I just ordered take out and had chicken parmigiana & fettuccine Alfredo . Super delicious food it s such a shame they are closing .

My girlfriend and I went in for dinner. It was busy but we were sat right away. Jackie was our server and she was amazing! I had the spaghettini carbonara and my girlfriend had the fettuccine Alfredo which were both phenomenal dishes! 1000/10 will be back and would recommend Paliottis for any occasion!

Drinks took 20 minuets, food took an hour, the entire time battling fruit flies. The food is incredibly oily, the fries are at least good. The fruit flies and flies are disgusting, I won t be back unless I m on the patio. This isn t acceptable for the prices.

I was so excited to finally try this place out. What I love most is that they have a completely separate one hundred percent vegan menu... Every dish you can think of made without the cruelty of eggs dairy or animal flesh. Their focaccia bread is to die for and the spanikopita was phenomenal !!!! omg... Its a little smaller than I imagined and when its busy, expect to wait little bit longer for your food.But that wait will be one hundred percent worth it. I got a huge spanikopita platter w/potatoes,rice, & vegetables..and the BEST EVER cruelty-free tzatziki sauce EVER!!! Only $25. I have leftovers for 2 more dinners. I HIGHLY recommend the vegan menu here. You will LOVE it. Get a slice if vegan cheesecake roo..and the VERY BEST EVER Caesar salad EVER!! OMG. I wanted to like this restaurant, but the fettuccine Alfredo was like soup. Another customer was dissatisfied with their order, and the employee got quite heated with them. There is a fruit fly issue as well, multiples buzzing around your table

Food was phenomenal, the kitchen really knows what they are doing. Server was overwhelmed therefore was inattentive to us. Our cocktails came out at different times, water did not get refilled, and the appetizer we ordered never came (though it wasn t on the bill either- just completely forgotten) Highly recommend the food, but for us, next time we will get takeout!

This golden gem of a restaurant exceeded all my expectations! The food portions were enormous (hello leftovers), everything was fresh, and served piping hot. Our service was nothing short of phenomenal attentive, friendly, and efficient. I cant believe I waited this long to try this place out. My kids gobbled everything up, even my picky eater. Its now a favorite, and well definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I love this place for all their delicious vegan options. My favourite is their vegan jambalaya. My 4 & 6 year old say that this is their favourite restaurant because the oyster mushroom calamari is delicious and because you guys have games. Cant wait to go again for another family meal. I don t have any photos because we ate it so fast but I will update this review next time I order which will be very soon. They have pizzas, tons of pastas, sandwiches, various appies, salads, breads and an extensive vegan menu. Can t say I ve ever ordered pasta out but after trying this at a friends house then looking at their menu online I had to try it again. Their portions are huge and very good value for the price. Their lasagna is quite frankly the best lasagna I ve ever had (sorry mom) and their tortellini al panna with chicken, bacon, Alfredo sauce and baked cheese on top (extra charge for baked cheese but you literally get your moneys worth.) was literally two meals for me Side order of garlic bread is 6 bucks and you get 4 massive slices of the most buttery, garlicky, crispiest garlic bread I ve ever had. I wouldn t stop talking about this place after we ordered and kept trying to steal bites of my girlfriend s lasagna. Highly recommend this place for great pasta. A few weeks back we called in to see if they were opened on a Monday. Google showed them being open on Monday s, despite their website saying they were closed. The staff member who answered the phone politely let us know they were in fact closed to the public. A few minutes after the call ended we got a call back and they offered to put a special pick up order through for us if we wanted- an awesome showcase of going above and beyond in the name of customer service. Weve been here a few times and will keep going back for sure. I appreciate that theyve got a ton of tasty vegan options. The vegan mushroom calamari is a must try.

I come for the amazing vegan menu whenever I m in Maple Ridge! My faves: the Caesar salad (garlicky!), the calamari, any pasta, & a few unique pizzas. You won t be disappointed: excellent fare, done well.

