Great discovery for me. Im going back for sure

Very noisy, people are shouting to talk to each other, when placing the order we were told that there would be a wait before being served because of a group of 8 for a birthday. Average price for what it is. The waitress was nice. The bread seems limited, a basket of 2 small pieces for 2 people, but it was hot, a good point and we were able to have another basket on request with 3 pieces. 80 for 1 plate each, nothing else before or after.

Ordinary and slow service! Poorly cooked pizza. Received lukewarm almost hot water. No napkin. Difficulty having peppercorns diligently! Caprese salad with quartered tomatoes and iceberg lettuce instead of basil in a bowl?? We order a linguine dish and we get spaghetti? Answer we have more linguine??? Notifying in advance would have made it possible to modify the order? Low quality/price ratio (restaurant prices) cafeteria food! An experience to be forgotten!

First visit to this restaurant! The pizzas are excellent, the arabiatta sauce divine! Impeccable service, affordable prices. The only problem . You have to make a reservation to go there they are victims of their good dishes. I am happy to have a restaurant of this quality in Mascouche

Small family-run Italian restaurant with friendly staff, quick service.

Me and my wife went out to eat this evening. As I am a pizza fan, I wanted to try a pizza on the menu and since there was a group, the waitress mentioned that it was impossible to order pizza. I was disappointed, but she told me there was no pasta left. So I ordered something else. A few minutes later, some customers not far from us ordered pizza and they all got it. Really disappointing. What I ate was incredibly good, but it wasnt what I felt like eating.

We tried this bring your own wine restaurant for a couples dinner. We had reserved a table and our table was ready when we arrived. The service was ok nothing more. I must point out that our waitress did not speak French (not a problem for us but could be a problem for others) and she never came back to find out if everything was to our liking Disappointment for the food: the polpettes starter was ok but not super tasty. The calamari starter was lukewarm almost cold and overcooked. I do not recommend! The full meat pizza tasted very good but had been a little forgotten in the wood oven and was very dry! I had the manicotti and unlike the squid they were so hot that even after 10-15 minutes they were still bubbling on the plate... really too hot! Unfortunately, the experience does not give us the desire to return. The prices are fair and we bring our own wine but we were not impressed.

Very nice little restaurant, very well eaten and very good service. The only disappointment is that we are told that the table d hôte option will be $30.00 instead of $20.

We had a very bad experience during our visit to this restaurant in Mascouche. It was our first and last visit. I absolutely do not recommend this place. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a young girl who only spoke English. This was not a problem in itself, as we also speak English. However, when we asked about the table dhôte and the prices, she had to go and find out from the owners daughter because she herself did not have the information. This should have already alerted us. At the end of the meal, the bill was much higher than we expected when choosing the table dhôte. We asked for an explanation, but no apology was offered and no solution was offered. The owners daughter, present on site, apparently had no decision-making power. The situation was extremely unpleasant and we wonder if this practice is not a scam. The alleged poor communication does not hold up, because we had asked for specific information and the waitress had gone to check. In conclusion, a deplorable experience that I would not wish on anyone. Be careful if you plan to go there.

Saturday evening a group of us showed up and wowwww! Best little Italian restaurant I have tasted!!! Excellent service, excellent meal and I even bought 2 bags of pasta which I ate this evening and hummmmm goodnnn in my mouth. I recommend 100% :)

The employer/cook has anger management issues. He treats employees badly and he yells in the kitchen. He is aggressive and impatient. He doesnt respect his employees.

First visit for us to Cucina Di Papà. We loved our dinner! Good service, very clean little restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The food was excellent!. The price is quite reasonable and the portions are generous. We recommend it and will definitely return. And it s BYOB!

A pasta dish where you have to pay an extra $5 for the accompanying bread is unheard of, even insulting, especially for this kind of empty bread that you can buy in packs of 6 for the same price.

Seafood pasta, excellent. On the other hand, we had a pizza, it was burnt on the top. Its worth trying again because the pizza is in a wood oven. Currently they do not offer delivery.

We ordered 2 pizzas, one with pepperoni and the other all dressed, both had no cheese. How can you forget to put cheese in a pizza!! Amazing!! This is the first time we have ordered from this restaurant...extremely disappointed

Good morning. I went with my wife to this restaurant for my birthday. Its an authentic Italian restaurant. Food is good and the lasagna sauce is tasty. Cuisine made with love and family tradition. The perfect mix. As for the price.... its very reasonable.... absolutely nothing to say. A beautiful place to discover and the service is attentive. We are definitely going back. Thank you for the great experience.

Italian restaurant in Mascouche. Decent atmosphere with foliage on the ceiling and ambient lighting, view of the parking lot, minimalist decoration, service by a young waitress with little experience but very courteous and attentive. The carbonara sauce disappointing but the gigi excellent. Choice of wine and honest price. Place for couple or group. Not a big restaurant but family cuisine.

I went with my wife tonight and we had the braised rabbit and it melted in my mouth. My wife took the grilled lamb and it was phenomenal. Its a family owned restaurant. Waitresses very attentive to our needs. The cooks were very friendly. First visit and it wont be our last.

Its described as a thin pizza from a real pizzeria, and thats not wrong, but the dough is not worthy of a pizzeria 900 or Madiva style pizzeria dough. It changes everything. Disappointed...

The chef really needs to do some research for the recipe for Romanoff pennines, a gibelotte of fatty, oily sauce with what I was told is bacon which looks like minced meat.. I have eaten this dish in several restaurants and this one has no resemblance.

