I've eaten here before during the day and find that the tables are always uncleaned, but food is standard for Subway. This time I ordered a churro as I was killing time during my son's practice nearby and was handed a dried up chewy tasteless pastry that I wouldn't give my dog. Avoid the Churro!!!!!!
I have been to this location many times. Customer Service is always great! Today I ordered ahead, shortly after I received a call explaining that they didn’t have my bread choice. I adjusted my order, when I picked it up they included two cookies, no charge! Again awesome!
This is my third time placing a mobile order at this store. All three times my order was completely forgotten by staff and needed to be made while I waited. Today the food we got was my only 15 minutes later than the pick up time (because they forgot again), but it was wrong. The "toasted sandwich" was cold and the ingredients ordered were wrong on both of the sandwiches we ordered. The most interaction I got while standing at the mobile pick up for 15 minutes was a quick "just one minute" before leaving to help another customer leaving me standing there for 10 more minutes waiting. They passed me the food without a word when it was finished.
*DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDER HERE* - they refuse to monitor incoming mobile orders here. You will wait 20 minutes, and when you arrive they will make it in front of you (usually with an attitude, even if you are non-confrontational). They will rush and get the sandwiches wrong (only one of your sandwiches has onion? Surprise - now it's all three). There's only like one chill dude at this location - everyone else is baseline rude af. Tbh there are like 2 other Subways in downtown 'Ridge, and you might as well go to one of those instead.
Never coming back. The lady treats their own community people like differently. Gave me half an egg on the sandwich. Didn't welcome us like she welcomed others. Also didn't put enough cheese like others. I was even scared to ask her to add any toppings as she would say thats all after just putting lettuce. And on the top charged me more than the listed prices. I am don't mind paying more but atleast treat everyone fair. Really felt insulted. I order a sandwich and charged me for a 6" inch instead. And also added a tip herself. What a rip off place. Wasn't read to provide a receipt. Had to ask her politely.
I went today and the service has changed.I always come here when Prab is here...he is awesome and the conversation is nice. this time there was a new guy. The service wasnt the same and my sandwich wasnt as it used to be.

Don't know how to make sub properly. No passion or care at all while making it. Happened to me twice. Did it so fast even though no other customer was there. Just dumped the veggies, didn't even spread. Never going back

Like most of the 1 star reviews mine is based on online orders. I put an order through the app but no one at the store actually made the food, so when I arrived at the time it suggested there was no food and I had to wait. This wasn t the first time this has happened at this location, and I ve never had issues at any other Subway. I m not sure what the point of ordering ahead is if you still have to wait at the restaurant for them to make it. Very disappointing!
This is sadly the THIRD time I ve ordered delivery from this exact location and they have absolutely screwed up my order horrendously this time.. The first of the three mistaken orders. Gave me white bread ( which was my husbands bread he ordered..). Ordered from them again because how can they possibly do that twice? Well they darn well did. Same thing. Wrongs breads. THIRD TIME.. we decided to order our fave subs but with the same bread so they didnt screw up again well these turkeys that work there.. put meat and cheese in my sub. Which I asked for all the ingredients listed in the description ( got the canucks sandwich) but with extra honey mustard.. well they put no sauce. Just meat and cheese. Probably wondering why this location? Well it s clean. The cleanest one and the closest to my house. I will never ever order delivery from those idiots ever again. Don t waste your money people! But if you want a clean location to eat in and get take out, they are better then 224th. Straight up frustrating as ever.
My wife and I stopped to get some sandwiches as my wife had just had surgery and I was sick and unable to cook. My sandwich was so disgustingly salty it could not be eaten. The next day we went back in and the manager was present and she was rude and condescending. We obviously wanted a different sandwich and offered to pay any differences. Nope she was so hesitant to help my wife, she talked to my wife in such a condescending matter telling her you know bacon is salty lol like wev never had bacon. Iv been going to this subway for over 25 years as Im a local in the area and today I went somewhere else. Avoid this place because there standards arent there not to mention the service. And remember this came from the so called manager. What a joke !!!

Pickup order today for 4 sandwiches. All sandwiches had Very little veggies to none and missing the cheese. Drenched in hot sauce . Veggie sandwich was like eating bread and lettuce. It was Missing tomato, pepper, onions all ingredients that identify as veggies and missing cheese too. This is the 2nd time I order pickup and sandwiches are half full for the prices of the sandwiches which are not cheap.

Absolutely horrible, my daughters bun was moldy, when we got home , l couldn t even call to speak to anyone at the location. I will never return, furthermore the radio was so loud you couldn t here or place your order properly. So disappointed, o thought the bread was baked fresh.
Why is it that every time I order from this location, half my order never arrives. I will be more careful in the future to ensure that this location never sees any other dollar of my money because why would I order from a place that cannot even ensure order accuracy. This is the third time this has happened, and I am not impressed.

