Great service didn’t have all the ingredients for my order and gave little extra of the other ones which was appreciated
Disgusting. Bought an all dressed pizza with some other things on the menu. The pizza was absolutely horrible. The pepperoni tasted rancid and spoiled - even had a weird smell to it. (The guy at the counter even admitted it “had a smell”) Brought the pizza back and complained about the taste and I was told “no one else complained tonight” and was brushed off. The guy at the counter clearly didn’t care about helping me. They offered to make me a poutine but understandably we were disgusted and did not want anything else. They said no to a refund on the pizza - I didn’t complain about anything else even though it all went in the trash. Never again. EDIT: Reached out via email, pretty much received a canned response with a coupon instead of a refund. No thank you, I don't want to take another chance eating spoiled pepperoni at your restaurant. If you actually cared to remedy this issue, you would refund my disastrous experience.
I don’t normally write reviews but this pizza place has gone above and beyond. The food is great and the owners are really nice. Best food and service in town by far! Highly recommend.

I was you regular customer ordering at least once a week. But after getting the worst customer service from you staff/manager. Never going to order or return to you. This not the way you treat your regular customers. I threw the pizza in the garbage in front of you as this is not what I want. But there was no reaction or anything. So disappointed.
Pizza is so-so in my opinion but still decently good. If you like Poutine, this place kills it! Try the ground beef and onions with brown gravy! OH MY! Fries are just right, gravy is good and the daily delivery of their cheese makes the poutine one of the best around. Excellent!

Delivery arrived on time and I could track it's progress from my phone that was very nice. However taste wise the pizza was average and the garlic bread wasnt very good..too much dought not enought toppings very dry.

My gratinated garlic bread is only browned in the middle, it has absolutely nothing at least 2 inches on each side and my fried pickles are not cooked

Jaimais bien avant que je me fasse avoir a deux reprise avec leurs fausses promotions et problème de facturation.Je ne commende plus jamais en ligne ou autre avec eux, car toujours des erreurs et si on annule une commande car ILS ONT FAIT UNE ERREUR ne veulent pas te redonner les point que tu as accumulé. Vraiment lamentable et décevant!

Good option from time to time
3 weeks later, still no response to my email sent to customer service, nor a refund. Very disappointed with the customer service... I ordered a catering menu for a party. The delivery girl forgot the birthday girls meal at the restaurant, after more than an hour of waiting on a Tuesday evening (November 8). She told me she would be back in 8 minutes. It took at least 45 minutes, and it wasnt even the delivery girl who came back... we all had time to eat. I called to be reimbursed for the delivery costs as well as the birthday girls meal. I was told I would be called back; radio silence since. I therefore advise against it for an important event. And I will no longer tip generously online until I receive my order.
The reception calls me to tell me that my order was eaten by another person with the same name? History fabrication and lack of solid professionalism

I just got this pizza and its really ordinary. From crust to pizza. 2 thirds of crusts and 1 third of pizza. 1st and last time.
I recommend the special 4 pizza 7, a success for me every time. If you order a poutine to take away, ask for the sauce on the side so that the fries are not soggy when you get home.

I always pick up my order made in advance online at Salvatore in Mascouche. The poutine and pizza are delicious! Very good pizza sauce and toppings and you get what you pay for. Its rare that I eat pizza crust, but this one is very good. In Mascouche, it doesnt taste like flour like others have mentioned elsewhere. The staff is very polite and cheerful. Too bad there is a delivery charge in addition to the tip to the delivery person, because I would order them much more often!

Nous y sommes allés parce que cétait le seul restaurant ouvert plus tard que 23h! Jai pris une petite pizza fromage. On ma offert de rajouter des fines herbes dessus. Le service était rapide. Restaurant style comptoir à emporter. Pas de table mais un petit comptoir avec quelques bancs pour accommoder. Pour moi, ce nest pas la meilleure pizza mais cest bon.
