Here is a review in French for Boston Pizza in Mascouche: Boston Pizza Mascouche I am really disappointed with the phone service this evening. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I finally spoke with someone in French. I ordered the Sesame Salmon Power Bowl, a dish listed on the English online menu, and repeated the name more than four times, but the person on the phone couldnt understand. I even described the ingredients of the dish, but nothing worked. It is disappointing that the staff does not have sufficient knowledge of the menu, either in French or English. Boston Pizza, I strongly advise you to train your staff to better serve bilingual customers. In a region like Mascouche, this seems essential to me to avoid this kind of frustration. Sorry, but this level of service is unacceptable. Update: I submitted my review in Boston pizza.com in feedback section as well. For more details I contacted October 26, 2024 at 7:38 pm. Please check your phone recordings to see which of your employees took that phone and train that employee about menu items.

The food is good and the service average, we received our starters almost at the same time as our main meals

Caesar salad with wilted salad pieces. Sitting in front of a terrace door where I had to keep my coat and scarf on because we were freezing!!

Its been 2 times that I order Boston pizza on Uber eat and I take the time to indicate that I want EXTRA shrimp, I pay $5 MORE and finally in my dish comes 4 shrimp!!!!!! If that s an extra, never mind!!

Its the worst Boston pizza the waitress she is unwelcoming she speaks to us nastily not polite to us she speaks to us with attitude a waitress like her she must not work in the restaurant field.

This is not my first review of Boston Pizza in Mascouche. Yesterday we had a family dinner and I ordered the half plate with bourbon bbq sauce... seriously, what a disappointment. One, there was no sauce on the rib and two, the rib was lets say cooked/boiled and not grilled or smoked. The taste really wasnt there. The membrane under the rib was still present. My children and my wife loved their meals, me meh. The staff and service A1, but they should review their ribs a little... I will go back but not for ribs........

Cold meal lousy service does not contain what we ask for at the price it costs could have had more quality. Definitely dont recommend.

Definitely my favorite family restaurant in the Terrebonne/Mascouche area. We always receive excellent service, the quality of the food is there and the prices are affordable. There are often great promotions and with the BP app it s great. Plus, the owners are really friendly.

We dont come from Mascouche, we were in the area. Maybe thats why they charged us $7.50 per shooter claiming that thats the price while at the Boston Pizza in St-Bruno strangely the same shooters are $3 each.

Another place that doesnt update its schedule! Indicates that it closes at 11 p.m. but it closes at 10. The owners dont know how to change an online schedule, I imagine!

The pasta was completely flavorless. The honey dill burger was dry and without sauce. There was a mega nerve in the piece of chicken on my burger. My 4 year old son got a mini bowl of sauce for a medium plate of spaghetti. Not to mention the Coors Light at $10.50 a pint... In short, a poor experience.

Great place!!

We came for the free promotion for children (here family of 3 aged 4 and under). We loved it! We were seated on a bench seat, baby had his own high chair. Everything was excellent, hot, tasty. the friendly waitress despite the crowds of little humans. Bravo, we gave the children a great experience, the TVs, the music, the child who speaks to the waitress to order. Were going back!

The meal was good but some ingredients were more lukewarm than hot. The service was courteous but long (1 hour).

I find the place very warm and family-friendly. A diverse menu will satisfy different tastes as well as dietary restrictions. I was pleasantly surprised to see a pizza with a cauliflower crust on the menu! It was delicious and surprising. I wouldnt have been able to notice the difference between this crust and a regular crust. Unfortunately, only one pizza size available with this crust. This is a restaurant to consider if you want to have a nice atmosphere with friends or family on the evening of a CH hockey match!

Terribly long service. When we arrive we have the impression of disturbing the hostess and we are seated in our seats. We waited 14 minutes for a water worm only to be able to order 35 minutes after our arrival. A big 0 is there. The food was excellent... despite the inconvenience the food was so good that it added 3 stars to my rating.

Order cactus potatoes as a starter 30 seconds after receiving the plate was cold.... so returned the plate to receive 5 minutes later this time overcooked!!!!

The poutine was very disappointing!! There was only half the sauce and very little smoked meat and the cheese was very low quality!! Courteous service without more for the grilled chicken club very lightly garnished with much more bread than chicken. We give an overall rating of 3.

I went there to eat Friday evening at 9:30 p.m. (the restaurant updated its hours last week and the site indicates 11 p.m.), upon arriving the waitress told us to wait, she went to the kitchen and she came back from the kitchen and tells us that the dining room is closed. I will never go back there.

3/4 of the time we receive bad service, a lot of errors and they close their oven 30-40 minutes before closing, go to Blainville or Lachenaie, its worth the detour!

Good restaurant for meetings or relaxation after work. Pizza Perrogi recommended.

The food is generally good, but the Alfredo sauce when ordering pasta falls a little on the heart after two or three bites.

La nourriture est très bonne, à la bonne température et le service est bon. Il y avait une erreur sur nos factures et la serveuse a rapidement corrigé la situation. I would have given it 5 but 3 times out of 4 the squid on the menu is not available.

The lunch menu is very affordable and the pizza is quite decent. The staff was friendly.
