I probably would have chosen 5 stars if the wait at the tables was shorter. And the wait to pay the bill was also shorter, the staff is often on their cell phone and back, they give the excuse that they dont want to (rush customers to leave) moreover, the fact of serving something to drink while waiting for the food to be served HELPS the wait a lot. Strangely there was no rush of customers however, the wait was there. Perhaps an increase in staff would be a good solution. However, it is obvious that the staff does not want this! More customers = more tips. Waiting too long destroys peoples schedules, and the meal becomes too expensive with hours taken off your pay... So! and it is likely that they will not come back...Even if the food is good! Parking: A shopping center parking lot

I went to eat we were a group of 9 people, there were only two other tables of 4 in the whole restaurant. I ordered a medium steak and it arrived very well cooked. Same thing for my friend. The extremely salty sauce and the lukewarm potatoes. I informed the waitress, nothing could be done!! I wrote to the branch before posting my comment here and they didnt even bother to respond to my email. Extremely disappointing. At the price it costs us, I at least expect to receive a meal that I ordered

Although there was an error in my order, for my first visit the experience was great thanks to my server. My partner really liked her half raised side. The service, the exemplary kindness, as well as the professionalism of my server put the error, which was not hers, far into second place. I will therefore come back to try my dish that ELIJAH our server suggested to me, which I highly recommend. I must point out that all the servers seem to enjoy working with people and it shows. A little noisy atmosphere but thats when everyone likes a restaurant: it gets busy and thats a good sign. 5 Star service but overall 4 out of 5 but we will see after my 2nd visit.

We arrived at 11am first in the restaurant we were served almost 1h15 after our meals chosen was a salad 2 club sandwich 2 spaghetti for children and a plate of fried chicken for children not enough to make sense between long. When we got back we were happy I made a polite joke to the waitress who was super stupid and didnt smile. Our starters arrived hot and very good, the plates were all cold, we never had any follow-up for the paper towel water. At exactly 45 minutes of waiting I asked him what was going on and he told me that it was happening. Ok 30 minutes later it still arrives as stupid. So I took the trouble to call the manager to explain the situation to him. We were really disappointed with the lack of politeness in the service. He understood. He explained to me that for the food, the cook arrived late. Ok, okay, thats possible at least. If you didnt tell us, we would have understood. In short, the manager went to talk to him and gave us a discount that I refused because my goal was to do prevention, especially as the day began. The manager was super polite and professional thank you once the waitress brought me the bill still so rude and no apology so I refused to give her the tip that I was going to give her if she apologized.

Fast pace food service, the food was great, but arrival and checkout were a bit slow tonight.

I am very disappointed. Barbies used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Now the service is rotten. I was laughing with the waiter about discounts and I made a joke about mens communication (ok, I admit that I misunderstood him and I thought we were really laughing, because he had punched me hand saying that he was betting $20 that it was impossible that I had a certain discount last time and when I asked a friend for the information, he repeated: You owe me 20& while laughing.). He said to me very bluntly: Do you want to be served by a woman? His change of mood really surprised me. I said: No, it s okay, I m going to leave (there were 5 of us). He shouted in the restaurant: Very good, customers like me there . So all the customers started staring at us... My teenagers saw him go and complain to other customers (what a lack of professionalism). I asked to speak to the manager. He said to me: What do you want me to do? Cut off his head? According to him, his reaction was normal. Well, seeing all the other negative comments below, I seem to be the only one to have experienced this type of service.

Food needs lots of love

Barbies arent what they used to be. Long service even though the waitress was very nice. The Caesar salad lacked flavor and not enough dressing. They have reduced all portions, even alcoholic drinks. The prices are expensive... it cost me around $200 for 2 adults and 2 children. I dont think Ill go back for a while

Good and impeccable service

Surprisingly the quality and portions are really not what they used to be. Ordering the filet mignon it was paper thin and bland. Extra 3 so-called giant shrimps, they were very small and poorly presented and the Caesar salad was browned and soft. So considering having taken the most expensive plate on the menu I dont dare imagine the rest.

I didnt like my dish, I made a bad choice. Its not the restaurants fault. Not a big choice of lager. (Coors and Molson)

Ive been waiting for 15 minutes to be served. Very long... the waitresses walk past me and dont stop to serve me. This is my second experience like this at this restaurant... once may go by but not today and its certain that I wont be a customer there again.

1- lack of sparkling wine for our Spritz 2- more guacamole for the nachos 3- the bottle of white wine arrives and the wine is lukewarm. The waitress told us that the bottle was in the cellar. I have never been served lukewarm wine in any restaurant. This is a first! The wine was cold once the meal was finished. 4- the menus display 2 meals for $35. The way the menus are laid out suggests that soup or snails are included. Surprise at the bill. Once there, after not having had either my spritz or the cold wine, they could have not charged us for it. So, in the end, an $18 lasagna is not a deal. Hmm. Disappointed, we will not return.

Exceptional cuisine, I almost always have the flank steak and its always the way I like it, the nachos on the other hand lacked cheese but overall everything was very good. On arrival there were 93 children finishing their meals, a school trip, an incredible noise for my old ears, lol, it only lasted about 30 minutes. The music then, a little too loud. But hey, I like the place.

The quantity of food has been reduced in the dishes. I ordered a complete BBQ ríbs, nothing special the portions for French frites are not too much I count 9 French frites in a container and small salad for $28. Its expensive. Also I ordered the soulavki chicken, only 2 chicken brochetas with small portion of Rice and salad. A pièce of small cake for $10. It was better to buy the complete cake outside than in barbies restaurant. They chargé too much in the food for nothing.