Ive been ordering from Paliottis Westside once a month lately, thanks to their Monday night vegan menu with free delivery. Everything weve ordered has been delicious and generous portion sizes. I havent had tiramisu for years, and they recently perfected a vegan option thats such a treat to enjoy. Paliottis Westside also went out of their way to help make an order right. I love supporting a local spot that cares about the food they make and their customers. Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free options are available.

Beautiful food. The spaghettini was the best Ive ever had. Our server Lois ( Lou ) was very personable and cheerful. Truly a pleasure. I will be coming back and recommending this place to anyone looking for excellent food and to support this locally owned business. Parking: Location is excellent right there on the Lougheed. Easy to find and easy to get in and out of. Kid-friendliness: Very warm and cheerful atmosphere with a patio option. I think I saw that there are games and other things for kids to do.

The Vegan food is amazing here. So much variety you will find something here you absolutely love. I have been several times and everytime it was fantastic. The staff is cheerful and provided amazing service all night.

The new crepes on weekends was a great idea! I had the fungi crepes and I can t stop thinking about them. Service was sweet and attentive. I m already a regular dinner customer but I think I m gonna have to start making some double trips on the weekend.

Had a great meal with some new friends. The lasagna was incredible and the vegan cheesecake was awesome as well. We did have the cheesecake first though;-)

EDIT: BASED on restaurant reply. We were not told it was super busy beforehand so much so that it would affect our service outside and they did tell us the patio was open before and that we could sit outside. We realize it was chilly but the amount of time you guys took made us freeze more then we should have. They did not say we would be served after everyone as thats not usually how it should be done. We didnt expect to be put lower priority on the service , I feel as though we should have been served before the other tables inside that came after us. The waitress did NOT allow me to substitute for a surcharge at all either, they just said they cannot make any changes. Overall, I dont appreciate this business blaming its customers. Yes we did choose to sit outside but not thinking we would be treated and served differently and also we were told a lot of things werent possible and given to us very late. So please do not say it was your customers misunderstanding when your servers did not communicate or know what was going on the entire night and even forgot we were outside. Thats not very professional. This was my second time at Paliottis I was from out of town and excited to try their food and show my partner. I dont remember the food being too great but thought Id give it a shot. I loved their lavender hot chocolate the last time.. Im not one to complain usually, but I was very disapointed. We sat outside since it was busy and smaller location and thought it might not be too cold. The waitress forgot to come get out order for about 20 minutes because it was busy inside. I got the special 3 course and I wish I had been able to swap the one sauce for the pasta for a vegan sauce since they only had one or two vegan items on the specials menu - I didnt want to get sick from too much dairy anywho. The food took awhile - and we also asked for balsamic for the bread and never got it and when we asked again we were told they didnt have any anymore. When my pasta came out it was served on a big plate which was odd and it looked like something you just throw together at home with cheap rose sauce. It didnt taste good. And I got very sick later that night. I could have made a better dish at home. The waitress also took another 10-15 minutes to bring us more water and we honestly thought theyd forget again. We never ended up ordering special drinks we wanted because we didnt want to wait any more. My partner did enjoy his vegan wrap. The fries were tasty. But I was very disapointed with the pasta. And also we werent too happy with the service and also the didnt have heaters on the patio so we did freeze after them taking so long. I had wanted to try their vegan cheesecake but was no longer in the mood. The vegan brownie was good but they didnt have vegan ice cream which was odd. Overall, just was super unhappy after wanting to try their food for a while. Especially since my partner and I dont have much money to spend going out and its sad to be not happy with our choice. I understand why my friend said theyre a hit or miss depending on how busy they are. Probably wont be back as the food and service as not great. I hardly ever write reviews too.

Both the vegan and non-vegan options we ordered were delicious! The portions are generous - we shared two appetizers between three people, ordered an entree each, and we all had enough food to take home leftovers even though I ordered the happy hour version thats a smaller portion.

The food is amazing and so worth the wait! Its all made fresh, so you can really taste the quality of what youre eating. My sons favorite is the calzones my husband and I love the Chicken Paliiottis. Plus they have super fun cocktails and mocktails.

