We recently had brunch at Sisters & Co. in Markham, and it was such a great experience. We started with lattes, which were perfectly brewed, and then dove into the French toast and chicken and waffles. Both dishes had a creative fusion of Asian flavors that really took brunch to the next level—they were absolutely delicious! The service was also excellent, despite the restaurant being quite busy. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt well taken care of. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a unique and memorable brunch!

Had the traditional breakfast at brunch time on a weekday and the place was busy! A bit crowded for my liking. The servers were really kind and sweet. I have no complaints for my meal, a typical yummy breakfast. The potatoes are slightly spiced which made them nice and unique! A lot of other interesting items on the menu I would love to go back and try!

Went here a couple weeks ago for brunch , and honestly the place was great. we had the chicken and waffles, the cereal french toast, and truffle fries. everything was absolutely delicious, we also got the melon cocktail and the espresso martini, i did have a fly land right into my martini and the weaver was diligent in getting me a fresh one, so i’m very appreciative of that :).

In the mood for something a bit different for breakfast, we ventured on out to Markham to this place. The place is busy but I understand why. The food is absolutely delicious. We had the Char Siu pork benedict and also the Girl Breakfast with truffle mushrooms. Just yummy. The service was excellent. I will be back again to try some other items.

It was busy but we were seated promptly. The interior was very bright and had cute decor. Throughout our whole time there, the service was friendly and great. Our food was amazing and the portions were massive. The home fries were crispy and fluffy. The eggs Benedict was also cooked perfectly and paired well with the salmon. We would come back and try other items!

We've been wanting to try Sisters for brunch, but didn't have the chance (especially being worried about the need to wait). Today, I had the day off and was able to go with friends. We shared several dishes (the mushroom Benny, oxtail, and cereal French toast), and all were yummy. I think I enjoyed the variety rather than finishing one entire dish. Service was friendly and attentive. The only downside was the tight seating time. They never explicitly rushed us, but they told us at the start that we had 1 hour 15 min limit. I recognize that it's in place to allow others to visit for brunch, but such a short time is really hard for catching up with friends or family.

I had a very good experience at this restaurant. We were welcomed in with very nice decorations that I could not take my eyes off of when we were eating. The waiters were very nice and sounded like they were in a very good mood. The food was amazing too. Out of all the dishes we ordered, I enjoyed all of them. The salad in the breakfast sandwich had just the right amount of dressing, which never happens at any other restaurant. It added a good savoury taste to the bland salad, while making me feel healthy. The fries that came with this dish were also very good. The spiciness that the fries had were perfect when put with ketchup. And the main part of this dish is amazing, and the sandwich is one of the best I have ever had!If you're coming for breakfast, I suggest you come early, as I saw some unfortunate people who came a little bit too late and had to wait for quite a long time. Overall, this is an amazing restaurant. It is definitely near the top of my list of the best restaurants. I would recommend the breakfast salad, if you go.

The food quality could have been compared to 5 stars, but after looking at the list clearly... We ordered the Avocado Benedict ($18.50) and soon the waiter came over and said that this dish was a bit spicy ( ), so we asked to change it to the Mushroom Truffle Benedict ($19). The result was the Avocado Benedict which came with Truffle flavored fries. No mushroom, and the checkout was $21.50

My parents went to a restaurant here for breakfast probably 24 years ago before sisters & co or when markham was fully developed, when they came back and tried this restaurant they were happy that the previous restaurant went out of business . I also enjoyed the food . Thanks for the staff for putting up with my very loud parents .

Been here 4 times already at this Sisters & Co. Markham location, and I really enjoyed the food, drinks, and service! Some food we loved during my recent visit: Mushroom Truffle Benedict - Absolutely solid - Loved the lightly toasted English muffins Gochujang Chicken & Waffle - The Korean twist to a popular brunch item - Spicy, savoury, and sweet go so well together! Itty Bitty Wontons - They were surprisingly good and addictive lol - Very light and crispy ^^ Pandan Panna Cotta - Very delicious with that vanilla sweetness - Off menu - if they have this, must order!

This is a great brunch spot. It gets really busy on Sundays so expect a 30 min wait. They write your name down and call you when your table is ready. There is plenty of parking and you can wait in your car. The best things to get here are Apple crumble French toast (if you have a sweet tooth) Beef Bulgogi Egg Benedict (savory choice) and Taro latte (pink colored latte). All of them are delicious.

