Its white spot. Easy restaurant to take the family to. Used to be the most overrated restaurant in BC, but with the revamped look and better service it is growing on us.

I always have buyers remorse when i go to white spot, table next to us came after and got their food before us, my fries were all under 2 long and 1/2 of them were burnt crispy bits, coleslaw was creamy but no flavor, burger was a sloppy mess with unseasoned patties. Recommend buying the cheapest thing on the menu if you have to come here to minimize your disappointment.

We just had dinner at one of our favorite haunts, White Spot. Were moving and decided to go to a different location, maple Ridge and were not disappointed. The food was excellent as usual and our waitress, Summer was a delight.

Always consistent and dependable food. Service was excellent and the AC in a heat wave was very welcome. A server even noticed Id left my car door open.

Have eaten as this location several times in the past year The food and service has been very good each time. My only complaint is the noise level. If the restaurant is full its very noisy. Definitely in need of some acoustic tiles.

Exceptional service and food.

Had brunch on a Sunday at around 1 pm. The restaurant was fairly busy. We were greeted and quickly seated. Our food was served pretty quickly and was very delicious. The Cheeseteak hash had plenty of potatoes in a delicious cheesy sauce, a fair amount of shredded beef, a little bit of spinach along with two eggs that were cooked to order with a generous amount of hollandaise dressing, four slices of toast and jam on the side. The quality was adequate and the price was fair. The waitress came around a few times to top up our coffee. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free food is available. Parking: Lots of free parking all around the restaurant.

New update at bottom . H orrible food. I used to like it there a few years ago but theyre food was extremely dry and unseasoned. Shocking but wont go back till taste leaves my mouth. If youre looking for worlds best quality you probably won t come here but it s really nice comfort food, you can t go wrong.

Worst gluten free bun I ve ever had and the beef was over cooked too. Overall dry even with too much sauce on it. Waitresses solution: offer to get me more sauce :( asked for a new one lettuce wrapped and still wanted to charge me for the inedible bun. Will not return to this white spot.

We were there for Fathers Day. Food was great, The restaurant was half full and it took a bit longer to get our meal. There must have been something wrong in the kitchen. Pancake hot. Potatoes hot. Eggs over easy Cold. We will still go back, but if it happens again I will let the manager know. Hopefully it was just a one off. Everyone can make a mistake.

Great service!! I really like this place. I tried the strawberry ice tea and the blueberry iced tea....quenching, but not as intense of a flavor as regular ice tea. Next time i will try the blue berry shake! I also had the dry ribs and Brussel sprouts. Easy better than steamed or boiled!! Lol. I finished everything off at home so they Are good. It was busy but not overwhelming. I will be back!!

Returned after 4 years and they HAVE ADDED THE PERFECT VEGGIE BENNIE TO THE PERMANENT MENU!!!! And I also got fantastic service from Ben. Best White Spot imo. I cant even go to the one nearest where I live but will stop here when im in the area every time. Good job! ********************************************** Brunch menu had no options for vegetarians (I dont eat pork or beef) so I asked for another option for the Bennie. They replaced the pork for an amazing spinach, mushroom and tomato trifecta that could easily find a permanent home on the menu! Endless smash browns that resembled potato skins. All very fresh and my medium eggs arrived at my table with perfect slightly runny consistency. My only wish was for a bit more hollandaise. The server was great despite it being a very busy Saturday with line up at the door. My coffee was kept full. Ill be back. :) *************************************** I really gotta say again how impressed I am with Maple Ridge White Spot! I dont eat meat or bread so theyre always willing to make subs. I asked for A SLICE of tomato instead of toast and i got 6! Also subbed ham for mushroom and veggies in the brie omelette. The same server, Ben, Ive had before...so professional! Coffee always full. No wanting for anything. Way to go MRWS!

Just went for dinner with my son and my mother. Dinner was a little slow so our bill was discounted quite nicely. Great service excellent food and good prices are definitely a reason to keep coming back. But the customer service outdid everything for us today. Each employee we saw throughout the time we were there this evening had a glowing smile on their face and were very attentive to their tables as well. I dont believe I saw an empty glass once. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant a lot in the future. Thank you for making our evening that much better. Kid-friendliness: Treated my son as a guest not a hassle to have at the table.

