The 6 Cafe is an absolute gem for Cantonese food lovers in Markham. From the moment you walk in, the cozy atmosphere and attentive staff make you feel right at home. Their menu is a testament to authentic Cantonese cuisine, with an impressive variety of dishes to satisfy any craving. While everything I tried was delicious, the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly their tofu dessert. Hands down, it’s the best tofu dessert I’ve ever tasted. The texture was silky smooth, almost melting in your mouth, and the sweetness was perfectly balanced—not too overpowering, just the right amount to enhance the natural flavor of the tofu. Whether you’re a fan of traditional desserts or trying tofu for the first time, this is a must-try dish that’ll leave you craving more.
Ordered take out from here and got a salt and pepper white fish. We found a piece of, what I presume to be, stainless steel dish sponge in the food. The sweet and sour pork was also one of the worst I’ve ever had. It was just all fat. Tried to call them back to let them know what we found and they did not seem concerned and didn’t think it was serious. What if a child ate this piece of steel? Would not recommend this restaurant.
👎! Quality dropped. Meal size is small. Sweet sour meat only fat and no real meat dum in flour and deep fried it not crunchy anymore like before. Hk milk tea is bitter and less cream. Most disgusting meal i ever had. Not going back!😠😠😠. Asking 12% tip that china waitress is lazy called her over 2x for milk tea never bring it over. I needbto stand up and walk over to complaint.
We recently visited this place for their lunch specials around 11 AM on a weekday. The staff was busy but remarkably attentive, we felt well taken care of. The atmosphere was lovely, adorned with charming Japanese fortune cats, succulents, and a variety of plants. However, as the lunch crowd arrived, it did get a bit warmer and noisier, which became a little distracting. We tried the L30 Fried Rice Noodles with Beef and the L12 Deep Fried Pork Chop with Rice. Both dishes had generous portions, but I have to say the L30 was my favorite—it had that "wok hay" flavor that really stood out. Just a heads up, they do charge 50 cents for a takeout box, so remember to bring your own if you plan to take leftovers home.
Really good value combos for dinner! We got the 3 items and it comes with soup and rice. The dishes were pretty good for the price. Also tried their tofu pudding dessert which was really smooth and loved the ginger syrup!
Cozy restaurant with amazing atmosphere, so many lucky cat statues and plants around the place, it's a lot but somehow feels just right! The wait staff all feel long time team members and things are done fast! Food tastes excellent with lots of "wok hay" and large portions! Lunch specials are great deals and lots of self pick dinner for 2-3-4-5 etc! Great place to dine in or takeout! I give them 9/10!
This is a Hk style cafe restaurant. It’s decorated with a lot of beautiful live plants . We like the live vibe here. Staff is very friendly as well, and foods are served instantly! I mean ordered foods, and went to wash my hands, and the dish arrived on the table before I did! Tried 4dishes combo, most dishes are good quality, except the eggplants in the pot, which is a bit bland. , reasonably priced dishes with good portion, and the speed to table is impressive! Will come back try more items!
The food was decent for the price, which was affordable compared to some of the other HK-style cafes around now. We ordered a fried noodle, luncheon meat instant noodle, baked bolognese spaghetti, and corn and meat rice; of those, the rice was probably the most disappointing, but everything else was fine. They are also apparently known for their tofu pudding (豆腐花), which they make to order; we tried a small size (they have a small and large), which they say serves 2 people but was actually big enough for 4 people to try. It was pretty good, and their special brown sugar ginger syrup (which had pieces of candied ginger) was nice too. Location is convenient and they have a decent amount of seating (a mix of big and small tables). Because it was a weekday lunch hour, it was busy but there was no wait, though I can imagine that it could be busier on weekends.
Great place for causal lunch. Decent food quality and competitive prices. Food
A little busy but good quality
Great place! Tofu dessert is good deal and very yummy. Cantonese dishes are great!
I really like the Tofu pudding at this restaurant, especially with their ginger syrup, and that s why it s more expensive. I ordered takeout and they forgot the syrup. I called them when I found out at home, and the lady DID NOT EVEN SAY SORRY and did not get back to me (she said she would check with her colleague) Obviously she IGNORED me. Why??? Too busy?
