This McDos used to be the best! but in the last year it has really gone down in quality. English muffins are always hard as a rock, hash browns always cold, iced coffees never good. There is a lady there now who greets you when you walk in and keeps all the tables clean, she is AWESOME!
The level of filth and garbage here was deplorable. Both garbages are over flowing, every table is covered in sticky sauces and food, while the manager sat here for over 40 minutes enjoying her meal while her employees behind the counter were struggling to keep up with the crowd. 10/10 would avoid this location
The touch screens weren’t working and no one was available to order in-person. The only people served were those with the using the drive trough and those with the McDonalds App. Impressive!
Ordered smoothie off app. Waited 10min. No one came. Went in . 6 employes behind counter laughing talking. Asked where my drink was. They said order lost. Did not apologize. Just kept laughing. Keep your money. Not worth horrible service.
Long wait for food not too fresh and usually order is wrong
50 kids working and on training this is great and good to encourage the kids to work. Got my coke hot and no ice. Not a big deal! Went back to ask for a correction to get it cold with ice. Had to wait 10 minutes! Wow

Ive been a few times, but this time, although it was delicious, we ordered a double with bacon and salad. It came without bacon, without tomato. Lack of attention, young attendants and joking all the time.
So disappointing, theres nothing in it..quarter pound meatball 3 onions, 2 pickles, and really no sauce, leftovers taken from George... I have my McDonalds trip empty. What can we say about lunch...bacon mc muffin...it gives you dry English muffins that will break your teeth. You say to yourself, Im going to leave it dry... well, hug it out, you realize that the egg disintegrates because its not cooked... its hard.

Not the first time this has happened to me, but this McDonalds always has trouble giving our order correctly, there are always errors and they often forget to give us the condiments, they forget to give us items in our orders or the food is often cold and dry

This restaurant has become dismal. Employees who do not speak French IN MASCOUCHE!!!!!! The Asian lady has no business at the drive-thru if she doesnt even understand French. 10 minutes for 3 coffees and a hamburger. There is where the FAST in Fastfood. We already lost food a long time ago. Parking: Poorly designed parking lot which is blocked by people going to the drive when a line forms.

If you want to go to a place where they understand nothing of your order and even do the opposite of what you ask, you have chosen the right restaurant. The service is devoid of intelligence. The cashier obviously did not seem to understand the clear requirements, she decided to act as if nothing had happened and ultimately the order was nothing short of a disaster.
I ordered a crispy Cajun mc trio with a crispy chicken avocado wrap, I waited 20 minutes in an empty drive-thru but its okay Ive seen worse. Arriving at the window, a very nice lady but who speaks neither French nor English repeats to me several times Cajun chicken and avocado wrap, I understand that it is indeed my order. I look, quickly grab the bag, I see a wrap, I see my fries ok that s my order. Arrived at home I open the bag and I see a wrap package rolled up on the top of the bag but my wrap is lying loose at the bottom of my bag, ok it happens. I keep looking and I realize that instead of my chicken sandwich, they gave me an old soft éclair wrap that was overflowing everywhere. I just eat my crispy avocado wrap but guess what?? The chicken in my wrap was not crispy but well grilled but tho, grilled chicken not finished being grilled, wet chicken you could call it. I wanted to go back but obviously, no invoice in sight and seeing the other reviews I understand that its not even worth trying to get my order. Basically, why repeat myself about crispy Cajun chicken and crispy avocado wrap if that wasnt even close to being what she put in the bag. Note that there were two on the floor and it was the same lady who packaged my order. Fun fact; the label of the old soft wrap reveals that it was intended for a customer at the counter inside, not surprised that it ended up in my order because as said earlier, the cashier did not speak French, she could not know

This is the most unsanitary lunch I have seen! 2 trash cans and both were overflowing! All the tables were dirty as were the chairs. We had to ask someone to clean the place because we couldnt sit down. Then the person decided to empty the trash. It s a terrible place!

Unsanitary, no one in all the employees takes the initiative to empty the trash cans which are overflowing on the floor, no clean tables, food everywhere under the tables, sticky table and the place is infested with fruit flies because it is so unclean .
Conventional Mcdonald! Often I make errors in my orders such as not having the extras I paid for or the wrong format of drink etc! Although these are (Fast Food) speed and low prices if we can continue to say that the prices are low, this should not allow frequent errors! Maybe I should go to a real restaurant to expect fewer mistakes, you might say! And you would be right :)

The dining room almost all the tables and floor were dirty every time we went there. And there was almost no one inside. The fries and croquettes were lukewarm to cold. Otherwise, the rest was good.

