Dragon Legend insists on creating surprise and value for every customer. We are pursuing to maintain high quality service and best hygienic environment for your entire coming to our restaurant. We wish everyone can enjoy the time spend at Dragon Legend.
Good atmosphere, decent food. Servers at the buffet were mostly rude, but understandable. Reason for the low rating is because they sneaked gst in the bill when it's within the gst holiday and hoping customer would overlook.
We came to Dragon Legend for our company Christmas dinner at the end of November 2024 this year, and this place is SUPER BUSY! Though it is rammed all the time, guests are still very respectful and get in line for food. The restaurant do ask for a refundable deposit of $200 for large group reservations; our party had over 20 guests. We tried to request a semi-private area, but nothing is guaranteed on the day of. We ended up seated in the middle of a very large hall surrounded by many other tables lol. Our seating time was at 7:30pm, and we still had to wait a little for the table to set up. They do have earlier seating times at 4:30pm and 5pm only. The food was pretty decent. Every guest receives a coupon for ½ lobster at the grill station (don't forget the butter!) You are allowed to collect the lobster coupons at your table and get it in one go; it will save everyone a lot of time ^^ My favourite go-to items were the deep fried oysters, Peking duck, braised lamb pot, crispy oyster pancake, and the steamed soups! Overall, great experience; I do recommend avoiding visiting during weekends due to how busy it is.
Another round of birthday celebrations, this time at Dragon Legend. It’s always a treat to visit a restaurant with such a thoughtfully designed interior. The classic yet timeless decor really sets the ambiance, making it feel like an authentic Chinese dining experience rather than just another AYCE spot. The quality of the food is solid and feels quite authentic. While I’m not the biggest fan of their sushi, sashimi, or grilled meats, the rest of the offerings are fantastic. The flavors have improved over time, with a much better balance, not as salty as I remember from previous visits. The service was fair and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. If you’re in the mood for a Chinese AYCE meal that’s a step above the usual, Dragon Legend is definitely worth considering. I’d highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time, and it’s perfectly fine to arrive a little early to settle in. For a once-in-a-while treat, this place checks all the right boxes!
The Dragon Legend restaurant owns the whole building and the okay sized parking lot that goes around the building. The entrance to the restaurant is on the side of the building, where the big red Asian looking gate is. There's the large main sitting area full of tables on the right. On the left of the restaurant, there seems to be more seating area, but it wasn't open. The washrooms are on the left of the entrance area. The sinks are on the outside and the toilets are separated into men's and women's toilets. The decor is... Unique. Similar to that of Dragon Pearl decor. Has the old ancient feeling. The ceiling in high. The lights are kind of dim in the seating area. The lights in the buffet area is bright. On both of the major walls, there plays two big screens showing a basketball game (Toronto vs. Cleveland). The buffet area is probably one of the smallest and most compact buffet areas I've ever been to. There are about 3 small islands of hot foods (dim sum, fried food, pizza, Chinese food), 1 major section of desserts, 1 major section of grilled foods, an ice cream & soft serve section, a sushi section, a cold foods/salads/fruits section, a noodle soups section with a robot that cuts noodles into boiling hot water, and the soups section. The food is definitely better than Mandarin. By a long shot. You go to Mandarin for nostalgia, not for the quality of the food. The food at Dragon Legend was really good... Except the cakes. The cakes were frozen, tasteless, and dry. Don't get the cakes here. Worst mistake. The servers were prompt with taking the finished plates away. They didn't kick us out when it was time to go. We actually were trying to flag down a server to get the bill cause we went over the time allotted. They seem to have read our minds and got us the bill. Overall, food quality is very good (except the cakes). There was this specialty soup that comes in its own specialty container that tastes clear and warm. There's Peking Duck. Enough said. We went for lunch on a Monday right as it opened at 11:30 am. We had a reservation (we were able to call in and book a reservation). Adult prices for lunch on a weekday is $27.99. Senior prices is adult prices minus 20%. The place filled up rather quickly with people, mostly seniors. Was surprised how busy it was on a weekday.