Good value dinner combos
Fried noodles with beef and vegetables The eel fried rice is dry and tasteless The takeaway box costs 5 cents and has D water depth
After entering the store, someone patiently greeted me and took my seat. However, only half of the seats in the store were occupied at that time, and there were very few menu choices. Half of the two pages were Japanese dishes (combo), which felt more like a takeout restaurant. Today we had fried rice with rice and the chicken was very rough; fried rice noodles with olives and green beans were not tasty enough because there were only a few olives and the portions were relatively small. The best thing was the stir-fried pork with lotus root and lotus root, which was the only one that was good enough. Taste of a dish. The whole place was very noisy and the tableware was very old. They actually charged me 50¢ per takeaway box without informing me. Fortunately, I asked after seeing the bill, but the waiter did not come over to serve other than taking orders. I always saw them crowding around the cashier, so it was difficult to call anyone. To charge $60 for such service and taste, I really won t do it again.
The selling point is Japanese cuisine, the price is cheap, the food is of decent quality, and the whole family can go there if they dont want to cook.
Caviar and eel fried rice, baked pork chop with tomato sauce and rice, lunch with hot milk tea! Bucket-style tofu pudding + ginger sugar sauce! Very delicious!
They didnt have ma spaghett first time I went. The second time I went, it took 20 minutes to get my satay beef vermicelli. Portions were big, hot sauce was spicy. Food : 4/5
I order from this restaurant 3-4 times a week. Till today, there is a piece of metal found in my noodles.
Being a long time customer, this is the first time I visited this year. Took advantage of cooler weather, every summer they did not have air conditioning. The food is good but in a small portion. They still have the same Chinese New Year decorations all year round, looks like the management totally ignores this. Charged 50 cents for a takeaway container( which is a cheap quantity) is totally unacceptable.
Dont know how they can handle so many kind of delicious Chinese cruises. It was a weekend evening we went. Very busy. Food
For Sunday lunch, my husband and I ordered Neptune Hsinchu rice and tomato pork chop rice, and took home black pepper chicken chop. The worst thing I can think of is the black pepper chicken chop rice. The black pepper sauce has a sweet and slightly sour taste, which is not delicious. The Neptune Hsinchu rice dine-in has very few ingredients, and only the tomato and pork chop rice is pretty good. I also heard from the quarantine station and his family that his sweet and sour pork rice was not delicious and he should not complain next time.
The juice is salty, tart, and the fish is fishy. I can t even finish the meal! $17 The food is sweeter than D, no next time!
The quality of food is well beyond average.
Great food because our food came piping hot aka wok-hai which means great piping hot tasty food! Price is very good and decent portion. The servers are courteous and the place is clean Highly recommended
Afternoon Tea: great prices and portions. French toast, tom yum noodle soup amd milk tea $0.25 for takeout cup, $0.50 for food takeout (doggy bag) Debit & cash only Food : 5/5
Came here for afternoon tea/lunch. The bolognese spaghetti tasted okay, it was a bit strong on the tomato flavour. My mom got the rice noodles with beef brisket in soup and said it was bland. All meals came with a free hot coffee/tea. There is a $2 charge for cold drinks and $0.25 charge for takeout cups. Overall, the prices were on the lower side but the food was on average.
Good priced HK style lunch location.
Re: Also drinks didn t come out till way after the dishes came out. FYI traditionally in a hong kong cafe, the drink comes at the end of the meal, but most cafe just gives you the drinks when ever because its easier for them, you would need to request the drinks to come after your meal, but Id think if you want to get the drinks sooner, maybe you could have asked the staff?
We ordered the fish-flavored eggplant stew. As soon as we arrived, we smelled a strong smell of tomato juice. Once we tried it, it was completely different from the fish-flavored eggplant we usually eat. We talked to the first staff, but he talked about the ledge the whole time and didnt even check. We talked to the second staff, and he was reasonable with us. eggplant. We talked to the proprietress again, and she first helped us ask the kitchen if there was anything wrong with the cooking. I know they said that their normal fish-flavored eggplant stew is so sweet. I have never eaten fish-flavored eggplant stew that is sweet and uses tomatoes. After that, we turned around and made another pot. We waited for 30 minutes for each pot to be served. I don t recommend this restaurant The service attitude is not good. The other dishes I ve had before were just average. Their chicken was chewy and the other stir-fried dishes were too salty.
