Renee was our server and the service was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly and attentive and anticipated all our needs. Great experience. The service is always good at this Res Robin but this was probably the best service Ive had anywhere.

Haven t been to Red Robin in a couple years & decided to give it another chance. We arrived at the restaurant at 7pm (Thursday night) & we were seated right away. And for 20 mins no one even acknowledged us. 4 different servers walked past multiple times but no one even approached our table. We waited 15 mins too long but we had extremely hungry kids. Got up & left, which I doubt anyone even noticed, & we will never be back. Believe all the bad reviews about this restaurant & don t waste your time.

Food was good but a bit pricey, service was great . Server took good care of us even though it was busy. Went for a birthday and was really good, the staff do a song routine that the birthday girl enjoyed. Kid-friendliness: My daughter liked it and the have good milkshakes.

Very disappointed ever since they renovated. Now the place sounds like a cafeteria. Luv the food but Im not paying restaurant prices for a cheap atmosphere. Sue the contractor that renovated your establishment. Worst decision ever. Not going back.

Wonderful food and so many great selections. But its the wonderful staff that really shines.

The food was good (though less good than it used to be) and the staff was phenomenal, but the renovation is AWFUL. I don t know why companies feel the need to renovate away their souls. Red robins used to be gawdy, cozy, and packed with interesting stuff to look at. Now it feels like eating inside a Burger King.

Julie was hands down the best server I ve ever had from the Okanagan and will make a trip just to get her as a server again.

I used to love this place. They changed all the nostalgia and fun atmosphere to something that feels like a white cafeteria room from highschool, changed the food, PLUS I went there tonight and was super upset to see mice running around UNDER THE TABLES and was told they knew about the problem. Maybe it s just me but a restaurant shouldn t be operating with mice 1. In the back and 2. Literally running on the ground right under us.

Great family restaurant. I came for lunch with my friend and her 1 year old twins, and it was perfect for such an occasion. Our server was incredibly kind, attentive, and forgiving of the mess the twins were leaving in their wake Is Red Robin a 5 dining establishment? Perhaps not... But certainly a 5 one. Kid-friendliness: High chairs available upon request. Kid-friendly menu, and the staff are understanding of what dining with 1 year old twins entails.

Its actually decent value for a family of 4. Kids enjoyed everything. Food was decent. Service was polite and quick.

We rolled in a little later than planned, kids are tired and hungry from a play day. We are seated quickly and drinks in no time. Our server hits a home run with some snack fries for the kids to start on until food has made its way over and it is busy tonight. Dinner arrived very quick being this busy. Food tastes great and the resturant clean but tonight the service was the tops! Thanks, Christian! Sorry to Abbotsford Red Robin but I now go to Maple Ridge.

Tonight our family of 10 came in to celebrate 3 birthdays. Ally G made our experience that much wonderful. She was attentive, kind and super responsive to any requests. ( which can be tough to do with six children at the table) Thank you so much Red Robin staff for getting us up to sing happy birthday and making us all feel extra special on our day!

Took advantage of the Birthday Promotion as a Red Robin s Member for this guys day. Had the Savory Steakhouse lettuce wrapped and split for our Senior appetites along with the Onion Rings. Very tasty. Enjoyed a bevy on the side as a complement.

We just got home from lunch at this neighbourhood spot. In the past, we ve been happy with their selection of burgers. That was our the same experience that we had today. Burgers are OK. My vegetables, steamed broccoli, was cold, The lettuce that I had on the side for my burger was rusty and mushy. And the glasses they served our beverages in were plastic and worn to the point where they looked filthy, which is unappetizing. Our server was the biggest disappointment, however. The place was very quiet. I watched her stand by the kitchen, chatting with her coworkers. The bottomless side thing was not offered. I had to wave her over to get the bill. This is the first time and 45 years that I ve not left a tip after a meal. It s a shame & honestly, I m annoyed that this establishment represents our sweet little town so poorly.

My experience was really poor in Maple Ridge location. The restaurant was so dirty, all the tables had spilled liquid, dirty napkins on the floor and in general the restaurant was so dirty.