It's the first time visited here and was so good. Reserved prior to the visit to reduce any waiting time. The experience was so good. Food was so good and the taste was good as well. We'd like to go again.
Good quality food, worth the $50/ per meal price for dinner. Went there mainly for the Peking duck and crab legs. Did not disappoint. Crab legs were done perfectly, juicy with natural juices after cracking the shell
This beautiful buffet-style restaurant offers a wide range of options, including sushi, sashimi, Peking duck, dim sum, seafood, stir-fried dishes, and desserts. Many patrons appreciate the variety of fresh seafood, high-quality ingredients, and the combination of Western and Asian flavors. This restaurant is popular for family gatherings, events, and large group dining because of its spacious seating and diverse food options.
Would recommend if American Chinese buffet is what you’re looking for. Service was fast and great. Staff were very friendly. We had 2 kids near the limit of 11 years old, they didn’t check ID and we also had 2 seniors, they also did not ask for ID. Food was always available, I pretty much ate salmon sashimi, Peking duck, and ribs all night. There was a bit of a line up for oysters.. but we did manage to get some of that too without a line up. Place was 95% full on a Tuesday evening.
Okay experience. Didnt like it was rushed. The waiter put the bill in front of us and the machine expect us to pay, and onced paid he took away my food I was going to eat!?
Busy place but super good food
Great selection of different foods. I liked the sushi bar. The decor is pretty cool, with a few tables inside big boats - kids will get a kick out of them if you can grab one.
Our family No.1 pick Asian buffet! They really enjoy the varieties of the food here.
Variety of food and plenty of options. Pricy but you get your moneys worth.
Been here a few times. Always pack during lunch. Get there early to find parking. I always try a bit of everything and it cant dissapoint
Came here for a business christmas group dinner of over 60 people. Originally negotiated 10% discount for the large group. However, they tried to overcharge the group! The government has given tax relief on food but they still tried to charge the tax. Not only that, they did not even honor the 10% discount anymore. Wow, business ethics so bad here. Definitely dont recommend bringing your party here.
This is an Asian cuisine AYCE buffet restaurant. It is a very nice decorated place thats good for small to large size gatherings. During the holidays season, they offer a daily special dish for their guest but limited to adult only. An advance booking is highly recommended, especially during the weekend, or you need to wait for at least an hour to be seated. The earliest entry at 5pm. A must try item is their roasted duck wrap. Vegetarian options: Vege sushi and mixed vegetables are available Kid-friendliness: Kids will love that place Wheelchair accessibility: The space between tables are wide enough for the wheelchair passes through
Food is good, but some time too crowded.
Dragon Legend provides an inviting and festive atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for special celebrations. The Asian-inspired decor and attentive service create a welcoming environment, and the birthday cake a complimentary strawberry ice cream treat adds a thoughtful and memorable touch to the experience. The buffet offers an extensive variety, with standout items like the succulent Peking duck, complemented by versatile crepes that worked well as wraps. The grilled pineapple was a delightful surprise, perfectly caramelized and flavourful. However, some areas could use improvement: the sushi leaned heavily on rice, sashimi was rationed, and the noodles were overcooked with bland soup. The har gow had a satisfying shrimp filling, though the wrappers were thicker than ideal. Desserts were a mixed bag, with refreshing mango jelly but lackluster Oreo churros. While the free birthday meal promotion is a fantastic deal, certain details like flat soft drinks and less impressive lunch offerings slightly detract from the overall experience. That said, Dragon Legend s festive ambiance, thoughtful touches, and solid highlights make it a great option for celebrations, especially birthdays.
Use to be good, I think quality has come down a lot. We went there today after eating everyone in my group felt like vomiting, dont think the good is sanitary.
Got food poisoning after lunch here on a Saturday. Whole area was crowded with lots of kids. Buffet area didn t feel sanitary and plates were unclean. The edamame smelled like an old dish rag. Please don t go here.
No service, expensive for the food variety and quality
The taste is average and the dishes are the same every time I go there. It would be more attractive if there was something new every now and then.
