Every time I go to pick up my order at the Mascouche branch or the Terrebonne branch in the Plaine sector, I am very well received, the service is fast and its always good. Hat!

I ordered a sushi platter. It arrived very quickly right after payment. I realized when I arrived home, the tray actually came out of the fridge, the rice was really hard, it must have been there for a while, really not edible, then the visual did not even correspond to what I received in TRUE. They took advantage of the vagueness in the description and included ingredients of lesser value. For me this tray was intended for someone who withdrew or too good to go and was resold as is. The value does not match the price and does not meet my expectations at all.

(I was not informed when the order was taken) I say I will arrive after 9:00 for sure there are snowplows and that was not planned, so I ask if there are a way to wait for me for 10 minutes or 9:10 approx. she says no sorry I ask so what do you do with my order? Around $40 she says were going to throw it away??? Oufff I arrive in Masouche it is 9:10 I pass in front of the yuzu and there is still someone inside (they are probably closing etc . But it is or the service an exception, make me pay at phone and just open the door to give me my order instead of throwing it away. Im writing this comment especially for the owners who dont know that their employees gave very bad service... seriously, are you still there? order is ready but because it is after 9:00 you no longer open and you throw away the order?

We received a call to say that delivery would be delayed given the number of orders... what a nice touch! We are not at home wondering why it takes so long! And everything was delicious!

I ordered 2 hours in advance for 6 p.m. and at 6:15 p.m. it had not yet started to be prepared. The rap music in the speakers leaves a rather unpleasant atmosphere in the dining room. We waited over 50 minutes for around 20 songs.

The employees were shouting in the restaurant, it took 25 minutes to prepare 10 pieces (2 makis) even though there was no one in the restaurant. They finally gave me an order with the wrong sushi and when I told the cashier that my order had mistakes, she found it almost funny. The employees are laughing among themselves instead of working hard to fulfill the orders. I have nothing against having fun at work, but this is detrimental to waiting times. Plus, all the sushi really tasted like wasabi, it looked like they had put it in it. My visit would be worth 1 star but since Ive been there before and the other times it was good, Im leaving it a 2 star.

I have been going to your restaurant in Mascouche for several years but for the past 1 year, I have given several chances and I say to myself: well... since covid a lot of things have changed but today was really the last time I sets foot there. Ultra long services and everyone on the staff looks lost! I always take the salmon duo poké bowl, its laughing at people, it serves 3 bites of cucumbers and 2 slices of avocado and salad with dry rice, even more soy sauce at the bottom of the bowl. Considering the tiny quantity!!!!! I took one more hosomaki and still ultra tiny too...... for the price it really makes it ridiculous, I understand that the value of life increases but that makes no sense. It s made mediocre and bad. No pleasure in tasting our food...

I easily eat yuzu once every 2 weeks. The sushi and poke are always good and fresh. The checkout service is also great. The only thing I would say is that you always have to plan in advance when you want to eat there, because the time it takes to prepare your order is long. I also used to have it delivered, but honestly its not worth it with the delivery costs and being told that the tip is not included when Im not even 2km from the restaurant, done there I move.

Really disappointed... They made a mistake in my order and then returned it to me in compensation for horrible rolls that had been recooked I dont know how many times!!! We were loyal customers but now we are moving to another restaurant for our sushi....

Very good sushi, it tastes fresh... however, they are a little stingy with the condiments. First they serve horseradish powder as wasabi and only put it the size of a loonie for four trays (around $150), same thing for the ginger where the bizebille can quickly take between your guests for the last piece. Soy sauce should be kept in reserve in the fridge unless you eat your sushi plain. You can bring back your trays in your hands or buy a not too eco-friendly Yuzu bag that you wont have on your next visit because its not in your car. A little poorly organized for food on the go and for the price. I would have liked a turnkey dinner but disappointment for things that should have been included in my order. I give 1 star, for my part, its all or nothing.

Prepared in a hurry, the sushi is all soft and falls apart when you try to take it. Tasteless for the most part and the ginger was honestly quite yuck! Really very disappointing considering the almost perfect quality to which Yuzu Mascouche had accustomed me over the last 3 years. This gives the impression that the staff has changed or that there is no longer any quality control. The Mucho Calmares for example were famous. The last ones I received were all deconstructed with pieces of dry squid and way too big (not chopped) Commands: 148-9624 & 148-9545

Very sorry to see the quality and quantity decline. In my poké this evening, at the bottom of the bowl, a rice pancake stuck together, I had to take a knife to start, they increased the salad (there must be at least half a tray in the grocery store, I eat some more....) and reduce the rice, I want a poké not a salad. I find it disappointing for the price we pay...
