Pizza pizza with bbq sauce... for over 15 years good location. It would be cool to be a little careful because on delivery we always forget my dips and thats not the fun...

The pizzas are delicious and of good quality and the service is impeccable. The prices are good, not expensive, and the onion rings are delicious. I highly recommend.

Very poor telephone service. Unable to call the restaurant directly. The employees barely speak French. I finally ordered from the site. It said that my order would be ready in <30 min otherwise it was free. I went to the restaurant when I was informed according to the website that my order was ready, the employee had not even started to make it. The deadline was around 1 hour in the end and I still had to pay it. So they dont keep their promise. The pizza was good though.

Bad experience EVERY TIME I went there... Firstly, we are in Mascouche and the entire staff speaks almost no French??? In my opinion, for a good service, communication is the basis. Then you enter the restaurant and the little bell rings and the guys are in the kitchen looking at their phones and laughing and leave us waiting like that for a good 6-7 min if you were into it I would understand but frankly Im the only customer and the only thing that concerns you is your phone!!! Clearly the customer does not come first at this restaurant..!

I always order via the website and pick up my order locally and have never had a problem. Its good and not expensive!! On a Friday evening you dont really know what to eat and you are tighter on your budget? Well pizza pizza does the job!!

Frozen pizza and this one are the same. First and last time!

We had requested a delivery and we changed our mind because we were passing the return route. We were given our order in just 5 10 minutes

Taste the frozen pizza, too spicy!!! plus the guy on the phone didnt understand anything when he spoke!!!

The restaurant ultimately does not accept electronic Air Miles cards. When explaining the situation to customer service, we were told that it was their problem. I find it a shame that a restaurant chain of this type makes agreements with Air Miles and that they are not able to honor their own agreements! Additionally, the customer service has been very ordinary with us. This is how restaurants lose customers.

Bad delivery service the order arrived really late and they didnt even call to warn it took more than an hour

Bad experience with the telephone system after 2 calls to get me hung up, it ended with Skip. But otherwise for the rest it was perfect! The potato wedges + donut fries add a unique touch compared to other pizzerias!! Super good!

The pizzas are sick! Probably among the best Ive eaten. Its a shame that the pizza pizza telephone service is so rude and arrogant with their customers... We would order them more often... Please note that if you have a question to ask, you should ask it in the restaurant. If you try to ask a question for example... a current promotion, you will automatically get hung up on. I found out the hard way when trying to order today... Twice in a row... We ended up ordering from another pizzeria

Good food!!! The lack is the web application does not work for online codes (2 tries). CDE by tel is fine just last time. Arrived on site the franchise did not receive the online codes and such. In the business the employees are friendly and good service. Dont give up.... long life Pizza Pizza Mascouche.

Super good pizza but to deliver it to you there is a $3 fee, something he doesnt say...

I had to wait 15 minutes on the phone, because they couldnt find my address and yet Im quite close to the restaurant and I never have a problem like that, plus Ive been waiting for an hour and a half for the order and thats it. still havent arrived. The order really better be good and impeccable

They say they deliver, but thats false advertising. The pizza is already of poor quality at Pizza Pizza, so dont waste your time if they dont deliver even if the publisac pamphlets claim otherwise. Addition: Pizza Pizza had posted a generic response to my post asking me to send an email to re-explain the situation. Sad. The solution to correct the situation is however clear in my review: Modify the advertising in the pamphlets to clearly indicate that Mascouche does not deliver and thus save everyone time and frustration.