I thought the tofu pudding was famous, so I went to try it and have it for dinner. After Dianzhi ordered dinner, the nightmare began. First of all, we ordered the three waiters on the left, one of which was fish-flavored eggplant stew, and they actually used tomato juice to cook it. We solve problems. Finally, I have to ask their boss lady directly. First, ask someone to go to the kitchen and ask if it is normal. Of course, if you want to try the sweet and sour fish-flavored eggplant stew, you can try it! Secondly, we are still waiting for the third dish (Satay Beef Vermicelli Clay Pot) ), a total of three waiters came by and wanted to take away our bowls and chopsticks. We asked Zuo 3 times if we could cancel it if we were not ready. Finally, after we waited for about 15 minutes, our food arrived! Finally, I was very disappointed with the tofu pudding, which was not very smooth in the mouth.
Its the typical Hong Kong diner fare, but the quality of the food is lacking here. I had the Taiwanese beef noodle soup but was greatly disappointed when the dish turned out to be instant noodle with pieces of beef. Craving definitely not satisfied... The price is fair, so I guess its a matter of you get what you paid for. The staffs also seem to dislike their work too, judging by the amount of slamming, cutleries and plates throwing, and crashing chairs around.
Other than the daily soup which is free, dishes order is good. We come here particularly for Dry Fried Beef River, which is very good, very wok-flavored, comparable to Hong Kong Airport Tsui Wah.
The best Chinese restaurant there is in town. Trust me and try The 6 Cafe where literally everything tastes good and costs so little that you wonder why other similar restaurants charge so much. We go for lunch to get the black pepper porkchop or sometimes the Curry Beef (Which has been my new go to). For dinner, we go for the two dishes and two rices which consists of the Fried Oyster Hot Pot and Sweet and Sour Pork. Most notably, the fried fish in sweet and sour sauce has instantly become a second favorite dish. Their Tofu Dessert is the softest, sweetest thing youll ever have and is the BEST way to wind down after a meal. Not on the menu but their homemade custom XO Sauce is hand crafted to order and is the perfect balance of spice and taste. The owners are down to earth. I would love to go to the back and give the chef a firm handshake for his work in Markham.
Not authentic Hong Kong food. I ordered a beef brisket with noodles and this is not the type of noodles that come with brisket. Who serves egg noodles with beef brisket? Also drinks didn t come out till way after the dishes came out. With all the choices around this won t be one I come back to. Sorry.
Top food, amazing place to grab a Lunch (and dinner) with authentic flavors and dishes. Kid-friendliness: Amazing food for all ages
Absolutely loved my experience at this Asian fast food gem! The food was incredibly flavorful, showcasing a perfect blend of traditional and modern tastes. The service was quick and the staff was super friendly, making the dining experience even more delightful. Clean and cozy place for a quick bite.
Compared to before everything went down, especially service
The food quality and taste was amazing!!!
Authentic! Happy to have found this place, feels like home away from home
Great food with a great atmosphere!
Ordered a set meal, a total of more than 60. I asked what kind of stir-fried vegetables it was. I asked for cabbage sum or cabbage sprouts. When I checked out, I was told that it would cost an extra three yuan. It was not written on the menu. Forced buying and selling. I was charged 17 for a cabbage sum. I just saw that they also have a menu. The cabbage sum is only 14. This is a meal for people.
Seafood + noodles in tom yum soup: this dish was so disappointing... the soup tasted like they mixed hot water with ketchup. There was no sourness or fragrance that tom yum soup is known to have Stir fried black pepper spaghetti: beef was tender and spaghetti was cooked well but it lacked black pepper taste Milk tea was great
Foods and services are acceptable but not impressive. Cafe style settings with not much atmosphere
Best place to Enjoy authentic chinese.
Food was great for the price you pay. Gave 4 stars for service because we had a hard time ordering food from one waitress who simply walked away in the middle of our order and gave all her attention to a new group that walked in.
Tried their fried beef noodle and crispy noodles with meat. They were all good.
Good food at reasonable prices
It s a great shop with solid Hong Kong style food at good value. The only downside is the washroom does lack cleanliness.
