Good taste, fast and courteous service.

Bien qu ils offrent du lait avoine ou amande ils peuvent pas offrir de café au lait avec ces laits! Assez décevant et la serveuse était bien consciente de cet enjeu. Ils offrent le pain sans gluten mais celui-ci n est pas le meilleur que j ai déjà mangé. Ils se démarquent comparé à d autres restaurants en offrant des alternatives mais il y a place à l amélioration.

Same waitress for about 20 years. Still as stupid but more and more rude (she clearly makes us feel that we are bothering her, difficulty in saying a word). In addition, with the childrens meals, we were entitled to a drink and she did not offer it. When we asked her, she was defensive and told us that parents didnt like it when she offered the children a drink during the meal... Honestly! Its a shame, we continue to go there for the quality of the food but now I think it was the last time. We feel enormous discomfort each time being served and spoken like this... The reviews from other customers are unanimous, you will no doubt know which waitress it is!

Very disappointed with the service. I arrived at 2:35 and although it was indicated that the restaurant closed at 3am. Given the low traffic, the waitress refused to seat us.

We really like the lunches but there is a bit of a lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms and the lighting where we eat is not very clean. Go go hire a person to do the cleaning and everything will be perfect Parking: Lack of parking for all businesses.

Worst service

Each visit seems like we discover a new waitress who is just as extraordinary as the previous time. Bravo to the young hires who are polite and professional despite apparent nervousness. The restaurant is always full and despite this the service is faster than elsewhere.

We went to breakfast on Sunday morning. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the service was quick. The waitress was really nice and attentive to us. Excellent food and really generous portions. We will definitely go back.

Disservice! My friend asks for a fresh orange juice and the waitress tells her she just closed the machine!?!? Um, it seems to me that it s not normal to say that! I asked for hot water (teeth sensitivity) she completely forgot about me! The worst poached eggs I have ever eaten!!! Normally, they should be runny and here they were hard boiled eggs! Not to mention the fruits bathed in the hollandaise sauce. And the quantities are poor for the price! In short, really disappointed!

Ben et Florentine is our favorite lunch restaurant in Mascouche. Several points mean that we are going back there. -The portions are generous -The dishes are tasty (the delicious and crispy potatoes, the hollandaise sauce with maple syrup ) -They have a menu that varies with healthy options -We can share our plates without having to pay extra (restaurants that do this are terrible and will definitely lose me as customers!) - The coffee is good - When my children ask for little things its always yes and without excessive cost Ex: he asks for whipped cream on their chocolate milk, a small bowl of fruit (strawberry bananas) to keep them waiting while waiting for their plate. We serve them a toast with their donut plate. And, ask me why, but these are the only scrambled eggs that my boy likes but I admit that their eggs are better than the ones I make I don t understand why In short, all this means that we always return there. The waitresses are nice and smiling, another very important point. *The only negative point is the prices which continue to increase.. but thats how it is everywhere unfortunately... ah and also, the points card which no longer exists.. Basically come to this restaurant for breakfast. This establishment opens for breakfast and lunch. Varied menu with decent size and quality food.

The food was very good until I found a hair on my plate! I decided to ignore it and take it off but I found another hair that was even longer! Im really not happy Ben & Florentine you disappointed me! I hope you will do better for your future customers!

The food was good and the portions generous. The service was super long. I think the waitress was very busy. There were too many customers for the number of employees. The atmosphere was ok. We were outside. There were a lot of noises from cars passing on Montée Masson. Parking: Located at the back and side of the establishment. Several places available. Kid-friendliness: The place is well designed for children and it is not a place where you expect to be among adults.

Un seul espace pour voiture avec vignette pour personnes à mobilité réduite, les autres espaces, les lignes jaunes sont plus serrés donc moins despace entre les voitures

Worst experience of my life in a restaurant I will never come back and I dont recommend it to anyone.. horrible service by the waitress Jessica.. we had two young babies it took 30 mins before we got water, another 30 min to order.. never came to see us again afterwards.. he made mistakes on our orders, in short, never seen a lack of respect like that!

I do not recommend, I received poor service from the little lady with short black hair. My food was cold and I had to wait 20 minutes to receive my coffee. I wont come back again.

The staff did not serve me well, I had to ask for coffee at least 4 times. They asked other customers for coffee refills but nothing from me. I ended up having to get up to go get some. The waitress barely looked at me when I asked her for the bill and I had to ask another waitress to bring me a takeaway. I was only served water once at the start of lunch and that was it. I sincerely do not recommend this restaurant because of the poor service received. Kid-friendliness: There is a childrens menu and high chairs.

Order by doordash 1 order out of 3 was not the right one. Everything was cold, the dasher waited 25 minutes on site!! The toast cold and half torn as if he had taken a bite? ... the chocolate-banana smoothies are not drinkable... only taste like banana... I cant believe it, I feel ripped off by the restaurant today! I have never regretted spending $90 so much. Ps: none of the 3 meals were satisfactory in the end.