Came the first week they opened and was disappointed in the food but assumed they were new and would improve. Tried again and thought it must have improved since they re quite busy now. I tried the same dish and there was absolutely no improvement. Gave my feedback to the staff so hopefully they improve so that others will have a better experience but I for sure won t be giving it a third try. Servers were friendly.

Just an FYI for halal foodies/vegetarians, this place is no longer halal and cannot accommodate non pork/beef oil options. All fried foods, including potatoes, are no longer options for vegetarian/halal foodies. Until they sort it out, it would probably be best to eat elsewhere. Its a bit outdated and underwhelming to not be able to have potatoes at a brunch spot because they strictly fry their foods with lard. Edit: the manager of the location said the Markham location does have a separate vegetarian fryer for potatoes and that staff were misinformed. Appreciate the clarification.

Food and Service is 100/100. In my opinion, they should have a better way to pack a take out order. The to go box that they have is too small. I cant even take a proper photo to post online. They have a good plating when u dine in but when u order a take out, Its so messy. I would recommend to go and eat in the restaurant.

This is the cutest breakfast spot; with the worst food ever. Home fries are over seasoned, eggs were slimy, coffee was gross, my order was wrong (ordered sausage came with bacon and there was only 2 other tables in there eating at the time) the traditional breakfast with a coffee and tip is over $30. A little unheard of really. Cute picture spot, nice dude server but the ladies in there are rude and don t take care of their tables.

Like their Matcha Latte and Vietnamese Ice Latte are not as sweet as those I ever bought from other places. Also, therere some special dishes and Korean-style spices and food incorporated into their menu which are not commonly found in other all-day breakfast places. Its full-house almost all the time and reservations are not accepted regardless of your party size, its recommended you either go there before 10 am or order take-out whether you plan to visit on a weekday or weekend; otherwise, an hour of wait or longer is expected to be normal.

There is always a wait time of about 30-45 mins. The food is flavored well but arrived cold. Same for the latte, good but not hot enough. Staff is super friendly. My issue is, this was my 2nd time eating here and both times i felt rushed. The staff keeps a close eye on you to see if your finishing up to get you out for the next customer to come in. Hence the rating of 2 stars for atmosphere.

I seem to be a one-off negative as everyone reports a great experience here. The place is beautiful. The service provided was ordinary. I was most disappointed with my order. I had the chicken katsu sandwich. My fries seemed like they had been sitting for a while. They did not taste fresh at all and were on the cold side. The chicken was over fried. There was more batter than actual chicken. The meat was quite dry. The bread was like a brick. I had to eat this sandwich deconstructed to make it easier. I saw this place online and was excited. I was rather disappointed. For the price - this order was not worth it.

Maybe it was the hype, or the long lineups building anticipation but our first visit was a bit of a let down mainly because of the service. The food: Fun fusion dishes (char-siu benedict, chicken katsu club) executed fairly well. Earl Grey pancakes and Cereal Milk French Toast were winners. The coffee: Really sub-par. The cortado had a thick layer of cappuccino foam and the taste was more Nespresso than espresso. The service: constant and frequent cues for us to leave: Can I take a that plate for you? Can I clear your table of anything else? Do you need a container? The questions could be helpful in a different context, but the cadence made us feel unwelcome. Just strange as we got our table after 1pm, there was no lineup when we were finishing up our meal and there were other tables free.

I love coming here for brunch! I live in Toronto but only ever take out at the downtown location mostly due to parking, so I come here instead for the brunch dine-in. They put me ON with the espresso martini with Hennessy instead of vodka and Ive never looked back. The portions are really good and I enjoy every bite most of the time Im here. I will say though they are days were the stew is really good and sometimes not so great, so there has been a few times where the food was just okay. Ive been coming here so often though its bound to happen, so please take that with a grain of salt. One of my favs :)

Stopped in here around 9am on a Saturday and was quickly sat as it was just myself. The place was very full already maybe two tables left open and those were quickly taken as well. Everyone working here was very friendly and moved quickly and attentively. There was a lot of team work here and you don t see that much in restaurants anymore! This place was close to my hotel so that was the first reason I ended up here second was the menu was very unique. I was stuck between probably four things before I decided on the bulgogi beef Benedict! The portions here definitely give you your $ worth. The food came out very room temperature which seemed kinda odd, was it because of the salad? Not a huge deal but definitely wanted to eat faster before it got truely cold. The potato s were good I liked the seasoning, had a little kick. The eggs Benedict was just ok, just a lot of sweet between the sauce the meat marinate and nothing to break it up. Maybe onion, pepper some other element was missing. Also very hard to cut to eat with a butter knife only?? The whole thing became deconstructed each time before I could actually eat it. The salad was very refreshing and I enjoyed the dressing as it was light in flavor. I guess if the salad is why the food wasn t as warm maybe have that in a bowl on the side so the meal itself can be hotter? Lots of potential maybe I just got it on an off day? Giving 4 stars tho because seriously everyone here was so so nice!