Amazing food and service and so many vegan and non vegan options for such a small little place. As well as the large drink menu. It was my 19th birthday and I ordered a vegan ceasar. They ran out of tomato juice so they sent someone to go get some. They ended up going to 3 stores just to try to find it. They really go above and beyond for their customers I will definately be coming back.

I am always so pleased with the experience I have ordering from Paliottis Westside. Roberta is such a kind, accommodating human being who cares about her customers. I always feel welcomed and cared for by her and the staff. Unfortunately I dont often get to patronize them in person as I reside in Vancouver, but I always take them up on their Free Delivery to Vancouver days and its never a disappointment. Yes, I may need to reheat the food slightly, but who cares? Its coming from so far, its created with love, the food is flavorful, filling, and they have so many amazing vegan options. I love their Wam Bam Pizza and their vegan cheesecake is TO DIE FOR. Its just the best to ever exist as far as Im concerned. We took advantage of one of their delivery nights and it was absolutely fantastic. We had their beyond lasagna and Ive missed that so much since becoming vegan. It was also fantastic that this was offered as Ive been wanting to go there for years but are current life structure makes that basically impossible. We also tried some of their sauces and appies and they are so flavorful. The staff has also been so sweet and wonderful. Vegetarian options: We are vegan and I cant wait to try their pizza I have missed spinach and artichoke dip so much and t did not disappoint. Dietary restrictions: I have a nut allergy so its nice to have coconut based items as well and they were very informative and accommodating when I mentioned that.

I am the last person to give a any business a hard time about a poor experience, but today I have to break that. I went alone and waited over an hour for my food (chicken parmesan) with zero communication from the staff, and when they finally approached me it wasn t even my server. They tell me it s busy, and apparently lost my bill . Never brought it up at any point prior. Said the wait is *another* 15 minutes. What a waste time. Shame on you, Paliottis. No offer to comp my meal, no apology, just wanted to hurry me out of the establishment. I didn t complain in person, but maybe I should have. Serves me right for choosing local rather than a chain restaurant.

For the past three years, Ive been a loyal patron of this restaurant, and I must say, its my absolute favourite place to eat. The food is nothing short of spectacular, with every dish prepared to perfection. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making me feel right at home every time I walk in. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure that every customer is well taken care of. Ive brought friends and family to this restaurant on numerous occasions, and theyve all been blown away by the quality of the food and the service. Even the hardest of critics have had nothing but nice things to say. Yes, there is a longer wait time than what you might find at other restaurants, but thats only because everything is made fresh to order. And believe me, the wait is well worth it. I came in today and just asked the chef if he would make me whatever he thought would be a fantastic pasta dish. He prepared me a seafood curry pasta that was out of this world!!. The portion size was so big that I will definitely have enough left over for tomorrows lunch. Definitely one of my favourite meals yet!!

The large selection of vegan appetizers and the vegan caramel chocolate pecan cheesecake I had delivered to serve to my book club were all delicious. The delivery arrived right on time. The pizza rolls, bruschetta and spanakopita were nicely warm, as was the spinach and artichoke dip, while the amazing cheesecake was cold. I m so impressed!

I just feel that when you have a large group or its busy inside during peek hours , they should put delivery on hold. They were overwhelmed with take-out/delivery that it took away from our group of 12 and other tables. It was a birthday. Drinks and food took a very long time. The food was great as always

I ve always heard about this place from the Vancouver Vegans Facebook group but never got to try. We came for dine in tonight (vegan menu) and I get what all the hype is about!! The portion sizes are huge (in a good way) and we were so happy to be able to bring the leftovers home. for me, the best part was the chicken parm because it literally tasted like this Asian dish I had growing up (pork w/ cheese and tomato sauce on rice) and I thought I d never be able to have that again after going vegan!! Literally made me emotional lol. Our server was incredible too, thank you!

AMAZING! As a vegan with family members that are not, this was the perfect place to bring them. I haven t been able to eat vegan Italian food for 3 years and my dreams were fulfilled today. My food was equally amazing as the non vegan food my family members got. Not to mention the amazing staff, and our amazing waitress Lou! Will definitely be coming back.

