I ordered in person for a friend and they still couldnt make her burgers properly, the guy at the till didnt even listen to me and punched it in wrong, train your employees!!!

I updated this review with the newest addition at the bottom Its ok. Dont try the new chicken breakfast sandwich though. I got food poisoning from it and was sick for 3 days. They also mess up my orders sometimes. There has been times where I have paid for someone elses order or paid for mine and gotten something completely different. Update: They continually to mess up my orders and I am tired of paying for food that I dont get. The staff appear to not want to be there and dont like their jobs which affects customer service. The good mornings and thank you all feel forced and fake to me. Bring back the staff from before the renovations were done. They were one reason why I went to this McDonalds but it seemed like they were all moved or let go with new staff hired after the renos were done. I am switching establishments as this one is very poorly run in my opinion and the customer service is non existent

The new design feels like a mall bathroom

Most unprofessional McDonald s I have ever been too, and that says a lot considering it s McDonald s. The young workers paid no attention while I was placing my order I had to continually repeat myself cause they were too busy messing around with their friend standing in the lobby. I wait 15 minutes for 11, as I knew that s when nuggets would be available and after waiting the order yourself screens said nuggets were still unavailable so I made my way to the front counter and I felt like a total burden taking a young blonde girl away from chatting with her little friends in the lobby. Drive the extra fifteen minutes and go into the city if you want McDonald s.

Overpriced, cold fries, patties not even halfway on the bun!

Usually visit here once a week for lunch as my work brings me out this way. No longer. Was running behind but wanted to keep to the ritual. So I stopped by for just a quick glass of water. Which I was denied. Technically nothing wrong policy or law wise but A&W in Redcliff doesnt mind giving me water on a hot day so Ill go there from now on.

The meat in the burger was so thin that you couldnt see if there was meat in. Disgusting and the price was outrageous.

First time in a long time and it didnt take long to remember why I dont go to mcdonalds. Bathrooms were locked, which I understand due to the zombies mulling around the area but nobody was at the front counter to buzz you in. We also came in specifically for a Grimmice shake which was out of stock. Our meals were subpar and overpriced, we also learned they dont offer refills on soft drinks. You can get more food for less with better service elsewhere.

Rude and not helpful. No instructions for the third party order pickup and the lady was not happy to help. Absolute rude behaviour shown by the employee. Not appreciated

I am absolutely DISGUSTED. There is a poor girl working here with a giant leg brace on, barely able to walk and visibly in pain, why is she at work? No matter where or now she got injured give that girl time off work. Its more likely theyre going to cause long term damage and she may be hurt for life. If this is how McDonalds runs their business maybe they dont need our business after all. Injured people shouldnt be working AT ALL

The worst McDonalds Ive personally been in. Washrooms are locked needing a buzz in from the counter. Stood at the counter for 8 minutes waiting to place an order for 5 people and be buzzed into the washrooms. No one ever came to the counter. Ive never been into a fast-food restaurant that was too busy to take my order. McDonalds loss is Subways gain.

Had piece of glass in my double chocolate donut proceeding to contact corporate and legal services I dont understand how a piece of glass ends up in a 1 dollar donut but will get my answer.

Slow. Inaccurate. Ambivalent service. You would think that with the amount of turnover this place has, they would eventually find someone that could count to 3. Me: Can I get a Carolina BBQ burger please. Them: never heard of it. Me: its on your main sign. Them: never heard of it. Me: ok. Orders Big mac. Me (at window): sure you havent heard of it? Them, at window, with sign for Carolina BBQ in front of them: no. Me: points to sign. Them: oh, I didnt see that there. Me: drives away with quarter pounder meal.

Always closes at a different time, often tells me they do not have certain menu items AT ALL when too lazy to cook the food if they don t have it available at the moment, food is always cold and no one there is very helpful .