What is relevant to say about a large fast food chain like McDonalds?!? The Mascouche branch is rather small, I would say at a glance that it must contain around fifty seats at most. Its strong point is undoubtedly its small Ronald McDonald play park. Small but still a must-have for children. The service is good and relatively fast with the exception of certain peak hours and night shifts where the drive-through service often finds itself very overwhelmed. Having to pay $60 for food to not even have half of my items and half of the employees are even 11 years old. We can see that management in McDonalds is not their strong point. The food is like any McDonalds. However, I like their McDonalds park, it allows the children to burn the calories we consume there . Also, I appreciated the cashier service, because to take advantage of the summer discounts on cones, I had to install the Mc Donalds application (this application does not work in the USA ). He assisted me from start to finish and with the number of cones I had to take, he allowed me to save money .

Last night, June 25 around 9:30 p.m., I went to the McDonalds drive-thru specifically to try the new Nacho chicken poutine, but when I returned home, I had received an original poutine (I paid more to get nacho poutine and I really wanted to try it). So, I went back to exchange it, but had to convince the cashier that I had actually placed an order 15 minutes earlier, because I didnt have a receipt to prove it. Without even receiving an apology, she asked me to wait on the side. This cashier made me feel like she was doing me a favor to make me a new poutine since I didnt have the receipt, but its frustrating because they were the ones who neglected to put it in my bag . So, I had to wait on the side, but no one ever came to give me my order. In fact, a few customers were served while I waited. I was sure that at least one of the employees serving these orders would realize that a customer had been waiting (outside to the side) for quite a while without receiving anything, but no. So, I had to go in to find out what was going on. I waited at the order counter for several minutes and ALL the employees ignored my presence and they all walked by me without ever looking at me (I felt like they were ignoring me on purpose). So after 5-10 minutes I went to the other counter (receiving orders), but no more consideration from them. I decided to call someone and ask if there was a supervisor on site, but the young man froze, he didnt really know what to answer me. As I explained the situation to him, he smiled and looked at two young girls near the counter (he may have been uncomfortable, but still not really professional). Moreover, one of the two young girls allowed herself to click intensely on one of the restaurants devices behind the counter (perhaps she was an employee who was not working that day), in short, I found it very strange, but oh well. Finally, he made my poutine and I was finally able to leave with the correct order.

A loyal customer for 15 years. I go to McDonalds regularly but since 8 p.m. this evening I know how to finish. I order a chicken bacon warp as a trio, I receive my order quite quickly but the problem is that the bacon in the warp was still frozen. To be honest, that disappointed me... I know that McDonalds doesnt have a very good reputation these days but that didnt stop me from coming to get something to eat. Now its over.

No customer service at the checkout close I ask for help from a young man without a name tag to help me and he immediately starts to judge, roll his eyes and Im rude because I need help at the machine, it tells me they are understaffed as if we customers are supposed to know that they are understaffed. Finally, even when he had nothing more to do, he let me stand there without ever helping me...I dont understand why people who have emotional management problems work in places under pressure! Also NO ONE wears a net on their hair and my order took 25 minutes. The machine has no paper for the receipt and I had to fight to get my receipt

I have only been to this mdco once, this morning for the drive-thru order. There was no line, yet the girl who took my order seemed in too much of a hurry to speak in full sentences. Not even hello, the first thing she said to me was point card? , so quickly that I didn t understand. Then she said to me very stupidly the order?, then told me to move forward. Arriving at the first window to pay, she doesnt even look at us, but waves with her hand to move forward to the other window. Luckily she was done with it and the young man at the second window was at least smiling. On the other hand, our muffins are not edible, I spat out my first bite. in short I wont go back there again

Seriously, it was really pitiful. I went to the McDonalds to give some to my brother and then we ordered two small menus, it cost us $23!! In the joyful celebration: a toy that doesnt even work, a burger with 2 slices of wet bread with a mini piece of pickle and ketchup. And then in our other order; mc-croquettes as soft as fries and fries soft and moist. Honestly, I dont think Ill come back in the years to come. I know it s McDonald s: fast food. But they could have pushed themselves a little; Teenagers who enter the kitchen when they are not working (friends of the employees) and some employees on their phones. In addition, we asked for apple juice on your menu and we never received anything. Disappointed. Thanks for understanding.

Terrible service. The general manager Joël does not respond to the email sent for a complaint from the Mascouche branch. He doesnt care if a customer is unhappy. The branch manager is no better. When will there be a change in management? Its urgent!!
