HORRENDOUS!!! 1.5 hours to get our food and then 1 of the 3 dishes was raw! Horrible ventilation - restaurant is filled with smoke and clothing and coats stink.

The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were super friendly. I had the rack of lamb which was perfectly cooked Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience! Cant wait to go back!

Decided to give this place a try with all the great reviews I ordered gnocchi and received three different shapes in a bowl covered with lots of sauce. One was shaped like a roll of hard dough and chewy. Not happy at all Food : 1/5

Went here because of the amazing reviews. Was extremely disappointed. Took at least 20 minutes to get seated despite having a reservation and several empty tables. The service was then non existent the whole time we were there. Took about 25 mins for a Caesar salad to come out of the kitchen, soup never came until we eventually flagged down a different server. Main course of pizza (meh) and spaghetti (pretty good) then took another while to come out, but at least the 2 main courses came together. Bread for the table was stale. Given all the amazing reviews, was extremely disappointed and won t be back .

Went in to get food as I was at the urgent care waiting. Wow what a cute little hidden gem. I got a veal sandwich and it was enormous and delicious. And the calabrese bread was phenomenal! Definitely going back to have a sit in meal.

This is probably our 3rd or 4th time there. This is the best Italian food I ve had! Their raspberry vinaigrette salad Is amazing! Chicken is no kidding the best grilled chicken I ve had. The veal is delicious and the pasta is to die for! Saturday night they have live music! Service was great all times we went! Highly recommend if you want a fancy restaurant that has good prices!

Spent a wonderful afternoon with family and friends celebrating a communion. The staff and service was fantastic and the food was unbelievable. Tanya and her staff are doing a great job and take a lot of pride ensuring her guests have an unforgettable experience.

This is the best Italian restaurant that I have been to in my life. One of my favorite dish has to be the grilled calamari as it is charcoal grilled giving it an elevated smokey flavor. But that being said you can not go wrong with anything off there menu.

I wish I could give this place a worse review. All the reviews are fake! DONT COME HERE. My friend ordered a coke and she put it in front of her and said the cup is over there. The waitress didn t come to check up on us. Never coming back!

Food really good as it was on the previous restaurant. Orecchiette with Rapini and sausages Portions are generous, really good selection and quality. Nice atmosphere and good service. ( maybe they can use an extra server when busy ), really courteous and ready to satisfy customers. It would be even better if some extra desserts selection ( really good the Grand Marnier infused ice-cream and sponge cake and the 6 cheesecake shots). Will visit again for sure. P.S. We ordered-in for New Years Eve for 10 people and wanted to compliment how amazing the food was! We had: Mushroom risotto, Chicken al Limone, Fried Calamari and Mixed Grilled Vegetables. All dishes were made perfectly and tasted delicious! They accommodated our guest who has a gluten/celiac allergy & had a seperate portion of grilled Chicken & Calamari & a surprise portion of gluten free Fettuccini with tomato sauce, which were also all very good! I highly recommend this restaurant and want to thank them for making our New Years Eve gathering a success!! Happy New Year and see you soon for restaurant dining!

Honestly best Italian we ve had in a long time! Currently still sitting at the table in the restaurant and couldn t wait to share our amazing experience! The food is UNREAL, seriously try the lamb you will die (in a good way) and the portions are so big all 4 of us had different entrees and were all blown away. I will recommend this place to everyone and cannot wait to come back! Parking: In a plaza so lots of parking Kid-friendliness: Great with our 1 year old!

This was our first time at this new restaurant & I will never go back! The service was horrible. They sat us to our table immediately but that was it. It took an hour before they gave us tap water & we had to ask for the bread basket. Our appetizer came after an hour of waiting & our main dish, pasta dishes, came after 2 hours!!! Seriously how disappointing.

Came here with the family and it didnt disappoint. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. My kids arent big on veal but they loved it here. I will definitely come back again.

knowingly the owners were formerly from Anna Marias Trattoria, which was always great; we thought to try their new place. Maybe it was an off night, but definitely the food was lacking that same touch and flavor we were accustomed to have! Service was very slow, took 15 minutes after being sat, to get a drink order in, another 15 minutes to get a food order in. Veal Pizzaiolo was a total miss, by having a warmed-up bruschetta topping as the sauce. Margherita pizza had so much mozzarella on it, it resembled a frozen one. Fried Calamari... not freshly cut and fried. Giving a generous 3 Star, only due to their past history. Maybe will come back to give them another chance.

My cousin and I met at Anna and Lucios for lunch. I thoroughly enjoy a plate of calamari alla griglia served with a generous mixed green salad. The calamari was tender and very tasty. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Tried out this place and was very disappointed. The food was cold and had no taste. The service was so slow and the staff were rude. There are a lot better choices in Woodbridge Response to restaurant There was no private party when we were there. Actually there wasnt too many inside on a Friday night. Only a few tables. Why cant you just be honest and try and fix the problem instead of blaming the customers. We will not be back and you should really learn how to treat peoples reviews!! Not professional at all

Anna and Lucio s Trattoria was truly a great dining experience. The opening offering of bread with spicy olive oil was nice. My friend ordered bruschetta which we shared and it was very tasty. I ordered the seafood risotto in a white sauce and it was DELICIOUS. My friend had the chicken Marsala with vegetables and it too was delicious. Neither of us could finish the meal as the portions were generous but we asked for a takeout container so no food went to waste. We dined on a Saturday night. They had live entertainment and there were 2 large family parties going on but the staff were equipped to handle the regular diners as well. Will definitely return!