Very slow service. The quality of food has changed a lot, but downwards. I ordered a chicken skewer, but was informed that there was no more rice then I received it without salad. After complaining about discomfort, I was given a salad, but with ingredients that I didnt want in it...really not a good experience, its not what it used to be! I have no intention of going back.

I really liked this restaurant for a nice evening, as much a romantic evening as a sports evening, you will not be disappointed. There are legs, places, mostly sitting at the bar and tables. I liked it, there were four of us and all four of us really liked it, well probably go back there again. It was really a beautiful evening. Thanks to Barbies

Ordered the crispy chicken tenders 3 tiny fillets that are more like an appetizer than a main meal, for $17. Its been years since we went back, And we wont go back again. First time in this restaurant chain where I ate like a king. Garlic escargot entree followed by a seafood casserole. Accompanied by wow blue sangria, just so good with my boyfriend.

On June 24 we went to Barbies Mascouche. I ordered a strip filet for $35. Very disappointing. Poorly cooked, very rigid contour. The fries were good. This was our second visit after about 10 years in another Barbies and same disappointment.

We celebrated my sister-in-law Nancys birthday on Saturday July 8, 2023, there were around ten of us, we were placed on the bar side THE worst service in the kitchen and at the table that I have experienced, 1h45 before receiving a starter, certain people had ordered pitchers of beer with free nachos but the nachos arrived only 1 hour after the pitcher... filet mignon skewers I came across a nerve which could not be eaten, I ordered 1 mohito mocktail whose limes had already been crushed and could be reused who knows..the chicken in the salad was pink...the waitress made a mistake 5 times on a bill..a real nightmare...we paid close to or $1000 for the gang I dont recommend this outdated restaurant bar

Following the order, very very long to receive our aperitifs 20 minutes, starter 25 minutes, very very long between starter and meal 35 minutes. There werent that many people in the restaurant. No more for us at this branch.

Im calling for a takeout order this afternoon at 3 p.m. I warn the manager that I will be stopping by around 4 p.m. He tells me they dont do that here, shy of orders. I tell myself that it can be very busy, so I dont insist more than that. I arrive at 4 p.m., the restaurant is completely empty apart from a group of around ten people. At what point can you not warn your cook to wait 30 minutes before making the food? But hey... I pay the modest sum of $70 for two cups of rice, the equivalent of a chicken breast, a small cheap filet mignon and a green pepper. At this price, dont dare expect tender and juicy meat! Its dry and tasteless. Maybe it was done too early, but again, it could have been avoided very easily. In short, we are hungry so we eat anyway. What a joy to see that there is no tzatziki sauce or bbq sauce in the containers! Just a dry skewer with a cup of rice. It must have taken us 4 glasses of water each and half a bottle of mayo to wash it all down! In short, I hope that this dinner will stick in my head for less time than their jingle. Next time Ill light my BBQ and my rice cooker.

The food was delicious. Our server was really very good, he often came to see us and was very attentive to the children. The atmosphere was very, very noisy, honestly I would have thought it was a Canadiens game night. Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten-free dishes and meat-free options. Parking: Lots of places in the evening. Kid-friendliness: Childrens menu at $11 per dish and free on Sundays.

First visit to this restaurant! We ordered four à la carte meals and a glass of beer! We have two discount coupons of $12 each provided that we have to order four meals of $13 or more! The server is called Adam 9 accepted the coupons which are applied to the final bill! We ordered a glass of beer and it never arrived on our table! We asked for the bill and the waiter gave it to us and explained that with our meal against filet the discount coupon could not be applied in addition he charged for the beer which we had no chance of consuming! Why wasnt it explained to us that the coupon does not apply with any meal while we are ordering? It s a shame and ruins our evening! Despite this we gave the waiter a good tip which he didnt deserve! Ill probably never come back to this restaurant again.

September 20, 2023 meal taken around 7:30 p.m. Very bad experience: I ordered 1 Sprite without ice cream and butterfly shrimp. I received a plate of fries served on a napkin stuck on my plate directly and cold garlic shrimp and a sprite with ice cream. No rice as expected, they dont have any left! My daughter ordered 1 glass of Sangria and 1 Terre et Mer plate with Caesar salad and Montecarlo potato. She received a house salad, the flank steak was full of nerves and so guilty. We returned our plates and asked for our bill. Having known that they were missing rice and no Caesar salad, we would have ordered something else...They offered us dessert only or 50% off our plates. When the bill arrived, they did not respect the agreement, and charged us more. Restaurant manager not in charge and line up at reception without management of customer names. Be careful before ordering... Look at your bills... Opt for another restaurant, that would be better. 2 customers who will never come back.

I ate butterfly shrimp yesterday, the overcooked shrimp, the mushy rice, very disappointed, I dont think Ill go back there at the price we pay, Ill never have an edible meal, I wanted to tell the waiter but it looked like it was rocky and I had hungry I ate some meton back and Im sure who will apologize point. Already arrived at a restaurant and I was surprised he gave me a gift, next free meal thats a restaurant that cares about its customers......I received a little note 3 days after my comment telling me that the owner was going to contact me... After 8 months no news. Goodbye Im not going back.

Never again!!!! The chicken skewers are as dry as can be! We dont even talk about portions! They put napkins on the plates so they didnt have to refill the plates! My 2 and 5 year old boys were hungry after their dinner! We had to end up looking for McDonalds across the street because everyone was still hungry after the Barbies! And the $100 bill for food that tastes nothing and doesnt exist on the plate!! The star is for the nice waiter Adam thats it