Sisters & Co went viral for a reason - its really good. Asian-inspired brunch isnt impossible to find, but none have the reputation of this restaurant which, to point out for humorous effect, is situated in a plaza of offices. Nevertheless, the atmosphere inside would immediately wash away any thoughts of eating in an office lunchroom. We started with the earl grey pancakes, which were fluffy and amazing with the tea infused mascarpone - though, in my opinion, the real stars are the egg mains. The char siu benedict had none of the classic red shine but all of the rich umami flavour of a well roasted chunk of char siu. The chicken katsu club was freshly fried and hot to the touch. While the pork cutlet was juicy, the sandwich did feel a little dry and lacking of the classic katsu sauce. We also ordered the bulgogi fries on the side, which were tasty and still good as late night leftovers. If youve made in this far, I have but one thing to say - why arent you already on the way?

I was not told that there was a seating limit when I was seated. My friend and I finished our meals, and were not fussy people, so when we were told that there was a limit, we took the bill. I just didnt appreciate the attitude from the server. We waited at least 10 minutes after finishing without any offer of the bill only to get attitude. If theyd looked at the table, theyd have seen that we were done and could have just offered the bill. The food was great. But that annoyed me enough to mention. Service and atmosphere are a part of the experience.

September 22, 2024

I have never had such a horrible experience with a brunch restaurant. First there are very limited seats and some people were just sitting there chilling after done eating meanwhile there s a huge line up of starving customers. We waited for one hour and were told the seats were almost ready, and then waited another half an hour inside before we were eventually seated. Finally the food arrived, we ordered chicken waffle and it was a huge disappointment, the fried chicken was dry, chewy and sauce was too salty. I bet a Walmart waffle with some Korean fired chicken would be 10x times better than this dreadful meal. Next are Avocado Benedict and Beef bulgogi Benedict. Those two are the complete opposite - no taste. I bet anyone knows how to season eggs but they don t. Taro latte and coffee, yeah, tastes like water with sweetener. And here comes the bill, a total of 99 dollars for three people after tip, with this nonexistent service and below standard food I think it s a total ripoff. I don t understand why this restaurant gets so much compliments. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else for brunch.

First time here - the food was pretty good. Had an avocado toast, French toast, a flat white and a cappuccino. The environment was okay, nothing special about the cafe decor. The food was gooood, French toast was really good. The coffee though were very bitter. Usually me and my gf take our coffee as is, but this time we needed some extra sugar cause it was too bitter for us (even tho she normally drinks black coffee). Service was good - they gave us the wrong order but had no issue taking it back and sending the right one right away! I would go back again but maybe try another coffee, or maybe a latte.

This place was busy! We visited their downtown location very early in the morning a few months ago and it was super quiet in comparison. However, we do know they get pretty busy fast. Our first time at the Markham location, where they took over an old school diner place that we used to frequent when we lived in the area. It was nostalgic for us to be there so, it was extra special to dine there that morning! Service was super friendly and quick. We were warmly greeted upon entering and the food came quite fast after we ordered, especially with their business volume. Everything was delicious and cooked/made well. Atmosphere was very bright, clean, modern-chique and comfortable. They have limited seating as their space is not huge but, a good space overall. I would definitely recommend this place for some good brunch with some friends and family.

Came here for the first time. Went on a weekday so there was no line up thankfully. We tried the bulgolgi eggs Benedict with home fries and salad, and also a chicken and waffles with Gochujang. The food is very unique, love the Asian fusion style that reminds me of Inspire. They also have char siu eggs Benedict or milk tea pancakes which is interesting. Personally, I found the eggs Benedict a bit flat and not hot when it came out, the bulgolgi was a nice mix with the Benedict and hollandaise sauce, home fries tasted good. The portion size was huge. The Gochujang chicken tasted a bit like Franks hot sauce like another persons review but waffles were very soft. Cost is a bit on the higher side, around $20 per plate but that is on par with Markham and Richmond Hill restaurants, I find, compared to their Toronto counterparts.