I ordered from.Skip the Dishes and this store was chosen for it even though there are 2 closer to me. they forgot a whole sandwich. My daughter called me crying she didn t have her sandwich. I called the store and they said oh sorry. You ll have to come here and pick it up. I did and had to wait at the back of the line and she only gave me a 6 even though I said foot long. They didn t offer a cookie or chips or anything for messing up my order or making me drive all the way there. When I got home and finally ate my sandwich it was gross. I ll never order the steak again. It was poorly made and had zero flavour. Horrible experience!!
Let a lady go in in front of us who proceeded to order 8+ sandwiches for a hot lunch the next day. Rather than taking our two quick orders both employees fulfilled her order which took about 15 minutes. Finally one of the employees took my boyfriends order while the other lady (rather than acknowledging me) starts to make a sandwich for an online order .. despite that we had been standing there waiting for almost 20 minutes at this point. We walked out with my boyfriends sandwich half made and I had not even gotten a hello or a sorry about the wait . 5 stars for customer service.

The nice lady was pleasant. Yet not accommodating to my gluten allergy. She kept trying to use the bread knife with crumbs on it on my gluten free bread. She said its fine, its only bread. After numerous times of me telling her I am allergic. She tried ripping it after touching bread and destroyed the bun. I canceled my order and just got a sub for my son. I was disappointed. So I went across town to 240th.
Place can be loud couldnt hear the clerks very well.
Good food, good value. Always has my potato bacon soup. Music is sometimes too loud and ordering through masks while its playing can be hard. Parking is tight here, be careful.

Worst experience ever I don t eat subway often, but i went there to grab lunch. I ordered wrap and shredded cheese on top. However she asked me the veggie stuff after she put cheeses on the wrap, and I asked her what about the grill? and she put my wrap to oven with annoying face and said we gonna put grill after you choose the veggie. But I DO NOT know about it. I order small soup as well but when i got home i got medium soup and they charged medium. Surprisingly, it was not the first time. Another day same staff was pretty mean to me. I would not go this store again.

This Subway had been around for as long as I can remember. And is one of the only ones open late.
Terrible. I placed an order through doordash and only half of my order came. I tried to call Subway and you cant even get through. Doordash ended up issuing me a credit but that doesnt help the hungry kids right now. Im serious that Subway doesnt have an easy way to contact them. I wont be ordering Subway anymore.

Tried to order online twice and our orders were dropped/cancelled both times. Owner admitted it was their fault because of an issue with the order taking machine. Sharon said she would send a voucher but has not done so after one month - customer service is not their priority. This is obviously not a busy location for a reason.

Worst subway in maple ridge hands down, flustered employees, veggies all mixed in the trays,sandwiches were squished and the worker kept playing with the neat on my sandwich to the point where I had to say something to get him to move on with the process because we had been standing there for 2 minutes while he was adjusting and flip flopping my food around, he proceeded to mash the bacon into my sandwich to the point that the whole thing went flat, couldnt remember what we asked for on our sandwiches and seemed annoyed that we had to keep repeating ourselves to get the order right, when it came time to pay he couldnt even remember what we ordered and stared at the screen for a good 2 minutes trying to process what was in the bag he just made and finally their soda machine was almost out of everything, .. This is not my first bad experience with this location but I gave them another shot because they were close to me at the time but I will not be going back anytime soon

Wish I could give no stars. This is the worst subway in the entire tri city area. Ordered through the app and they completely messed up both sandwiches called them back and they said to come back and we will make another but I live a long way from this location and was picking it up on my home from work. This is not the first time I have had problems with this subway. Thier sandwiches ate always very stingy. Hardly putting on any vegetables even when asked to put more on. Will not be going to this location again....

The subs are ok but i question the freshness of the bread. A few times ive noticed the ends of the bread being dry even when not toasted. A little cheap on toppings, you have to ask for more veggies especially spinach. If ordering a veggie sub, its got to be jam packed with veggies to make up for the lack of a protein. Its annoying when the sandwich artists are constantly trying to upsell you things. If i want something ill ask for it. After going to Subway for more than 20 years i think i know how to order. Other than that, its not bad.