Everything good especially the servers were all nice. But except an old waitress/expo who was refilling the dishes between Beijing Duck and BBQ area today noon was rude to me when I asked a question and made me uncomfortable.
Awesome food and reasonable prices for the level of dishes you get. It s always busy but for good reason. Staff work hard to refill on types of food.
Solid, good variety. No lobster or crab as advertised
Expensive but worth it. Food is excellent. A must check out place...at least once. P.king duck delicious. Lobster a must try!!
They gave us 1hr 30mins to eat. Great Variety of food . The dessert section is good but the creme brulee taste a little bit off. The tuna and salmon is not fresh. Parking is a little bit hard to get when you come later than 6pm. We came at 5pm so there s plenty of spots to park.
Better quality than other Chinese Buffet.
There are many choices of food, but the price/performance ratio is not high. Monday dinner averages $65 per person
*BEWARE* I GOT FOOD POISONING FOR 3 DAYS. RESTAURANT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. I COULD NOT GO TO WORK OR DO ANYTHING FOR MYSELF - kids touching stuff then touching the food - PEOPLE COUGHING WITHOUT COVERING, or COUGHING INTO THEIR HANDS in the buffet area and NO ONE WASHES THEIR HANDS. this isnt china pre-2000s thank you. - adults mixing tongs with seafood, meats, and vegetables - the drum in the buffet area should be removed for space. there was too many people crowding the area and pushing, but they also played that dirty drum and then went for the food. - everyone touched the food, but also dropping the handle part of the tongs onto the food and LEAVING IT. - parking is unrealistic Sure, food tastes decent, but not surprised I had FOOD POISONING for 3 days. I was there Sunday- today is Wednesday as I leave this review.
Holiday work dinner today, and the service for me was great. The food was awesome.
Lots of choices from veg, meat, seafood to desserts. All the stations are clean and well kept. Service from table was great. Chef and service at all stations are good Except the 2 women at the Peking Duck station. Them 2 was yapping away, no one in line, I came up and put out my plate. The hand out lady gave me the dirty look like disturbing their conversation.
This is the second time I brought my staff here for Xmas, reserved ahead of time and I am thankful for that. As always spectacular food. Nice and diverse. Each of us gorged, the serve staff also very nice. The place is very clean. 50+ per plate, its fine as you get your fill with quality and taste. However pack your patience when you leave getting out of the parking lot.
Roast beef, soup, oysters, and oyster cakes are all good Kid-friendliness: Kids love robot noodles. There is no initiative to provide high stools for children.
Dragon Legend in Markham is a top-notch all-you-can-eat buffet! The sushi and sashimi are fresh, the Peking duck is a must-try, and the variety of authentic Chinese dishes is incredible. The dessert selection is equally impressive. The ambiance is elegant, and the staff are attentive, keeping everything fresh and the space spotless. Perfect for family gatherings or special occasions highly recommended! Vegetarian options: Very limited vegetarian options Parking: Could be a challenge to find parking during peak lunch and dinner hours as the place gets very busy Kid-friendliness: Ton of kids friendly dishes Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible
Great food and great price.
Mediocre to crappy food intended for serving a lot of different kinds of food. Great atmosphere for gathering though.
Amazing food.. always a pleasure going there and also if its your birthday you eat free!!!!
food was very nice
Busy place. Staff always busy. Hard to find someone to serve you. Price is high too Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Had been here before. Youe typical mad rush of a Buffet style. Saddened by the lack of salads. Soups were good. Sliced duck was nice. Your veggies were spot on. Steamed rice was actually crunchy, probably from sitting in the pot for a bit. Desert presentation was lovely. Surprisingly not dried out like many other Buffets. Now to the service at the table. Extremely Rude pushy staff. Took forever to get a drink Menu. Then when ordered the drinks took forever to get them. One person was away from the table and came back as server was placing drinks. He had then asked for a beer. Server huffed and walked away, lengthy time later the beer arrived. Cleaning of dishes was prompt and quick, When it came to the time to finish up and pay new server came to table and it was like a forcing out of customers. There were 7 of us, seemed as if we couldnt pay fast enough and get us out the door quicker.... still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant. After this visit to the restaurant can say this group will never be back. Parking: Very busy lot. Understandable as its a very busy spot.