Consistency good food. Something for everyone. A little low on vegetarian options and the music is always too loud.

This place is a disappointment. The burger didn t look like the photo so I pulled out a 9mm glock 19 with a silencer to make sure no one heard . I shot 3 people in the leg. Oops wrong place to comment on.

I had the best scorpion burger at this location. The service was great as well! Way to go!

Red robin is really good and staff is nice but they need to put spaghetti back on the menu. Parking: Theres a Huge parking lot. Red robin does share their parking lot with valley fair mall but theres always lots. Kid-friendliness: Theres a menu for kids and its a good menu. I would recomend the kids spaghetti but they took that off the menu.

All I can say is wow. We went for burgers. Placed our order and noticed people who came after us, already had there food. After seeing this a few times, I approached manager. She apologized and said our server never punched in the order. We were hungry so decided to stay and re order. ,when we finally got our food ,one of the burgers was raw. Not just a little under cooked. IT WAS RAW. We just got up and left after showing raw burger to manager. They have a sign outside asking for google reviews. So I am leaving one. In my opinion, the server should be fired. She has one job. Take order from customer, give it to the kitchen. Aside from that , she dropped plates and various items on 3 occasions while we were there. Quite obviously not suited for the position.

Absolutely amazing service and excellent food. The grilled chicken burger is a 10/10. Only down side is the restaurant isnt insulated well so it gets so loud in there. I couldnt even hear my bf who was right beside me at times. No big deal.

The new look of the restaurant doesn t look anything like the Reb Robin we all knew and loved. It feels cold and sterile and looks furnished by a cheaper version of IKEA. They ve removed ALL the old favourites like the soups , the fajitas and so many more. Change is good and necessary but so is keeping the items people return for time again. I had a terrible time choosing something to eat and when I finally did they brought the order to me made incorrectly. The stars I gave are solely for the manager and the servers who helped us. They were delightful and it it certainly is no fault of theirs that Corporate Red Robin seems hellbent on destroying what has long been loved by so many of us. Sadly after being a patron for over 40 years I ll never go back.

if there is a birthday party and its nice out take the patio! also bottomless fires take some skill to get your moneys worth. Staff are nice and competent even though mistakes can happen. garlic fries are a must try, at least once. im usually not a fan of steak fries but they must double cook them because they arent that bad. make sure you finish your first plate of fries before eating your burger. Tip your server!

Today at 12:35 Tuesday the 02 of July 2024, my wife and I went to have lunch at the Red Robin in Maple Ridge. What a mistake that was. First we were seated on the lower deck, dark, and kitchen nose was excessive . We were then shown a booth , If the woman had noticed I was 240 lbs. she would have asked , table or booth, but she did not .I tried to start over, by pretending all was ok. I ordered a cob salad, mistake no.2 .tomato was ice cold and chopped very small, bacon was ground like pepper flakes, avocado had dark spots on it. and the lettuce base looked like came from prepared store bought. My wife and I are 67 and 74 years of age, our bill came to $61.48 this lunch was bad. Oh did I mention you should supply a spoon to eat this terrible salad.

Were Fairley certain my friend got food poisoning from here eating the crispy chicken burger with the chocolate pretzel milkshake. She was completely fine until half way thru dinner then something didnt agree with her, she has been in bed unable to complete daily activities since. And is incredibly physically . It could very well have been from a previous outing, but the timing couldnt have been worse unfortunatly

Update Better than last time. The salmon was moist and flavorfull. Again the best thing was Renee the server who was efficient prompt and courteous. The facility could be cleaner.

Stopped in for dinner on Tuesday at 6:00 pm. Ordered a grilled chicken Caesar wrap and a crispy chicken wrap, except with grilled chicken instead of fried. 6:45 the meals arrive, except the second wrap has fried chicken. The server comments, how does the kitchen screw up such a simple order? 10 minutes later, and no replacement, so I ask to speak to the manager. 10 more minutes and the manager shows up with the replacement wrap. By now, Ive eaten half the Caesar wrap. Its not great because they just poured a bunch of dressing into the wrap rather than mixing it with the lettuce. My partner is no longer hungry after sitting watching me eat for 20 minutes. The manager offers to comp the second meal, but I suggested that we no longer want it, so she comped everything, and we left it all with her. Note to self, when two people are out for dinner and they screw up one meal, send them both back - or both people will end up eating alone!

