We went on Saturday night (7ppl) and by the time we arrived the staffs told us to wait for 10-15mins but end up we waited for 45mins and in the meantime another group of ppl comes in and they got a table before us(7ppl) we asked why they had a table before us a staff said they have reservation which I know they don t have one. Cos the staff asked them when they come in how many ppl tonigh. Bad service!

I celebrated my friends birthday here, and the lady who served her was really nice. However, the private room was a bit small, and the food was served at a moderate speed. Its often very popular, so you need to call in advance to reserve a table. Highly recommend the cheese lobster and typhoon shelter, they are really delicious and have endless aftertaste.

Force to pay tips at minimum %. Im ok to pay 10% but the server force us to pay 15% by pressing on the machine before giving it to us. If you pay cash you have to pay 10%. Now i understand why no one is going there.

Had a small wedding dinner at their restaurant at a Saturday night in their VIP room. Food was great and they were great at communicating with us, getting us what we need and advising us on choosing the right amount of food. I would highly recommend dining here.

BETTER PLACES TO SPEND YOUR MONEY. food overall is pretty good but nothing special compared to other lobster places. the service was terrible, you had to scream to get anyone to come to you. you could wave someone down and they would just look at you and walk away. the worst part is when my fiance was asking a server about a dish that was missing. it was not communicated to us it wasnt included anymore but we just wanted clarification. this male server started yelling at my fiance and was insulting her. on top of all that, they automatically charge you 18% tip, as if they deserve it. look out for the male server with a blonde dyed man bun and tattoos. hes incredibly rude and should be fired immediately.

some horrible service and food. Would never come here again. The waiters were very busy and rude. I would ask them for something but they would just ignore me on the spot. They reserved me next to the fish tank and I got splashed on. The food here was horrendous as it tasted very different compare to other authentic cantonese restaurants. Also the service would be so bad i had to get up myself and get the chopsticks or tissues. Would never come here again. Watch out for the blonde dyed ponytail male waiter, he is very rude and does not care about you.

DO NOT COME HERE!! There are better seafood restaurants than this one. There are customers who are smoking cigarettes inside the restaurant. There are kids around and everyone can smell the smoke from the restaurant vip rooms so expect to get second-hand smoke. The food is medicore, bland and expensive. The food takes a long time to come out of the kitchen so expect to sit here for more than an hour for just one plate of food. The restaurant is small so expect to wait for a long time to get a seat. You are not allowed to call in advance to reserve a table. The servers are rude and they dont care about the customers. If you need to refill your tea pot, dont bother as the server will just look at you and walk away. The atmosphere is not family friendly, its loud, smelly and the food takes forever to come out. I rather eat at the Wendys across the street than here as you get better customer service and the food comes out fast. There are barely any parking spots as well. Please read the other negative star reviews as they are correct. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COST!!

Average chinese seafood and stir fry place. Food was alright, service was good. I would say the plates were kinda oversized so it made it difficult at times to fit everything on the table. Overall I would say its average especially with the many competing restaurants within its vicinity.

I was speechless. He came in at 9:50 and told us that the chef was about to eat and we had to order quickly. Then at 9:54 he asked him to come and order. He said that the chef had already eaten and asked us to wait for half an hour. If you don t want to open the store, don t open it. Good luck.

Please dont come out to disgust people and close the shop early. The store closed at 1 a.m. and we arrived at 9:50. After a while, we were told that the chef was going to have dinner soon and we could place our order within 5 minutes. We said it was okay. About 2-3 minutes later, we asked the waiter to take our order and told us that the chef was already eating and could not cook it and would have to wait for half an hour. We said we should do it within 5 minutes as we just said, but we didn t even reach 5 minutes. We hesitated and couldn t explain it, so we just said we couldn t do it. Either tell the customers directly when they first come in that the kitchen is currently open for dinner and they need to wait for half an hour, or they change their business hours and will not take orders from 10 to 10:30, but will continue to do so after 10:30. Let us in, but not let us order, wait for half an hour, are you treating the guests like monkeys? Are you the only one who wants to eat? Aren t the guests hungry? The low rating makes sense.

The first time I bought garlic vermicelli and crab vermicelli, I was given a lot of vermicelli. The second time, it was a little less, so forget it. The third time, I really couldn t bear it anymore. Who can eat the two sparse mouthfuls... The vermicelli is so cheap and only a few pounds. Will not repurchase again...