Whitespot has been one of my favourite places to eat since I was a kid. Lots of their locations are hit or miss but this is the best Whitespot in Vancouver.

We were there for our grandsons 3rd birthday but nobody there asked how we were. As a group of 4 adults & 4 children the service started off good then we had to wait a long time for our bill. The sad part was the children were never offered their ice cream.

I ordered chicken and broccoli bake through skip, it was absolutely awful and please dont blame the skip driver, the food was hot when it arrived !! It was sitting in a pool of oil, the rice was overcooked and wet. Its not the first time but I gave them another shot, big mistake !! it had also gone up in price for a smaller portion. I

Friendly place and it is a busy place but the food is still good quality. There was a bit of a wait to get in. It is a little noisy when its full of people.

The food here is great. Best benny in town. We have tried a bunch of stuff and everything we have had has been a banger.

Went there at 9pm on Dec 29th for Dine In and was told they were closing although it is posted that they close at 10pm. I could understanding if you arrive at 945pm.

I joined two of my friends for lunch today at this lovely restaurant. I thought it s mid day, mid week, should be quite. Boy was I wrong! Apparently there were hockey tournaments and it was jammed packed! Even with how busy it was, we were seated quickly and were taken care off as if we were the only ones there. Food and drinks came out quickly and was delicious!! Our server was amazing and kept checking on us and had a very friendly manner. We will definitely go back and will recommend this restaurant!

Its like fast food burgers and fries trying to be fancy. I prefer Red Robins to White Spot because it has a better ambiance and seems less like its trying to be fancy. Its a good place for families since they have a decent kids menu and the pirate packs are a fun idea.

Dietary restrictions: I have quite a few restrictions and they dealt with it great. I got my burger and when I saw it had cheese, eventhough I asked for no cheese, I took it off and gave it to my husband. It was a fabulous burger. At the end of the meal, the manager came to me and said they noticed there was some cheese on the plate and apologized profusely. They were great and covered the cost of my meal.

My husband and I have had consistently good experiences at this location. The staff here are incredible! This is the only place weve taken our two-year-old daughter where weve never had to ASK for more napkins to clean up her or her toddler spills. Everyone is friendly and kind, and the service is definitely the best in town. Our last server, Ivory, was welcoming and professional. She answered our questions and checked in on our family often. I have a serious nut allergy, and I have never had a problem here. The food has been good every time (weve visited five times in the last three months). The prices are reasonable and the booths make it a little more spaced out from table to table. We dont have to shout to talk to each other. Overall, an amazing place for every time we dont feel like cooking! Thank you so much!

White Spot is always a family favorite for everyone young to old. Great atmosphere for meeting up with the family and catching up with friends. Dietary restrictions: They have plenty of choices for people with dietary restrictions such as gluten free, vegan, vegetarian. Parking: Parking can be scarce on busy days and during peek hours but there are plenty of spots. The parking lot is wrapped around the building. Kid-friendliness: Family and kid friendly dining area and great kids choices on the kids menu. Pirate Pacs are lots of fun and they give out coloring page with crayons to the kids. Wheelchair accessibility: There is no steps to get into the building and both doors can open. The inside of the building might be tight in some areas but doable.

White Spot is always stepping up their game with new innovative food options! I just tried the BBQ Chicken Sandwich and OMG flavour country. I also tried their new peach and orange botanical infused vodka with soda, which was awesome. The service was friendly and attentive, and we were very impressed when we asked for extra cole slaw and received a plate with three ice cream scoops of slaw! Hubby & I did the car hop last night, so sad that this is I believe one of the 2 remaining locations that offer this. Our service was great, the food was great we have no complaints other than more locations should bring this fun old tradition back. Food

It feels like a North American restaurant. Not tasty for the price I dont go there often. I wanted to eat pancakes so I went there for breakfast. 4 pieces is too much, but it was delicious.