Finally we were told we would be seated next and that they just needed 3-5mins longer for clean up, there were 2 four seater tables open which we thought we d be able to be seated at, however a larger group of 8 that came after us in the queue were prioritized so we ended up waiting 15-20mins extra to get seated. The servers were friendly, refilled our waters quite a bit and kept checking in. Overall, the food was okay, nothing particularly stood out. We ordered the beef bulgogi eggs Benedict and chicken katsu sandwich. The beef was a bit sweet for my taste and the chicken for the katsu sandwich was a bit dry. We also ordered the tiramisu pancakes but found that the pancakes were quite dense. For $18, we hoped that there would be some kind of fruit along with to balance it out as the cream on top and syrup were quite sweet. The atmosphere is nice and clean, however for the price point I do not think it was worth it.

We arrived around 10am on a holiday. We waited about 10 mins for a table. We ordered 2 lattes, a chicken katsu sandwich, a mushroom truffle benedict and a bulgogi egg benedict. The lattes arrived first and they were perfect. The sandwich was pretty good. The mushroom truffle benedict has no aroma of truffle oil. The bulgogi egg benedict was in room temperature so we asked for replacement and they gave us 2 extra poached eggs. The dining room was full and quite noisy. Service was okay.

Came here for breakfast with my family. My wife had the Sisters Traditional Breakfast and my son had the Sisters Breakfast sandwich. Both were good, really liked how they seasoned the hash. I tried their Sweet Tooth Special for the month, which was the Tiramisu pancakes...they were phenomenal! Loved the decor of the restaurant and the staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

I visited Sisters & Co on Sunday with a 1:30 wait time and had a great dining experience. Maya, our hostess, was very polite and accommodating. She genuinely makes customers feel welcomed and seated us with a few suggestions off the menu. She took my name down on the waitlist and we waited in our car for about 1:15 minutes before being seated. PSA: They will give you two calls and if you don t pick up they will move onto the next guest. Now, a big shout out to our server Ryan. Ryan is both attentive and has a great sense of humor, he ensured we were satisfied and always came by to check in. My family and I ordered the beef bulgogi benedict, the oxtail stew, and the chicken katsu which were all tasty. The bulgogi and oxtail had a rich flavor, meanwhile the chicken katsu was crispy and cooked to perfection. The only feedback I would give is that the benedict could have been served a tad bit warmer. On a sweeter note, the earl grey pancakes were perfectly balanced and not too sweet just right for the fam. Overall, the cafe is very inviting and the customer service was beyond my expectations. The owners have a great team, and we will definitely come back to try more menu items!

Hands down my favourite place to grab brunch! The food is absolutely incredible - every dish is packed with flavour and beautifully prepared. My favourite dish is the bulgogi beef benny with chilli oil on the side and the Vietnamese iced latte. But what really sets this restaurant apart is the staff; they re so friendly and welcoming. Came for brunch today and I must say I was disappointed at the pancakes. I got the sweet tooth special of the day- tiramisu pancakes. It was not a balanced dish and pancakes were not that special. Some fruits and berries on the side would ve made it more presentable and balanced. I cannot justify paying $18 for this incomplete meal. I would not recommend ordering the pancakes.

The food here is AMAZING. My friend and I split the mushroom truffle benedict & the sweet tooth special (that day it was tiramisu pancakes), and both were 10/10. The home fries were some of the best Ive ever had, and the flavours of both dishes were incredible! Very cute atmosphere too! I tried coming for brunch a couple months ago on a Sunday. They dont take reservations and the wait time was 1-1.5 hours so we ended up eating somewhere else. This time we went on a Wednesday and we were seated right away. So either be prepared to wait, or schedule your visit for a Mon-Thurs morning.

This place is horrible. First you have to wait for 45 mins then seated for 1hr15 mins only. We asked for pepper , they gave me hot sauce. They charged extra for dressing without telling the customers the extra charges. Then the waitress claimed it was on the menu. Excuse me.. I checked it all overall, and it s not on the menu. Shouldn t they tell the customers first before charging them? Watch out if they are going to charge you for pepper or hot sauce when you dine in. The customer services is very slow. The experience here is not good at all. The food was just ok. Not very amazing as what it says on Google. I bet lots of writers they hired for other Google reviews. I don t recommend this at all. This place is easily the best brunch spot in the GTA! We ordered: The Girl Breakfast - 4.5/5 stars, Spicy Oxtail Stew 5/5 stars, and the Citrus Marscapone Waffle 5/5 stars. Everything was just delicious. The oxtail was spiced very well and cooked to perfection. The chilli oil with the touch of sourcream and the tomato onion salad in the girl breakfast was just bursting with flavour. We also ordered their mocha and its one of the best in town. The service was great too. Our waiter, Ryan, was super friendly. We went with his recommendation for the citrus marscapone waffle and it did not disappoint. The citrus flavour was not too strong and the maple syrup was very light, and the best weve had. We highly recommend this brunch spot.