Overall the food was solid. Service was non-existent, just really bad even by Asian standard. We ordered three dishes, and it took them over 30 minutes to arrive. The lady at the counter was walking around and talking without a mask (still mandated at the time). I didn t appreciate that. I have ordered: stir-fry lobster, stir-fry mixed greens, and duck soup. The lobster was average, not too good nor bad. The stir fry mix greens was good but the duck soup was excellent, its served on a gas stove to keep the soup warm. Will definitely go back for the duck soup.

The food was good and the service was average. Two people spent more than 200 and a tip of 20 was not enough. The words were unpleasant and the tea would not be refilled. I used to greet the waiter when I went out. He ignored me and only looked at me across the table. What a tip, will not go again!

We were hosted by a loving family who chose our menu. The lobster was the best Ive ever had- fresh, sweet, sashimi, and then other parts were baked. Every dish was flavorful and beautiful to look at. A spectacular experience.

Ive sat in for dinner quite a few times and ordered the fried oysters, which I highly recommend! The wok hay is very obvious and you can easily taste it in their foods.

Came for lobster, they had no lobster. Order chicken instead , they said no chicken. Seafood restaurant without seafood? Had to wait over an hour to order veggies. Very unprofessional and pricey. Don t even recommend to my worst enemy.

Good spot for solid dim sum without the crazy weekend crowds. Otherwise for a seafood dinner, do try to make a reservation. Their seafood is fresh and other dishes are very good with wok hay, the smokey wok flavour thats essential to good Cantonese cooking. The dim sum alway comes hot. The clay pot rice has particularly good value since its a large portion. For regular dishes, the sweet and sour pork is a favourite and they use fresh pineapple and serve it to you too!

Family and I have had dim sum and dinner here many times and the quality is always AMAZING. Some of the best traditional Cantonese style dishes you will find in Scarborough markham. We ordered the stir fried pumpkin and mushrooms and the chicken clay pot bowl with black fungus. Deep rich flavors.

All the dishes were very tasty delicious but they were a bit pricey. parking was good the servers were just okay. with the price and a service, one time was good enough for me.

Weekend morning dimsum is promotion must try. Parking is a issue you may park to other place to walk here. 9 people eat a lot but only less than 200 that is cheaper before 11am.

The service is particularly bad. If you order something other than seafood, you have to wait for more than half an hour. Within an hour, their seafood was served even though they came later than us. Not fair.

First time went there at late night, got very bad impression. I saw the owners friends(or the waitress friends) were eating, the waitress even allowed them smoking inside the restaurant! I would never going back there again, and the kind of food they make I can easily find anywhere, so fk it!!

Given that we came here on a Friday noon for dim sum and the place was rather quiet, most of our ordered items still took at least 20-30 min to be served, including standard dishes like , , . The worst part was another table of customers sat down and ordered after we placed ours, yet they received many of the same things we ordered before us. The of the waitresses tried to defend their actions which aggravated the situation. The gentleman who came at the end to bill us gave us a particularly nasty long face. To the restaurant owner: Let us know why we should come back again after suffering your staffs behavior.

Came here for a casual dinner. Ordered set seafood dinner plus chicken hotpot. Service was generally terrible. Only one good server. The rest are useless. The atmosphere was shocking. Some young families but young children had to witness drunkards puking storefront and passing out on the bench at the entrance. Also drunkards were yelling loudly inside the main dining area. The drunkards came out of the private rooms for air . Guests inside private rooms were smoking and the smoke intrudes into the main dining area. My guests and I wanted to leave as soon as possible as we can t handle second hand smoke. It s been so many years since I ve experienced smoke inside a building. I initially thought something was on fire until one of my guests told me the patrons inside the private rooms were smoking indoors. Parking was also terrible. The neighboring auto garage was very nice to accommodate the restaurant s patrons vehicles. There are many deep pot holes in the parking lot so be careful of your bumper. Do not recommend this restaurant at all. Food quality was mediocre to bad. Eel was undercooked with blood and had to go back in the steamer. Lobster weighed heavier than they could provide for the set dinner so they charged additional fee. Lobster was fried with green onions and it was bland. The batter fell apart. Just terrible - a mouthful of oil. Avoid at all costs unless you want second hand smoke and to be puked on. You ve been warned.

I am pretty sure its a Fujian style seafood restaurant. Dont expect its taste like Cantonese flavor. Most of customers are Fujian people. If you are from Fujian, you may like this restaurant. The customer service is totally sucked as other people posted.
