The sandwiches are too full of vegetables and dry. The dough is frozen and the dough is too liquid but the carrot cake is very good 5/5!!!.

Particularly disappointing experience since the new menu from January 2024. Exaggerated price: $18 for a squid starter with 8 pieces, the rest, fried marinated peppers. They only make one size pizza, the medium. So if a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers have to order 2. The pizza arrives cold. $80 to eat pizza and squid if at least it had been good In short, dont waste your time or money.

Never had a problem with this restaurant but yesterday, an hour and a half before receiving my order. Little sauce in the pasta, cold, my cheese sticks were sweaty and the fries were hard. I dont know if its due to the problem of lack of staff but I think I wont order anywhere again. Restaurants arent what they used to be. Very nice delivery man

On site its great but very disappointed with the delivery we ordered a pizza with mushrooms, peperoni and bacon and we received one with peppers, onions, pieces of meat and strong sausage... and hairs. .. not just one at random... several... gross!

Food still disappointing. I expected better. IGA quality paste but more expensive. Alfredo 2/5. Still very liquid. Carrot Cake 4/5 sweet as I like. Its a shame because its not a desert place. Thanks for the experience.

Good but dont give bread with the pasta, he charges extra for that, no bread with pasta....I couldnt believe it and also a lot of sauce versus the pasta...but thats normal.

Vulcano the best pizza I know in terms of pasta the veal meatballs were good but nothing more and the sauce tasted too much like tomato paste great experience all the same giant screen for sports fans friendly staff.

Very good food but I found it a bit cheap to charge for accompaniment bread and the squid starter is expensive for the quantity because there are a lot of fried peppers to make you believe that you have a starter that worth the price. Except for this superb service, everything was ok. I wont rank it among the best but if a friend chose this restaurant I wouldnt refuse to return.

Upon arrival, large parking lot, easy to access for families, children, elderly people and people with reduced mobility. Health procedures are always obligatory, mask, distance, hand washing. Beautiful pizzeria, clean and fast service with a smile, understanding staff, I happened to order very just before closing and they were kind enough to wait for me for a few minutes . The food has never disappointed us since 2009 when we ordered our classic medium pizza no. Quarainte with 2 fries and slices. To try! Their meat sauce is excellent. The employees know their wines, a plus if you decide to have the meal in the dining room. There Ussi, never disappointed, salads, starters (gratined garlic bread, soup, etc.), cooked to perfection. And desserts arent smut, nor decadent, nor diabolical... Its all that and more ...lol. The children will be up to their ears...

Pizza was cold on delivery

We ordered the pink shrimp fettuccine and it tasted good but like we could have made it at home and it was very small shrimp. We also ordered the seafood lasagna BUT it wasnt seafood, just small shrimp like fettuccine. Dont expect a white sauce either for the famous seafood lasagna, but rather a rosé sauce. Its very disappointing when youre expecting the real deal.

In addition, the menu in the dining room is full of errors... too bad because the pizza is excellent. I ordered a 14 inch steak sub, pepperoni, I received a sub with only pepperoni and barely a slice of steak full of tiraille and in addition 3-4 pieces of salad and only 1 cup of vinaigrette. This is the second time this has happened to me and it will be the last. Very very disappointed. Not great Italian poutine, the sauce was more like a tomato paste sauce. Finished Vulcano, or at least that of Mascouche.

Despite the instructions given to the young lady who added them to the invoice, the delivery man goes to Terrebonne and not Mascouche... result: cold pizza that tastes like 2 for 1, soggy salad and all that for $32... Really not a good experience. Do not recommend this restaurant at all.

I am returning my comment from last year, because they managed to make it disappear: Very bad experience with Vulcano Pizza from Bois des Filions (Vulcanopizza). I ordered 2 fries with a pizza on June 10 for a total of 47.20 with tip. Only one fry was delivered. I called immediately to have the payment adjusted, the manager was supposed to call me the next day which he did not do. I called back on June 23 and the manager offered to give me a $4 credit. Which means Ill have to place a full order of almost $50 to get my refund. Worse, when I noticed the nonsense in his proposal, he cavalierly asked me to go and pick him up. In addition to missing a fry, the pizza was cold and soggy. »

I admit to being a little disappointed with the quality of the food at Vulcano at this time.... Today, I went to get a seafood lasagna from a takeout and when I got home (I literally live next door) everything was cold. The time before, I ordered a Submarine, and the meat was so stiff and full of fat that I had to remove it altogether. Ive been ordering there forever.... I think honestly that there is a let go in the kitchen. I think they must be overflowing to not offer quality.

When you order on their site, the time entered is not the same as when you pay. They add 30 minutes to us but the order is started and we cant stop it. Even with a delivery time of 1h05, they are not on time. When you call to complain and speak to someone who is responsible for the restaurant, they make you wait so long that you hang up because you are tired of waiting. Even if they have your contact details because they asked me, the restaurant is above their business they dont even call back... very bad service the word is LOW

Uncooked pizza crust, old not fresh salad leaves on the plate as decoration. I ordered a shrimp and clams pizza, lots of watery shrimp in my pizza (probably frozen shrimp) and I had dried cane molds on top of my pizza and no clams. The crust of my mother-in-laws was not cooked. The pizza had so much spaghetti sauce on it it tasted just like that. I wont go back there.

We have been ordering from you regularly for over 10 years. We have just ordered a special 14 inch Vulcano with the 7 inch on sale. The last times in October-November they were excellent. Tonight, its two patties filled with beef jerky and almost non-existent pepperoni. Aftertaste of burnt candles. I imagine its not easy at the moment but as long as youre giving us that, just shut up. It was a hundred leagues from a Vulcano submarine. What did you do???
