Only 1 item was correct on our delivery. Im calling to get our order. Not only did they ask me to describe each ingredient in our order as if just saying that these are not jalapeno burgers was not enough, I had to describe each ingredient inside the burger received. They insisted that they put the soup in the box, ok but you didnt deliver the right box to me because I dont have any soup. And they refused me a refund. This is not the first time that there have been errors in our orders, but there are limits to being stolen.

I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru order to get 2 well-cooked thighs of which I threw one away and its not the first time. I have a hard time understanding that people still buy from you . but in our case its the last time.

For some time now, Benny de Mascouche has left something to be desired. The staff is clearly not like before either. Total lack of management and what can we say about the cleanliness of the restaurant. Toilets completely dirty and not very clean. Smells of rot so I cant even imagine the kitchen... Benny you are going to continue to lose your customers.

This evening we called for a delivery from Benny Mascouche and we live in Mascouche about 7 minutes from this restaurant we are asked to order in Terrebonne which they do not deliver to our address WoW ok we call to the one in Terrebonne we are asked to call the one on boul. Pitiful service! We ordered from the drive-thru this evening and the person serving as well as the rear noise seemed to be in the party. When we arrived home, my child could not eat his meal as it was the spicy version and not the regular one. Our meals paid for $86 were all cold. I then called to mention it and the young girl put me on hold, telling me that she would inquire with the manager. After a long wait. She tells me the manager is on vacation and will call me back at some point. I asked to know the owners name and the employee doesnt know his name... My opinion, a big ZERO! Insulted to have to pay for 4 meals, throw them away and be fooled.

My friend and I ordered a thigh meal and a crispy halapeño burger. Food wise, no problem ordering, good cooking, good quantity, good taste. Nothing amazing, but you get what you pay for. Its not that expensive! The service is really ordinary, but it is very fast (10 minutes for our two full meals). Vegetarian options: Some rare vegetarian dishes. Kid-friendliness: Child seats and toddler menu (3 plate choices) available.

I always take to the drive-thru. I like the fact that I can replace my fries (which are always bad, thats Bennys only fault) with coleslaw.

If you have an hour of your life to waste waiting for a piece of chicken this is the right place.

All the orders that we have delivered, there is always something missing... its rubbish! Updated January 2023. Its worse than worse! Order made for delivery around 2 p.m. which finally arrived at 3:07 p.m. missing the salad, sauces as usual and everything was completely cold. In the meantime, we are told that the delivery man has already left. We get put on hold for a call for more than 15 minutes with no return... we call back and everything, only to be offered a $5 discount. I just paid for a meal that was cold, questionable and incomplete without having any way of getting a refund or even preparing another order that I would pick up. Its as if Im being fooled on the phone... looks like the manager is going to call me back in the next few days. Its over for this branch in Mascouche.

Good morning, We went through the drive-thru on a Saturday evening and ordered a Caesar salad as well as other meals. For the salad, what can I say about the salad, it was the worst of the worst, Ill tell you. 1: The dish was only half full. 2: Believe it or not there was a foot of lettuce in it and some pieces of lettuce were brown like never before! 3: the chicken looks like it was the dry leftover that no one wanted because it was very tough. 4: Im not sure if its supposed to have bacon and cheese inside but there was nothing in it. I order from this restaurant almost once every 2 weeks. I have to open my boxes before leaving EVERY time because an item is always missing (coleslaw, sauce, bread, childrens meal sauces and so on.) I no longer use the service of delivery because I experienced the worst service ever, I had to contact the manager to obtain a refund. This time, Im ordering takeaway online. My two childrens meals I check 3 fruity sauces. I have proof on the paper receipt from the restaurant. I open my boxes, I only have one sauce per box. I ask at the counter for the 2 missing sauces. The clerk tells me that I have to pay for the extra sauce. I bring him the receipt that he just gave me showing that I am supposed to have 3 sauces per childrens box as checked when I ordered. He tells me that its a new restaurant policy to only provide one fruity sauce in childrens meals and asks me again if I want to pay. I tell him to let it happen and that its the first time Ive heard this excuse. I have left the restaurant and would like Benny &Co to confirm that this policy is real and valid? Ridiculous how bad and unpleasant this branch is.

Several items missing from a recent order. No compensation offered other than a credit. This isnt the first time this has happened. According to the comments, I am not the only one to notice these types of problems seem much more frequent than before. The branch does not seem really sensitive to these shortcomings. We dont seem to have any compassion for the customers. Damage.

Really disappointing 30 minutes before closing we are told that there is no chicken which is inconceivable for a restaurant such as Bennys. As well as the employee who drops the mope and places an order without washing his hands. Wow!!

I gave it a 5 star because usually everything is excellent but I arrive home and its no longer me who puts my cheese so how do I know which of the 2 poutines has extra cheese if you dont mention it or you dont even write it on the box...Im going to dig into poutine here...plus it becomes melted mozzarella and thats not cheese curds! The order placed consisted of a club for 2, half without tomato. The meals received were both without tomatoes and half of the club was without bacon. The chicken was cold, straight out of the fridge. The poutine next door was still a good size. Rotisseries Benny have a clear lead over Benny & Co. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Well how can I put it... I order a breast with garden salad + quarter leg for my girlfriend. I receive the quarter leg and a box without chicken and without salad I call, they send me my brisket order... 1 hour and 20 minutes later I receive a quarter brisket meal with FRIES??? Still no salad! And they didn t reimburse me but credited me with a salad and a slice of pie for next time Seeing the photos is pathetic!

Tuesday April 19, I order a duo, two boxes of chicken (leg and breast). After ordering and everything, I was told that there was no more coleslaw...yes, yes, no more coleslaw on a Tuesday at 6am. For what? we dont know but Im offered to double the portion of fries, sauce or bread?? Not strong, no compensation but a surplus of what we dont want. Next time Ill go elsewhere, you never know it could possibly run out of fries or sauces who knows. Ok, ok, yes the duo is cheap etc...Chicken very good, although the thigh had red near the bone, sauce too sweet!

We ate very well and were never disappointed at Bennys as well as at Rawdon, St-Esprit, the 2 restaurants in Joliette, in Berthierville. For us its the place for good chicken.