We arrived at the opening on a Saturday for lunch They didnt get our order right and one plate was missing. The food took a while to arrive (the baked chicken steak) but everything was tasty and in generous portions The drinks also took a while to arrive even though there were still empty tables at the restaurant when we were there Overall, I suggest you double check your order with the waitress and let them know if youve waited a while Cash only
Sitting 55mins and no one come to serve other than a tap water :)
Super good Chinese
Good food and reasonable price
The food came out fast (felt like 5 mins after we placed our order food started rolling out). We ordered 7 dishes, combo of rice and noodles. The food was fresh and hot. I read some reviews that said it was tasteless and bland and to that I would say that it was authentic home cooked food (totally HK style) that didnt have the heavy oil or saltiness that you would normally get at a restaurant that is catering to more Western tastes. I would totally recommend this place, especially for a quick lunch as its fast and very reasonably priced. Each of our dishes came with a HK style milk tea as well.
Chicken rice is all bones! Cow
Small cozy place to grab lunch, taste food with reasonable price, service was ok Will come back for sure! Food
My family and I have enjoyed trying different restaurants in Markham and Richmond Hill over the past 10 years. Id like to share a few thoughts about this restaurant: The air ventilation is very poor; as soon as you step in, you can smell the cooking smoke from the kitchen. One night, we bought a set of 4 dinner combos for takeout. One of the dishes was satay beef with vermicelli noodles: some of the noodles were still hard, and the sauce was minimal. Other dishes were flavorless and not impressive. It was a busy night at the restaurant, and perhaps the cooks couldnt cope with the stress. When we picked up the food, the service at the cashier was quite bad. It made me feel like we were there begging for food. The prices are not cheap either.
Food was nothing to write home about. Decor was okay. Was expecting better at this place and had much better hopes. Ended a bit disappointed due to rude staff and food came uncooked.
Decent selection, fair prices and everyone enjoyed their dishes. Will come again
The afternoon tea is definitely worth coming for! The lunch portion is quite small for the price, so thats a disappointment. Overall, the drinks and service were good. This restaurant is quite spacious, and the decor is adorable with all the plants and cats.
is tasteless, not spicy enough. Very generic soup base. is soggy. Not enough wok hay. Not enough salted fish in rice. Very noisy dining area when the wok is fired up. Like eating at ! Overall, dishes are way to expensive for the quality of food served.
Went for lunch again today. The food quality was average and the sun was down. The cup of milk tea could only be described as poor. It was like milk tea and had no tea flavour.
Good quality food. Above average. Not disappointment yet.
good quality food for the price.
Delicious food, portions are smaller compared to other similar style restaurants.
First time ever ordered here, then my husband and I got food poisoning. Vomit, stomachs and diarrhea never order here again!!!!
Food came out really quick , was hot and delicious. Highly recommend.
An excellent enduring example of the Hong Kong style cafe. Their food has the appropriate flavour and wok hei and the seating area is mid-sized with banquette seating along two of the walls. Their prices are are around $12-14 per lunch dish with a fairly large selection and decent milk tea. Their service is brisk as youd expect from such a place but polite enough. Definitely on my favourites list
Good value for the money, extra large plates you will get. Fast service too. Must try,
My canteen
Food just OK, poor service, definitively the worst experience in the area.
Good dishes with frying cooking is excellent
Tried 11 dishes last night plus their tofu dessert, we were a group of 10. All the dishes were really good, highlight of the night was #23 fish #6 sweet and sour pork #63 tofu with assorted mushroom and #62 eggplant with minced pork. Dessert of tofu pudding in the bamboo canister was also Vegetarian options: Tofu and mushrooms Parking: Lots of spots, no charge
Had take out from this place for a few times and the food was always great. We finally dine in for the first time and the food was even better. The sweet and sour pork was crunchy and fresh. The eggplant in hot pot was sizzling. Everything was just delicious. The must try is definitely the sweet tofu at the end for dessert.
I was staying at the hotel across the street. I recently moved out of town and good HK food is hard to find where Im at. Ordered several dishes with a friend. Everything was good and their XO sauce is fantastic. By far the best Ive had in a while. Must order when youre there: Fried Rice Noodle, Beef, Soy Sauce (+0.75 XO Sauce/ )
Affordable Hong Kong style restaurant. Dishes are affordable, especially for the dinner menu. However, overall service can definitely be improved.