Came here for a weekend brunch and waited an hour or so. They take your number so no need to wait at the restaurant. We got the spicy oxtail stew, bulgogi beef benedict and a taro latte. The oxtail was really good with a decent amount of spice and depth of flavour. The bulgogi beef benedict was also good though the English muffin was quite chewy. FYI the taro latte does NOT contain coffee. My assumption has always been that a latte contains a shot of espresso with steamed milk, whether flavoured or not. As is, it was very sweet and they should really consider including espresso in their taro latte to balance it out and to stay true to being a latte. The space is bright but a bit cramped. Service is rather inattentive. We always see how long it takes to get a coffee refill at every brunch place and we never got a single one while we were there until we got it with our bill.

overall lackluster and disappointing experience, ive been to a few asian fusion brunch type places in the area (chillax, elephant grind) and this ones been the most disappointing so far: -its rly cold in there, im not sure why they have the temperature set so low; it was too cold to even get a cold drink, which i wanted -the temperature mightve been alright if the food was warm but unfortunately the food was not warm at all??? i got the avocado eggs benedict and the eggs AND home fries were just... room temp -there is a mandatory 18% tip for groups of 6 or more -there is a cake cutting fee of $5 per person............... but its not stated anywhere on their website or socials i understand its busy and there r seating limits, i dont see why we cant eat cake if we r within our seating limit (which i think is 1hr 15min) or just say we cant eat outside food thats fine too i guess -our food didnt come out all at the same time (or even vaguely close in time to each other), which i dont mind for family-style/sharing type places but this is brunch... u each order ur own plate when i ordered they said they ran out of avocados but a few minutes later they came back and let us know they managed to get more avocados so i could get the thing i originally wanted which is about the only positive aspect of this experience

This place was an utter disappointment. I don t know where to begin. 1) The service was poor. The server was rude and condescending when I asked a question. Once our food was brought to the table, we were unattended for the rest of our meal. I even had to call a server over to ask For a water refill. 2) The pancakes were gummy as if they were over mixed. I also question if they were a box pancake mix. The syrup was suspiciously sweet and definitely NOT 100% pure maple syrup. It was surely fortified with corn syrup. The seasonal fruit was a sad strawberry but into pieces. May I add, the plating was atrocious. 3) We got the truffle mushroom eggs benny which was horrible. I did not taste the truffle at all. The English muffin was burnt and there was an inadequate portion of hollandaise sauce. Overall, I would rate this place a solid 4/10. If this is the calibre of food you re looking for, you re better off at Dennys!

Went to Sister & Co Markham location around 1pm. There was no wait to get a seat. We went with the Bulgogi Eggs Benedict and the Gochujang Chicken and waffles. The Bulgogi Eggs Benny was good and taste exactly like you would expect. The beef had that sweet and salty Bulgogi flavour which paired nicely with the richness of the hollandaise sauce. The home fries had a nice seasoning in them which gave it a little kick. The accompanying salad balanced and tied in with the Asian flavours as it had a sesame dressing. The Gochujang Chicken and waffles was a good potion and tasty. The chicken was not crispy like I would expect as the out batter was thin and heavily sauced. I would say the sauce was closer in taste to Franks hot sauce versus what I would consider Gochujang. Despite this it was still tasty. Not too much to say about the waffle other than it was a pretty basic waffle. Overall this dish was flavourful and filling but didnt give me that Korean fusion I was expecting. Service at the restaurant was attentive. Overall a good first experience, will likely try other dishes. Food is definitely on the pricier side for brunch style food as it is trying to be a more of elevated brunch spot. This is not easy to achieve especially because the location is in an industrial looking plaza so there is no outdoor patio.

