Great little Pizza shop, the guy at the counter was really nice and the pizza came in about 10 minutes. Is this the best pizza in the entire world? no.. but then again my expectations were low and I was surprised how everything went. Definitely worth the price. Metallica was playing non stop in the store which also gave a good vibe.
I had a power outage so I decided to order from there. I called long before they should close 3x and no answer. Since I live close I went there and the clerk said no they don't take any more orders. Not only had I called but I came before closing and they wouldn't serve me. I'm very dissapointed
Cashier did seem to know what she was doing (maybe a trainee) had to contact the manager to place an order for a medium pepperoni which is highly publicized as their main product. The manager was helpful courteous and knowledgeable. Not much else to say the pizza itself was as expected and what was ordered.
04/03/22 2 employees only on a super busy sunday. This location seems to be getting worse by the week. Still cheap but not fast any longer. called ahead 20 min and still waited in store an additional 20 min. Cheap and fast. Definitely not the best pizza out there but it does the job. Unfortunately I was disappointed with their COVID hygiene protocols. They were wearing masks however not properly. This makes me wonder what else they are not doing correctly.
It woulI call for a pick up and it would be ready in 15 minutes. 10 minutes later I get there and they tell me they did not get a call. Just gets me mad. Then later the boy washes his hand and takes a foot of paper to wipe hands and finishes saying then on his shirt. A dirty shirt
The food is good. The cashiers aren’t super friendly and seem to not appreciate their job. Also, the Hot-N-Ready Zone is ALWAYS empty. Every time! So even when you order from the classic menu, you have to wait quite a while. Wish they would prepare better for rush hour.
We have been ordering since it opened and we had always found it great and with friendly service, however the last two times we not only didn’t get what we ordered but also the pizza wasn’t sliced and then when I called to complain the first time they said there was nothing they could do and now tonight we asked for stuffed with Parmesan and garlic and again didn’t get it but charged and the manager says I can’t do anything, I don’t make the decisions!!! Well how about I paid for something and didn’t get it! Not a difficult decision, you at least make a credit for that amount! Not only that but we found the quality dropped.
Wow... I was going to try it for the first time because a two for one on Uber but reading the horrible reviews which havent changed for a year Im going to refrain from wasting my money with them. Amazing

I asked if the special was made in pan, my answer was no, so I said that round ok and the other 2 pizza in pan,, I received 3 round,, and the little one in the back answered me thats it!!! Then tell me what were doing when I said thats not what I want, so give me my money and its over for me,

I ordered a Chicago style pizza with peperonni, bread and a liquor via Uber Eats for $50. I received the wrong pizza with lots of mushrooms which I hate and no liquor. No one answers my phone so I have to order another pizza somewhere else.... The pizza goes straight into the trash.
Last time I ordered the herb and cheese bites and I received the pepperoni ones instead. but normally, their food is really good and hot

I have loved this restaurant for some time now, the quality has gone down on all their products. I imagine that it is to lower the cost of production and not to increase prices. I tried the pizza, the Italian bread and the new appetizers. I would clearly have preferred an increase in price than a drop in quality.

Frankly, I who loved it, very disappointed with the drop in quality. The pizza I bought had no sauce in the pizza only a little on the crust so it was very dry and this is not the first time. I even specified on the phone that I would like to have sauce different from last time. And on one point a large portion of cheese was missing as if the person forgot to put some there. It is not worth the trouble.
Completely inedible, so salty that she was heartbroken, when she left to get the pizza, it was on the stove... my partner asks for an addition, the other arrives ahead and takes the pizza out of the stove to put it on the stove. counter...while waiting for the addition!...uh PK? It took forever, there were only 2 of us waiting....well, when theres no manager on site, it looks like a free for all employee on the cell, chatting among themselves....place a forget!!
The stuffed crust pizza is really good. The pizza sauce is delicious. The staff answered all my questions. What more can I say about CINNAMON BITCHES!
We waited 50 minutes when it was supposed to take 25 minutes to receive a medium instead of an extra large because they didnt tell us that they didnt make extra large or large...

Today was my last visit to this counter (you cant even call it a restaurant). 3rd time in a row with errors in my order, like an extra pepperoni pepperoni with stuffed crust, and when I got home, I had a Chicago style with sausage, onions, and peppers. And we take the trouble to call and they forget a part (crazy breads), and I have to wait 20-25 more. And when I ask for accountability, the young man replies that he doesnt know what to do, that its not his fault, basically, he tells me that I have to organize myself with a meal that is not mine and that its not his problem. Finally, when I ask him his name, in order to speak with the owner/manager, he refuses to give his name. Im not sure his boss will like to learn what attitude he has with customers.

the opening hours are really not good compared to several pizzerias perhaps finishing later and adding delivery could be really excellent because you make the best pizza and I find that it closes quite early

Pizza is never already prepared as they advertise. You dont get much choice as to pizza sizes and ingredients. My son does enjoy the pizza. Dont expect much on it.

I tried to see the menu to order online and on the app, before seen the menu, they both force us to pick delivery or pickup to continue but since the Mascouche store doesnt accept online orders, it just tells me its not available in this store and I cant even see the menu. How can they not accept online ordering yet? I called the store to ask about this, they told me to check their facebook page but its just 2 pictures with very little information.

Can t be cheaper than that. 6,50$ for a medium. But compare to the US there is never ready to take pizza so you always need to wait. It also close very early (10pm)

Thursday October 25, 2020, 6:30 p.m. I order two pizzas, including a stuffed crust Quebecois. While eating a piece of it, I notice that it is not stuffed and that I have been charged for stuffing. I call the store and they tell me they will make me another one, but to bring mine back which is not stuffed. To see if Im telling the truth possibly. Anyway, I return the pizza and they see that Im telling the truth and give me another stuffed Quebec pizza this time. My point, no compensation for the error and my trip to have to return to the store, and they could well have given me the 1st pizza already started. They wont eat it or give it back I imagine...Big lack of judgment and service. But Im not surprised, its like that in several places, errors upon errors and barely a sorry...

Great price , good pizza my kids loved it ,fast service. The only thing is they need to have better sales skills and offer you the best logical deal when taking your order so you can get the most you can for your money , other than that i RECOMMEND it .