If you dont speak Cantonese waiters will be rude to you. Theyll ignore you, theyll make you speak up from across the room, theyll forget your order. The entire dining experience was tense and uncomfortable.
The sweet and sour pork was crunchy and fresh.
Excellent food quality. Would return.
I tried two dishes: the Fried Rice Noodles with BBQ Pork and Shrimp in Curry and Fried Rice with Diced Chicken and Salted Fish. The Fried Rice Noodles with BBQ Pork and Shrimp in curry was a standout and an absolute must-try for anyone visiting this cafe. The dish was bursting with rich curry flavor. Equally impressive was the fried rice with diced chicken and salted fish. Cooked to perfection. One minor drawback was the additional charge of 50 cents for the takeout container. While its a small fee, its worth mentioning for those who plan to take their leftovers home. Overall, The Six Cafe delivered on taste and quality. Overall Food : 10/10 Price : 8/10 Portion : 6/10
Good food & nice tufu dessert. Recommended.
Food was good, prices for happy hour is very cheap. We were disappointed with the service. We ordered 4 dishes for 4 people. We were waiting for 1 dish (pork chop bun) for 30-40 mins. Asked in between if they can check when it would arrive, we didn t hear back. Then when we asked again, they said they forgot about it and was gonna add it on the order. At that point we were almost done our meal. So we said to just cancel the bun. They said they had to charge us for the coffee that came with the bun. It s fine. Then when it came to paying the bill. The waitress got to the screen where it asks how much to tip for, I tipped a normal amount. Till later I realized there was already a service fee applied that we weren t told about. Slightly frustrating having to pay for service charge twice. They were okay to give back the extra tips we paid for.
Good portion. Service was quick and courteous. Great place for a quick meal. Came back again for dinner. Their dinner combos were reasonably priced
Very good curry
This place is like a hidden gem. If we didnt drive by, we wouldnt have known about this place. lol Their (stir fried beef rice noodles) is really good! Once their flat rice noodles are sold out, you need to wait for the next day. In which I totally appreciate that because then you know their noodles are fresh. Lunch special is from 11am to 4pm. Happy hour is from 2:30pm to 5:30pm. They also have for lunch and dinner. We came here a week ago with family and ordered the following dishes: 1. (deep fried shrimp with salted egg yolk) 2. (stir fried beef rice noodles) - definitely recommend! 3. (half shredded chicken) - so good! 4. (sweet and sour pork with pineapple) 5. (crispy deep fried silver fish sauteed with spicy pepper salt) 6. (stir fried beef with chinese broccoli) It is better to make reservations for dinner, as it gets really busy after 5:30pm.
If you can bear the noise from staffs and kitchen.
Good service and reasonable price. Tofu pudding my favorite.
We went there as it was near our hotel where family had come for a funeral. We are vegetarian and liked the fact they have interesting vegetable dishes. We made it clear that we are strictly vegetarian, but it turned out the tofu dish was meat (no doubt, we found a piece of bone in it). Luckily only one person wound up eating it, but she was violently ill around 1am and had vomiting and diarrhea for several hours into the next day. So there are two problems here: they did not take care to make sure it was vegetarian, and their meat made the person very ill. The person could not attend the funeral of someone like a father to her.
The food was average, not enough flavour in the three rice dishes we ordered. The worst part was, my friend had his HK Coffee and Milk tea drink cup break and it spilled. To make sure it didnt spill all over the table, we caught the drink in a used bowl. The waitress came and told us she could make a new one for us. When she gave us the new drink, we paid for lunch and left. After going home, we found out that the newly made drink was just the entire contents of the bowl poured into a new cup...including the rice and bones of the Baked Pork Chop dish! Absolutely disgusting and definitely wont be going back.
Homemade style Chinese dishes at a reasonable price
The portion was about right. We ordered fried rice and fried noodles. The carbs amount was generous but the protein was light. Overall the value was good because drinks were included with the entree.
my fav
Food is fair but the service is really bad. I could say theres no any service at all. But they mandate you to give at least 12% tips....they dont worth it. The lady server took the orders impatiently. When I asked for extra utensils, the server showed me her unwillingness to work. If you dont wanna work in the front line, please go home and rest. Tbh, I wont go back again, and I definitely wont recommend any of my friends, including you, to go there.
The Fried Rice Noodles with BBQ Pork and Shrimp in curry was a standout and an absolute must-try for anyone visiting this cafe. The dish was bursting with rich curry flavor.
