This place is awesome if you re in Maple Ridge area, food menu is versatile my picks are chicken bowl , any burger or steak and desert Oreo cheesecake cookie jar is of the notch. Plenty of parking space, friendly employees so no reason not to stop and try this Browns restaurant. I recommend and thumbs up for this one

Food was good. Service was good. Loud and and not so good to talk to friends. Pricy food and drinks no lunch specials which was disappointing they claim everyday and all time is special not so great. Should offer something different at lunch time like smaller portions or a few bucks off menu items

My wife and I have a young child at home so we dont get too many chances for date nights, however when we do we often end up at Browns Maple Ridge. Everytime we go we end up enjoying ourselves and loving the food. We recently went again and came out absolutely floored at how amazing the staff were, but also how delicious the food was. This place is warm, inviting, friendly and the food is always fantastic.

Went during lunch time during the week, food was super quick and delicious! Service was friendly and efficient!

I have been there a couple times recently and the food is good. The servers and kitchen staff are both knowledgeable and willingly to help with your dietary concerns taking them seriously and making changes to accommodate you. I would highly recommend going there for a meal.

This location was good. They made blackened tofu quesadillas much better than other locations and remembered to NOT add bacon in my Caesar Salad. Definitely take into consideration that the customer is a vegetarian, and I respect that. Thanks

I don t usually leave reviews but... I felt like it needed to be said.... Ive had brunch at browns a few times over the last couple of months. Really enjoyed their brunch menu but have to say a little off put by our red headed server, Carly. I don t think she should be sharing she has STDs and how she got Chlamydia from her boyfriend .to their customers. She was sharing this with the whole bar top. Will be avoiding her section next visit.

Been a regular of browns for sometime now. Was in recently and disappointed to have Karly as our bartender. She was very disrespectful when sharing with our group that our favourite bartender was recently let go and Karly insinuated that it was payback Not sure if anyone in our group of regulars will be back now.

This was our first time at Browns, we won t be back. We had a server named Carly, with red hair, our whole table learned inappropriate details about her life throughout our meal. It was extremely uncomfortable, this was my brothers birthday celebration and we were very disappointed in our experience.

Unfortunately lots of active kids at this location on the Saturday evening we were there. Quite distracting and potentially hazardous for serving staff. Special shout out to Mae for great service.

Our goto in the Ridge

My recent experience at the steakhouse was disappointing. Despite making reservations, we were informed upon arrival that we only had a two-hour limit at the table, which wasnt mentioned during the initial booking. This restriction significantly limited our enjoyment. To add to the frustration, after hurriedly finishing our meal, we were asked to relocate to the bar to finish our drinks, only to later notice several unoccupied tables. Overall, the rushed atmosphere and lack of transparency regarding time constraints left a sour taste in our mouths.

Ive dined in and Ive taken out. I also order from Skipthedishes all the time. The food and service has always been excellent!! Ive had 1 or 2 one offs during peak times but this can be expected with such a busy popular place. Having said this, the manager has always rectified the situation kindly with a gift certificate. My favorite dish is the potato crusted cod. I highly recommend.

I dont usually write reviews often but I felt this place really deserved one. Im celiac so eating out is hard enough as it is. Their gluten free items arent technically gluten free as they are cooked in the same oil. That being said they were very informative with everything on their menu and went out of their way to accomodate any restrictions I had. Aiden went above and beyond to make sure nothing was cross contaminated. He was very attentive, caring, and friendly. I really enjoyed my time there and, to top it off, I finally got to have hot wings!!! And they were gluten free! Just ask them to bake them. Absolutely delicious food.

We come here often and love it here. The service and food and drinks are always good. My suggestion to get even better is to have more dishes on the menu. Or have a separate seasonal menu that would have a few dishes on it on top of the normal menu.

Lunch in the outer seating area today was nice. Originally seated inside but the music was very loud and difficult to have a conversation. Felt like a night club during the day. The food was pretty good. I had the Thai chicken soup and the lettuce wraps with tofu. The half head of lettuce was somewhat overwhelming and not functional to eat cut in quarters. Ive been here a few times and the staff are always very friendly and each time my server has been EXCELLENT. I will say that the food prices are quite high for smaller portions than mostly anywhere Ive been to around here, so I would probably not choose to come here hungry. But it is a great atmosphere to grab a few drinks (and perhaps a happy hour snack) and hangout with friends!

