We were seated for over five minutes before anyone took our drink orders or even brought us water. Staff look unhappy.

Passing through Medicine Hat on a long road trip and decided to stop in to Moxies for a quick rest and some food. We were seated in the lounge and our server Addison immediately came to greet us with some water and menus. The Chipotle Mango Chicken is one of my favorite meals of any restaurant and I was so eager to eat, that I forgot to take a pic until after I dismantled it and started cutting the chicken;) Throughout the entire meal, Addison was so incredibly friendly and attentive always with a big smile! She made the entire experience so much better just because of how kind and happy she was!!! 5 stars all around thanks to Addison!!!

The food was mostly good. The steal was excellent as was the potato but the Brussel spouts were scorched. Otherwise Fantastic meal !

Great Service but unfortunately my Ribeye steak was not tender. 52 dollar steak should be melt in you mouth but it wasnt. It was cooked perfectly and the sides were well executed but the meat qaality was not up to par...maybe it was frozen

I had ordered the avocado and bacon Cobb salad and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The minute I saw it I was upset because they basically had given me a half head of lettuce uncut with the stuff just placed on top and full strips of bacon. I basically was means to do the work myself and cut up the lettuce and bacon with a butter knife and I left before I could even eat it because I was so upset by how lazily it was made. Do better moxies and don t make your customers have to cut up their own salad with a butter knife I might as well make my own at home at that point. This is your warning not to order their salads.

Recently dined at Moxies and just wanted to share how yummy the food was. The roasted tomatoes and whipped feta is a must as it is so scrumptious. The cashew lettuce wraps and chicken ceaser salad were also a hit, both were very tasty meal items. Addison, our server, was a delight. She was super friendly, took our order in a timely fashion and checked back on us a few times throughout the dinner.

We have always found food and service to be consistently good at Moxies. On this night we were taking friends out for supper. As usual the food was very good. This evening we dined at Moxies for a celebratory dinner. Movies was chosen because of the great experience at Moxies in Lethbridge. We will probably never go back to this one. The server took our order and never saw her again. We were told she was working in the lounge. Finally found another server once we were done eating and ordered ice cream for the kids. This took approximately 20 minutes to come. Brought this to another new servers attention. As consolation we were given 4 free dessert coupons and the kids dessert is free. Needless to say we were very disappointed in the whole experience!!

Do not just order a steak. Ask to have your steak specifically cooked with butter. Moxies as well as all the other big restaurant chains use canola oil to cook everything with in order keep costs low. you think youre eating a healthy by ordering a steak but canola oil and sunflower oils are some of the worst things you can put into your body and they used it originally as an engine lubricant or an engine cleaner. straight up ask what they cook with and theyll tell you. Its a bit misleading that they arent up front about it. Other than that, the service was fantastic. servers are great. cooks are great. and when I had my steak cooked in butter with their pepper corn sauce? it was possibly the best thing ive ever eaten in my entire life.