Disappointed...they are no longer GENEROUS PORTIONS like before...I ate everything and didnt even leave my crusts! I have been to this magnificent restaurant at least fifteen times and I have always been very satisfied, except today. I passed the remark to the waitress after her question So, was it to your liking?... she replied that since Covid, it had affected the size of the portions!!! But the prices have not fallen!!! In short, it was my last time, they dont have a monopoly on lunch restaurants, there are still several other restaurants in the area. I strongly advise you to go elsewhere. Have a nice day P.S.: Even if I communicated with them (see the request from the head office below), they didnt give me anything in exchange, didnt tell me that they hope I return...yeah you are no longer on my list of lunch restaurants. This is one of my favorite restaurants for lunch. An efficient team, an honest and generous owner and plates perfect for my hunger... no waste!

I cannot recommend. Good dishes, good waitresses, good menu but the owners are completely terrible. Our waitress made a minor mistake and they yelled at her quite loudly that we heard her and the girl was crying, and we were seated quite far from the kitchen. Not strong! She still gave everything even for the rest of our meal as well as her other tables. There were NINE PEOPLE of us, a mistake in a big table happens and the mistake didnt bother us; the bad attitude of management towards the employee, yes on the other hand.

Very long service missing my eggs on my plate and my toast arrives like 10 minutes later than my meal

Unfortunately, this is the worst online ordering service I have ever had. I had ordered a lunch plate which included ham sausage bacon with potatoes eggs and baked beans and 1 pancake. When I received my order I noticed that the potatoes were missing, the bacon, the sausages and the ham and the baked beans. I only had eggs and shredded pancakes and I dont know why but my plate also had sliced kraft style cheese stuck on my eggs even though I dont like cheese. I called the restaurant and the manager cut me off while I was explaining the situation to her very nicely and she was not at all understanding. She didnt apologize or anything about the situation and just told me to go to the restaurant to pick up a gift card before hanging up... Working in customer service I found this a very unpleasant service and I dont therefore recommend this restaurant to anyone regarding delivery. In person I couldnt say, because the only time I went there a few years ago it was good, but my meal was terrible and I was left hungry with my two burnt eggs with kraft cheese and my shredded crepe.

The food is excellent, the portions are generous, the prices are good and the service has been excellent. The plate pictured is the caramelized apple crepe combo, with bacon sausages and the standard accompaniments. A true delight. Ben & Florentine is my favorite place for an excellent lunch

Ordered through Doordash. The description mentioned three kinds of meat with egg and cheddar, without mentioning potatoes...and we received almost only potatoes, with 1/2 piece of bacon, two or three slices of sausage in boxes of $18 each. Its literally stealing. Not to mention the miniature pancakes for children at $7.50 each, almost without toppings (not even worth $0.50). Do humanity a favor, and go bankrupt quickly!

Slow service and average service

So to begin with we waited 1h30 for our dish, there were 8 of us but still 1h30 is a bit too much, plus there was a lack of manpower. Then, we were informed that there had been an error during the distribution of our dishes. As a result, other people who arrived after us *including a family of 8 like us* were served before us and even had time to leave before us while we waited. To finish, I asked for eggs in an omelette and here is a beautiful illustration of my omelette . The most shocking thing is that I asked the waitress very kindly after my 1.5 hour wait that it wasnt an omelette and she replied: If its not an omelette, what is it? However, I still ate my dish. I would still like to thank and congratulate the manager firstly for understanding our frustration and giving us at least a little compensation.

No surprise there! OK overall, no wow ! Good menu selection, good portions, even too much for some dishes. Quite a long time before being served after ordering. We had booked, luckily there was a good queue. Restaurant not very clean, especially the toilets, no extra paper. As for access, parking ok, vaccination passport validation process went well quickly. Would I go back? Not sure, there are several other restaurants of this type with the same positive points, faster, cleaner, etc.

I am a regular customer through Uber (order once a week) my last order honestly was a fiasco!! The food arrives cold (not the same container as usual) with hollandaise sauce on the side (a block of jello). I took an extra Hollandaise sauce cup for $2.25 and it was spilled in the bag (it had a weird lid that didnt close) really disappointed

Worst restaurant in humanity! I had DoorDash deliver today and it took ages for my food to arrive. The same delivery man did not drop off at the right address and it was my neighbor who came to bring me my order. My order was totally cold! I ordered a BOWL OF MILK COFFEE for $5.45 and received a small cup with 1/4 full. The vegetables on my plate tasted like earth. My sausages were absolutely disgusting extra extra extra dry. My bagel wasnt even toasted and what can I say about the presentation... TERRIBLE!!! $40 that I throw in the trash. I strongly advise against this restaurant.