The whole staff was very helpful to guide and to make perfect sandwiches for me and my friends. The store was also very clean, well-maintained and service was also fast. They have signs all over about the safety of the sandwich artist but they have no regard for the safety of their customers, stickers on the floor 2 meters apart mean nothing to them as they would wave people behind me right up beside me to start their order when the line wasn t moving. Had three people waved up beside me breathing on my neck as I patiently waited on my floor sticker for the person in front of me to move and the staff just kept waiving people up. Had to tell people 3 times to back off as I kept getting crowded at every section of that line and the staff heard me but said nothing and did nothing to manage the situation, just kept waving more people beside me. I am absolutely disgusted by what just happened over there. Social distancing clearly means nothing to the staff at this location despite their 2 meter apart signs, so enter at your own risk.
I absolutely love the staff.They are so efficient and very friendly.One of them ,Fawzia, is an absolute darling and makes the best sandwiches. *update. I wont be going back here much. I always get 4 pieces of ham on a foot long( it comes with 8 ) then I get 2 extra pieces of cheese instead. Every subway does it with no charge . The girl on Monday said she wont do that.she was going to charge me full price for 2 pieces of cheese and 4 pieces less meat ! They lost a 4 times a week customer because of her attitude.funnier thing is I always leave the girls 1.50 or 2 $ tip. Oh well, I guess when you nickel and dime customers you can afford to lose them. Ill stick to the other subways where they dont have an attitude.

Terrible service, staff doesn t listen to your requests, jokes about previous customers in front of you in a Foreign language. No selection for bread, and the few they had were so stale we had to throw out our whole foot long. This is the second time this has happened to us at this location, most defiantly wont be going back.

My son and I go to this location often. The staff are very friendly and courteous. My son is a bit shy and can be hard to hear at times (especially if there is a glass display in front of him that makes seeing and hearing him that much more difficult) but he likes to place his own order which for some might be frustrating especially if there is a line up of people and you cant hear what he is saying no matter how many times he repeats it. The ladies that work here are very patient. They never rush him and I appreciate the effort they put in every time we go there.

Im so grateful to the owner and staff of this Subway location. (22838 Lougheed Highway, Maple Ridge) I had ordered 2 trays of 3 subs and as I was putting them in the car, I dropped both trays all over the ground. (duh!) I went back into the restaurant to get something to clean it up and they sent a staff member out to clean up. I then drove away wondering how I was going to feed the dozen or so people who were waiting for me. As it was my fault the sandwiches were on the ground, I had no expectation that the store would do anything. Within 5 minutes of driving away, I received a call from the owner. She asked if I could wait 10 minutes, she could have two more trays ready for me. I said thank you and headed back. When I arrived they had two fresh trays, provided free of charge. (I had paid $96 for the first two trays.) I am so thankful to Sandeep Gill and her staff for the kindness and generosity. And the sandwiches were fresh and great!
This subway is my go to subway, the staff is super friendly, the restaurant is always nice and clean and and as someone who eats out while on the road for work, this is one of my favorite stops. Consistency, cleanliness, and friendly are the pillars to a good chain and they knock it out of the park.

Staff did not advised us that they didnt have the menu items that we order. When we were paying we received only half of the order and then we were informed. We could have ordered something else. They should post a sign advising of which items they dont have.

I come by often as this is my local subway. I have never had an issue. That is till Saturday September 1 2018 at 1:25 PM when I came in. First of all usually staff greats people. There was no treating. Secondly I was ask what do you want and with attitude. after placing my order I tried to make small talk to lighten the mood wich seemed tense from when I walked in the door and one of the girls rolled her eyes at me. I said nothing after except to another customer who was behind me who was upset by the attitude displayed by staff and how long it took with 4 people there, we were over 20 minutes. I had 2 sandwiches the man behind me had 1. I get trainees and all that but 2 of the staff seemed like they were fighting because she kept rolling her eyes at him. The girl who rolled her eyes at me just seemed annoyed at both and inconvenienced by the fact she had to deal with people, and the other girl couldnt understand me when I asked for a large drink.
Notice all the highest ratings are employees friends. My wife and I have caught two different staff members handling money and then making our sandwiches with the same gloves they handled the money with. Never again.

The customer in front of me, got the most mayo sprayed on her sandwich that Ive ever seen... Literally. The bottle was stuck and then it really let go. I laughed at the absurdity of just how bad it was and the manager immediately offered a new sandwich. Way to go Subway.

Ive come to this location just about every week at least twice a week for about 3 years now. I come here for my lunch breaks, the staff are always polite, and friendly enough to ask me how I am, and they are fast, even during the lunch rush.The washrooms are always kept clean, and the toppings are fresh. Overall from my experience, its one of most well managed subways I eat at.
Extremely friendly staff, they care about their customers satisfaction, and are very personable, and always make sure to have a fresh pot of coffee on. Not only is staff fantastic, I have yet to see the restaurant unclean, the tables are always tidy! Bathroom is clean as well. I prefer this Subway over others around the lower mainland.

The employee that made my subs was great but when she asked her fellow employee for help with my subs the employee just stood there and gave me a dirty look and almost refused to help ( at least for a few minutes).
