The Northeastern box lunch buffet is very good and the taste is right! Several dishes worth recommending: pickled cabbage with white meat, braised potato shreds, fish-flavored shredded pork It s really the best meal I ve ever had as a Northeasterner in Canada. Especially at this price, I just regret that I can t live in Markham.

The service is simply hard to describe. Except for a young lady wearing glasses who really takes good care of customers, the food is not good, it is really not good. I saw some boxed lunches and wanted to buy them to try. As soon as I walked in they Asked me whether it was a lunch box or a barbecue, I said a box lunch, and then he took me to the dish area. It s no exaggeration, there may be 8-10 dishes, and almost every dish is bottomed out. What should I choose? Later, we changed to a barbecue and asked us to find a seat by ourselves. Ended up dining at this restaurant by accident. The menu wasnt particularly North American friendly, nor were we their target market, but we decided to give it a try. Your order was placed via a tablet, and I ordered for myself and my wife. We ordered one shrimp skewer, an order of fried rice, pan-fried bok choy with pork lard, an order of chicken bones, and an order of lamb skewers. The food was outstanding! the rice was smokey, yet the egg was delicately cooked, and the flavour was easily the best fried rice I have ever tasted. The chicken bones dish was served cold, which I didnt expect but was, nonetheless, delicious. The chicken bones were boldly spiced but still had a delicate mix of flavours that indicated there were true masters of their craft in the kitchen. This dish would have been the highlight if not for the bok choy and crispy pork lard. Simply Perfection. Both the shrimp and Lamb skewers were excellent and were both generous portions. I have often lamented that there arent many good places to eat anymore. This dining experience was the best I have had in a long long time! I also want to mention the service. it was clear that we were a little uncomfortable with some of the dishes. My wife, in particular, is a no-chopstick kind of girl! The wait staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and assisted us on several occasions without ever being asked. The excellent service was the crown of a memorable dining experience. If you like amazing food and great service, make sure you give this restaurant a try. Absolutely the best !!

A great place for friends to gather

The experience was very good, the waiter was very enthusiastic and the food was served very quickly! Recommend the Yilong Golden Sand Bones, Street Stall Potato Slices, and Grilled Lettuce! There is even grilled cold noodles, which is sour and sweet! Next time I ll eat grilled sweet potato skins

Yilong Bistro is a great place to grab a skewer and have a drink. I will continue to visit next time. There are desserts after the meal, which is quite good.

The meat quality of the beef skewers is average, and the stove where the skewers are placed does not conduct heat at all, so that the grilled sausages are cold and have a smell. The sausages are original color, which is not acceptable; the clams are too oily and salty; the scallops are cheap but Not worth it, I would rather eat the scallops from Long Chau Kee which are more expensive but satisfying. Went with friends to try it on Tuesday night and overall it was pretty good. There is nothing to fault about the environment, with many retro elements. One of the ladies from the Northeast is very enthusiastic and patiently answers any objections raised about the food. Looking forward to more progress next time.

I recently dined at Dragon Bbq bar and was highly impressed by the experience. The restaurant has a diverse menu with a range of dishes, including unique items such as quail skewers. The stir-fry dishes are varied and flavorful, with the Guo Bao Rou being particularly exceptional. The decor is interesting and perfect for taking photos. Additionally, the service is both enthusiastic and well-trained. I hope they continue to maintain this high level of quality.

Went there on the first weekend after opening and tried the signature all-you-can-eat lunch box. It turned out to be amazing. For a box lunch that you can pick up at will, the braised pork and fish-flavored shredded pork are really great. We also I tried the a la carte Guobao Pork, and I dare say it is one of the best in Toronto. In addition, I really like the decoration of this restaurant, which is full of retro style. Perhaps the only drawback is that the restaurant does not yet offer smoothies and ice cream, but I heard that they will be available in the all-you-can-eat set menu at noon every day, so I am looking forward to it!
