I ordered online around 10pm on a Saturday evening. After 1 hour of waiting I called to confirm that my order was on its way. He didnt receive my order, so I placed my order on the phone, it was 11:15 p.m. I never received my order, and no way to talk to anyone because it closes at 11:59 p.m.

I usually love this restaurant, especially the poutine. Today disappointed to have had a poutine with old hard fries small pizza and small poutine $33

I recommend double-checking what is included for deliveries, because prices have increased and packages are not the same when ordering online, pamphlets and when delivery arrives. On two different occasions we asked for packages and indicated our drinks and we would have liked to be informed that it was no longer included so that we could add more before the delivery man arrived, and without excuse by telephone. Otherwise pizza and poutine from a good pizzeria and fast delivery.

We like their fries. On our last visit I had a brisket and it was very good too. The price is reasonable and the portions are good. The restaurant is clean even the toilets.

We are back in Mascouche and we checked yesterday if their Pizzas were as good as before; OH YESSS!!! but be careful, they are not lying, The Mexican is SPICY! They are associated with Resto Loco for online orders and deliveries. We ordered in the afternoon for 6:15 p.m./6:30 p.m. and it arrived right on time (...without hair!) at 6:15 p.m. hot and with a great smiling delivery man. Well, the poutine isnt excellent but its passable with their good pizzas. Well done and see you soon

Im very demanding, I admit. Double mushrooms, light sauce, very light, light cooking too. White or almost. Its always done brilliantly. Each time I am very satisfied. A restaurant open after 9 p.m. is a plus.+

We ordered the special for 38.99 and I confirmed with the clerk that the special was still at that price. The delivery girl arrived and it was $4 more, plus tax and one of the pizzas did not have the right ingredients. We told the delivery girl that it was 38.99 but she said that they had increased the prices but we had confirmed the price before ordering. On their website, this special is 38.99 and not 42.99.

It was my first time at Terrasse Pizza in several years, it was my favorite pizzeria before the pizza started to disappoint me. I gave it another chance and ordered the Mexican and veggie. Wow, not disappointed in any way, very good, I recommend and I will happily use it again :)

THE thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is that uber/skip never works. And when I say never, it s not just once in a month (twice/week) per attempt. Still happy that when I went to pick it up, despite the fact that they had lost my order, that they had no idea what I had ordered 20 minutes earlier by phone when I FINALLY got my pizza it was worth the wait . The dough was fresh and well cooked, the cheese was good and everything was not too greasy. It was delicious and overall I recommend. On the other hand, order on site to take away or eat on site. Otherwise, skip/uber and the like wont work. They cancel the order every time!

I am REALLY disappointed and upset! I ordered for the last time on Saturday! They have changed the menu and their average pizza is now smaller for an increase of more than $12! A point less per pizza, so 2 points less in total.... Thats an expensive increase! In addition to asking for pepperoni, bacon, onions, they delivered alldress with mushrooms!! I ordered a complete meal for 5 people EVERY week and with each order there was an error in the drinks, which I pointed out EACH time, with no change. To err is human, but when it is with each order that there is an error and it is not repaired, it is no longer an error! Often the drinks included were completely missing, or it was just the wrong liquor and when they come back to bring me what is missing, they have the wrong drink again! Seriously!? Plus, being fooled on the phone for 10 minutes in an emergency situation... I didnt find it funny anymore! Too bad the pizza was excellent, but at some point when your bill increases, your plate shrinks, your orders are regularly wrong and on top of that the fries or the liquors are missing... Its more than enough!

Let me start by saying they have the best pizza in Mascouche. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Delivery is always on time and the pizza is always delivered hot every time. Our school had a pizza day once a month all year round for a school fundraiser and it went really well and the kids loved it. THANKS!! :)

Really a very unpleasant experience with the delivery time I would like to believe that COVID is causing problems for the restaurant owner, but 105 minutes between ordering and receiving the pizza... especially since the system gives you a maximum of 45 minutes of delay... What disappointed me the most was that after three calls, the attendant never apologized or even offered a valid explanation. A unilingual delivery person who did not speak my language was also not able to explain the deadlines to me, as for a sorry There are other, more efficient pizza alternatives in the area. Too bad because their pizza is still good. Go shopping to avoid disappointment.

When we order a combo that comes with the 2 liters of Pepsi its because I need it for dinner and its often missing from the delivery. Its frustrating to receive it 1 hour later when the delivery guy tells you Ill come back with it and that I live 4 minutes from the restaurant!

Never order there. No service. They make lots of mistakes in orders. We received an all-dess pizza instead of pepperoni and cheese as we had ordered. We called to tell them the error. Were asked if we want to place a new order lolll well lets see its your mistake and I should pay again... the girl who answers us, well prepare one and send it to you. Well, can you imagine that the delivery man asked us again to give him the all-dress pizza. WoW what customer service!!!! Very disappointing service. We called at 5:45 p.m. for an order that we wanted for 7:00 p.m. Knowing that it is a Friday evening, we were lenient on the delivery time. However, around 7:30 p.m., we called to find out if our order was on its way. The MANAGER tells us that she has been gone for a while. We wait until 8:00 p.m. Seeing that our order still does not arrive, we call the restaurant again. We ask the young girl if our order is lost in the town of Mascouche...she tells us that our order never left... The manager then lied to us, and he dared to hide behind the young girl who was taking orders to get his messages across. When we finally spoke to him, he offered his apologies and a discount on the order. On the other hand, he will never forgive the fact that we called 1 hour and 15 minutes in advance for our order as well as his lie which fell on him. If you want fast, efficient and trouble-free delivery, dont call Terrasse Pizza.

We ordered 1 medium pizza for delivery over the phone and they never mentioned that it was 2 pizzas for the price of 1 so they took our order for 1 medium pizza and they charged the same price as if we ordered 2 Average pizza but they only delivered one. Real crossers. It was later when looking at their menu that we realized that they charged us as if we had ordered 2 pizzas. In addition, they charged us $4 more before taxes than the price advertised on their menu. $25 before tax for 1 medium 12 peperroni cheese pizza when their menu shows $20.95 for 2 medium pizzas!

Ordered 2 pizzas with fries this evening around 6 p.m., they delivered to me at 8:15 p.m.!!! And it was barely warm for the pizza, and cold for the fries. And according to Google Map, they are located less than a kilometer from my house... Oh yes, dont pay more for the New Yorkaise, its a simple peperoni and cheese.
