that way?

I normally order for pickup but decided get my order for delivery last night; huge mistake. When I opened the door my dog started trying to smell the pizza bag the driver was holding and he fully freaked out. I ended up yelling at him a little harder than I probably should have but I was worried he was going to kick her in the head and injure her. If you order for delivery, make sure you either dont have a pet or have them behind a closed door to avoid this extremely awkward situation.

I love this pizza but the price is getting costly. The recent $7 delivery fee is probably the last straw for us.

Have ordered from here many times, service is always very good. Only issue I have had is ordering from their website. It took my order but never sent it to the restaurant so the order never got made.

Terrible pizza i had ever.. I called for first time at this location asked for chicken pizza the stuff was not professional, he didnt even asked me what kind a chicken do I want? When I got the pizza the Chicken was not what I ordered it was grilled chicken and uncooked. I called back the manager answered to rude!! Great pizza to go or delivered really FAST and hot. Good selection of specialty pizza or make-up you own. Friendly , (co-vid aware) helpful staff with good prices and amazing specials. Highly recommend for at home get-together, picnic or anytime fast good food is wanted. No dining in at the moment.

Cheap price yes but very cheap ingredients. The cheese tasted processed. It wasnt stringy and cheesy the way it should be. It was gross. I had two slices only because I was super hungry but that was enough. We didnt even eat the left overs the next day

Good bang for the buck

order a deal meal two weeks ago One two topping , i wings and i1pasta , pasta had hair inin and called to advise Manager. Said sorry and said would credit pasta, I called to day and was told I had to buy full deal and they would trough in a free pasta. So i guess I have to order more than I need to get the credit for the hairy pasta. Wound not ever order again and will tell ever one I know not to use them. Good choice over a pasta.

Friday the 22nd of May,20 we ordered pizzas from here, we asked for a pesto chicken pizza. It never had pesto on it so I called them and asked what happened, the owner came to the phone and asked me what was on the pizza I told him and then her proceeded to tell me they dont use green pesto and the sundried tomatoes on it was the pesto. Long story short he argued with me and was very rude. For a pizza restraunt that treats there customers like they dont know what there talking about I would advise him to take a respectful approach class and phone etiquette. I wouldnt order from a place where they have no regards of there customers. You as a buisness owner or a Supervisor are not qualified to be dealing with the public.

My friend and I ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza. My friend specifically informed them that she is severely allergic to onions. When eating the pizza my friend pulled something out of her mouth that felt and tasted like onion. She confirmed with me by showing me. I confirmed that it was onion. I recommended that she call the store to inform them. When she called the worker said sorry but that our pizza was the first pizza cut that day, essentially saying that it couldnt have had onion in it. They didnt take ownership for this serious mistake or offer any type of way to keep a customer. We wont be ordering from them anymore because of the way they handled it.

Probably best pizza in maple ridge. Doesnt look promising on the outside and the location, but when I gave them a try through a door dash promotion, their pizza didnt disappoint. When i picked up a large for $18, i picked up the box and it felt like there was a brick in there. The pizza was LOADED with ingredients. They dont skimp out!! It was amazing.

Good crust. Loaded specialty pizzas. LOADED. I enjoyed. Ill be back.

three differant times ordered Veg with out olives but got them anyways , so I change order to Garlic Veg has no olives but it came with olives. Called and was told could help as the second pizza ( garlic veg) was put away for myself for a movie night the next night. Was told I should have check it when it came, but there right I didnt because this time the pizza didnt come with olive , or so I thought. Guy made me feel like a crook and as I order about 7 times a mouth and tip well , I think they should treat customers better. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN

If your planning to go to Maple ridge then pizza factory will be a good place for quick bite and the prices are also reasonable so it might help your budget and they have different taste option my recommendation will be take the pizza and eat it outside somewhere enjoying the cityscape because inside its very congested

In the 14 years that they have delivered to us, they are always ahead of time and the food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS!!!!! Always our favorite place for great pizza...fast service and a great deal!!!........tonight they surpassed themselves!!! We always set a timer for delivery and today they were over 10 minutes earlier than 14 years now) .Caught us by surprise!! Homemade pizza is the best from Pizza Factory in Maple Ridge. Excellent dinner...excellent job...excellent staff!!!

Massive hair in the Za. Didnt taste bad or anything but was the Dirty Dan of pizza places. 1/5 probably eat again.

Our pizza hadn t arrived after waiting almost an hour and a half. We called to ask about the long wait and found out the order had never been placed. What a disappointing experience.

Never once had a problem. Staff is friendly. Doesnt sound agitated even when I order late (I order at 10pm a lot). I dont have a car. Been delivering for a while. A little pricey but the pizza tastes phenomenal. I love they put the ingredients on and cover it with cheese, and the crust is amazing. I cant recommend this place enough. Ive taken points to order salads, their salads are stuffed! Its great. 1000x better than pizza time across the street, on par with pizza hut. Their crust is nice and crunchy at the end. Its superb .

Been a go to for more years than I can count.Great one stop shop with the deals that include a 2L of pop.

Quality of pizza is very good. The problem is with the delivery charge. We live almost at 260th so when we get any delivery food i give a big tip because i know it is a long way to drive. Neither the person taking the order nor the driver have ever informed me that they add $3.25 if going past 240th AND an extra $1.00 for every 5 blocks after that! Well they actually charged an added $5 to our place when really; it should be $4, but the point is they never told me about ANY delivery charges. Never said a word the many times I gave a 30% tip and explained it is because I KNOW it is a long drive! The driver could say that the store already pays him extra for the distance. When i order I usually do not get the actual bill, and often it is for a large number of people so a little hard to figure out what the cost should have been. Today however i KNEW what the bill should be and was not impressed with how they have treated me. I called the store, they apologized but nothing more. Net result: No more of my business. No more of my tips. Easy enough to get good pizza delivered from other places. BUT if you plan to pickup, then you can trust that the quality of the pizza is good.

Pizza tastes great use to order here a lot, never again though after one order. Earlier in the day I had to disable my bank card becasue I thought I lost it, phoned in when it was found to inable it again. When I went to pay for my delivery it didnt work (bank must have messed up, phoned after to fix it again, it happens) I told the delivery man this and he was very rude. I handed him back the pizza and told him sorry my bank card isnt working, he gave me a dirty look and said dont expect us to deliver here ever again (I understand that it was my fault but it happens, I wasnt expecting free pizza, but I do still expect a employee to be nice if I am being njce back). I was a loyal costumer and loved your food too bad your service isnt par.

MAJOR ISSUE!!! Our experience would have been excellent, other then the fact that this company in order to save money, opens their bottled pops or recycles bottles to re-fill them with fountain pop. Why? To save money perhaps, although not sure how much. Nonetheless, when I called to question why our 2-litre bottle of pop had its security seal broken, the worker at the shop sounded puzzled but admitted that many people have called in to complain and that this was a common issue, but she herself wasnt sure why. She went on to say that they get their pop from Pepsi directly and Pepsi told them that sometimes the lids come loose breaking the seals. This sounds like a lie to me. I recommend an investigation be started in order to get to the bottom of this common and ultimately serious issue if you think about it. (Are we not suppose to consume a product if it has been open when we purchase it)! Is the owner of this company really trying to save money by doing this? Who is the owner of the Maple Ridge Pizza Factory?
