Champion Pizza in Mascouche

Not the best pizza in town lets say.

I regularly order from this restaurant. The pizzas are good. The specials are interesting. The team behind the counter is quite dynamic. This is my personal opinion.

Super good only downside When you pay for extra pepperoni and they only give you a few slices like a healthy 10 well Im being fooled

The woman who works at the counter insulted us in Arabic. My friend who speaks Arabic understood and found her very insulting.

After 1 hour of waiting for my order I call they tell me in 15 minutes its there. 30 minutes later I called back, sorry the bill didnt come out.... really bad, not the first time this has happened to me

I dont advise people to pay cash if its a delivery because the delivery person only has $20 in notes and zero change to change for example, so $50 for an order of $32 and Im supposed to have had in credit for my order but no, I am told that they dont do those things and I have lost all confidence in this pizzeria but of champions..not far from that! !

2 hours late, 2 calls to learn that they missed my bill and no way to give me more than 10% off. Not to mention they lied to me on the phone the first time I called

I went to dinner at Champion this afternoon with my elderly mother. I came across 3 hairs in my pizza. I asked for a refund and left almost half the pizza, because I was disdainful there. The waitress went to see the pizza man. He said we wont refund anything. She offered 15% off my next order. I told him to let it go because obviously I wont recommend anything in this restaurant. She said the boss wasnt there, and there was nothing she could do. Plus their food is more expensive than elsewhere for the same thing.

I always said a pizzeria rated 3 and a half stars is still the best pizza you can get a 5/5

Always errors, extras are charged for absolutely nothing

Very disappointed with the service, customers cannot even modify or request an exception for reasons, allergies or simply good customer service, we say impossible therefore complete refusal to place an order. ! A HUGE lack of respect from the cashiers, they dont care about their customers for the price, I strongly advise against it. Dietary restrictions: Doesnt adapt at all and refuses to change a single ingredient. Which is completely STUPID

Worst customer service I have seen. No listening or kindness towards customers.

a 2 for 1 10 inch pizza the 2 extra bacon onion for almost $8 pi it almost looks like a basic peperonni cheese pi its a 2 for 1 it just put the extra on a pizza a large mark $25 (+$29) if you wants an onion bacon I say one it costs about 80 seeing that surely the extras on a large one its probably more expensive BEAUTIFUL THIEF GANG CRISS I ALWAYS ORDER THE PI LAST TIME YOUR PIZZA CRISS COST NOTHING TO DO

Order three pizzas, get one with all three toppings!!! I call, they tell me, our mistake, were delivering three pizzas to you. Two hours later, no news... Its not their fault, its skip who was wrong.. no refund or commercial gesture!!!

we order a pizza combo + 10 wings with a drink. we received after an hour, no fries, I called again, the girl said sorry, no fries came. I think why you didnt tell me when ordering tab.... plus which restaurant doesnt dont put fries in your combos, its really cheap. the competitor who is royal for the same price gives you fries. to avoid and never again among champions who are far from being champions.

We ordered a large cheese pepperoni with 2 Poutines and two Cokes. They brought us a medium all-dressed with 2 poutine and no drinks. We opened the pizza, a guest started cutting it before we noticed the mistake. We called them to say that we had received the wrong order. They told us that since we had cut the medium pizza, there was nothing more they could do for us. So we had to pay for a larger order and their solution was to keep the smaller order which was not ours because we didnt notice their mistake quickly enough... ordinary

Good pizza, hot and well garnished!

Worst customer service. They made a mistake in our order and despite my warning put in an ingredient that I am allergic to. They never wanted to correct the mistake saying the pizza had been cut. Obviously the pizza was cut to make the ingredient inside.

Really ordinary poutine, the brown sauce tastes nothing and the cheese isnt even good. Plus my girlfriend was sick after eating their submarine...

1h30 wait for delivery... cold pizza, almost no cheese on the pizza and the sauce that says garlic is not even garlic... its a Greek sauce.. for almost 40$, very disappointed... I will never go there again..

Definitely not worth the price: $40 for two large and one medium fries. The medium fry is a small fry after all and the two for one is not really the price of a two for one

More than 2 hours to receive the pizza. It was very cold and the taste was average. I was told that next time I would have credit and they took my details. 2 weeks later I call back, they dont have my contact details, we search in several books and all they offer me is a credit on 1 ingredient. Its really laughing at your customers. Poor service.

Mediocre service and thats a weak word! Called at 7:22 p.m., called back once and was told that the delivery man came by and that there was no one...uh we were at home. 20 minutes pass and I call back, asking whats up with my order? I am told that the delivery person returns there and that he does not offer a discount for waiting. 8:45 p.m. I call back....to cancel my order and I am told: that I didnt give them the chance to offer me a discount...grrrrr. I then order from another pizzeria and go pick it up. During my absence, the delivery man from the first restaurant showed up, quite surprised that my partner told him that we had to cancel because it was 9:05 p.m. and we called at 7:22 p.m. He told her that he couldnt find the address and that he had to return to the restaurant. In addition to offering poor service, he puts the blame on their delivery person. Pathetic!!! I am exactly 11km from their pizzeria!!!

Pizza so salty and Poutine sauce much worse than before

Never again I call for an order, they answer quickly and ask if thats all I called back 1 minute 34 minutes later to ask for thin crust...I was asked to hold the line so I called back 3 times to speak as quickly as possible, a total of 5 minutes of waiting to be told sorry the pizza was already prepared. For my part it was the last time because I was disappointed each time.

It must have been at least 3 years since I ordered there when I worked and I always have good telephone service without a hitch (all depending on the employee due to the high turnover). Good food!