This was my first time coming here with my partner and a friend. This is a popular Breakfast & Brunch place which is inspired by Asian roots. Its a bit of an American classic but with an Asian twist. When you enter the restaurant, its not very big, but has a homey vibe. Everyone is very friendly here and super accommodating. The service here was wonderful. Maya was our server, she was great; so attentive and polite. I appreciated that she read our order back to us and asked if she missed anything before proceeding. Ryan was another server that was super friendly and made us feel comfortable as well. He would refill our water when he noticed we were done drinking without asking. Top notch service! I ordered the Gochujang Chicken & Waffle with my friend. I wasnt sure about the gochujang sauce which is why I asked for it on the side and Im glad I made that decision! The sauce isnt bad, but if you like a little spice with tang, definitely go for the sauce over the chicken. I would recommend ordering the gochujang sauce on the side. The dish also comes with maple syrup. The chicken had a crispy outer layer and was super tender on the inside. We also ordered the Citrus Mascarpone Waffle and Sesame Pancakes. Very good overall. What you cant finish, ask for a take-out container. They even asked if we wanted our drinks to go which was an additional nice touch. You can t reserve in advance, so I suggest you go in early and reserve a table when the open. Bathrooms are very clean which is always important when dining out as I believe the cleanliness of the washrooms say a lot about the restaurant and owners. Parking is good. There are meals that comfort, and then there are meals that remind you why youre alive. At Sisters & Co, this dish falls into the latter category. Were talking slow-cooked bone-in oxtail and beef ribs, simmered for hours until they surrender to the rich, spicy embrace of a tomato and herb stew. The flavors? Deep, robust, and unapologetically bold. The mozzarella cheese melted on top? A stroke of genius. It adds a creamy layer that soothes the spice, creating a perfect balance that hits all the right notes. To top it off, theres the sunny-side-up egg, yolk golden and runny, like the crown jewel of this culinary creation. It s an invitation to dive in, break the yolk, and let it mingle with the rich, spicy broth. And let s not forget the sourdough bread. Crusty, tangy, and just the right amount of chewy, it s the ideal companion to mop up every last drop of this liquid gold. This isn t just a meal; it s an experience, a journey through layers of flavor and texture that leaves you both satisfied and craving more.

We tried the spicy oxtail stew and gochujang chicken & waffles. These are two spicy dishes with a kick so just beware if you can t handle it. I didn t mind waiting as I ve seen a lot of videos from TikTok on this new brunch spot promising just how delicious the food is. 1 hour & 15 minutes later, I got a call and my table was ready. I ordered the beef bulgogi eggs Benedict & upgraded my home fries to bulgogi fries. My boyfriend tried the mushroom truffle Benedict with the home fries. Let me start off by saying just how impressed we were with the service & how quickly our drinks came out. We ordered $8 mimosas which were on special. I got the Lychee & my boyfriend got the mango. I was pleasantly impressed with the various flavours. Our food arrived to our table quickly and the portions were great, the food smelt and looked appetizing. As for taste, I have 0 complaints! I can t stop raving about how tasty every single thing was! The food came out hot and so flavourful. My boyfriend definitely enjoyed his meal as well. We decided to order the French toast for take out. It was nicely and carefully packaged, which you can tell they took care in doing so. The French toast was just as good as our actual meals. The fruit was fresh, and the toast was fluffy yet crispy on the edges. I definitely found my new bunch spot. The prices are comparable to a few other brunch spots I have been to. I think the portion sizes and flavours are well worth the price. I would HIGHLY recommend this spot for brunch dates either with your partner or with friends. Come early! My friends and I came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and the restaurant was already packed, tables were full of diners and even more people waiting at the door so be advised that there will be long wait times! Our server advised us that there is a seating time limit and so we were advised to order as soon as possible. Our drinks arrived promptly, however food took longer than expected. My favourite was the char siu Benny as the meat was tender and flavourful, and complimented the potatoes and salad well. Unfortunately, I wasn t too pleased with the mid milk tea pancakes ($17) as it was too sweet and doughy, instead of a soft pancake texture. For the chicken and waffles, even though my friend had opted for the sauce on the side it was tasty, not greasy to overly salty. We were a bit disappointed in the service as we had to ask multiple servers for condiments or additional utensils, however, I can understand that with a busy restaurant service can be quite overwhelming. Overall I d recommend this brunch spot, but maybe stick to the savoury or more popular dishes!