This is an awesome place to find vegan food in Maple Ridge! I have a recently-discovered dairy allergy and often crave cheesy and creamy food. In general it is challenging to find dairy-free food in restaurants and it often tastes artificial BUT not at Paliottis! This visit I had a delicious creamy cheesy pasta and a vegan Oreo cheesecake. Youd never know they were vegan if you werent told. Ordering take out online was easy and the pasta was steaming hot. Dietary restrictions: Theres a huge menu for those with gluten- or dairy-restrictions.

What a shame!! Their food and services are good, but the environment is not safe, there are no windows in this place, what they have were two big pieces of the garages door instead, maybe in the summer they can be opened to have outdoor diner feel, but in the cold day in there customer have to breathe kitchen cooking smoke, its bad for both workers and customers lung health.

We drove out from Steveston to celebrate my son s work promotion. Absolutely everything, from making the reservation, to the service and food was outstanding! Paliottis Westside is a scaled down version of their main restaurant with a slightly smaller menu, but maintains the same high quality standard and prices are very reasonable. We will gladly make the trip again.

HUGE vegan menu. The pierogis, spinach dip and potato skins are all super good. Id recommend extra sauce on their pizzas. Pasta is always overcooked so if you like al Dante, you wont get it here... But their vegan pasta sauce options are all really tasty. They work hard and are always grateful for your business.

Decided to stop and have dinner. The fresh bread with olive oil was a delight. We had salads, pasta (lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs) and drinks. The pasta was wonderful and the ceasar salads were tasteful, fresh looking and had the perfect amount of garlic. The service was fantastic. She was pleasant, friendly and was a delight to interact with. Although the space is small, it wasnt too crowded. The garage bay doors was a nice touch. Even though the road traffic can be loud, its easily ignored. We found prices to be reasonable for the quality of food and experience. Thank you. Well be back!

This place is such a gem! Just had our date night here and ordered vegan pasta & Pizza..so good! Cocktails were amazing too. Stop driving by this place and step in - warm, welcoming, cosy and food is to die for. We will be back! Vegetarian options: So many vegan options!

Wanted to try this place for a long long time & wanted to love it even more. Took almost 45 min after pickup time before we got our order, so total 1.5 hrs from order time until we had our dinner. Both pastas look like they were half eaten & almost zero baked cheese & barely warm, especially for the price. We expected so much better. They really need to have better time management with their staff in this restaurant. Asking people to wait close to 2 hrs for 2 meals is really unacceptable, then to give food to customer like this is just disrespectful. For the price, service & food we got, we will not be returning to this location.

First time order was takeout for a New York steak with spaghettini with meat sauce. Amazing portions, and perfectly cooked. Spaghetti was amazing, not too salty and steak was perfectly medium rare. Will definitely order again, very satisfied!

Excellent friendly service at Paliottis Westside! Huge portions. Small restaurant. Sangria was delicious and we loved the calamari. The food came out quickly. Unfortunately, the pasta we ordered (spaghettini carbonara and chicken fettuccine alfredo) wasn t our favourite but I would return to try a different dish :)

We were so surprised how good the vegan options were and how big of a selection the vegan menu offers. Food was killer, service was amazing, and we loved the vibe. Will be coming back for sure! They gave free houseade focaccia and oil/vinegar to start, tasted awesome! EDIT: weve just eaten here a second time and it delivered just as highly as our first time. We had a different server, Jen, who was just as fantastic as our first server the first time! This will be a hidden gem of ours for as long as its in business!

Very very good vegatarian cuisine. You can even taste the love in the dishes. I had the mushroom ravioli and my partner had the penne pagliacci. Highly recommend!!! We were stealing food from each others plates.