I have always loved browns food!!! I have tried nearly everything on the menu and (no joke) have always been impressed. Their gravy actually brings back weekly, and I have tried in vain to replicate it. My husband will forever compare all beef dips to browns French dip, and when I crave Nachos it is Browns Im looking for. Tonight we ordered take out for the first time from Browns (I am 4 months pregnant and prefer eating on my couch atm) and JUST BARELY WALKING IN THE DOOR I was still greeted with friendly authentic faces.

Great food. Love the Dragon Bowl with Chicken. Great service! Lots of TVs to watch games there! Looks a bit like a pub environment inside. Blackend Chicken Ceaser Salad was amazing as well. Must try the lettuce wraps!! Nice clean washrooms. Lots of parking. Food

We ordered takeout for dinner from here using their gluten friendly menu. The servers were so lovely and called to confirm if it was an allergy or preference. When notified it was an allergy they went out of their way to prepare it without risk of cross contamination. They made sure to let us know what could/ couldn t be made safely. Ive been coming to this Browns on and off for a few years. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, they have been really conscientious about dietary restrictions, and theres a great atmosphere here!

Gross food, good ceasers, too cramped for how loud people talk, salad made me sick.

Food was good (had the dragon bowl), service was very good. We were seated inside and it was very noisy making it hard to have a conversation.

WOW super rude front of house staff. My pick up was 6.50 told me it was busy and told me come back in oh I don t know 10-15 mins I called to ask her politely if she could call me to let me know when the order was ready and she was extremely rude to me on the phone. Went inside and nobody even acknowledged me helped people in front of me and my food was sitting there for who knows how long. Never coming back. Lost a customer

OVER 3 HOURS FOR MY ORDER!!!!! Waited over a hr for three meals. Restaurant is 7min drive away. Get the wrong order delivered. Bold lettering on the receipt with the wrong name. Delivery guy doesn t even knock on the door. Call to complain and they say they will send the order. 20min later I call back and they tell me they need the address THEN they will remake the order and send it out. So again I need to wait another hour or so to get the right. Plus the girl on the phone kept interrupting me then telling me I m talking to loud. AND tried telling me it s not the restaurants fault that they gave the delivery guy the wrong order and deliver it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TAKE ORDER EVER!!!!

Pumpin place good eats open concept environment. They cook a mean steak and love the spicy butter they put on my steak had scalop potatoes broc and parm, and carrot cake to die for.. Moscow mule and raspberry mojitos hardballs too. It was a Good night!

The food was good and the service was good but there is such limited parking, it took forever to find a spot and even then I had to park elsewhere and worry about my car getting ticketed my whole meal. I honestly wouldnt go back because Id have to drive and it was chaotic.

got food poisoning here about 2 weeks ago, and i phoned to let the manager know, to which he did nothing. i wasn t expecting anything, i only phoned to let them know that their food is causing illness, and he told me Fraser Health would be in contact with me to follow up, which didn t happen.

First time at the Browns SocialHouse Ordered a simple burger with fries and red sangria.. The Sangria was decent. The burger was pricey but sadly did not live up to how well it should have tasted hurts me to say that an A&W Burger is a far better option than this.. Expected the fries to be crispy and crunchy but they were soggy and tasteless.. Service was decent unsure if it makes sense to come back here and try something different

Browns is our regular restaurant. We love his nachos and cheese and add chicken. One of the best nachos ever Kid-friendliness: They are so nice.

It was a busy Saturday evening, but we were still given a table right away. The food is great and our server was very polite .

Good place for the occasion, which was a business lunch. The place is comfortable, service is prompt and courteous without being intrusive. The food is exactly what a lunch menu should be. If you are looking for a better than average casual lunch spot and not fine dining, youre sure to find it to your liking. Parking is abundant, convenient and free on site. The place was free from loud music on the day I was there, and conversation was easy.

