Wow, my chicken breast wasnt nice enough for them, the person in charge asked to change it for a nice one even before I received my plate. They care about the appearance of what they serve on their plates. First time Ive experienced this, its to their credit. The tables are clean and a little background music plays during the meal. My whole family ate well and we had a good time as a family.

Be advised that if they forget your order, the refund is very complicated and chaotic. After more than a week and several contacts with customer service still waiting.

Mascouchois pay attention to the St-Hubert delivery cars. Stay on your guard, the delivery men switch to red after almost 10 seconds.

This establishment won stars a long time ago..... today and bo boy its been forever since I went there for 15 minutes for my meal because the oven was defective I asked for a refund, Im going to get something else and the cashier told me that she didnt have this power..... to end up with my ordered meal

Me and my wife went to St-hubert de Mascouche this evening October 27th. We received great service at the counter as well as a warm welcome from their team leader. We wanted to try their ribs with their new sauce and we were not disappointed. We ate there, the music wasnt too loud and we even had a visit to our table from an employee who wanted to make sure everything was to our taste. (rather rare in an express restaurant?) But we enjoyed it. We will return there soon, Jacques and Lyne

I have always had good service. The food is good. I really like the chili sauce they put in the club burger. I even ask for them for my fries! The dining room is clean and well maintained.

Impeccable service but we dont go there for the atmosphere. Its an express....but everything else 5 stars!

My experience at St-Hubert was very positive. The service was impeccable and the employees very kind. Vegetarian options: Meals like St-Hubert vegetarian poutines are available for vegetarians.

Never seen it be bad like that! I don t think that once when ordering from the car I got the right sauce! Hell! After that you ask for a tip

Order at 5:00 p.m. and ask for 5:45 p.m. and received later but the delivery man had notified but received my hot chicken like this a bun and dry fries and everything was cold and very little chicken its disappointing for the price

I ordered a chicken skewer for 24.00 no vegetables two skewers no vegetables some bland rice no vegetables. I am very disappointed 24.00 apart from tax and tips I no longer recommend St Hubert

My chicken fillets were overcooked Its really disappointing for the price... a $70 meal thats not edible except for the rice. Last time I ate at St Hubert its really no respect for the customers... I gave 2 stars because you agreed to change the salad but its not worth more...

Ask if you want to add a tip each time, even when ordering at the drive-thru. The fact remains that it s fast food (St-Hubert Express) just like McDonald s, A&W, Tim Hortons and others. I have never been asked this question in another drive-thru order.

Are you missing chicken or something??? First time I see this, the cry of my hand is too big to put all the chicken that was in my hot chicken...

I order the 3 chicken fillets combo to take away. The guy after me orders exactly the same thing as me but to eat there. After waiting almost 10 minutes, I realize that the waitress is giving the order to the guy after me and he goes to sit down. I waited another 5 minutes before getting my order. If I am the first customer of 2 and both ordered THE SAME THING I should receive MY order before the guy BEHIND me... IN ADDITION... my order is for take-out... Im going out with my bags, go in my car and leaves... arrived at destination, no napkin or utensils in the bag... NOT STRONG. ^#&@%#& service

I found a skewer in my meal and injured my gums. The manager never called me back. This evening customer service contacted me following my Google review. They cant do anything... Its not the $10 for the meal that bothers me, its the principle of respecting the customer, which is not observed at all. We will go to Bennys in the future :)

Back in the area, always the same problem, chicken always way overcooked, in Laval sur St-Martin it was so perfect, too bad the manager didnt take these comments into account 3 years ago old comment The problem is that the chicken is always overcooked. Under the skin its overcooked, chicken too dry. And you should always check before you leave, because something is often missing.

I ordered Tuesday for dinner the empoulet was so dry that I threw away my chicken and my poutine was all spilled in the box it was really very unacceptable...Im going to order from this place again

When I took my order at the drive-thru, I took the time to say that I didnt mind waiting to get fresh fries. I arrive at the window, I pay and they give me my order directly, I ask if my fries are out of the oil and they confirm that yes as in fact I arrive home 5 minutes later, my fries were really cold and soft.. really disappointing, the rest was hot but my fries were very cold and its a shame to pay for a $17 meal to have fries that were not edible.. I call a restaurant and they practically call me a liar and they end up giving me a $2 credit... really bad customer service. Your $2 credit you can keep it, Ill go elsewhere the next time, I never have this kind of problem at Bennys

I have always been satisfied with the meals ordered, the delivery is fast and the delivery men are smiling and friendly.

1h40 for delivery even though it said 60 minutes when ordering. The person on the phone was unable to tell me if my order was gone or not. And of course it was cold.