$12++ Large disc The taste is a bit too salty and the fried noodles are too wet Add $2 to get a large takeaway cup of frozen drinks Very popular I ll try something else next time if I have a chance
Never disappointed. Will come again.
The fried rice with diced chicken and salted fish was ok, I prefer Congee Wong s version. This one wasn t as flavourful. The chicken chunks were too big and somewhat bland. The fish bits were also a bit large, and more sparse, so you only get that salty hit less often while eating. The braised beef in noodles was ok too, the stock also being somewhat bland. Minor comment: they ran out of the fatter rice noodles! (How do you run out at 5pm?). The saving grace was the dessert. Soft, piping hot bean curd with what I believe was real maple syrup, well prepared and well presented.
The food was tasty and had lots of wok-hey. My son and I ordered the eel fried rice and preserved cabbage on vermicelli. We both had a large cup of HK milk tea. I must say their HK milk tea is among the best in Markham.
Service was great, friendly and super efficient! Overall food was very delicious! Will definitely come back to try their lunch menu. The only dish was not what I expected was , didnt have some ( or ) as I had at other restaurant, but the dish was still very delicious!
Tasty food and good service. Clean restaurant.
One of our favorite restaurants for lunch. Foods are tasteful and consistent, friendly service too. Highly recommended
This place is like a hidden gem and we drove by to check it out l Their (stir fried beef rice noodles) is good . Also their house special chicken rice is pretty good. Lunch special is from 11am to 4pm from their menu. They also have for lunch and dinner. We came here a couple days ago with family and ordered the following dishes: (stir fried beef rice noodles) -a solid choice! Their house special chicken is good The place is small where the tables sea 4-8 people. It is better to make reservations for dinner, as it gets really busy after 5:30pm.
Good Chinese place for lunch
I ll give them the benefit of the doubt as it was my first time here and there were only two people working the front. We were not offered water. We were a party of three and only got two napkins. At one point the waitress dropped off food while on the phone. Food was good though, lots of variety and prices were fair.
Good Cantonese style foods at reasonable price.
Not bad. The price is affordable and friendly to the people. Try not to go there on weekends.
The stir-fried noodles and rice are so delicious that you can smell them even at the quarantine table!
Really nice Hong Kong restaurant. It wasnt expensive and the quality was good.
Price is not bad.
Good quality food at good prices. What more is there to say?
Many plants in the restaurant and as a result, many small flies. Price is reasonable for the service, food and environment. Will charge extra for take out container. It s understandable though as cost is high for containers.
Nice cafe for a good value for money meal. Very speedy and friendly service. Definitely will be back!
The side dishes are good and the staff is friendly
tried their take out and lunch, both good.
Not appreciating how they always round up your bill for TAKEOUTS. Ex. They would charge you $80 for something that should cost less than that according to menu and after tax. I would be happy to tip for good service even for takeouts, but it is not honest to charge above the listed price and without informing the customers. Why don t they just update the menu if they were going to increase price ? It happened a few times to us already so it was not an one time experience. Be prepared you may give out some tips involuntarily if you are ordering takeouts here.
This place is so bad with their service. I find their food is decent. Couple of things happened with my last few visit and I decided we will not return after few discussions with friend and we think that is not just happens to be coincidence . 1) when we pay our bill, gave the lady $100 and she came back with change, and we noticed that it was $20 short, so I put my hand up to get the waitress attention without raising my concern, the next thing she walks back with $20 and said, sorry gave u $20 short ?? This happened to my 2 other friends 2) take out containers No signs anywhere it says they will charge 50cents per take out box dine in !! As we finished our lunch and about to get the bill, the waitress asked if we needed a take out box, and I said yes, she informed us that there will be a charge. I m ok with paying for the box, however as the owner walked by, I asked her, if I was to order take out, the $$$ on the menu, does it include the boxes or I need to pay extra. She advised that it s included. So my question to her was, ummm ok that s fine but here is the catch 50 cents per box + taxes + tips ? 3) TOO MUCH FRUIT FLIES
Good food at great prices.
If they can improve their services, that would be good. Most of the time, out of stock for chicken at lunch. Food : 3/5
Food is more on the bland size. Drinks are always forgotten to be served every time for dine in.