I love a good brunch and have been wanting to try this place out so when we had family coming from out of town, we decided to come here. We had a table of 6 and I came earlier to wait for a table. We got lucky by chance and only had to wait 10mins at about 9:45am. The rest of my party was a tad late by about 15mins. They only give an hour and 15mins sitting time which is not enough time at all considering this includes the time waiting for your food. Despite half our party being a bit late, it s not a realistic amount of time. The servers are friendly but you re basically rushed, in the most polite manner, giving a count down to your time limit. We were reminded twice. My cousin was asked a couple times if they could clear her plate when she requested to keep it. I made it a point to check the crowd and there were a couple people waiting around outside and several empty tables next to us but overall didn t appear to be as busy at that time so it was even more annoying. The food is good but nothing outstanding. Comes out fresh. We all ordered something different. The Early grey pancakes were nice and fluffy and deceiving. I was excited but personally they were not for me. I found them to be dry and you need something to wash down the bite. I ve had better else where. My husband works in the industry and we understand the need to respond to the rush and turn over tables quickly. Setting an unrealistic seating time limit isn t the solution. I wouldn t be returning based on this experience and the average food. Not worth the hype IMO. I would also suggest not announcing the total bill amount out loud. Yes it is all on one bill by your policy but I would ve asked for one bill regardless. The table doesn t need to know.

Bulgogi Benny tasted fine but the hollandaise sauce was kinda bland (and there s a $3 charge if you want extra sauce). Home fries were crispy and a little spicy, which was quite nice. Again, just as we finished and put down our cutlery, the wait staff cleared the table and asked if we d like to order something else. We said no. About another 5 minutes later while I was finishing my water, the wait staff politely ask us to get the bill because there are people waiting I didn t argue. Got the bill and left, although I didn t see anyone lining up yet. From being seated till we left, 40-45 minutes at max. I just wanted a relaxing brunch and I felt the pressure to rush everything since I got in. Food was okay, but my experience was not good. Won t be back.

got the spaghetti and my boyfriend got the spicy oxtail stew, home fries and the Vietnamese iced latte and a hot taro latte! the home fries were seasoned to perfection i crave them all the time the staff are all super friendly, and open to all the questions i had about the menu items, i really appreciated their patience. we were told that there would be an hour and fifteen min seating limit which is completely understandable due to how busy they can get, but they did explain if there wasn t a waitlist they wouldn t ask for the table back which i appreciated that they told us ahead of time. overall it was a very pleasant experience with delicious asian fusion brunch, and we will definitely be coming back to try more stuff because i saw the eggs benedicts portions were huge!

Wow! Did not expect a cafe in this area. Food was awesome! I had a quiet and fun time at the cafe. A good fusion mix in the menu. Spicy ox tail stew is an unusual brunch item but was tasty. Milk tea pancake was interesting too. And for those not adventurous the sister s breakfast sandwich is an option.

Come early on the weekends! It s a small space so we ended up waiting over an hour for a table. I tried the Bulgogi Benedict and my friends and I decided the share the Cereal Milk French Toast. The Benedict was really good and the sweetness from the meat complimented the overall savouriness from everything else. Our server warned us the potatoes would be spicy which we thought was funny because they just tasted of salt and paprika. The french toast itself was really fluffy and crispy where you wanted it to be. I found the cereal milk mascarpone to be a little grainy and a bit of an odd texture. I m looking forward to coming back and trying the earl grey pancakes instead.

This would be a cute date spot but the food is mediocre at best. The eggs benedict was kind of disappointing but the oxtail stew was decent. For the price, there are much better options out there.

Been here a couple times on weekends and each time was very busy. We came as a party of 2 so the wait wasn t too bad but may be longer for larger tables. As for the food, the they offer an interesting mix of Asian fusion. The char siu Benedict and the gochuchang chicken and waffles was excellent with generous portion sizes. I definitely recommend coming here even with the wait times.

for my fellow muslims. everything is pork contaminated. they use the same oils, tools & dishes for pork. nothing on the menu is halal or safe please be aware they won t tell you this when you get there. the manager here is very rude & impatient and very hostile. so also be aware. i suggest going somewhere else update: they also lie about being halal! one of the employees told my sister in law they are halal certified when i was told & seen otherwise. please be careful Dietary restrictions: not halal - pork contaminated