The Dragon Bowl was very good! Im an herbal tea person! They could have a better selection! However, two people I was with did have tea. The Mighty Leaf is a good brand. Was a little shocked at the $4.50 price tag for a bag of tea. Service was superb, and the servers bent over backward to please the guests! Vegetarian options: You can adjust the main menu to make it vegan or vegetarian friendly! Dietary restrictions: There are a lot of meat options. However, if you dont eat meat.. there are a few options! Parking: no need..it is a reel parking space restaurant! Ordered online for pick up and I called and the person who answered was so rude. Came in 4 mins before my scheduled time for pick up and same rude behaviour saying that it won t be ready cause they re not even seeing the order yet. 5 mins away from the time of pick up and they still don t see the order in their system??? Not ordering again from this place again I guess. It s one thing to be made to wait and explain why they re running behind but to speak in a condescending tone like I owe them a favour for having to wait for my order? Unacceptable and severely disappointing. Review update: 06/27/2023 Really appreciated their general manager, Dave, for following up with me and trying to get more context about my experience. I appreciate that he viewed the feedback as a coaching moment for his staff. I have much respect for businesses who make it their top priority to listen to their customers and to constantly do better. I am now giving it 4 stars and will try this place again and hopefully get a more positive experience.

We go to Browns quite often for either lunch or dinner. All staff have been wonderful food is excellent. I definitely recommend this place. The only thing I dont like, at dinner, they have the music much louder than at lunch, and Im not sure why.

We had good service for our group of 9. The server was attentive and nicely took a pic for us. I had the dragon bowl with chicken, and it was fresh and hot. I also had the chicken and pickles off the happy hour menu. Our server brought us one last round of wine off the happy hour menu, too, just before it ended. When we went to leave, our bills were not correct. The food from the Happy Hour menu was correct, but the drinks were billed at the non-happy hour price. The server took them back and fixed them for us. It was only a difference of $3.50 on my bill but, still, I am glad I looked closely. All in all, a good experience. I will be back.

Brunch was great today. I enjoyed the bacon and eggs. My wife had the quesadilla. Both really tasted great. Service was really good, and we kind of outside on the patio. Parking: At 1:00 PMwe took the second spot from the door. There were a number of spots close to the door.

WOW! FANTASTIC FOOD AND FRIENDLY. GO AGAIN!!!! YES

We walked in and were approached promptly. We sat in what I would say the atrium. Unfortunately its enclosed and the large windows are not open, it is a bit stuffy, heat wise. I decided to use the restroom facilities and I am impressed with the cleanliness of the sinks, floor and soft lighting and no wet spots on the granite countertops. Hands free, faucet. Full length mirrors all around, extremely clean. I had the spicy Chicken charred, jalapeno hand held sandwich and French fries with mayo and limeade sparkle soda Its not spicy, which is what I was looking for. The chicken breast is juicy and crispy and golden brown perfectly cooked and perfectly stacked and compliment lettuce, tomato and seasonings. Unfortunately I ordered mayo with my fries and received chipotle, quickly as it arrived, the server, recognized her error and replaced it with my mayo. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the limenad it was to watery. My friend had ordered the dragon bowl and when she was served it was the crunchie ahi tuna salad with flaky noodles. Wrong order and was not satisfiability. Thankfully the server returned asking if everything was satisfactory and we replied we do not have the right entree. We had in fact received someone elses meal and a customer had hers. We waited for the correct entree to arrive Dragon bowl and that was delicious according to my friend. That being said, the service was professional and courteous and helpful. Hiccups happen and I would not deter you from having a meal at the Browns Social House. Its a pleasant atmosphere and the inside is a pub style and lively. Parking is easy and accessible. $$ Diverse menu Extensive alcohol list Lots of types of cuisines to choose from. I have to say this is the worse browns I been to I stop by for dinner and drink tonight and this place is so cold that you need your winter jackets on I was so freezing cold that I didnot even finish my first drink and had to go in my car and turn the heat on I did ask the girl that was serving me to please do some thing. And she said she will tell her manger I sat there and watched her for the next 15 min and she didnot tell any one. I asked for my bill and left. They need not care I looked around the bar and all the guys put there jackets on so it wasn t just me Word of advise take a jacket and wear long pants if you go to this one

Really tasty food, good service and open late!

The food was made fresh and delivered to our tables quickly. The patio, is a little loud being so close to the road, but it was nice to eat outside in the shade. The calamari was outstanding.

Thought my chicken Ceasar could have used some chicken in it. We got 3 very small slices each for $ 18 - $20.00 I was disappointed

The food and atmosphere were great, but out server, I think his name was Andre, put the evening over the top . We enjoyed our visit so much that we went back three days later and were lucky enough to get him again and he was just as amazing

Tasteless, bland food. Varied service. Our server checked in on us at the beginning, but we then ended up waiting over 30 minutes for her to bring over the machine after asking for the bill.