Wonderful service, great tasting, fresh! Was on a business trip with two clients. Lisa was amazing and kind and sweet. She even gave us a few small biscotti treats for morning coffee at the hotel. Support local and authentic! Mussels and grilled calamari were amazing.

I will start by saying that Anna & Lucio s Trattoria has been a go to for us and our family. This restaurant has the warmest staff, they treat you like family and always exceed above and beyond in expectations! The food is absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

My family and I saw this place a few times and finally decided to go in. Their website was cute, a true Italian family owned restaurant. I read the menu about the history of Lucio and Anna, very touching and admirable. We came in at around 3:30 pm for an early Dinner. Restaurant was empty except for a couple people in the back and someone at the bar including the server. He sat us at a table, and left back to the man at the bar. We sat about 15 minutes before he came to ask for our drinks. Just a few ginger ales, coke and water. He came back a few minutes later with the drinks. We gave our orders and he went to send it in to the back. The food came fairly quick, and huge portions also. Food looked good. The taste however, was nowhere near what the food looked like. All 3 of my children and wife did not finish the food. Ome of our daughters ordered Gnocchi with their vodka tomato sauce. She had two bites and almost gagged. Texture of the Gnocchi was definitely waaayy over cooked not al dente. My other daughter had the Spaghetti chitarra woth basic tomato sauce, absolutely horrible, mushy and sauce was extremely tart, like it came from the microwave. My eldest daughter had the margarita Pizza. She might as well ordered a slab of mozzarella melted with undercooked dough. My wife ordered a mushroom risotto, which tasted more like a can of campbells mushroom soup. I ordered the orechetti rapini and sausage. It was decent, no salt or seasonings, pasta overcooked and more water than oil. The server did not come to check on us once during our meal, only at the end to clean our plates. I mentioned (and he saw) our daughter didnt touch the Gnocchi and it was horrible, he just silently picked it up and asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. We declined. Honestly, I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the atmosphere was amazing. Beautiful little place that seemed full of history. I have been a server, bartender, cook and manager at a restaurant (many ions ago) and it was sad to see this. As an Italian (born here in canada) maybe my expectations are higher for a true authentic Italian food and experience. This was definitely not one of them. Even taking the Gnocchi off from the bill would have been a small saviour. But they didnt. We paid for the extremely overpriced food, and most likely will not recommend or go back. Truly dissapointing. Sorry, forgot to mention, we also had Calamari Fritti as an appetizer...not bad, little oily...but for that price, should have been a lot more. Portion ridiculously small.

Came here recently with a friend. We had originally planned on eating at razie ristorante but there was a 45minute wait for a table (place seems to always be packed!). Had their cheese pizza and an appetizer. The pizza was very good and for an oily pizza (olive oil poured on top) it was light. Had to wait almost 40minutes for our food once we ordered though and honestly it wasnt busy when we got there. It did get packed by the time we finished. The pizza is pricier than popular pizza shops but you get what you pay for. Update 07/2023: Ordered a pizza this time for take out. Same pizza as before but it didn t taste nearly as good. Didn t make it the way I asked for either. The first time the pizza was close to perfection tbh. 2nd time for takeout it was salty and it tasted more like a little Caesar s cheese pizza but 3 times the price. 2/5.

This trattoria is one of the best in the GTA! It is our go-to spot for a celebratory dinner. The food is outstanding. From cocktails and appetizers to dessert and espresso. Come with an empty stomach. Big portions. Antipasto platter ( I think its for 4 people but my wife and I destroyed it, mostly me). You will not be disappointed. They also cater and do private parties. Some entertainment on some weekends. Check their website or Instagram for the dates. Looking forward to our next visit. Parking: ample free parking

We were not impressed. Went to dinner it was horrible. The veal parm was cold and flooded with sauce. The pizza was not cooked at all. The Calamari was like rubber we were very disappointed. This place was in another location a few years back and we used to visit it often. The owners were amazing and the live music was always a pleasure. They have one of the best vodka sauces and I was pleasantly surprised when we visited the new location and the food was still amazing. Love the name change to honour their father and it has a great family feel to it. We will definitely be going back!

Went there tonight with my wife after looking in the area for an Italian restaurant with good reviews. Walked in and was directed to sit at a couple of tables. Chose a table, sat down and waited. And waited. No menu. Waited some more. Looked around hoping the hostess at the bar cleaning wine glasses would notice us. Still noting. Finally had to catch her eye and ask for menus. She looked annoyed like I was impatient for disturbing her wine glass cleaning and responded that she would be with us in a minute. Wow. Then after a few moments she whispers to the bus boy to bring us menus. After a little while he brought them I think over. At this point I had such a negative feeling I couldn t concentrate on the menu. My wife and I looked at each other and both said let s go and walked out without saying a word.

Had dinner there tonight. Absolutely fantastic, service and quality of food, incredible. Sending everyone I know there.

My family and I were at Anna and Lucio s this week and were blown away. The decor was bright and inviting. The staff very attentive. And the food! The food was incredible. We had the calamari fritti, caprese salad, orrechietti with sausage and rapini and lamb. It was all delicious and felt like it came straight from Nonna s kitchen.

My husband and I went to the restaurant with high expectations and were very disappointed! We both ordered dishes with sauce and were disappointed as this should be a staple of the Italian culture! Our server was rude, and told us that that was our option! I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

Really cute, authentic Italian restaurant. We tried the cheese pizza, which was not particularly authentic Italian, but it tasted really good! We also tried the spaghetti and meatballs, mushroom risotto, and veal Parmesan with penne All three dishes were delicious! There was a bit of a wait for the food, but it was well worth it. Would definitely recommend.
