Gave me cold fries and when I went to talk to the cashier she gave me a look of disgust and confusion. Maybe don't give me stone cold fries? My chicken burger was also stone cold but couldn't be asked to bring it up.

So went through the drive-through for the first time the person that took my order was awesome. He helped me out, but didn’t give me no cutlery. And as I am taking a piece of my chicken, no flavour no nothing. I’m thinking what’s the big deal they make this a big deal in the US but I’m telling you there is nothing about this chicken that somebody’s gotta fight over or lineup about unless it’s better than Medicine hats because this is not good chicken whatsoever $13 for three pieces of chicken that has no flavor. I make better chicken than this shake and bake. Makes better chicken than this.
Went for take out, waited at the counter for a couple minutes while an employee walked past and didn’t acknowledge me at all. When I did get my burger I opened it up to see if they actually made it deluxe. One piece of wilted lettuce and a tomato smaller than a pickle. Not what I would call deluxe at all.
Visited this store today and food was really tasty , boneless & tender with crunchy coating as always . Generous portions making it good value for money. Great atmosphere. Everything was perfectly cooked. very neat and clean place . The staff is really what has me coming back 🥰 this location has a great set of people, they are wonderful and always working hard!!! Very quick service and the employees are just so darn nice and great! Thank you!!
Had a great time dining in with my friends. Excellent service with fast delivery and very friendly environment. I tried the blackened sandwich, ghost pepper wing, onion rings, chicken nuggets, mac & cheese and lastly strawberry pie as desert and it was sooo goood. Honestly had the best food after a long time. Definitely recommend this place for all the chicken lover. 👌👌
Got lots of delicious food here, including chicken burgers, onion rings, mac&cheese, biscuit, and fried chicken! Everything tasted great. Service was prompt. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. We left very satisfied! Thanks for a great meal.
Bland chicken, and dry biscuits and they took away rice and beans side dish, I wouldnt go back to this location

They always serve us a fresh chicken everytime we visit in there store. And they are all friendly.
Best fried chicken in town. I go at least once a week as my treat and partially because the staff is always awesome. I cant recommend it enough. Worth driving across town for.

I will start with the Pros: the food is great! Some of the best chicken burgers you can get. The pricing is great as well. It destroys the other big chicken chain here in town! Definitely recommend them for this! Cons: DO NOT ORDER AHEAD. Most places love this and ensure youre not waiting. Well, here they will serve all the in store orders before you. We watched in store orders placed after us being served before us. My partner has a 30-minute lunch break, and he had to speed ate half his sandwich as we waited almost 30 minutes for our order... the excuse were waiting on fries THE LOWEST COOK TIME OF THE ITEMS. Next to the fact this order was placed in advanced so they should make sure they have the items ready to go for orders. I expect longer times during supper rushes, but in the middle of the afternoon, you should be able to offer fast service. However, from watching, the staff have no sense of urgency nor care about their customers. Not an apology or anything, just miserable looking staff hating their job. Summed up. As long as you have time and / or order WAY WAY WAY in advanced, great place for some great food.

Came to the drive-thru to order lunch, sat behind one gentleman in the drive-thru, with no one in front of him, for about a good 5 minutes., she asked me to wait. How about 7 Minutes went by, I had to say hello, for her to ask me to wait more. I asked her if the wait was going to be much longer, if it was I was going to go somewhere else. She then couldnt understand a word I said. I had to repeat myself about six times, and then she said can you please hold. I said I asked you a question, are you going too much longer. She then said I would have to wait for another 5 or 7 minutes. Keep in mind how about this time, I had already been waiting 13 minutes in the drive-thru. No way to back out, because someone was now behind me. No way to go forward, because the same gentleman that was waiting before me, is still waiting for his order. I told her that I would be going somewhere else, and proceeded to wait behind the gentleman that had already been waiting for probably about 15 minutes, for him to drive out. Her apparent reason why is, they are super busy. Keep in mind, it was only me, and the gentleman in front of me. Some advice from a customer, if youre going to make people wait, at the very least give them an idea, or check in with him and say sorry about the wait, please hold another minute. Dont let it get to the point where the customer has to call out to you again. Second would be, have someone that speaks fluent english. Having to ask the same question three times, for someone to respond with yes were taking orders! I didnt ask if anyone was taking orders orders. And third would maybe be get more stuff, if your current employees cant handle two customers. And before anyone says anything about inside of the store, as I drove away, there was only three people in the store.

So, I find it absolutely insane that they have advertised on their menu a special, then when you go to order it, they tell you the promotion is over. Why would you have the special on the board if you are not going to honor it? So when I do change my mind and order something else, I am asked at least 5 times to repeat myself. Absolute disgrace. The service was disappointing, i went there yesterday around 7:30pm the guy infront who has a lot of tattoos totally ignored me, he didn t even greet or even say that if i could wait for a minute he just completely ignored me and just kept looking and me and doing hes own thing. I just hope you guys could be more approachable next time. But the food is good tho i give you that

In the past we have enjoyed Popeyes chicken flavour as they used to not be greasy. However, today we went we found the chicken extremely greasy and the onion rings we soggy. It was disappointing.

Ordered for delivery and everything was awful but the biscuits. Chicken was dried out. Seemed like it had been sitting for awhile. The skin was pale. Mac & cheese had definitely been watered down too. Not happy. Delivery customers pay more. Im not saying were better than in person customers. But we deserve the same quality.