On my first attempt to call for take out last night the telephone got picked up and hung up immediately after. On my second attempt the call got picked up and not a word was said for an entire 3 minutes as I sat there listening to the background noise. At this point I decided I was going to drive there while still on the phone. Out of nowhere, some guy now decides it was a good time to ask what I wanted. I was pretty distraught but decided to go ahead and order anyway. Upon arriving and with no one out front at the host desk I walked to a table with 3 employees and asked to speak to a manager. Here comes this guy that had no business representing this place whatsoever and as soon as he opened his mouth I recognized him being the one to take my order. I explained to him what had just happened and he simply thought he knew where the problem had occurred, seriously, who cares where it happened, it s more like why did it happen and what are you going to do to make sure it ll never happen again! Place is a disaster, extremely disappointed and taking the issue to corporate so they can do an internal investigation as to how poorly this place is being ran.

I called for a pick up of the seafood fettuccini and was told 15-20 minutes. I arrived at around 7-8 minutes and it s already in the pick up warmer. I took this meal to the local Ridge Meadows Hospital for someone that has been here for over a month. They opened it up and the pasta had very little sauce on it and the pasta was glued together from the cooking process. Last time I looked pasta takes about 8-12 minutes to cook?? Never mind it already being in the warmer when I arrived. My mother at age 95 said they make better pasta here at the hospital. LOL. Mom is back in Ridge Meadows Hospital and decided to try the Seafood fehttuchini again. Because last time it was lacking on the sauce I asked for a little bit extra. I was a little surprised on my pick up that I was being charged and extra $2.00 for extra sauce. So I pay it, transport it again to the hospital only to see a skimpy amount of sauce period?? Mom again says don t wast my time or money by going to White Spot. At $28.00 for a pasta plate for $3.00 of pasta is getting extreme, and then they even want a tip when your picking it up. What is with all these places asking for tips now? I have never had a tip in my life!!!

Great restaurant for dine in or take out. They also still offer the classic drive up dining experience too. I wish they kept their property in nice condition as well. There were weeds everywhere and some as high as the windows. They must have fired their landscaper?

We love the car hop experience. So does our dog. I dont think the food is as good as it used to be. The quality of the burger patties has gone down hill. I would rate A&W much better! My wife needed a knife and also some pepper to start her meal. Our waitress was side tracked by the manager to do other duties and did not attend to our needs. I blame the manager as the waitress forgot. My wife ate her chicken like a popsicle. She was done our meal by the time the knife and pepper were brought out. We use to go to White Spot once a week. We might go once a month only to be reminded we could have gone to Me N Eds across the street. White Spot needs to pull up their socks. If A&W had salads we would have gone there. Hint hint A&W.

I am white spot customer for years, but recently their meals got smaller and the quality is not good as before. Today me and my son got chicken fettuccine. They were very oily and the chicken were almost burnt, and both of us have stomachs after eating the food.

Not been to a white spot in years, this location is how I remember them (older design style, the others look different from the outside). Food was great, as was the very attentive service. I was a bit shocked just how expensive it is now, but I suppose that is a sign of the times. Easy access when driving west along Lougheed Hwy, it was not too busy when we arrived so there was good parking.

Fantastic customer service. We arrived staggered during a brunch rush with our hockey team of 9 and 10 year olds. A kids table and an adults table, all on separate bills, and we kept adding tables as other teammates and their families trickled in. We were a server s nightmare, but all the staff were so welcoming! The hostesses were happy to greet us. Our server Ben was so incredibly patient and on top of it. Truly a gem. I even made a note to write the manager after to let them know how great he was! Food was as expected, it s a White Spot.

White Spot, you kind of drop the ball tonight. Cold, undercooked fries for my two companions. The server brought me the wrong order (I asked for a spot salad instead I got Luke-warm yam fries). The floor was messy from a kid being there previously.

Order a double double burger no sauce and it came back with sauce. The gluten free bun was nasty an dry as hell, chocked on it every time I took a bite and eventually I just ate the meat and the lettuce. My kids got the spaghetti with meat sauce it was very dry and struggle to eat his meal. I end getting sick in the parking lot after eating it. They never offer us water, we should of just walked out. The prices is way more then red robin how is that possible. 35.00 more to be exact This use to be our go to location and restaurant. But it time to find a new one Dont waste you money on horrible food

4 of us were there this past Sunday ordered 3 legendary burgers and 1 mushroom burger. All meals were only warm including the fries. My wife sent her meal back but the other 3 of us didnt have the heart to send food back. We did have a new waiter but I dont know if it was a problem with the kitchen or waiter. Worst burger I have ever had.