The staff where a good shift group and in good additude. The orders came out fairly quick and my order, which is almost always wrong at some locals, was correct and did not have any of the items i asked to be removed and the sauce was correctly substituted with chicken sauce. The drivethru was fairly busy and there could have been a bit more attention to the front till, but thats to be expected with so many self ordering machines and mobile, it can be a lot to jump between. Over all good service. I find the condition of the locations decreasing a bit, as staff get limited and theres a rush between switching shifts. Not a lot of time to pull of equipment and tend to the lobby i imagine. Vegetarian options: Yes they sell many options that are vegetarian. They have a plant based burger and all. I mean you can even get a burger, hold the patty! Dietary restrictions: There menu lists all the dietery facts and nutritional facts, plus its on the website! Parking: Parking depends on time of day and if its overly busy. Kid-friendliness: Yes, what kid doesnt love mcdonalds. But definitly miss the play place. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheel chair accessable and has wheel chair friendly tables.

I can appreciate the fact that this location has a program where they employ those less fortunate but if possible can you train them how to assemble the sandwich items. Cheese on the side of the sausage McMuffins folded up in the wrapper makes it difficult to eat, and sadly it was 1/2 melted all over the wrapper But again thank you for employing those less fortunate with challenges, Your community thanks you!

Worst McD out of the 3 in the area. Stop at Dunmore Rd location or Box Springs location but not this one. I waited 45 minutes for my meal with no apologies.

Made a mobile order to pick up at the counter and when I arrived at the location at 8:15pm, all the lobby doors were locked and there was people outside confusing wondering if the establishment was open in the first place since drive thru was still accepting people. Maybe a note on the door would be helpful to your customers. Just saying.

This is the first time I left a negative review. I alwaaaaaaaaays order here. How many times they got my orders wrong (mostly missing drink lol) but I always give them a chance, considering this branch is really busy and I know that theyre trying. (Thats why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star as well... again, theyre trying.) I ordered today and I think my order was replaced with someone elses. I ordered nuggets, fries and a drink. I only received 1 Mcflurry. I called their number and explained the situation, the person I spoke with... dont care. He said they cant do anything and I was told about how the process of refund works BUT never really address the mistake and he was not sorry. I really dont want him to say sorry to me but at least dont sound like you dont want to deal with a customer lol. Thats the last thing I wanna hear. I am just too tired and hungry as I waited for almost an hour. I dont need the refund, the conversation made me more upset. Please do not ever do that again to another customer :((((

We got mcflurrys here, the cups were only half full of icecream and there were only Oreos on the top part and we even paid for extra Oreo! Such a rip off. The prices have increased and portions have decreased!

Poor service, stood at and waited for 30mins for our meal. They made my hubbys spicy bacon chicken burger a spicy hamburger. I didnt even get my burger.. but hey they gave us an extra coffee and it costed $30.. poor service

Bad day for drive through. 30 mins wait and parked. No speciality items ordered. Waiting on fries. Watched while the 6 vehicles behind me were served and moved forward with their orders... shaking head for 30 min wait for fries.

Best McDonalds in Medicine Hat. When all 3 of the other locations had workers too lazy to make me a shamrock shake, this location had no issues doing so.

Food was usual for McDonalds.

Lobby closes early when they feel like it. Hours do not reflect when theyre actually open. App still lets you put in a mobile order for pick up though, that was fun.

We went in to grab breakfast! Both bathrooms were so disgusting and poorly maintained that we left and went elsewhere. If those facilities are that bad I can t trust that the kitchen is maintained any better. Do better McDonald s I know you have better policies and procedures then this.

Very often mess up small simple orders. For someone with an egg allergy that cant have the sauce, its extremely frustrating. Hit the Dunmore Road location for a better experience.

Worst McDonalds in town. This is how much sauce was in my big Mac box and there was way too much on the burger too. It wouldnt even stay together. Cheese melted on the outside of the box. Burger was soggy from all the sauce. Dont go here.

Unbelievable 1st lobby closed at 10pm when I came in have to go to drive thru window which is not safe at all when you have cars coming in And having to go stand on other side of drive thru so cars can get thru then hope you dont get hit by a car when you have to walk back to window to pick up order being a trucker you can not go thru drive thru How can you say you open 24 hrs for customer service

Be sure to set aside a good amount of time going to this location you will be parked everytime you go through the drive through and forgotten about when going inside.

The order screens were not working making things a little chaotic, but overall fine. Lots of flies.. Tables needed wiping and the garbage was overfilled..