Just went again and wanted to get a smaller meal so I orders the appetizer calzone. OMG First it s huge. Send the Italian sausage was amazing. My wife and I have eaten at this location 3 times in the last 2 months. 1st time was excellent, 2nd time was uh oh. Calamari was so chewy it could not be eaten, no utensils given. My wife had Penne con pesci and was excellent. I had the Fettuccine Paliotti, it was good but was loaded with tomatoes which I cant stand and are not ingredients of that menu item. My son in law was given a plate he didnt even order. At one point the smoke was so bad inside, we were told that the vents were not working properly, it smelled like they had a severe grill fire happening in the kitchen. 3rd time was Mothers day, we had reservations, seated beside the garage door. Once again toxic fumes filling up the air and they need to open up the garage door, it was so cold being seated there. We asked them to close the door and they did. Food was excellent for all of us, took at least an hour to get it. Dont dine in, pick up your food. 4th time, 11 months later, only 4 people already seated inside. it took 20 minutes to place our order. 15 minutes later, once again, the garage door had to be opened all the way up to relieve the smoke from the kitchen. It took a respectful 28 mins for our food, it was extremely hot and delicious. The waitress only came by once but she did apologize stating it was due to all the skip orders being taken. 5th time....I have to go with my wife, somebody punch me in the head please, Im so sick of eating here, ya ya the food is good but the service is balls!

With a vegan, vegetarian, red meat eater and fish eater in our household we have a hard time finding somewhere we are ALL excited about!! THIS IS IT!!! The food is AMAZING!!! Cooked perfectly every time, always generous portions and the Vegan in our family was astounded at some of the comfort food dishes and vegan milk shakes & desserts!!! YOU MUST LOVE GARLIC TO EAT HERE haha - very garlicky food but we love it!! Have been happy every time and often choose it for take out!

I Ordered a steak Neptune medium rear, got a we ll done minute steak, potatoes were dry and tasted like it was instant potatoes. Asked for some butter to go with the potatoes and received a dish full of microwave separated melted butter. It was supposed to have seafood I got one shrimp. Spoke to the waitress about it, her response was totally disinterested and dismissive. My wife had pasta dish with seafood and order extra seafood at a cost of $8 and she only received 5 shrimp. When she asked for fresh parmesan cheese she received powder preserved cheese in a small plastic container. Both the food and service was not even worthy of one star. We ll never eat there again. It was a $120 disappointment.

I was there recently with friends. I ordered lasagna, and tried some ravioli and pizza. The ravioli and pizza was very good. The lasagna was next level. I don t think I ve ever had lasagna this good at a restaurant.

My first experience has ensured it won t be my last. The servers were so sweet and accommodating. The location was cute and funky and interesting. I love the picture frames. I eat at Paliottis Westside very often, and have never been disappointed! The huge vegan menu is such a treat. I have not been able to get through every item yet, but I intend to because everything is amazing! The staff is always friendly and sweet, and the owners show a massive love for what they do. While the service was great, our three meals were overly salty (to the point of ruination) and flavor was lacking to even try to make up for it. We threw out 2/3 of our $80 meal. We would love to support local businesses, but we wont be returning.

Not sure if we just happened to be there on an off evening, but the food was not great, the music was really loud for the space, the tables were left unattended/ uncleaned for a long time, with the empty dishes and everything from the previous guests just lying there on the table for a while... and it wasnt because the place was way too busy for the server to keep up. Also, the restroom apparently is located outside the restaurant, somewhere at the back. Maybe that evening was just an accident, but the whole experience didnt impress us so we wont be going back there.

An amazing restaurant ! The service is always amazing and dietary requirements are considered. I m a 10 year vegan with a sensitivity to gluten and the servers are able to provide ingredient information without losing any of the flavour in the final dish. Menu items are made fresh and it is very clear a lot of love goes into every plate. A MUST try if you re in the area !! Vegetarian options: The vegan options are out of this world ! There is even a separate menu for veggie people and it s so hard to chose just one item !!

Only picked up take out from there but the server always seems frazzled and confused. Not sure I would dine in. While I was waiting for an order, there was a pasta dish that day for 5 minutes while they waited for another order or pasta. One was most likely room temp when it was served.