We couldnt wait to try the Bolognese replacement! I guess our expectations were a little high, we were a little disappointed. The new dining room layout looks great with the bar! The staff lacks a little experience, but in the current context, this is not a fault and it does not remove any stars. The food, visually it was successful, in terms of taste, I was disappointed. I would have given it a 3/5, but since we were kind of expecting to find Tonys flavors on our plates, Im going with a 4/5. A great experience, I recommend to people, but for our part, we probably wont go back. Tony left us leaving the bar high for restaurateurs!

The food deserves a 5*. On the other hand, the music is too loud and very annoying. Its not restaurant music but bar music. Fortunately we were able to move to a section without speakers. Choose your table carefully when you arrive.

Awesome pizza and pasta carbonara.

Maybe my expectations were to high after looking at photos and reading reviews. But pizza dough was way too thick. All I could taste was the dough, unfortunately. Burrata should not be put on the pizza when its for takeout, but they were nice enough to put the arugula on the side. Carbonara was not authentic, lots of cream/blend. Staff was very nice though, cute little place.

I saw the post you sent to daughter and told her to ask the lady who organised the group of 16 people on friday night ..what she thinks .. well first if all I thanked the waitress for her service and patience..but I told her also that the owners lack proffesionalism.. because:1- when I asked for the real parmasen cheese and willing to pay extra she came back to tell me we cant ..we might not have enough for the rest of the week . This is not something you say to your customers ... this is one of the examples that you as an owner lack of proffesionalism. 2.You are also rude .. even though you thought my daughter was rude . You were rude by telling her to buy the bruck for 30$.Thats laughing at her and me ... 3. When I left I thanked the waitress and told her I was sorry . 4 But now seeing your attitude on the posts Im happy have said sorry to your waitress which is part of your family. .. 5.But dont feel the same for you .. well actually. feel sorry that you have an attitude which doesnt fit with the buissiness you have. 6. Members of my family have and had restaurants and would of never ever act like you did . 7 So finally the Lady that organized the group of 16. My family and I went for supper on Saturday night (3 plus one year old baby) and had a great dinner! Food was very good and service was great, especially with a messy baby! Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves thin crust oven roasted pizza! Had enough pizza left to bring home and had great leftovers the next day for lunch!

I wasnt rude to you, i asked for more cheese please, i NEVER said I was Italian and wanted more cheese and nobody asked for free cheese we said wed pay! I will start by saying our waitress was very nice! We were a group of 16 reservation at 7:30pm seated just before 8. We knew the restaurant had real parmesan because my insalata di rucola was served with it. We wanted real parmesan with our main courses (we didnt want the fake sweet cheese served on the tables). When my mother asked the waitress for real parmesan on the side (she told the waitress she was willing to pay the extra) she came back saying we cant sell extra we dont want to run out of parmesan cheese for the rest of the week. Lets be clear, were not asking for a brick of cheese, were asking for extra to accompany our plates and are willing to pay; this will barely make a dent in a brick of parmesan. They ended up bringing a TINY bowl (pretty much the size of a soya sauce bowl in sushi places, TINY!) saying this was the best the could do (for a group of 16). I got up and went to the counter and asked Can we have more of the real parmesan please? Were a table of 16, and the amount of cheese we got isnt enough for those who want. Im thinking maybe about 2-3 more of the TINY bowls would of been fine, nothing unreasonable. The guy behind the counter (who I think is the owner) seems to think its respectful to waived his brick of cheese at me after I said we needed more. I told him Were all spending money in your restaurant, its insulting to be given this much and youre there just waiving your brick of cheese at me? This lady behind the counter (dark hair) literally rolls her eyes at me and says to me in the most arrogant way possible ok well sell you the brick for $30 then. If youre willing to sell the brick for $30, why werent you willing to provide extra cheese (chargeable) to us then? They were so disrespectful and rude. This just comes to show the type of behaviour and thought process they have. My sister then decided she would go speak with them (nicely). The guy behind the counter proceeds to tell her THAT I WAS ARROGANT, that it wasnt clear, and eventually tells her that they thought it was for 1 person (I was literally at the counter just before saying we would like more please because it wasnt enough for a group of 16). They do not know how to handle situations professionally at all. They do not have any concept of customer service or understanding of how to interact properly with customers. First, Why are you calling your customer arrogant? Second, instead of making useless comments, you should focus on being polite with your customers. Misunderstandings happen, however, as an owner make sure your approach is good. Theres a way to communicate without being disrespectful. P.s. to the owner, dont bother replying to my review. I already know youll say a bunch of irrelevant things, blame us and will take no ownership. I dont think you need to further publicly reinforce that

Please dont be in a hurry, its not a fast food restaurant, its a real Italian pizzeria restaurant. take the time to savor, taste this pure delight. were talking about a real wood-fired oven and the cheeses are locally produced and made in Sainte-Sophie. Poor service. Missing everything we want to order, error in orders, endless service, chef talking all the way with someone else at the counter all evening. Only two groups, unable to manage. No professionalism when we express our dissatisfaction. Sad because I had loved it all the last times I had visited. But never again. Youll find better elsewhere.

I went there in the beginning a few years ago, the first time it was delicious I wanted to repeat the experience the 2nd time I had the same thing it was too salty and the 3rd time extremely bland. Today I thought about giving them a chance after the years I had told myself that things would probably have stabilized...but no. It was the worst experience ever I have never seen such rotten service. Almost empty restaurant, a waitress who never even looked at us, she was only serving the one and only table seen 4 times in the dining room in 40 minutes and only to take care of the same couple. When we got up to leave she didnt look at us anymore. In any case my subway was very good