Best Red Robins in BC hands down

I must say.. The past two visits have been really disappointing at your Maple Ridge, BC location.. My previous visit, I tried your newly added brussel sprouts appetizer & a quarter way through dish found it hard to eat because it kept falling apart & was eating it leaf by leaf AND the dish started to get very greasy. And not too long the brussel sprouts was soaking in grease!! My go to burger was the Banzai burger & when ordered at that time, it tasted very odd.. I brought it up to my server and her reply was theres a new cooking technique or asked if I needed more teriyaki sauce.. But it wasnt the sauce.. Once done, I did bring it up to the manager on duty back then and she agreed to the greasiness of the appetizer & again brought up new cooking technique for burger taste, but did NOTHING else to really fix my concerns!! I decided to give Red Robin a break in hopes it was just a one time incident.. Returned most recently & once again service was disappointing!! I ordered the new Guacamole Salsa Chips appetizer (avoided the brussel sprouts) and when I received it, the dish was missing the Guacamole!!! I brought it up to my server and she questioned me Does it come with it??.. How can she not know whats on the menu or the prep staff making it not know its part of the dish!! Scanned the QR code to advise the management of my concerns (again) and just got a text message saying, Hello Ruben, this is Chelsea from Red Robin. I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Im truly sorry to hear about the issues you faced with your order and the service. We strive to provide the best for our guests and it seems we fell short this time. Well address this with our team to ensure a better experience in the future. Thank you for your patience and understanding... Which was basically same reply I got the LAST visit!! Seems like just a general message given out, but NOTHING to be done!! My question is what does headquarters think of this non action to my disappointing visits two times in a row??? Location manager doesnt seem to really care.. Not sure if different location manager from my previous visit or if just the manager on duty BOTH times doesnt care!!

Food was really impressive. Entrees seem a bit pricey at first, but once you realize most sides are free with them, Its a great price! I bought an extra side of mac and cheese to take home for 3.99 because of how good it was. Not a small portion either! Our server Breahn was amazing. Checked in on us even during dinner rush, and went above and beyond to make our experience great. Would highly recommend coming here, and we will be back! Vegetarian options: Decent vegetarian and vegan options, and Its easy to make substitutions Kid-friendliness: Crayons and colouring pages, plus a more kid-friendly restaurant side. Also has a lounge side for adults

Go here if you want to wait forever to grub. I strongly believe that they seat people based on how you look yes (race, culture) Ive been here several times and they only seat me in a he same area each time on the right side of the restaurant up the steps by the window. I asked to be moved to a different part of the restaurant and they said everything was reserved. Super racist vibes here

Went it in a date with my girlfriend and it was the first time she was there, she got the SCORPION BURGER and yam fries while I got the tower onion rings, dry ribs, sweet potato fries and Oreo milkshake. She was in complete AWE because she said she has never had had a burger that nice anywhere else and we were still there, she already wants to come back for more Parking: I am a dedicated fan of red robin and I go there usually every Friday evening or Sunday evening and there has never been a day or time where parking was a problem, there is always lots of free parking available with security so you don t have to worry about your car as you enjoy your meal Kid-friendliness: Red robin had a very kid friendly environment, proving kids menu and free meal as well as special chairs for children Wheelchair accessibility: Red robin has stairs where you can use to get in and also a free way for wheelchair chair so you don t have to worry about getting in if you are disabled

I was with my granddaughter and the waitress was fabulous! I did not get her name however she said she was from Mexico, she was very happy and kind with us, she made our dining experience very enjoyable. She helped me decide what to order and we enjoyed the food very much . Its so nice to have a friendly happy server, they are rare nowadays . So I gave her a 25% tip, she deserved more ( if I could afford to I would have). Kudos to the Red Robin management for hiring such a great server, we will definitely come back more often now!
