I went to a bunch of Thai Express in the last couple of years. This one is by far at the top of the list. The service and the staff is excellent. The cooking is great (enough sauce and enough meat mostly). The man at the register is just a genuine good guy, he makes you want to come back. This Thai Express has better reviews than most and it's definitely justified.
Been to this location few times and it’s always been the same vibe and service. I mean, it’s a fast food after all. The staff is probably not the most welcoming though they get your food done very fast. And the place is always clean. This is not the meal that will make you feel you ate an healthy meal due to the ingredients it it’s good and it hits the spot.
Food was great better than that i remembered. And a special thanks to the owner/manager/employee for delivering my wallet home with all in it before i notice i had lost it.
Excellent meal. Had the General Thairacha. Could have been spicier, but very good just the same 🥵

Stopped in for a Tom yum soup, it’s been a while that I have been there this Thai express. The soup was good, but wow has the prices gone up. It’s a basic fast styled Tom yum soup. Why I rated low is that I fou d the tables and restaurant very dirty ! There was not one table that was clean, and the restaurant was empty at 3pm. With all the Covid stuff going on you would think that cleaning up there tables would take priority!
If only they could put meat or peaces of chicken like it is mentioned in the menu, I could give them 5 star but that's not the case at all. First I thought it was just a miss but when I was served meatless or chicken less Padsou or fried rice four times in a row, I call it a pattern. Meat or chicken is included to the price. Next time, I order again, I will take a picture and post it here 🤨
Food was disappointing... fruit flies , 5 old limes on the bottom of the jar. Old spring rolls reheated so many times. And no presentation for food. My plate looked as it was already eaten. Nice clean place but no passion in the business or in the food

Please note that the Thai is closed from November 9 to December 9 for work due to the floods of August 9. They list still open but do not move. An update would be nice!

Really a nice place, the employees treat their customers with great politeness, they are attentive to our needs & very family-friendly. The food is delicious! God knows Ive visited some Thai expresses, but this one cant be compared with any! 1000% recommend
I ordered a chicken pad thai that I threw down the drain!!!! That was disgusting!!! No taste, dry, no sauce! Never again! Thank you Thai Express for throwing my $ in the trash.
My bill cost me $35, not edible and the 2 gentlemen were very stupid. I asked the toilets of misery to answer me and the text box when I place my order I will no longer go the tiki ming is much better with always a smile good luck in your future without me
Je vais souvent là bas on m as toujours service avec gentillesse j aime souvent ce qu il font mais j ai commander un pad sew au poulet et un général Tao aujourd hui je l ai est reçu avec plein de graine du brûlé et et du tofu sans l avoir indiqué dans ma commande et notre poulet étais brûlé a moitié . C est la première fois que cela m arrive déçu

Just inedible meal, rice with vegetables: a few pieces of soft potatoes, 3 pieces of green peppers for the whole dish, small diced carrots (thawed or canned), onions. Tough breaded beef, and I paid extra for cilantro which Ive never tasted. Inedible, I took half the dish. In addition, the employees (or friends) were yelling at the back, I was almost scared (meal on site).
I had some soup and it wasnt really good, it tasted like water. No flavor, no spices. I really advise against it. Plus their customer service is lousy.
For a restaurant that I do delivery I understand why people order from this place the food is excellent
Last Saturday we ordered a general thai chicken takeaway on their new age noodles, the photo shows what we received, not really appetizing. Additionally we asked for two Thai soup with lime and peanuts, back home no lime or peanuts the chicken in the soup had a rubbery white texture and just didnt seem cooked, so much so that I ate it all removed from the broth, it made you wonder if it was chicken!

I went for dinner, I ate a vegetable soup with noodles for $15, the quality of the vegetables was questionable, the broccoli was at the end of its life, the broth was disappointing with the large pieces of onions. In short, very disappointed! If you want to eat Thai! There are other places.