This place is extremely busy. We were asked to wait in the car for about 40 minutes before getting the table, in this cold cold weather. The place is so small that they cant afford to have you wait inside. And they do not take reservations. The tables are so close together that your elbow will certainly be fighting for space with those next to you and you can hear their every single word; no privacy whatsoever. The parking lot is rather small and you may have trouble finding space. They said on their website that [this please is] where the spirit of friendship and a shared love for exceptional brunch experiences converge. Yes, but you can only do so within their time limit 90 minutes. We want a pleasant experience and not to be rushed or have to devour our food. Totally a terrible and unenjoyable experience. P.S. The ORIGINAL response from the owner sounds defensive, arrogant, and shows no appetite to take constructive criticism into consideration (e.g. if you dont want people waiting too long at the restaurant or in their car in this cold weather, consider taking reservation; ever heard of OpenTable?) They have done everything right and we, the customers, are TOTALLY at fault. And yes, we did ask about the wait time and were told 40 minutes and have to wait in the car and not block the entrance. All the tables are so close to each other and it doesnt matter where you would put us and it would still feel crowded and uncomfortable. It does not look as spacious as in the photos here. You probably have added more tables since those photos were taken. And the owners only put comment like Thank you for your honest review to 5 stars review, implying others who gave less that 5 stars are dishonest. Update Jan 21: The owners changed and toned down their response 6 days ago. Unfortunately, it does not change our opinion of this restaurant and the owners, and our experience remained as one of the worst. Parking: Very limited. Kid-friendliness: No. This place is tiny. Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely not. This place is tiny.

I don t know where to start - for one, the food is AMAZING. The service is literally unmatched, from being seated, eating and back in my car to leave - 1 hour!!! We came around 1:45PM. Everyone is super friendly and attentive to not just their own tables, but everyone else s as well. The food came out in such a timely manner considering the constant rotation of tables. Everything was fresh & hot when delivered to the table We ordered the earl grey pancakes & cereal milk French toast (I can t recall the name on the menu I think that s what it was called) we re SO good. They were too sweet ! The flavors were so compatible with one another. I also ordered the spicy ox tail and all I can say is WOW. I absolute love oxtail and this just hit the nail spot on. It had the perfect amount of spice that didn t linger too long. Phenomenal. I d 1000% recommend trying this place out - they truly put so much love & care into the food and their service and it s so greatly appreciated!!! Love you guys Dietary restrictions: It was refreshing to be asked whether any dietary restrictions applied to any of our meals - my husband is lactose intolerant and typically everyone assumes no one is allergic (although he can take pills to be okay eating lactose, it was nice they asked lol)

** edited to add that they did not have the wrong number because they then tried calling me and it went through no problem. Came here for brunch expecting a wait. Was told an hour wait at the door. We walked outside and waited in front for over 2 hours with the phone in my hand. We were trying to be extra patient and checked in after an hour and a half of waiting. She said probably 15 more minutes so waited a bit longer until we saw people who came after us be seated. We asked the hostess what was up and she claimed to have called me..... I received no call while holding my phone in my hand. At this point we left because it was now 2pm and we were hungry. Really disappointed and wont be back to have my entire day wasted again.

First time going here & we will definitely be back to try their other unique dishes! We had the gochujang chicken and waffle, char siu eggs benny, & earl grey pancakes. We also tried their cappuccino and taro latte (so yummy, I would come back for this alone). We loved the earl grey pancakes. The chicken and waffles were good, but we would ve enjoyed it more if the chicken was crisper. The char siu was tasty. The restaurant is small and the tables are quite close to each other. I didn t mind it as much because it wasn t completely packed when we went. The staff were friendly & service was good!

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon around 11:30 am and was seated promptly. We tried the bugolgi benedict, 2 eggs in a pod, bulgogi fries, earl grey pancakes, and chicken katsu club, vietamese iced latte, and taro latte. The food and drinks came pretty quickly. The bulgogi had good flavors, but I was expecting fuller slices of meat rather than a chopped version. The fries was a pretty big portion, excellent for sharing. In general the plate portions are pretty generous and everything tasted good.

We came in a group of 5 on a Sunday morning ~9:30am and we were seated right away with plenty of tables to spare. I d recommend getting here early on a weekend, as line started to form at ~10:45am. Food: The bulgogi beef benedict was a delicious twist on the classic eggs benny with a side of spiced home fries and a salad. My friend had the char siu benny and that was also yummy! Another friend had the spicy oxtail stew which was hearty but a tad too spicy for me. Drinks: I had a Vietnamese iced latte which was a lighter and milkier version of regular viet iced coffee. A friend had the taro latte with cute latte art, which tasted like a hot taro bbt. Service: There were many servers who were very friendly and regularly checked in on us. Overall, I d recommend trying this place out for an Asian inspired twist on classic brunch items.