Incomplete order, missing 4 out of 9 items. Desserts are bad, way too sweet. At 3.50, the poutine portion is more than disappointing! One more order for $100, I expected much better. Very disappointed!

Does it take a university degree to include peri peri sauce when ordering peri peri chicken? Thats just 3 times out of 5 that you forget it!!! HELLO?????.

Food took 2 hours to arrive, it was cold and inedible, we threw everything away, we called customer service, they wanted to re-deliver another order, yes, I usually dont have dinner at 8:30 a.m. They told us that the restaurant would call us back to give us a credit, no call after 24 hours of waiting. Self order At lunchtime, no one in line and no customers inside I order a chicken wrap, I arrive at the cash register to pay and the cashier asks me if I want to put more money, already you shouldnt have the right to do that, its like forcing peoples hands , secondly after this I wait for my order for 5 minutes no one inside and I am alone ordering at the car they give me my poutine and ask to go wait for the wrap in the parking lot, this is 10 minute Im waiting. Im wondering if since I didnt give a tip to the drive-thru order, people are laughing at me right now. First time I came and if this system of asking for extra money and also making me wait a really long time for a chicken wrap I find it a bit ridiculous.

We have adopted restaurant since it opened. We are regulars. The service is fast, the restaurant is clean and its always hot. I swapped the table service restaurant for the express one because basically its the same thing and we save on tipping. The bill adds up quickly with a teenager! Plus they have a good variety especially since they added chicken skewers to the menu. Alone, as a couple or with family, its ideal when youre in a hurry to shop! Enjoy your food!

Placed an order at 6 p.m. for online delivery, received confirmation that delivery would be around 30 minutes...Being more than patient, decided to call customer service after 1:30 a.m. because still not received the order and that we are unable to call directly to Mascouche. They confirm to me at 7:20 p.m. that the delivery man is on his way, its just that he forgot to punch in delivery ... he suggests that I send a message to the manager so that he can call me back... 7:50 p.m. still no order arrived, called back to customer service to confirm that finally the delivery man would have just left at 7:40 p.m.!! Tells me hes sending a 2nd note to the manager to call me! 8 p.m. the order finally arrives, half of the order is not cooked so much that the cheese sticks are still so square that they have barely cooked them! Bad service especially since the manager never called us!!!!!

We ordered a thigh combo....the order arrives WITHOUT THE THIGH! We asked for whiskey sauce...regular bbq sauce in the box...then the whole dinner was cold. When we call the restaurant, we are told there is nothing they can do. Bad customer service on top of a bad meal.

If I could give -8 stars, I would. Last night, I ordered a vegetarian poutine without cheese. It didnt even have poutine sauce and there were pieces of cheese hidden at the bottom. I pay $14.25 for my poutine to finally have it without sauce and with things I didnt ask for.

But what bad service at St-Hubert mascouche. When its not order errors, its delays of more than 75 minutes. After more than 3 years of ordering from this location (Mascouche), it s over. It lacks rigor, changing managers, you will end up losing all your customers.

Not clean, people enter without masks and sit down while waiting for others to order. No validation of the vaccination passport for them. Cold food.

I ordered 2 plate picks it said 65 min for delivery, ok it works. 1:30 later it arrives its cold with extra fries extra sauce, as the photo shows its been so long that its been in the delivery mans car that it melted and the covers split!! Marinara picks it up in the brown sauce I call customer service to complain, they put me on hold for 10 minutes to tell me its rare that this happens, we cant do anything, the restaurant will call you back to see what they can do... we arrived the next day and still no news! I suggested that they come and get their bad and not wanted box so I do not recommend the St Hubert de Mascouche to anyone and not even to my worst enemy

We ordered with a wait time of one hour. Suddenly, we were missing one of the meals we had ordered. After calling back to tell them we were missing a meal, the wait for the missing meal was 45 minutes. Its just that this is the 3rd time weve had ordering problems with this restaurant. Its rare the times I eat in a restaurant, but when I go to St Hubert Express I always come away satisfied and smiling. The service is fast, the food delicious and the employees smile. If there were more than 5 stars to rate it I would have happily given it more.

WOW! What a great experience at the St-Hubert express in Mascouche. Very good service for a fast food restaurant. The health measures were well respected and I could feel the smiles of the employees through their masks. Plus, the food was comforting. In short, impeccable/fast service and excellent food. I will definitely return with my family when I come back to town.

I went for two poutines and its perfect for sauce lovers because its good and my poutine was bathed in sauce (I started with the cheese, thats why theres more)