Came to try this place out. Got a table quite quickly. We ordered a curry brisket with rice, and a pork chop in tomato sauce. For some reason, they ran out of tomato sauce, so we switched the the black pepper sauce. Taste wise, its not bad. Portion size and price are decent. Would try again
Food is great, prices are budget friendly and service is amazing
Wide selection of Japanese dishes at reasonable prices Salt and pepper squid, so thick, so fresh and so delicious Olive bone bone has just the right taste It s as good as Hong Kong s food stalls Recommended
Good food, good quality of food, comfortable place, good service, can give it a try!
The wok is strong, but the hand-shredded chicken has bones, which is a pity
A Hong Kong style tea restaurant for simple and quick meals.
Taste good
Nice
no one cares.. stood here for 10min..
We came here for happy hours in the afternoon. The tom yum noodle soup was yummy! It wasn t too busy and price was reasonable.
Tasty. Potion is a little small for the price.
Great food at extremely afforable prices. Usually have a few different items. All are very flavourable!
I love the HK style lunch menu here
The restaurant was clean and spacious. The food tasted really fresh and the portion was reasonable. The price was affordable and overall service was good. We came here to order our first takeout dinner combo special with 5 items. It came with complimentary soup of the day and rice. The taste of each dish was ok but nothing special. The portion was quite small. Honestly, I think their food tasted a lot better when you dine in. It s been a while since we came here for dine in service. They have a lot of choices on their menu for lunch combo. The food came quickly and tasted quite good. The portion and price was more reasonable for dine in. Recent Visit: We came here for a 3 main course dinner combo. They have a great selection on their menu. Most items were included in the combo price. Only some dishes will charge an extra fee to upgrade. The price and quality was good for value. The dinner combo came with complimentary soup and rice. It was tasty and fresh.
Good on food. Service, staffs are fast and polite, but did not got all the order correctly. less tha 31 dollars bill, paid 35 in cash, didnt offer changes expecting tips.
Not bad
Food is good, also the price.
Food is good, but the bill takes eons to arrive.
Food is good and reasonably prices.
I ve only really done take out and ordered their dinner combo. Hard to find a place that offers in-house soup and I like the fact they don t use much msg and food is delicious. Shredded chicken is one of the best dishes.
The food was delicious. The price is very reasonable and they also deliver their food very quickly. They give you homemade hot soup and even let you get refills which is awesome! My kids really like this restaurant and always have a good appetite there. I would definitely recommend this place.
Food is delicious, but delivery is slow
Good food and price is right!
Went there for dinner and the combo is a good deal. I would go back for the pricing but food is so so
They are best for their fried rice/noodle/vermicelli dishes. I have been to many HK style Chinese food places and this is definitely one of the best ones that has wok hey~
The servers are very unprofessional. Not allowing me to choose seats saying my grandma s wheelchair will block the road (but the seats in the restaurant were just 30-50% filled. No AC but today was like 23-25C. Ordered coffee but waited for 15-20 min without delivering one- And despite askinh them for 3 times when my coffees would be ready, they kept saying it s being poured . And obviously they just tried to ignore whatever chasing of orders we tried. Waving hands to them and they kept pretending not seeing us. The foods were tasteless . (So it wasn t like that but today the taste was horribly dull) . Made me wonder if they were actually on a strike. Won t come again. and won t recommend for sure - unless you wish to test the borderline of how much patience you have. Wheelchair accessibility: Bad. They gave me an impression they discriminate against wheelchair users.
Decent Chinese canto food. It can get quite bust on weekend so either arrive early or call ahead to reserve a table. Food
Was quite busy in the afternoon when we came around 2:15 pm on Sunday. We ordered chicken satay fried noodle and eel fried rice. Neither dish was amazing but cant complain about the price. It took them a long time (like 20-30 mins) to serve us our milk teas... They didnt come to refill our drinks in the meantime. We also waited a long time for the tofu pudding (45 mins I think) but it was pretty good.
We have come here two times (for dinner) on different months and the food is always great value. I would recommend the tofu dessert and the pork chop with sweet vinegar sauce. Quick courteous service too. There was one time we came when they ran out of chicken dishes, but we came pretty late (1 hr before closing). Would recommend for the customer who is looking to get a good bang for his or her buck. 4/5