Unfortunately, take-out food platforms are bleeding our restaurants. The soup was excellent!
Always good. But cross-contamination with food is very present. Used bowls are reused directly. In others I have been, it was 1 bowl per menu and it was removed to be washed. No, they take them back directly.
How can I get reimbursed please? Ive always been super satisfied and this evening, I asked for a pad thai with shrimp which cost me almost $18 and it was going to end up in the trash. I specifically specified NOT SPICY AT ALL to the lady who served me. As I stay 22 minutes from the restaurant, when I took a bite, it was VERY SPICY and the restaurant was closed. Im not a whiny or capricious person but if I asked that he not be, the reason is medical so at the moment, I find it a lot less funny. I called but the restaurant is closed...even my boyfriend who eats spicy finds it too spicy so imagine!!

Very good Tom Yum soup (with beef). The cashier was very friendly and smiling. My meal was prepared very quickly.
It was my last pad thai, I always have chicken and it was bathed in oil and there were very few vegetables.
Ordering chicken and beef fried rice and having pieces of meat with bones is really disgusting, first time this has happened to me and it disgusted me

Unfortunately, I found that the dishes were ridiculously lacking in vegetables. I chose the pad see ew (rice pasta) with Asian broccoli, but I didnt find a single broccoli on my plate, only 2 small softened green leaves. Same thing for Thai soup: just noodles with 2-3 mini pieces of carrots. Their images and descriptions, however, clearly indicate that vegetables should be included in abundance...
(I tried to respond to your answer but I couldnt) In this case my LEAST thing would have been to WARN when I CALLED and yes I pushed the door as I mentioned I was in a hurry and disappointed Thank you Thai for your incredible COMUNICATION
Extrêmement cher pour la qualité des plats. Général Thao épicé mais tellement quil est non comestible, il a fini à la poubelle. Les rouleaux impériaux il y en a deux sur les photos mais dans la réalité cest un seul. Sauté de nouilles aux ages, très cher pour la quantité. Bref cétait ma première et dernière expérience chez Thai Express.

I really love this place. Good service, quality faithful to the chain. Except let me suggest you review the spring roll recipe, its been a few times, everything falls apart. Maybe there is too much stock or your rice papers are too soft? Otherwise even if it was a struggle, everything is good and fresh Beef pad sew is really excellent THANKS
Had a meal with extra chicken and extra vegetables. Comes home and realizes there is a mistake in the ingredients. Go back. They decide to remake my dish. I specified that I had extras. Arrives home and they clearly havent put the extras. Almost no vegetables and chicken...really annoying for a meal costing almost $20........no more of this restaurant for me!

Javais lhabitude de venir manger mais aujourdhui ce sera la dernière. En temps de pandémie (en temps où le masque est encore nécessaire) le cuisinier ne porte pas son masque et parle avec ses collègues face à la nourriture quil prépare. Si ce simple règlement de santé publique nest pas respecté quel autre règlement sanitaires ne lest pas....
Good but nothing more. Out of 3 dishes, 2 were very lacking in sauce (compare to the other experience at Thai Express) and another was not at all spicy even though that was what was requested =\ To err is human so I still give 4* because that it wasn t all bad

Poor service this evening. I called to have an order of 2 dishes prepared, I was told that I have to go through the application...even if I told the clerk that its not the first time Ive ordered, but that its The first time Ive been answered this way. In short, I order via the application. When I arrive, they havent done anything; they never received my order. Real stupidity, they look at and take photos of my received email. They apologize, but nothing in compensation. My boy and I were stomach-churning at 7:45 p.m.! And the clerk answered me; ok, we wont make you pay for it! Well, I hope!! I paid through the app with my credit card!!!! Not strong!!! Taking 2 minutes to take my order over the phone, it would have been simpler and I would have appreciated the service!

Jai tenté dappeler plusieurs fois et ce sans réponse..... Et ce pas la même journée... Jappel au Thaï Express de Terrebonne, on me mentionne que les employés de Mascouche sont surement aux toilettes.. Je commence à trouver quils sont souvent là! Jaimerais bien commander mais ce nest pas possible de parler à personne, cest bien dommage!!!
Meals well prepared but if it werent for the fact that there is often only one cook and the service is slow I would have given it five stars.

The cashier provides poor service. I dont really know if she doesnt understand French or if its her natural attitude but I repeated my order to her 6 times: Thai fried rice with vegetables without egg. I dreaded my plate. Fortunately, it was excellent!