Great food with a large variety of options.
Super crowded, was hard to get food, but everything was quite delicious.
The food was , as always, amazing. Wagyu beef and lamb were the starlets. Good quality but on thw pricey side.
BEST BUFFET EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Celebrated a birthday here. Did not disappoint.
If you re craving a taste of Pan-Asian cuisine, Dragon Legend is a buffet experience that transports you straight to ancient Asia. The stunning interior sets the scene, making every meal feel like a grand adventure. The food is genuinely great, packed with flavors that take you on a culinary journey. However, while the dishes are delicious, the selection could use a boost. After a few visits to the buffet, I found myself running out of new things to try. It can get busy during peak times, leading to a bit of a lineup, but don t fret things clear up quickly, so timing is everything! One thing to note was the delay with our drink orders, but once they arrived, they were top-notch. Overall, Dragon Legend is a high-quality Asian-inspired buffet I d wholeheartedly recommend. Just be prepared for a repeat of your favorites rather quickly you ll enjoy every bite, regardless Parking: While there is a parking lot, it can get quite packed, so you would have to park across the street or the neighboring building.
The place definitely has some cool wood carvings . Service was okay . The food is ending up throwing up by time I hit the parking lot . quality food low. I would not come back .
Buffet, buffet, all you can eat. What else do you need. Just eat whatever you want to eat. Every buffet restaurant is almost the same, I think. Just eat, all you can eat or whatever you want eat.
Dragon Legend is nothing less than an absolute WOW! The service is classical from the moment I walk in. The ambience and decor is like something out of a movie. The food is freshly prepared with the highest quality ingredients, and prepared to perfection. The variety and selection puts all other buffet style Chinese restaurants to shame. Nothing is skimpy or disappointing. The service at the table is impeccable. Finished plates and glasses disappear effortlessly. The desserts and beverages are so very impressive. The whole experience is like being on the most perfectly choreographed and directed movie set ever from the time I walked in to the time I left. Even the bathrooms are spectacular. The entire restaurant is immaculately clean and maintained. I rate Dragon Legend 5 out of 5 mustaches.
Very good buffet. Most of the food was good. Went on AYCE oyster day and wasnt disappointed
Great food and amazing service!
I enjoy the food there; theres a wide variety available. The staff is friendly, too. Although I dont usually eat at buffets, this is one of the few exceptions I can make. Sashimi, sushi, peking duk, roast beef with wrapping of onion shoots, - they are my favourites there Its been years since they opened, and I hope they can maintain the quality of their work. I know how the restaurant business can be over time; often, the quality begins to decline.
If you re in Markham and looking for an exceptional Asian buffet, Dragon Legend is the place to go! The food selection is fantastic, but the highlight for me has to be the Peking duck. It s perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and carved right in front of you an absolute must try! Paired with fresh pancakes and all the classic fixings, it s easily the best Peking duck I ve had in town. In addition to the duck, the buffet offers an incredible variety from fresh sushi and dim sum to stir-fries and grilled meats, everything is bursting with flavor. What makes Dragon Legend even better is the outstanding service. The manager, Alex, is beyond friendly and welcoming. He goes above and beyond to make sure every guest is happy, and his personal touch really makes the dining experience extra special. The restaurant has a beautiful, elegant atmosphere, perfect for family dinners or celebrations. If you re a fan of Asian cuisine, especially Peking duck, Dragon Legend is a must visit! Highly recommended!
Pretty good selection of food, gets pretty busy during the weekends thought I would recommend booking ahead
food was ok, typical buffet food, unless you like peking duck. A lot of sushi fresh. Food
they started enforcing a 1.5hr seating time with last call being informed 15min prior. This was formerly only applicable on Tuesday lunch specials.
Amazing place! The services are top-notch, and Im already planning my next visit. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is lovely. Although its always crowded, the efficient traffic management system ensures a seamless experience. Highly recommended!
