McDonald's in Mascouche

The lady dressed in black (supervisor I imagine) during the week during the day is very unpleasant. She clearly has no concept of customer service.

I was told by an employee this morning at 8:15 a.m. he told me that if Im not happy there is a Tom Horton MC right in front.. its unacceptable!!

Trio mc muffin with egg and sausage and trio mc muffin with bacon..cold sandwich and half-cooked egg full of goo not forgetting the mayonnaise packet full of sticky and moldy food on it. Really disappointed. Cleanliness to be reviewed!! We went back there on Saturday October 5th..the young men (3) who worked there..I say well done to them..helpful, courteous, respectful and fast..well done guys

Never decaffeinated coffee. I come to shop 3 times a week at Walmart and the McDonalds inside never has any Decaf... Whatever....

I order a Crispy Mac Bang Bang I get a normal crispy Mac I return it and when the cashier asks to redo it, the 3 little guys in the kitchen laugh and think its funny I see one wipe the Mayo sauce with a napkin and then put the new one back on and make my burger just right... luckily I wasnt allergic to Mayo. For me, even working in a fast food restaurant, it seems to me that you do it all over again properly or at least you ask the customer before doing this kind of thing to be sure that it doesnt bother them. [English review after] This McDonalds is really disturbing. On several occasions over the past year, there have been small incidents. Usually it is minimal. However, today the majority of my order was not there. Plus, there was plastic in my McFlurry. Luckily it was lodged in my teeth. This McDonalds branch is a safety hazard and is unprofessional, because I ordered from them via UberEats and they not only didnt not give me hard of my order. They also gave me a McFlurry with plastic in it (broken pieces from the lid). Fortunately the shards were lodged in between my teeth and I didnt ingest it.

Ive never had a Big Mac with so much sauce. It took away the taste of this sauce for quite a bit.

Hier je suis allé avec ma fille pour prendre un Trio Regal en pensant quelle aurait un verre gratuit. He bien non, la Pub dit verre gratuit dans les Mc Donald Wall Mart avec un Trio !! En plus ... il ny avait ni contenant pour ketchup, ni ketchup, ni paille, ni serviettes... Le gérant bien absent, juste 2 petits employés pour essayer de servir. oh!!

a very dedicated young girl, very fast service, always with a smile, I cant say her name, they dont repeat the order three times, because she remembers its customer what they eat....not very big, brown hair, but she moves air, very competent, and believe me she moves, the orders are kind!! always there on Wednesdays, we love her....and she easily recognizes our first names....her first name is mine escapes, she is often at the checkout, and she comes out, believe me!! My parents took me to eat at the first McDonalds to open in Montreal. I have the experience etched in my memory. The Big Mac was so good, well cooked and presented, I needed a second one, with the fries and the 7Up. Served with a smile and there was extra money. No errors, served quickly. Today we are at the other negative extreme of this whole experience. We ask for our opinion again for each visit, each franchise, loss and wasted time, we can copy and paste: THE WORST WHICH EXISTS FOR ANY FAST RESTAURANT BUSINESS IN THE HISTORY OF THIS TYPE OF RESTORATION.

The shift manager in the kitchen asks him if the gentleman (me, because I am the only one in the restaurant at the time) has been served. I ask her why she didnt say anything to the cashier and she tells me. that she will do that after this break...
