Harvey's has the best fast food Burgers and the poutines are good. Good fries good cheese.
This time, we tried the nuggets. The buffalo nuggets are outstanding! They are my favourites! The sauce just has the right level of hot/spicy and you don’t have that after taste of vinegar. Love the buffalo sauce! The service was fast too. We have been pleasantly surprise lately with Harvey. Two different places but the food and service were great! Give it a try when you have a chance.
This restaurant deserves 5stars for a different reason. I made a order on my Harvey’s app and I accidentally picked the wrong restaurant ( this one). I called them right away to ask them to cancel the order. They told me they will try their best. 20min later I got the call back and they were able to give me back my refund. I thank them. Just for helping me out, they deserve a 5 stars rating.
Staff was overwhelmed with a big order we did and made all sort of mistakes and the lady that cleaned the tables did it very mad when we were leaving. We told her thank you and she gave us a bad look...
Like I've said before, char broil burgers just the way you like them. The angus burger is very tasty with a side order of fries, onion rings or a combo of both
Harvey's was great Angus Burger Amazing everything tasted great service was fast, only disappointment, very little fries in pouch had to ask for it to be filled, and they did. Also Harvey's can offer a bigger pouch for this size fry.
I have never had problems ordering in store, but delivery with Uber Eats was a nightmare and Harvey's did nothing to fix the problem. I got food so cold it went to the trash though I am less than 5 minutes from the restaraunt. They obviously prepared my order way before the delivery guy got there and didn't bother to at least keep it warm. I complained to Uber Eats who did nothing to help me so then I wrote to Harvey's and they told me to contact Uber Eats about it though I told them I already did. What a scam. I will not be had again. Harvey's obviously doesn't care about their clients and do not back up the quality of their food with a guarantee. To think they once served real hamburger meat and homemade fries. Now they have no more pride.
The chicken buffalo wrap and sandwiches are definitely something to try. Food is quite good. However, giving 3 stars because the men's washroom looked like a war zone you'd expect from a gas station washroom in the middle of nowhere. Also, my girlfriend found a hair in her Angus burger.
Smiling and competent staff. Fresh and tasteful food. The order is served quickly and above all without any errors.

Best Burger
30 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru for 2 cheddar bacon wraps including 1 extra cheese. To arrive home and discover a wrap without cheese in a wrap for which I paid extra cheese.
Like any good restaurant chain reduced price increase, reduced quality, poor service! Finally long live good sandwiches without crust, a good lunch box is cheap and more satisfying and better for your health... the world will come back to that!
A comment to highlight the MR who served us today around 5:35 p.m. at the drive-thru (listening, smiling, helpful, in short, really nice) it really makes all the difference! Continue like this. Vegetarian options: Very good for a vegetarian version

Ive been going to Harveys in Mascouche several times and seriously, twice now Ive come out with my teeth clenched, always the same one who does customer service for the burgers and always looks stupid and it seems she doesnt want to work there. she sighs when you say your ingredients packs the burgers in an aggressive way tlm speaks to me in a stupid way and looks down with guns in her eyes in short vrm unpleasant service if not everything was impeccable the burgers always as delicious

They seem to respect a certain standard of quality on several levels. The kitchen seems really clean to us compared to other similar restaurants. The dining room too. There are never any errors in my online orders. The staff is attentive.
Je vais chercher du Harvey s à la commande à l auto 1-2 fois par mois, le personnel est toujours courtois mais dans les dernières semaines il y a toujours une erreur dans la garniture de mon burger et c est désagréable. Est ce possible d être plus à l écoute des clients ? Car parfois on me demande de répéter et malgré cela il y a une erreur.

Nothing to say everything was good
A more than smiling staff with a brilliant and friendly manager. Fairly clean toilets. The soda fountain area is a bit messy. Otherwise A1 food. Easy to park. They have high chairs for young children. I hate cardboard straws! Parking: Free Kid-friendliness: High chairs available.

We drove 1 hour, with GPS to get to this restaurant, (BECAUSE INDICATED OPEN) to arrive at a BARRED DOOR.... closed for reno I think, nothing outside either, the world is going in circles outside!! You have to be very unprofessional and nonchalant not to be able to indicate on the internet and on your doors the closure of a restaurant of such a popular chain.

Great team of young people who work hard and as a team! We were inside at a dinner rush and I was impressed by the efficiency of the young team! A little extra for their kindness towards customers in general but especially towards the disabled gentleman who seemed to be a regular.

Their site on doordash only allows you to put 1 additional ingredient I will have to order elsewhere you should check on your side because I am not the only person who changes restaurants due to this problem

Ordered on Doordash, I received a Burger without condiments, nor my extra bacon and cheese. Just a dumpling between two buns. Very very ordinary. Edit: I was told to write to share my experience with them, which I did and finally got the response Please write to Doordash for your bad experience. As if it would be Doordash that would cook, a restaurant to avoid.

Excellent service from the guy at the cash register and the team leader who made our wraps and veggie burgers! For those who like spicy sauce, try the ghost pepper sauce and you wont be disappointed.
Man this place need to clean up their things. More than once Ive been sick after going there. Will choose another location next time.
Its not the Harveys it used to be. The meatballs are clearly thawed and have a strange texture. Its like ground beef is made of little individual spaghetti that sometimes hardens individually. The result is an unappetizing dumpling. The fries are good though and you can always choose the ingredients in the burger. Not like before (I would have given 4/5)

Worst restaurant I ate in Mascouche. Order error, pink minced meat when I asked for very well cooked and raw bacon. my boyfriend scrapped his pants because there was a sticky substance on the chair. his pants were literally sticking to the seats. dirty dining room. First and last time we go to Harveys. $40 to then have to pay the cleaner.
I want to thank Emile for the service this evening. My drink lid opened in the car and it made a big mess. Very helpful he immediately offered us the towels. That s good customer service! With an attitude like that you will prosper in life! THANKS!!!

Zero hygiene the same person who made my hamburger is the same person who gave me the Interac machine and they never took off the gloves. So the hands of all the customers who went through the drive-thru end up on my hamburger. $18 in the trash.

Order via doordash. Who would want three empty hamburgers?! Who ?! Empty, No salad, no sauce, no pickles, no tomato, no nothing!! When I order at McDonalds or A&W, I receive a filled hamburger, all dressed without asking for anything with additional options if I want them, nothing here! !!! Everything is optional without it being noted as required except the bread... luckily I was asked for the bread, if I had said no, what would I have received?! It would be wise to review your application and adjust with your competitors. Other than that, the fries were good .

One of my worst experiences coming from the drive-thru at this restaurant which is still a banner that I love! The employee who was at the wheel on DEC 17, 2021 around 7 p.m. was unfortunately not up to the task. Every time I said a word, she spoke over me to make me repeat, she pretended not to have understood the order.. At the window, she wanted to give me 3 soft drinks without a transport container, nor hello for paid.ni thank you before leaving, a customer experience worse than covid for a Friday evening. In short, the young lady should think about leaving her ordeal because she seems royally disgusted with her job and thus provide a minimum customer experience to the people who encourage restaurants. The owner works very hard at this restaurant. I was going to give 1 star but its not fair to the other employees and the owner. The mice dance when the cat is not there!