Went during weekday lunch time, so limited seafood, but pretty fresh. The Peking duck was nice, along with a good selection of hot food stations. Was not super busy due to the timing.
Wonderful buffet This King Kong sized Buffet has everything you can imagine . Great quality of food and fast efficient service Food
Surprised at the 5 star reviews for this restaurant. Being direct here - service is fast and efficient (good), atmosphere is wonderful with the nice decorated rooms and wooden sculpting (great) but the food is mediocre save for the higher-end foods and specialties which also take a hit due to the mass production (eg duck, sushi, roast). A tad better quality than other American Chinese buffets like Wok of Fame out in Mississauga for example.
Nice place and i enjoy the Monday crab dinner special. I ll definitely coming back soon.
Service was terrible, food was good, though.
Definitely on the expensive side. But good quality authentic Asian foods
Been going to Mandarin for years- safe to say Dragon Legend is the new spot
I called a few days prior to ask about the birthday fee which they replied saying yes the birthday person eats for FREE not saying that there should be atleast 5 adults, it would have been nice if they said that there should be atleast 5 adults. Basically scammed and lied to us just to make a few extra bucks. Even the server was rude especially the tall man who wears a mask, he wouls take your food even if you re not done and even takes your utensils. If you want to come for your birthday i HIGHLY do NOT recommend, the seafood was not fresh, lobster wasn t even cooked properly, even the watermelon was sour. The birthday fee is a huge scam just to trick you into giving them more money buy makeing kids eat for 60 dollars instead of the said 17 dollars. Huge scam. Do NOT recommend at all.
One of the best buffet experiences I have had in Toronto. Great selection of food and desserts. All the dishes I gave tried were full of flavors. Food
Splendid place for a buffet lunch at a good price the food is also nice
Good food and lot of food.
I love this place. So many options of delicious food that I didnt have space to try a little bit of everything. Im sure Ill be back! Service is self-serve and they take your plates away, rather standard. It works be better if there was more staff rotating to fulfill requests like getting more napkins, water, tea, the bill, or chopsticks (they tell you to get it yourself from the sushi section). I appreciate the complimentary beverages (one per person) as that was new. I like the dim lighting because it had nice ambience and the light didnt irritate my eyes.
Dragon Legend did not dissapoint!! Even though it was it was a buffet style restaurant, all the food items were fresh and always topped up. We went for the AYCE crab legs, and to be honest they were delicious. This is my second time coming, and definitely wont be the last!!!
Good food
Better budget than the other major brand of buffet, however its so busy the staff cant handle, we were waiting to order drinks but the waiter never came so we settled on water, maybe if they have more staff they can handle all the customer requests
The oysters werent very fresh, and overall, the food quality was average at best. The prices were too high, making it poor value for money. I wouldnt recommend it for those seeking quality or reasonable prices.
Food selection was decent. Good variety of food types from fish, meat, vegetables and desserts to please everyone. Quality of food seemed to be average. Food was right tempatures, but the taste and flavors was bit up to previous sittings that I have been in the past. Maybe due to it being on a Saturday where they have to push out food faster.
Their cakes are inedible. Frozen ice cold & hard...
The food is good and refill quickly.
Open Chinese buffet. Good food.
Packed, told upfront that our time slot was about a 1.5 hors, go at non busy times, great craband lobster all you can eat and relatively inexpensive
One of the better Chinese Buffet in Toronto. Lots of different varieties. I dont have room to try everything. Everything is relatively good. The crab legs were meaty. The peking duck improved since the last time I tried it. Only comment is the Teppanyaki station. I find most of the meats were over cooked. The waffle is as crispy. Maybe is the batter.
Its the Dragon Legend!!! Its been around for over ten years and my family still go often to celebrate birthdays and other special occasions. Food is always top notch!! One of the best if not the best Asian buffet restaurant in Scarborough, Richmond Hill, North York and Markham area. MUST TRY!!!!!
Food items replenished fast enough. Unfortunately, there is no Grilled fish available during lunch. Service is also great.
Buffet, very large selection, but unattended salad bar. The rest of the items were good, too many dessert snacks to choose from as well. Very filling. The beancurd dessert was nice as it came with a ginger syrup.
