Elements Restaurant and Bar in Medicine Hat

The wings used to be good. Now all wings are apparently marinated in some kind of hot sauce. How do you offer different flavors when all wings are marinated? Won't be back...

The food, is not so great, the wings tasted like soap, or they used ginger rather than garlic. Our waitress was amazing, she actually had a great sense of humor. (Not sure of her name but she had red hair) I do not reccomend the nachos.

Good place to eat. Prices are reasonable

ordered a cheeseburger, $15 and came with no side. fries are $5 extra. soft drink $3. food tasty but not over abundant. in short, would rather spend my money elsewhere and get more bang for my buck.

Service staff was slow for drinks and refills. Another person in my party didn’t enjoy their selection. Fries with my order were cold. Appetizers arrived after the entrees. Dining lobby was next to empty.

Stayed over on a a Wednesday at the Lodge. Went done for the Wing and Schooner special. Server was great (Kandice maybe?) and the wings were awesome. Big, huge meaty wings that tasted delicious.

I normally give every restaurant a chance. Unfortunately, the server seemed so inconvenienced by our group of five. When taking our order she seemed huffy and rolled her eyes. After she put in our order she stood at the bar speaking with a co-worker for what seemed like forever. Needless to say all the food we ordered was cold. No, we didn’t have the patience to wait another hour for mediocre “replaced” food. After my friend asked for a supervisor, we received a50% discount. Unfortunately, we won’t be back. Unsure if the morale of working at the establishment is low? It’s clear that the hospitality industry has become comfortable serving terrible food with a poor unmotivated attitude. I think I’ll cook my own next time!

Went to the NFL play off game. It was awful experience. First, they couldn't turn on the sound. Game had started yet they still didn't care until a 1 min into the game. We had to read the captions. Second, only old people. Third, they advertised free appetizers (Just peanuts). Ended up going to Silver Buckle for the 4th Quarter (Best decision ever). This is not a place you go for a sports event.