Very unfriendly to handicapped customers. The handicapped parking is the furthest from the entrance. The entrance is on the other side from the picture.

The meal was good, and the fries were fresh out of the fryer. The staff was courteous, but the communal spaces upkeep has obviously been neglected for some time. I was also concerned that there was only one entry/exit point visual to customers; having worked in a commercial kitchen, I recognized the potential safety risks.

This had to be the most uncleannest McDonalds I have ever visited in all of my travels. We were the only ones in there. The tables were not cleaned, the washroom was disgusting, and the staff member that took our order was very unfriendly.

The young lady that helped us was great. We only picked up coffee. It was good as we expected. I only have one gripe. McDonald s uses too much cream. Even when I order half cream. Still too much for my liking.

My fiancé and I ate here on the 10th/Sunday of September while driving to Calgary for our Dinner. We heard so much swearing from the staff while waiting for the food inside, so much so we went outside to eat. We had shared a 20piece mc-nugget combo. My fiancé who is also pregnant 3-4 months got violently sick that night and was still not feeling well the day after. I also started being sick the morning after and still felt sick the day after, 11 and 12th Monday-Tuesday. Beware check that your food looks properly cooked before consuming!

McDonald s has once more found away to destroy any semblance of the childhood nostalgia that gave an excuse to overlook their rapidly declining food quality. The reduction of the dining area shows a genuine lack of concern or appreciation for the customers who have patronized the business for generations.

Just opened up my cheeseburger and it is so soggy on top that the bun and paper it was wrapped in literally ripped upon opening. This has never happened before and I m incredibly disappointed! I am willing to edit this review if a manager reaches out and rectifies the problem.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. In town for work, and when i came here around 2am, the service was horrible. The person working was on their phone while taking my order and wasn t listening to anything i said. She had a snotty look on her face, when i told her i was missing my sauces.

Long wait and burnt coffee

Easily the worst location in the city. The place just feels so dumpy every time I walk in for a quick bite or drink. For a location thats on the Trans-Canada, I think this place needs major updates. I totally understand the stress that the staff go through as it can get ridiculously busy in this location so a lot of people could be a little more understanding if service isnt exactly as quick as they want.

The drive thru is NOT 24hrs, don t plan your travel stop around it.

Order taker. Multi-tasking, saying goodbye to there coworker while trying to take orders. Busy night, seems like one person was doing all of drive thur. We checked with the order taker with our order to make sure if was correct. (2 dlm, 1 McDoubles &1 as a meal, one junior meal) was not correct at all.

Vegetarian options: It is burgers with no meat is the only option. It must be mentioned when we order. They do not have any veg burgers/veg patti or else just French fries is the option.

No one came to help at the counter, so I had to use the screen to order. Fine. No receipt with a number printed out, so I wanted at the counter again and no one even looked at us waiting for help. I finally got my order, asked for McChicken sauce, and they charged me 50 cents for it. No big deal, except after I asked for it they walked away while I was grabbing the change. Then I waited another few minutes for them to finally come back. Ridiculous, never been charged for McChicken sauce after making an order. Wont ever come back and will be spreading the word.

We were there at 1050 Asked to order a happy meal and a cheeseburger they said no had to wait most locations serve lunch at 1030 and for Being on the trans Canada that s pretty bad you wouldn t serve 10 mins early or at least start making it for a child! I will be sending a letter to the head office about this ! I ll take it further for sure !!!! There was no one in the store or drive thru but to make us park wait 10 mins then drive back thru and order wow ! Easily the slowest McDonalds I ve seen across the country. Go through the drive through n its easily 20-30 mins with 2 cars in front of you.

Waited half hour for the long drive through line. And then got the wrong order. Didnt realize till I was back in the hotel eating it. Last time Ill order through this highway drive-thru. I think Ill go into the city and order from one of the drive-throughs that dont have such a huge lineup

It takes such a long time to get food and the staff are not always friendly. Its not always busy when its like this either.

They ask if I wanted to donate to RMH and I said yes. They say its a 1$ donation but charged me 2$ for it. They also didnt put in the fries...but I am more concerned mcdonlads is stealing 50% of Ronald mcdonlad house donations.