Downside is that sitting time was only 90 minutes for 2. 120 minutes would be more appropriate.
One of the best buffets in the city
Elevated buffet experience. Seems like they have more food variety and decor is always an added touch.
I recently visited this Chinese buffet, and it was a huge disappointment. The food was cold and bland, with very few fresh options. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I won t be returning. Definitely not worth the price.
They can t handle the amount of clients they had. The food very ordinary, is not clear when the food is spicy. I asked for a 7up and they brought me a warm water without gas. The service not nice in general. Never coming back.
i booked my daughters birthday table for 18 people to have dinner here and i had a bad evening because we were eating and the staff here said our dining time was over and they wanted us to pay and return the table to them while we hadnt even blown the birthday cake for my daughter, i was really very very unhappy with the staff there their faces were not welcoming to customers.
Yesterday my family booked a birthday party for my 11 year old daughter here. The service was terrible. They initially told us we had 1 hour and 30 minutes and my family had to wait for enough family members to arrive to eat which took maybe 15 minutes. I didnt mention my cousin was late. Before I came in I told them my family had my daughters birthday today and I had left a cake in the fridge. After we ate the staff came out and said we had 7 minutes to finish, and I paid and gave a tip, I told the staff to help me clean up a childrens table so I could put candles for my daughter to blow out to celebrate her birthday. We waited 15 minutes and no one came out to clean up the table so we could put the cake on the table. My family was very disappointed and left. I spent $921 to celebrate my daughters birthday and we were not happy. Will not come back again. Everyone please consider when organizing a party here. Plus the desserts like ice cream and fruit were gone when my family left. And the raw seafood no oysters and some stuff, we felt like a waste of money for this place
Food and selection were good. The chairs are weird, but thats about it. I would go back here again.
No air conditioning, truly bad smell of burnt oil! The meat, the fish and the shrimp was good. The oyster and the sushi wasn t good.
Great food and service.
We at here because a friend of a friend recommended it. This is a typical Asian buffet with mostly Asian food, nothing special. We were a group of 9 and the dining chairs are really heavy. They have your usual sushi station. Some sushi and rolls. There is a dedicated Peking duck station. A noodle station. A station with mostly spicy foods. Tried the numbing fish. Really spicy and tasty. A see food station with some lobster and shrimp and fish. Tried the lobster and snails. The snails were ok. The Dessert station is pretty big with lots of verity but nothing really appealing. We tried the mango sago pomelo and it was kind of bland and watery. Tiny fruit station. Had some grapes, watermelon and cantaloupe. All OK. The bathroom is by the entrance and is pretty unique. The weirdest part is the pad you have to stand on in front of the urinal. When it fishes, the pad is also flushed. I get why they do it. Just weird.
Worse than mandarin threw up after. Would give 0 if possible
If there was zero star options I would do that. Worst food ever!!!! People getting their food are absolutely rude and have no respect for space or allowing you to get food. The waiters ....dont get me started. WORST PLACE EVER!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! we all threw up after (listerally)
Parking: Woodbine and hwy7 Food
Todays lunch was just okay, no surprise and some food were just warm or room temperature. They offered free non alcoholic drink starting today, but what they made was not exactly what they showed on their website ad or on their paper placemat on the table. One example was rose peach drink, supposed to have some dry rose bud and peach slices with ice , but what we got was just plain peach flavor drink with ice. We asked the waiter , she said it was different as the drink was free! So disappointed of that answer.
Whow what a place. Awesome. You name the food and they had it. Was super clean. Super nice. Huge. Really pleasantly surprised Expensive though. Almost $50/plate. L. But worth it.
Yum. Lots of variety and exotic seafood. Some raw oyster got some funky smell.
Good food
Love it but its too busy. However its the best Chinese buffet in the GTA.
Place is nice, but the food options were just okay. Peking duck was okay Food
Favorite place to go! All around good food.
Good Asian/Western buffet place, has a good variety between Chinese/Japanese/Western food.
Not Wagyu at all! We went on Oct 2 for my husbands birthday. It was a family of 4 all adult dinner buffet. We specifically chose Dragon Legend due to its advertisement of Wagyu on Wednesday. The beef was a size of a child s palm, very thin, already grilled, sitting on a warmer making it over cooked and tough to chew, not to mention that it s under seasoned! We were very disappointed! Never again
All in all recommended Atmosphere and decoration one of the bests Servers are greate Food : 5/5
It s a AYCE buffet, what do you expect. Very busy even on a weekday which is good. You don t want to go to an empty buffet restaurant.
First time here, my experience was good. Everything is clean, staffs are very helpful get me all I need to know. Great experiences, we will comeback
Great food and service quality
This place was pretty good. It was packed right at opening. The selection is above average. Their sushi is not that great. Would I go there again? Absolutely.
Good service and wide selection of food choice for everyone
Lovely place with good quality food and nice interior. Service was pleasant
Great place good service but the sushi not that great
Very nice place to eat. Price is affordable.
Made a phone call just know. They hang up my phone before I ask if can I make a reservation. oh then you have to wait during 6:30 then that s it, she just hangs up.. It s my first time seeing such poor service even on phone call.
I cannot find such a wonderful restaurant in my town(Ithaca)...
fresh
Very good buffet, except that the dining rooms were quite a few, it was like a labyrinth, perhaps because I didnt know the place, but I had a hard time finding my friends at their table, the rest was very good buffet and excellent service.
It was the first time in Canada that I found a Chinese buffet restaurant that suited my taste (I had the impression that Chinese buffet restaurants in Toronto were average).
One of the good buffet in GTA, it has good food selections. The same group with Dragon Pearl.
The food is alright. I d go for the experience, but not a place I crave to go to if I think of having a buffet.
Not a fan of buffets in general but this restaurant slightly better than Mandarin. Need to replenish dishes faster but overall just OK. We went on a VERY busy Saturday, so I think the amount of people in the restaurant hindered my enjoyment. Service was very good and efficient.
Here on Friday for the lunch buffet. Overall experience I would say is above average. Service by our waitress was exemplary. I wish she would have mentioned the drink specials though. Hence the 4/5 for service. The furnishings created a nice ambience but the staff servers could have been more amicable. 4/5 atmosphere. Overall the food was above average. If you plan to come here, dont expect special items like lobster, crab, waygu, carved meat, scallops, abalone and short ribs at lunchtime. My lunch favorites were Peking Duck, mussels in bean sauce, and the GInormous prawns. Oh and the grilled pineapple, really really good.
Our fave buffet. Good variety and quality, so usually there a few times a year. Definitely bring out of town guests here for the Asian themed decor. Wheelchair accessibility: Everything on one floor with wide aisles
A step above the likes of Mandarin.
There is A LOT of food they range from ok to really good. The place is super noisy I could barely have a conversation and some of the people in the food stations seemed irritated that I asked for help, but most were super nice. I think the place is really worth it.
Unfortunately this place has gone from a 4 to a 1. Service is nonexistent. Food is not bad But their staff are just robots. They have no soul and are just there because they have to be. I saw a guy almost got in a fight because he wanted 2 servings of duck. Btw NEVER book the 730 slot. They close the restaurant while you are eating.
Food was excellent and replenished frequently. There wasnt a dish I didnt like! The pecking duck is a must have! The staff was attentive and well organized. Highly recommend.
The food was pretty good, nothing out of this world.
Incredible place!!! The most authentically Chinese options anywhere in the GTA. Great atmosphere and so many options. Food is always hot and fresh and always keeps rolling out. Come with a big appetite!
Just your typical Asian buffet, nothing really stands out here from the food to the place itself. It would ve been the service but after we paid, the staff was showing us our receipt saying we didn t leave tips then saying that we should leave it in the table, cash. I asked her if are we supposed to tip? Then she left us alone making face as we pack up to leave.
Vegetarian options: Salad , vegetables, sushi Food
One of the best chinese buffet in Toronto. Large variety of food. My favourite - chicken noodle soup, beijing duck, lobsters in hot sauce.
